Chris Pine and Tom Hardy hit up the red carpet premiere for their latest film, This Means War, in London on Monday evening. Both suited up, but Chris was looking clean shaven and utterly adorable, while Tom went with a more scruffy look (which we love too!). The film, out on Valentine’s Day, is about two BFFs/federal agents, who fall for the same gal (played by Reese Witherspoon.) They then launch a full out war to win her affections.

Now these are two guys we wouldn’t mind fighting over us!

Sadly, no; Witherspoon and Pine were merely filming a scene from their upcoming movie, This Means War, in Vacouver on Thursday. In the movie, Pine and Tom Hardy (Inception) play lifelong friends who turn against each other after both falling for Witherspoon’ character, Lauren.

OK! Magazine reports that the Star Trek hunk is in talks to assume the role of CIA agent Jack Ryan.

Since 1990, the character, which originated with Tom Clancy‘s popular series of spy novels, has been played by Alec Baldwin, Harrison Ford and Ben Affleck, who last played the character in 2002′s The Sum of All Fears.

The actor is in negotiations with Paramount Pictures and Eagle Eye director D.J. Caruso to sign on for the production of The Art of Making Money.

According to Variety, Pine would play Art Williams, the alias for a Chicago man who rose from petty theft to become a master counterfeiter.

The movie is based on the 2005 Rolling Stone article by Jason Kersten, who turned his reporting into the book “The Art of Making Money: The Story of a Master Counterfeiter.”

Caruso has recently worked with Shia LaBeouf on box office hits Eagle Eye and Disturbia. Guess he’s over him…or just wants some hot, fresh meat!

The Star Trek star—recently rumored to have been dating Hills brunette Audrina Patridge—is in negotiations to star alongside Denzel Washington in the upcoming thriller Unstoppable, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

In the movie, Washington will play a train engineer who’s about to be laid off due to cutbacks. Pine is in talks to play his replacement, who helps Washington try to stop an unmanned freight train carrying a potentially disastrous load of combustible liquids and poisonous gas.

The film is being produced by Tony Scott (The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3, Tristan + Isolde).
