While many people have been focusing on who should play Ana, the mousy 21-year-old who enters into a S & M relationship with a rich, mysterious billionaire named Christian Grey, there are still plenty of parts that need to be figured out, with Kate being one of them. In the book, the recent college grad is described as “gorgeous, strawberry blonde hair, green eyes,” and throughout the novel Kate is fiercely loyal, always having Ana’s back when she believes their relationship is getting too intense. Also, let’s not forget that Kate is the reason that Christian and Ana even meet at all!

]]> Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have got quite the impressive lovenest! As Celebuzz previously reported, the Green Lantern couple took their relationship to a whole new level by moving in together — and now we’ve got the pics of their cozy countryside digs.

The private property, purchased by Lively, is situated on 1.7 acres of lush landscape. Standing at three stories, the 4,743 square foot residence boasts three to four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

How much did Blake, 24, shell out for her home?

According to Real Estalker, the leggy blonde dropped a cool $2.3 million for the pad. Click through the gallery to see photos of their new house.

The real estate website also reports the home includes an array of upgrades such as a paneled living room with stone-faced fireplace, a formal dining room, a library, and a window-wrapped sun porch.

Earlier this year, a source close to the couple told Celebuzz that Blake was ready to trade in her West Village apartment in New York City for something “more domestic” with her 35-year-old beau.

“They are very much in love,” our source said. “They rarely travel without one another.”

]]> Any doubt that Ryan Reynolds wasn’t serious about Blake Lively was squashed Tuesday amid reports that he invited his Gossip Girl girlfriend to a family outing over the weekend, in his hometown of Vancouver, Canada.

According to PEOPLE, the couple and Ryan’s mother enjoyed a casual dinner together in front of the fireplace, at Grouse Mountain’s Altitudes Bistro.

What else happened that night?

Later on in the evening, the sexy couple were joined by even more members of Ryan’s family — a happy moment that was described as a “nice family reunion,” according to a source for PEOPLE.

This isn’t the couple’s first outing together; Blake reportedly met Ryan’s parents last November, in Utah, over Thanksgiving weekend. There were also recent reports that they purchased their first home together, in Bedford, NY.

Blake, 24, and Ryan, 35, met on the set of the 2010 box-office bomb Green Lantern. Blake’s past relationships include Penn Badgley and Leonardo DiCaprio, while Ryan was once parried to Scarlett Johansson.

Their new home in New York costs upwards of $2 million, according to People. The magazine adds that Blake and Ryan have been seen around town doing everything from horseback riding, to buying chocolate milk and dining at the Bedford Post Inn.

In the first trailer for Oliver Stone‘s latest film, Savages, we get a look into the gritty world of love, drugs, and what lengths some men will go to in order to save their (shared) girlfriend. The ensemble cast boasts talents such as John Travolta as a federal agent, Salma Hayek taking on the role of a fiesty member of a drug cartel, while Battleship‘s Taylor Kitsch and Kick Ass star Aaron Johnson play drug dealers trying to save their gal from said drug cartel (Lively).

So, when will Savages hit the big screen?

For years she was seeing her Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley.  Following that she briefly dated Ryan Gosling and then Leonardo DiCaprio .  

Most recently she has been romancing her Green Lantern co-star Ryan Reynolds – the couple is going strong and were snapped holding hands during a romantic picnic on Sunday. The two seem to be very happy together. Last year Ryan took her home for the holidays with his family in Vancouver.  Sounds serious!

Inside the March issue, the blonde bombshell, who has been linked to Penn Badgley, Leonardo Dicaprio and most recently Ryan Reynolds, opens up about her dating life and how difficult is it to find love when you’re a celebrity. “I’ve had four boyfriends in my whole life,” she tells the mag, adding that she doesn’t sleep around. “I’ve never been with anyone that’s not a boyfriend. I didn’t have a boyfriend until I was 17.”

Her tone turns modest, as she reveals she’s pretty shy and doesn’t really go out on dates.

“I’ve never gone on a date… If I’ve ever had a man in my life, it’s because I know him well, and he really means something to me. I don’t take that stuff lightly. I’d rather be by myself than be spending any time or energy on somebody that I didn’t feel sure about,” she said.

With that said, Blake isn’t really into strangers approaching her and trying to make small talk. (Sorry guys!)

“I had a few strangers hit on me!” she marvels. “Some guy acted like he liked my hat. Another guy acted like he liked my shoes!” They’re staring at your derrière, saying, ‘Hey, I really like your hat.’ Come on, dude!”

As mentioned, TSwift ventured out this week in London, umbrella in hand. Despite the dreary weather, Taylor was dressed to the nines and shopped around for some Valentine’s Day treats. Hmm, could those sweets be for a sweetheart?

The actresses — who both star in Hick — showed up in black and white ensembles at the Skylight Soho in NYC. The Gossip Girl, 24, went with a more sophisticated style, wearing a peplum black and off-white dress with her hair swept to the side. Meanwhile, the Kick Ass star, 14, wore her hair up in a braid, and went for a more school girl approach with her ensemble by wearing a black pleated skirt, a button-up white blouse and black ribbon tie.
