In the last few weeks rumors have been swirling that the 25-year-old actress is expecting her first child with husband Brian Austin Green, 38.

Although the couple who wed in 2010 have not confirmed their baby joy, Megan was spotted out and about with her hubby on April 29 headed to the Los Angeles Lakers game in a loose-fitted tee and a zip-up sweatshirt.

Sources confirmed to E! News early last week that the Transformers star was in fact with child. Fox also recently revealed to Cosmopolitan magazine that she is ready to be a mom.

“I want at least two, probably three [kids]. I’ve always been maternal,” she told the mag. She then added of her Beverly Hills 90210 husband, “We’ve had obstacles, and we’ve overcome them. I truly feel like he’s my soul mate. I don’t want to sound corny or cliché, but I do believe we are destined to live this part of our lives together.”

Megan’s maternal skills have already had tons of practice as she has been a great step-mom to to 10-year-old Kassius, Brian’s son from a previous relationship with his ex 90210 costar Vanessa Marcil.

According to E! Online, the Transformers starlet is currently expecting their first child with hubby Brian Austin Green. Rumors of Fox, 25, carrying a little cub in her belly first spawned when she revealed to Cosmopolitan magazine that she’s ready to be a mom.

“I want at least two, probably three [kids]. I’ve always been maternal,” she told the publication. She then added of her 38-year-old husband, “We’ve had obstacles, and we’ve overcome them. I truly feel like he’s my soul mate. I don’t want to sound corny or cliché, but I do believe we are destined to live this part of our lives together.”

In March, a source told Star magazine that the actress and her beau were not breaking the baby news until she’s further along, but added they are “incredibly excited.”

Megan is already proud a step-mom to 10-year-old Kassius, Brian’s son from a previous relationship with ex Vanessa Marcil.

Megan was most recently spotted on March 22 at Koo Koo Roo in Los Angeles with her hubby, but no sign of a baby bump just yet. 

The pregnancy report comes one day after news broke (via TMZ) that Brian Austin is being sued by a celeb photographer over an incident that took place on a Honolulu beach in December, in which the former Beverly Hills 90210 hunk allegedly attacked a cameraman (named Delbert Shaw) while Megan egged him on. The reason: Shaw was taking photos of the couple on the beach.

According to TMZ, actor Brian Austin Green is being sued by a celeb photographer over an incident that took place on a Honolulu beach in December, in which the former 90210 hunk allegedly attacked the cameraman (named Delbert Shaw) while his wife, Megan Fox, egged him on. The reason: Shaw was taking photos of the couple on the beach.

The lawsuit will reportedly be filed this morning in Los Angeles, and alleges that Green pummeled Shaw, causing several injuries, then threw his iPhone into the ocean. Fox, meanwhile, allegedly cheered her husband on, saying things like “Are you going to let him get away with that?”

Shaw is reportedly suing for unspecified damages.

Megan Fox and her hubby Brian Austin Green were seen getting their breakfast on at an eatery in their local Los Feliz neighborhood on Tuesday morning. Looking comfy, MF was in a baseball cap and t-shirt while Brian went with a plain white tee.

Although the 25-year-old actress has kept a relatively low profile as of late, we have a feeling we’ll see more of her in the coming months thanks to a few new projects.

Megan will star in Friends With Kids along with Adam Scott and Jon Hamm as well as the Knocked Up spinoff This is Forty with Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann. Also, Megan will get to stretch her funny bone even more in The Dictator with Sacha Baron Cohen.

Megan also recently opened up about ditching her vegan diet and putting on a few healthy pounds. She told Amica magazine:

“For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables, no bread, sugar and coffee. But I had lost too much weight. So now I eat a bit of everything. And I train three times a week doing circuit training with my trainer Harley Pasternak.”

Is it just us or does Brian looked like he has slimmed down a bit?

This is the first time the couple has been snapped together since Shia LaBeouf revealed to Details that he and Megan hooked up while filming Transformers.

Megan’s response:

“Our family is a circle of love and strength. With every birth and every union, the circle grows. Every joy shared adds more love. Every crisis faced together makes the circle stronger,” she posted on her Facebook page July 1.

The twosome were spotted enjoying a beach-filled Father’s Day weekend in Hawaii, with Megan donning not one but two very sexy string bikinis by (the pink one by Le Doux Swimwear). The couple were in Hawaii for the Maui Film Festival last week, where Megan was awarded the Iris Award.

Earlier this weekend, Transformers director Michael Bay broke his silence about why Megan was fired from the uber-successful film franchise.

“You know the Hitler thing,” Michael told reporters in a press interview for Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon. “Steven [Spielberg] said, fire her right now.”

Megan infamously likened Bay to Hitler in an interview with Wonderland magazine back in 2009: “He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is.”

“So he’s a nightmare to work for,” Megan continued. “But when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it’s endearing to watch him.”

Megan was dropped from the Transformers series right before the cast began filming for Transformer: Dark Side of the Moon back in 2010. At the time, Megan’s rep told reporters that the actress had decided to leave the franchise on her own. Megan was replaced by Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

According to a witness on the scene,

Pity, really; with Fox’s post-Transformers career seeming to cool off a bit, fan pictures might be one of the few places that Fox shows up on film these days.

When I talk about my husband, I feel as if people roll their eyes. It’s like when you’re 16 and order a martini, and the waiter says, ‘Do you think I’m stupid?’ They can’t grasp that I’m old enough to be married.

Megan married the former 90210 actor in a low-key ceremony in Hawaii earlier this summer. The two have been dating since 2004, when they first met on the set of Hope & Faith. At the time, Megan was 18 and Brian was 30-years-old.
