Well, that would be, Ciara and her boyfriend, rapper Future.

Just to refresh your memory, over one week ago Rihanna spent $8,000 at King of Diamonds in Miami, but the “Love Sex Magic” singer has taken over the top spending spot dropping a whopping $16K on ‘dem strippers May 1, Celebuzz has learned exclusively.

And the famous pair know how to do it right. Forget $100 bills, the hip hop couple requested $16,000 in $1 bills. WTF!

“It was for their table alone. The stacks of singles kept coming — it was crazy!” an eyewitness told CB!.

“The rest of the celebs each had a whole lot more going on.”

R&B superstars B.O.B. and Ace Hood made grand entrances, while Birdman, Trick Daddy, Flo-Rida kept their presence on the DL, said the  club-goer.

Even Ciara kept a low pro.

“She was really quiet and kept her sunglasses on. She really didn’t want to have any of her photos taken, or really even be seen,” said the eyewitness.

While they chilled in the VIP section, Future ordered 15 bottles of Ace of Spades, Ciroc, Patron… but then requested 15 more to keep the party going, added our insider.

“Katy Perry broke into the industry not even five years ago, and has already accomplished more than most artists can hope for in an entire career,” Billboard‘s editorial director Bill Werde said in a statement. “We are thrilled to celebrate these incredible achievements and her amazing past 12 months by presenting her with the Billboard Woman of the Year Award.”

What catapulted Perry to the crown?

With her Teenage Dream album — which she repackaged with new tracks “Part of Me” and “Wide Awake” into another release, Complete Confection — Perry set music industry records; thanks to chart-topping hits like “Firework” and “California Gurls,” the singer became the only woman in history to score five Hot 100 No. 1s from a single album.

After a year that also landed her at No. 8 on Forbes‘s Celebrity 100 list and earned her several MTV VMA nods, Perry will be honored at the Billboard Women in the Music ceremony in November.

The Woman of the Year title pays tribute the achievements of a trailblazing female artist, acknowledging both her musical triumphs and her leadership in an ever-changing industry. So what other women have earned this mark of distinction?

The “Oh” songstress hit the beach in Malibu, Calif., this Sunday for a steamy music video shoot.

Clad in a black two piece and a leather jacket, the 26-year-old sang and danced in front of rolling cameras before jumping into the surf to cool down.

However, this wasn’t the first time we’ve seen Ciara in a sexy role this summer.

Playing the daughter of an exotic dancer, the singer made her theatrical debut in Andy Samberg and Adam Sandler’s That’s My Boy in June.

Though Ciara’s got a little taste of the silver screen, she’s still sticking to her musical roots. Her newest album, One Woman Army, is due for release in November.

Kim Kardashian is continuing to garner support from her friends after getting flour bombed by an animal activist last Thursday night, March 22, at West Hollywood’s London Hotel. The latest celeb to speak out is singer Ciara, who told Celebuzz that the whole incident was pretty shocking.

“I didn’t see all of what happened, but I think it’s crazy. I don’t understand the concept of doing that, regardless of what anyone believes. There is a way to approach someone, so that was definitely crazy for someone to do it like that.”

“It’s about being classy. They weren’t, but [Kim] was. That’s what matters the most in life — how you react to situations — and Kim is a class act,” she told us at the Valentino Rodeo Drive flagship opening on Tuesday evening. Her friend Kim was also in attendance.

Last week, the 31-year-old reality star was at the hotel for an event in support of her new fragrance True Reflection when she was hit with a white powdery substance. The female culprit, who has since been identified as PETA supporter Christina Cho, was detained and released. 

Since the flour bombing, Khloe Kardashian has quit as a spokesperson for PETA in support of her sister.  In a statement posted on her blog – and provided to Celebuzz — 27-year-old Khloe wrote: 

“I just received word that the woman responsible has very close ties to PETA, despite PETA publicly stating otherwise. Not only has PETA lied to the public, but they have proved that they support this kind of behavior.”

Spring time is rapidly approaching and singer Ciara is the latest star to step out rocking this trend while shopping at Barney’s in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (Feb. 22)!

Tons of celebs have gone overseas to attend Paris fashion week, and Ciara was seen hitting up Dsquared’s opening boutique party. Sporting a super tight LBD, she slicked her hair back and paired it with a cute pair of cheetah ankle boots.

It looks like Ciara is already having a blast!

The “Goodies” singer tweeted:

Kim Kardashian is a married woman, but she always has time for her besties!

The 30-year-old reality star was seen enjoying a tennis match at the US Open on Thursday with her dear friends Ciara and Lala Vasquez. Each lady was looking fashionable, as Ciara sported stripes, Kim wore a jacket and Lala sported a trendy top knot. And of course, they were all wearing stylish shades!

There was one friend that was missing from their crew…sort of!

They were all cheering on their BFF Serena Williams!

Kim tweeted:

“Great win today!!!! On to the semi’s @serenawilliams!! So proud of you! Me @lala @ciara @JonathanCheban were cheering for you!”

Forget about Ciara‘s “goodies,” these days the singer is all about her adorable new puppies!

The leggy R&B singer was spotted playing with her two new pups while she was out running errands in Los Angeles on Thursday afternoon. After hitting up a clothing store, Ciara stopped by a patch of grass and scooped her two patient dogs out of her Louis Vuitton dog carrying case so they could use the doggy restroom.

The dogs – a miniature schnauzer puppy and a cokcapoo mix – trotted around on the grass in front of a group of photographers who happily took the camera-ready pups’ picture.
