Actress Christina Hendricks flaunted all her curves when she attended the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ultimate Game Changer Experience in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Stepping out in a plunging black L’Wren Scott dress, the 37-year-old Mad Men actress gave onlookers plenty of skin to ogle. Throughout the night, the fiery star sizzled as she sipped on whiskey cocktails.

During the event, the curvy beauty explained her love for Johnnie Walker.

“A lot of people don’t consider women whiskey drinkers, and I’m representing a new group of women who are enjoying it very much.”

So what’s her strategy for finding the perfect, curve-hugging red carpet styles? She told New York Magazine in 2010, “I’ve learned about tailoring. Tailoring, tailoring, tailoring. I don’t think I ever walk into a store anymore and think, ‘Oh I love it. I wish it fit.’ I think, ‘Oh I love it, let me go make it fit.’”

Despite being one of the sexiest women in Hollywood, Hendricks disclosed that she feels some pressure, confessing to the publication, “Anytime someone talks constantly about your figure, you get nervous, you get really self-conscious. I was working my butt off on the show, but then all anyone was talking about was my body.”

Teen rockers The Jonas Brothers crashed into the world of Twilight when they stayed in the same hotel as Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart during their trip to Rio de Janiero. How can one hotel hold so much hotness?

The JoBros and the Twilight cuties are reportedly both staying at the luxurious Copocabana Palace hotel. The stars were photographed (seperately) waving to fans from the hotel’s famous white balconies which overlook Copocabana Beach.

Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas are currently in Rio for their South American tour. The Twilight folks are in Rio filming scenes (and sneaking smooches) for the upcoming Breaking Dawn films.

The hotel stay may be convenient for one couple: Joe and his girlfriend Ashley Greene. The pair began dating earlier this summer and Ashley has been spotted tagging along on the JoBros’ tour in South America. Maybe Ashley influenced the Jonas Brothers’ decision to stay at this particular hotel in Brazil?

You have to give Paris Hilton credit; once she lends her name to a brand, she throws herself behind it 100 percent.

The celebutante was on hand in Rio De Janeiro this weekend, accompanied by her pet boyfriend Doug Reinhardt, to celebrate the pre-Lent ritual of Carnival and attend the launch party for Devassa beer. Hilton displayed the quality of the product firsthand by apparently downing a case of the stuff before crawling around on the floor and sharing the sight of her thong with everyone.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are as sneaky as they are attractive.

First the newly married couple—who tied the knot at the end of February—told wedding guests they’d actually be attending a christening to prevent pre-ceremony leaks to the media.

Now the two are off on their honeymoon to Brazil, and they’re once again doing their best to evade the media.

The newlyweds touched down at Guarulhos airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil, today, after taking an overnight flight from Miami. Dressed inconspicuously, with baseball hats pulled over their heads, the couple emerged from the flight separately.

But Tom and Gisele should know that, as America’s new sweethearts, they aren’t going to dodge the flashbulbs that easily.

Lighten up, guys; being the objects of public adoration isn’t such a bad thing.

You’ll probably want to make sure you keep the curtains to your hotel room closed, though.

Is it really surprising that Brazilian-born Victoria’s Secret model Gisele Bundchen would turn up in Rio for Carnival?

Probably not, but it sure is nice of her to wear a bikini while doing so.

The 28-year-old stunner was spotted on a terrace, enjoying the four-day, pre-Lent celebration—which is typically marked by colorful parades—with a group of friends.

Curiously absent from the merry crew: New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, to whom Bundchen became engaged last month, after a false start or two.

Hopefully Bundchen hasn’t chosen Brady as the thing she’s giving up for Lent.

Zac Efron, 21, and Vanessa Hudgens, 20, enjoyed a South American getaway on an island off the coast of Angra dos Reis, Brazil, over the weekend.

High School Musical‘s real-life couple attempted to keep the vacation hush-hush, as they were shielded from looky-loos (and paps) with the aid of giant red beach umbrellas during their stay.

The pair were said to be the guests of Brazilian magazine Caras, according to Splash News.

What could possibly be the reason for all of the secrecy?

Well, Hudgens and Efron tend to get all sorts of cozy on the beach when they’re all by their lonesome, and probably regret that these naughty pictures got out from their 4th of July vacation in Turks and Caicos this past summer.

The twosome also were at the forefront of a huge media blitz in Japan recently for the last HSM film, and could probably use some privacy during their downtime.

Plus, Vanessa might not want Megan Fox tracking them down.

Tom Cruise, 46, attempted to make nice with reporters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this week but neglected to realize that Brazilians speak Portuguese, not Spanish.

Glamurama.com reports that the always affable Cruise, who is in Rio with wife Katie Holmes, 30, and daughter Suri Cruise, 2, to promote his World War II thriller Valkyrie, welcomed the press by saying hola (hello) and gracias (thanks), which are Spanish words.

The correct wording would have been olá and obrigado.

Couldn’t one of the military personnel at the private beach the Cruise family played on have informed them?

Cruise, seen here at a photocall for the film in Rio, also mentioned that he loved the former capital of Brazil because of films he has watched featuring the samba and the tango.

Cruise was only 1/2 right. The tango hails from Argentina.

These errors aren’t as glaring as his spoken wish to kill someone that was already dead in Seoul, Korea last month.

This cultural misunderstanding can’t be part of his reported plan to improve his public image.

Unlike on earlier occasions, Suri Cruise wasn’t terribly enthusiastic about hitting the shops with her mother today.

The three-year-old daughter of Katie Holmes, 30, and Tom Cruise, 46, wasn’t her usual ebullient self as her mom dragged her around to the stores in Rio de Janeiro. In fact, judging from the expression on the three-year-old’s face, she was feeling downright surly—despite the fact that anyone lucky enough to be wearing that adorable, anchor-emblazoned dress has no right to feel blue.

Maybe she’s temporarily grown weary of her parents’ hectic lifestyle? The family arrived in Brazil last Friday so Cruise could promote his Nazi-era epic Valkyrie, and it’s been a whirlwind trip since then.

Oh well; hopefully Suri’s disposition improved after Katie bought her a tasty treat at the ice-cream counter. Ice cream tends to cheer up kids of all ages—no matter what kind of unpleasant experiences they’ve had to endure.

Everyone knows that Brazil has made its fair share of contributions to the modeling world.

And yet, somehow lost among the usual suspects is Ana Beatriz Barros. Who, despite appearing in campaigns for Guess?, Bebe, Victoria’s Secret and Jennifer Lopez‘s JLO fashion line, has yet to gain the notoriety of her Brazilian cohorts.

But things may be looking up for the 26-year-old bombshell, who’s appeared in seven consecutive Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues since 2002.

Barros graces the latest issue of noted scientific journal Homem Vogue, where she flaunts her 5′ 11″ frame in a variety of poses, clothed and otherwise.

She also proves that she’s more than a gorgeous face. In the accompanying pictorial, the stunner demonstrates many essential skills. Such as how to hold down the furniture should the law of gravity temporarily become suspended. And how to properly check to make sure that one’s shins haven’t disintegrated. Which is an all-too-common problem in Barros’ native Brazil.

Matthew McConaughey is really getting around these days, and he wants his fans to know all about it.

The 39-year-old actor—who along with his girlfriend, Brazilian model Camila Alves, welcomed son Levi Alves McConaughey into the world in July—has posted a free-wheeling travelogue on his MySpace celebrity page, detailing his recent bout of wanderlust.

“Hey all, back on the west coast after some incredible travels…cool inspirations seen and done via the road and had some real just keep livin (jkl) moments along the way,” begins the post, which includes a pic of McConaughey and his brood.

“I spent my 39th birthday on the southern rim of the Grand Canyon…almost got ‘butted’ off the edge by a ram and caught some shooting stars,” McConaughey continues. “As for the first sight of the GC, mother nature created something that looks so fake, its real….cool.”

Whoa; that’s far-out, daddy-o! Tell us more—like, perhaps, about your sojourn in your girlfriend’s homeland!

“I went to Brazil for the first time to visit my lady’s family and tour the land a bit,” the ab-tastic thespian reveals. “Found a very proud and happy culture there. We ate, we drank, we danced, and they tolerated my stumbling through the Portuguese language….I will return, beautiful country, beautiful and classy people…thanks Brazil…cool.”

Way groovy, man! It’s good to hear that McConaughey made it back in one piece—and that his Brazilian excursion went a lot more smoothly than his last trip abroad.
