As blizzard Nemo blasts across the East Coast, Hollywood is bracing for what could be a record-breaking whiteout.

Whether its sending well-wishes to those in its path, bemoaning thwarted travel plans, or quipping about the name Nemo — he’s finally be found! — celebrities are turning to Twitter as they wrap their head around the snowstorm that threatening to wreak havoc in wake of Superstorm Sandy.

While many New Yorkers brave the snowflakes for the sake of Fashion Week — from Heidi Klum, to Michael Kors, to Peter Facinelli — others in the Tri-state area are hunkering down in the warmth of their homes, from Ashley Greene in Manhattan to Nicole “Snooki” Polizziin New Jersey.

But NYFW isn’t the only show that must go on. Justin Bieber, who is slated for double-duty as host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live this weekend, rose bright-and-early Friday for rehearsals in NBC’s Big Apple studio. “up real early today…and now a blizzard is coming,” he tweeted. “no issue. Im Canadian.”

It was a night of cat fights, crying fits and plastic surgery confessions on the Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion show last night.

As Bravo’s ladies went head to head almost all were outed for having plastic surgery — or accused of needing it.

Kathy Wakile, was the first to step up and confess a drastically changed look — revealing she had recently had a nose job and plumped up her lips.

While Wakile’s new look was accepted by the other housewives, her cousin Teresa Giudice was less than polite about another of the show’s stars.

Giudice slammed housewife and long-time rival Caroline Manzo, making fun of her figure despite Manzo undergoing a tummy tuck.

“Look at yourself, you have three rolls,” Giudice yelled at her foe on the first of three reunion shows.

“Blubber, blubber, blubber. And with your tummy tuck. You couldn’t walk for four months because you were hunched over.”

But Manzo didn’t take the criticism lying down:

“You know what? I f**king wear them proud! I have no Botox, I have no fillers, I’ve never had a facelift.”

“You should get some, you should look at yourself,” Giudice replied. “You’re on TV, you really need some.”

Manzo’s daughter, Lauren Manzo who recently underwent lap band surgery, jumped to her mom’s defense.

“You realize that what you’re saying is the reason people kill themselves? Because of d**k heads like you,” Lauren said.

But the New Jersey ladies are not the only housewives who have admitted to getting a little pick me thanks to the surgeon’s knife. Click on our gallery above to find out what other women in the surgery have had some work done.

Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise has created several authors including Bethenny Frankel, Alex McCord, Jill Zarin and Teresa Giudice. It can now add another castmember to the list with The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Caroline Manzo.

Her new book – Let Me Tell You Something – is being published by HarperCollins and releases on March 23, 2013.

Celebuzz spoke with “Mama Manzo” recently about why she decided to write the book, how fans helped mold its content and how she chose what to include.

Celebuzz: Why did you decide to write it at this time?
Caroline Manzo: Thankfully enough, it wasn’t really my decision. It was my PR people and my management people saying to me, “Now is the time. You’ve been on the show for a while and you’ve had the radio show and the columns that do well.” For me I just didn’t want to do anything without having my “peeps” so to speak. So they just kind of pushed me saying, “Now is the time to do it. What are you waiting for?” So, I did.

CB: How did you decide what you would and wouldn’t include?
CM: It pretty much was born from questions that I have gotten over the years from viewers. Primarily my relationship with my kids, the kids relationship with each other, my relationship with my husband and our marriage, and being entrepreneurs, sticking up for the rough times kind of thing and it kind of speaks to all that. And my attitude is always a positive one. It’s never a negative one. So it has a comfortable, no nonsense, and do-what-you-have-to-do in this life vibe.

CB: Would you consider it a memoir or an advice book – a little bit of both?
CM: I don’t think it’s a memoir. I don’t think it’s an advice book. I don’t feel I have the right to write a memoir. I just feel like I’m on a reality television show. At this point in the game, that’s called a mom of three kids that did a great job. I could pat myself on the back and my husband for that accomplishment. I have a great marriage. We’ve managed to carve out a very nice life for ourselves, but at the same time I don’t feel like I should speak to anyone. I don’t know, a memoir to me is something that’s very presidential. Presidents do that, people that really accomplish something in history in life. That’s not me, but at the same time I’m speaking to all the viewers that have asked me these questions.

CB: Do you talk about how you handle your children’s issues like Albie’s experience with Fordham and Lauren’s weight issues now that you could give a longer explanation on those things.
CM: Absolutely and that’s where this is coming from. Albie was told in high school that he would never get into Fordham, much less graduate. And Albie graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Business in 2008, went on to law school with a learning disability. I speak, too, on the show when you see that scene and how it came about and what was going on in the background. It’s kind of like little did-you-know-that background things. When you saw this on the show this is what was going on behind the scenes kind of thing. Nothing negative, nothing negative at all.

I talk about Lauren’s weight and what’s really cool is each of my kids when I tell a story about them, I include one of their favorite recipes. So, it’s not a cookbook. It’s just like here’s Albie’s story and here’s Albie’s favorite recipe. And there’ll be photos and things like that. What I love about it is when I speak about Albie’s learning disability and Lauren’s weight and Christopher growing up, there’s also a little sidebar from each of my kids saying how they were affected by it and how they saw it through their eyes coming from me which is pretty interesting.

CB: Do you address things in the book that have been questioned over the years like rumors and misconceptions about your family, such as the mafia connection?
CM: Yes. I’ve never hidden from anything that has been presented to me. I’m a very proud person, proud of my family, proud of my life that I’ve built with Al. And at the same time, I don’t skirt around anything. We are an American family that has the same issues as everyone else. If something comes to me, I will always tell the truth because I’m not ashamed of it. I think there are things that you learn from every aspect of life: The good and the bad. So in this book, I talk about a lot of things in my life that have never been on the show that made me the person I am today for better or worse.

CB: Do you address how being on the show may have contributed to your feuds with Danielle Staub and Teresa Giudice and the way you handled them?
CM: Without a doubt. I talk about that too and how that affected me. Because in my reality, that would have never happened. I would’ve chosen to walk away and just stay out of that person’s life but because you do the show you’re around them. You don’t have the option. And at the same time not having the option, you have to make a decision: Do I worry about losing fans or do I worry about being true to myself? And it’s that struggle, as well, that I talk about.

After spending several days on the road in relative peace, things reach a boiling point between Caroline Manzo and former friend Teresa Giudice on Sunday’s episode of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey followed by a special Watch What Happens: Live with the two women.

“I couldn’t find anything positive about it,” Manzo, who tells Celebuzz that she watched Sunday’s episode at least six times rather than her usual two – once to blog about it and again when it airs to tweet about it.

“The only thing positive about it was I finally said what I needed to say and I’m done. And that was a year ago,” she continues. “And I have not seen or spoken to Teresa since the reunion last year with the exception of the Bravo commercial – I was in the same room with her. My last words to Teresa Giudice were at the reunion last year. And can I tell you, it’s been a wonderful year.”

Celebuzz spoke to Manzo, 51, about the clash airing Sunday, whether reconciliation with Giudice is possible and how she felt about the phone call in which Joe Giudice referred to his wife in very vulgar terms.

Celebuzz: You had done so well avoiding conflict with Teresa on the trip. Why did you find it necessary to get involved that night airing on Sunday’s episode?
Caroline Manzo: Your terminology is actually appropriate. I had to get involved, because [Teresa] looked directly at me and asked me a question. And I had no intention of saying a word, not a word, because I was exhausted. You can see in my face that I just wanted the trip to end. I was exhausted from it. And I was asked a direct question. And if you’re going to be so brave as to ask me a direct question and knowing what the answer is going to be, I’m going to give it to you. And that’s what happened.

CB: If viewers could only take one message from the episode, what would you like that to be?
CM: There was nothing fun about it. I don’t relish any moment of it. I don’t look at that and say “winner” or “loser,” whatever the case may be. It was an ugly moment in my life that I want to forget. And I hope that I never have to deal with that again. It’s not fun. It’s not nice. There’s nothing to be proud of there. And the endgame was that’s the way I had to handle what was. That’s all.

CB: Knowing how much you hate the kind of person you were at the time, did you have any hesitation in doing Watch What Happens: Live with Teresa?
CM: I am who I am and I know that there are those that love me and I know that there are those out there that don’t. But at the end of the day, I have to walk into my home and look at my husband and my children and my mom and my dad and say, “I hope you’re proud of me.” And that’s all I care about. When I have to tell my truth, I always tell my truth even if I’m ugly. If it makes me ugly, at least I can say, “You know what? I acted horribly and it had to be said.” Life isn’t lollipops and roses. Life sometimes sucks, right? Sometimes you’re in a rotten situation, but I will never make excuses for it.

CB: Do you see any possibility of reconciliation with Teresa?
CM: I have a very clear understanding of what is. There could be forgiveness if it’s asked. I’m big enough to say that I was rude and obnoxious and very hard on [Teresa], which I was. But, that’s the level she brought me to. But, you still haven’t apologized for what you’ve done to any of us, not just me, to any of us. And until there’s a real legitimate apology, I’m not interested. So, why would I go back into the lion’s den? I said what I had to say. I was very blunt and very matter of fact in what I had to say. I don’t regret it. I regret that I had to do it, but I don’t regret those words because my conscience is clear now and I’m good. I don’t need to go back there. Why would I do that?

CB: To be clear, what is it you believe Teresa should apologize for?
CM: I just don’t think she treated her family and friends with any kind of dignity or respect. And I think that’s sad, because everybody was there for her.

CB: Last episode, viewers watched as Joe said some pretty nasty things about Teresa while on the phone with some mystery person. What was it like being there for that?
CM: We watched and learned when you guys did. None of us knew about that phone call. We were all puzzled about what they were doing in the vineyard. We knew something was going on that was somewhat inappropriate in the vineyard. But as far as the phone call, not one of the cast knew the content of that phone call. I think without a doubt it changed the mood of the entire night, because regardless of my feelings for Teresa, I don’t think any human being should be spoken to like that. I think it’s just wrong.

I thought it was very sad. I don’t care who the couple was. No one should be spoken to like that. And I just thought it was wrong and it was in very poor taste. I thought it was bad. It’s sad, because there was a time when she had a group of people around her that would have rallied for her.

Caroline Manzo of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey is about to tell us something and it will be written down for all to see.

The reality star is joining other Housewives alums including castmate Teresa Giudice in adding author to their occupations, landing a book deal with It Books, an imprint of Harper Collins for a book titled “Let me Tell You Something.”

When will the book be released and what will she tell us?

The book is set for release in Spring 2013 on March 26 and will focus on her advice for a happy life. The rest of the title indicates it is all about “Life as a Real Housewife, Tough-Love Mother and Street-Smart Businesswoman.”

Those looking to hear about any fueding with the other Housewives including Teresa will be out of luck as Manzo told Bravo that she “absolutely refused to do anything negative about any of the other ladies.”

While she did speak about how being on Housewives has changed her and her world, she said the book is mostly about her marriage and her children and how she has made her life what it is.

The star is married to Albert Manzo and they have three children together. “All I am is a 51-year-old woman that’s had a lot of experiences in life and has managed to carve out a wonderful family and career and all that stuff,” she said.

“It’s just basically telling stories of things in my life that maybe people can get something out of,” Manzo continued.

On her publisher’s website she said “If you told me 10 years ago that I’d be writing a book, I wouldn’t have believed you. But ever since the show, fans are always asking me for advice. They want to know my take on things – on family, friendship, love – so I decided to put it all on paper.”

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Lauren Manzo, who lost 30 pounds from the 185-pound frame she sported before undergoing lap band surgery, spoke exclusively to Celebuzz about how she has gained confidence because of her new bod.

She even plans to show some skin in a bikini this summer.

“I feel a little bit more comfortable now,” the daughter of NJ housewife Caroline Manzo dished to Celebuzz.

“Prior to surgery, I’d never worn a two-piece in my life — I have now been wearing them, but I still keep my cover-up on.”

What part of Lauren’s body is still leaving her uneasy about revealing all?

“I still have a lot of my insecurities about bathing suits is my boobs. I am still waiting for those to shrink and if they don’t, I may need a reduction,” she joked.

The 25-year old reality starlet still wants to lose 30 to 35 more pounds but will continue to do it the healthy way — by sticking to “protein and vegetables” and eating “no salt, no sugar, no carbs and no fat,” she said.

She also plans to continue hitting the gym every morning from 6:30 to 8: 30 a.m.

Manzo said she’s feeling good about herself but is constantly nervous about possible surgery complications.

“I feel a lot better about myself, but it’s still scary,” she said.

“It used to be, if I had a stomachache, it was just a stomachache. But now if I have a stomachache, I have to think ‘What’s wrong?’ Now I need to make sure it is nothing to do with the band. The surgery is always on my mind.”

Despite her concerns, Manzo assured Celebuzz she has no regrets about her life changing decision. “This was the best decision for me at this time.”

Lauren Manzo is revealing that her lap band surgery hasn’t helped her conquer her constant weight battle.

“A lot of people are telling me I took the easy way out, which I didn’t because I struggle every day still with the lap band,”  the Real Housewives of New Jersey star confessed in an exclusive interview with Celebuzz. “People tell me that I am lazy, but I am not lazy at all — I am in the gym every morning at 6:30 a.m. to 8: 30 a.m.”

Manzo, the 24-year-old daughter of Jersey housewife Caroline Manzo, said “her family was very supportive of her decision.”

“I think a lot of it was in my head that they weren’t,” she admitted. “I thought they were calling me fat even if they weren’t.”

Manzo has since lost 30 lbs. from her previous 185-pound frame, but how low is she planning to go?

“My goal weight is 115 to 120,” the reality star, who recently fit into size six pants, said.  “To be honest, I don’t ever remember weighing 120 on a scale. My whole life, I remember always being between 150 and 160. I have always been heavy like that.”

Today,  Manzo follows a very strict diet  – and suffers if she veers from it or doesn’t take small bites.

“I eat a lot of protein and vegetables. No salt, no sugar, no carbs and no fat. It really is not easy. If I take a big bite of anything — doesn’t matter what it is — I will probably end up throwing it up.”

Sticking to that diet isn’t always easy: The Manzos are known for their elaborate (and carb-heavy) Italian homecooked Sunday dinners. Still, Manzo has managed to bring some healthier options to the table.

“Now I cook healthy meals and my mom enjoys them with me,” she told Celebuzz. “In the winter, it’s the hardest because we have all the cheese and wine and the pasta, but now nobody wants that because it’s summer. We want to barbecue, so it is a little bit easier for me right now.”

As for the never-ending drama on Real Housewives, Manzo says she’s surprised at controversial housewife Teresa Giudice‘s most recent behavior.

“She really, truly believes her own lies,” Manzo dished, adding that Guidice has become “delusional” since the series’ first season.

Wednesday night was the Bravo Upfronts (for both coasts) and the Real Housewives of New York City and New Jersey put the drama aside to hit the carpet to strike a pose and flash some smiles.

While the NYC ladies were out in full force, (with Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon and Alex McCord all making appearances) the New Jersey crew was a little short handed, with only Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurtia and Caroline Manzo making it out to Wednesday night’s event held at 82 Mercer in the Big Apple.
