Matthew wore cowboy attire, compete with boots and hat, while Camila wore a low-cut green dress. She also showed off her gorgeous engagement ring.

The couple got engaged over the holidays but aren’t in a rush to walk down the aisle. Last month, when asked if she and her beau were getting ready to tie the knot, Camilia told Celebuzz:

“I haven’t started planning. I’m just trying to enjoy the engagement.”

The couple and their kids, Levi, 3, and Vida, 2, decided to relocate from California to Texas. According to Us Weekly, they have settled into a $4 million, seven-bedroom spread in Austin.

]]> Newly engaged Camila Alves looked red hot as she arrived at the QVC fashion show in New York on Wednesday night. The brunette beauty flaunted her new ring and created quite a buzz.

When asked if she and beau Matthew McConaughey were getting ready to walk down the aisle soon, she dished about the big day, telling Celebuzz:

“I haven’t started planning. I’m just trying to enjoy the engagement.”

The couple, who have two children together – Levi, 3, and Vida, 2, – got engaged over the holidays. Guess we’ll have to wait just a little while longer before sending out the wedding gifts.

Of course, Camila wasn’t the only one creating buzz at the show. Surprise guests Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen stole the spotlight last night at the QVC fashion show. The stylish twins snuck in a few minutes before the show started and caught up with designer, Isaac Mizrahi, in the front row.

“All eyes were on Mary-Kate and Ashley. Even during the show, everyone was trying to sneak photos of them. They didn’t seem to mind though,” an onlooker tells Celebuzz.

Other guests in attendance included Maria Menounos, Kelly Rutherford, Kelly Bensimon, Olivia Palermo, Cheryl Burke and Star Jones. To catch all the runway action, tune into the QVC Runway Show on Friday night, February 10 and Saturday, February 11 at 10 PM EST.

The duo, who welcomed their second child together early last year, held hands as they posed for photos on the red carpet. Matthew was dressed casually, wearing a vest, jeans and sunglasses, while Camila rocked a sparkly striped sweater dress.

Matthew is currently filming the much anticipated Steven Soderbergh movie, Magic Mike, in which he plays the owner of a strip club. Channing Tatum, Matthew Bomer, Alex Pettyfer and Joe Manganiello are among his many hunky co-stars.

Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves took their adorable children, Levi, 2, and Vida, 1, to church in Santa Monica, California on Sunday, and they were all dressed to impress.

Matthew and Levi looked like twins, wearing matching blazers. How cute! After the church service, the family went out to lunch at Cholada Thai Cuisine in Malibu, CA.

Of course, this isn’t the first time the father-son duo have been matching lately. Last week, they arrived at LAX Wednesday wearing matching hats. Matthew, in his classic Texas Longhorns tee, kept Levi on his shoulders as they exited the airport.

Matthew’s wife Camila took Levi (who turns 3 in July) and baby Vida (who turned 1 in January) out to shop for some flowers around Los Angeles on Friday afternoon. Despite the boredom plastered on his face, Levi still managed to look adorable.

So where was dad while mom took the kiddies out and about?Daddy McConaughey has been hard at work promoting his latest film, The Lincoln Lawyer, which was released on March 18. The film also stars Ryan Phillippe and has done moderately well box-office wise.

The famed ladies man turned dad of two was laughing it up while on break from portraying a primate in country singer Jamey Johnson’s latest music video ‘Playing the Part.’

His partner, model Camila Alves, was also present for the shoot, but offered little more than eye candy for the cameras.

Matthew McConaughey announced on his Web site today that he and his girlfriend Camila Alves welcomed a baby girl, Vida Alves McConaughey, at 12:13 am. on Sunday. Vida weighed in at a lucky 7 lbs., 7 oz., and joins her 17-month-old bro in the ever-expading clan.

McConaughey wrote of the new arrival, 

“New Year and New Baby! Happy New Year everybody!!! Vida is Portuguese for ‘life’ and that’s what God gave us this morning. Camila’s recovering wonderfully and we are both truly honored to welcome this little lady into our family. Thanks for all your well wishes and prayers along the way. Another blessed day, we give thanks, just keep livin’. Matthew and Camila.”

Congratulations!

We have to say, he’s looking pretty good in this picture—well-kempt, feisty, ready to take on the challenges of a brand-new day.

We’re speaking, of course, about the dog. Maybe he can give Matt some tips.

“It was the funniest thing because he looks so serious while he’s doing the yoga. He’s every bit as funny as some of his films. He just doesn’t know it,” a source told the Daily Mail.

Later, McConaughey decked himself out in togs from his own j.k. livin’ label and went for a run on the beach.

McConaughey treated his companion (and mother to his son Levi) Camila Alves to a 27th birthday dinner at Nobu on Thursday night. Pink was among the guests.

But clearly Matthew is a man who is just at home on the beach with his pooch as he is with a night out on the town.

The flicks failure to find a distributor had to have been a huge blow to his ego. After all, it was the first film offering from his j.k. livin’ production company.

McConaughey hasn’t given up, though. His next film, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, comes out in May and co-stars Jennifer Garner. Garner’s presence should help in keeping the film out of the Blockbuster bargain bin.

In Ghosts, he plays a man who is faced with the memories of past loves when he attends his younger brother’s wedding.

McConaughey also recently enjoyed some fun family travels with his companion Camila Alves, 26, and their baby boy Levi.

They visited Brazil for him to meet her family for the first time, and then toured the Grand Canyon.

Plus, if future films continue the way of Surfer Dude, he can probably do their laundry on his abs. He’ll be fine.

The 39-year-old actor—who along with his girlfriend, Brazilian model Camila Alves, welcomed son Levi Alves McConaughey into the world in July—has posted a free-wheeling travelogue on his MySpace celebrity page, detailing his recent bout of wanderlust.

“Hey all, back on the west coast after some incredible travels…cool inspirations seen and done via the road and had some real just keep livin (jkl) moments along the way,” begins the post, which includes a pic of McConaughey and his brood.

“I spent my 39th birthday on the southern rim of the Grand Canyon…almost got ‘butted’ off the edge by a ram and caught some shooting stars,” McConaughey continues. “As for the first sight of the GC, mother nature created something that looks so fake, its real….cool.”

Whoa; that’s far-out, daddy-o! Tell us more—like, perhaps, about your sojourn in your girlfriend’s homeland!

“I went to Brazil for the first time to visit my lady’s family and tour the land a bit,” the ab-tastic thespian reveals. “Found a very proud and happy culture there. We ate, we drank, we danced, and they tolerated my stumbling through the Portuguese language….I will return, beautiful country, beautiful and classy people…thanks Brazil…cool.”

Way groovy, man! It’s good to hear that McConaughey made it back in one piece—and that his Brazilian excursion went a lot more smoothly than his last trip abroad.

Marathon man Matthew McConaughey and his model wife Camila Alves brought baby Levi to the Beverly Hills Bristol Farms grocery store Thursday.

Mom Camila, 25, carried five-month-old Levi through the aisles. The toddler was decked out in both a white and a green button-down shirt, and sported an adorable blonde fauxhawk.

He stared curiously as photographers snapped away in the parking lot.

Since introducing baby Levi to the world via an OK! magazine cover story in July, McConaughey, 39, and Alves have been out and about with their well-traveled kiddo at red carpet events, a rock concert and even the launch of mom’s purse line.

Get used to the cameras, little guy. You’ll be seeing them for a long time!

But since ushering baby boy Levi Alves McConaughey into the world, the well-protected actor has traded beer for baby wipes!

Matthew has showed vast improvements in the growing-up department. While he has admitted that his new life isn’t easy, reps for Matt say that he’s “loving fatherhood.”

A man of nature, Matt used to reside in his Airstream trailer, but has recently moved into a $10 million Malibu mansion with girlfriend Camila Alves.

He hasn’t given up all of his hobbies though. He still manages to strip down daily for epic sweat-sessions.

It’s great to see this new and improved man! He’s in love, raising his adorable son (who’s sure to learn a thing—or twenty—in the girl department), and enjoying life!
