Zooey Deschanel Receives Apology After Boston Manhunt Closed Captioning Fail

A closed captioning company that misidentified Zooey Deschanel as one of the Boston bombing suspects on live television last week has issued an apology to the actress.

Kala J. Patternson, the president of Kansas-based Caption Solutions says the company “deeply” regrets the incident and “sincerely apologize for this error.” [via The New York
