Star Magazine has some awesomely bad pictures of Hannah Montana star Cody Linley shirtless and reportedly drunk at Tabu, a club in Orlando, Florida.

A source told the mag,

“It was weird to see him stick his tongue down some girl’s throat. He was totally out of it and didn’t mind that the whole room was staring at him…He was already wasted, he didn’t need any drinks.”

Cody is 19 years old, but still under the legal drinking age. Way to go, man!

Hannah Montana star Cody Linley and his 20-year-old dance partner, Julianne Hough, got the boot last night, and Linley took the elimination pretty hard. The 18-year-old hoofer burst into tears at the news, and required a few minutes to dry his eyes before heading for the press line to answer reporters’ queries.

Maybe Linley was emotionally devastated because his days of making awkward passes at Dancing‘s female contestants have come to an end?

The recently appendix-free Hough, however, was more composed than her weepy accomplice. In fact, she managed to work in a shout-out for her 23-year-old brother, Derek Hough, who’s moving on to the finals with his partner, 37-year-old former Wild On! hostess Brooke Burke.

The supportive sib burst into Derek and Brooke’s post-game interview to declare, “”If you voted for Cody and me, vote for Brooke and Derek!”

Hmm; wonder how Dancing‘s remaining contestants—Lance Bass, Lacey Schwimmer, Warren Sapp and Kym Johnson—feel about Julianne’s nepotistic shout-out.

But then, family support will only take a person so far where this competition’s concerned.

Star reports that Linley has made aggressives passes at fellow dancers Lacey Schwimmer and Kym Johnson.

A source claims that the fancy-footed young actor had a production assistant bring Schwimmer, 20, to his trailer on November 5, where she found him wearing nothing but a t-shirt and boxer shorts and strumming his guitar.

Ah, a romantic serenade as a prelude to television-set trailer sex!

“He put down the guitar and made a sudden move towards Lacey, pulling her toward him to try and get a kiss,” says the source. “Cody might have thought he was being playful, but Lacey was definitely freaked out, and she rushed out of his trailer.”

A source says Linley has turned into “a monster.”

Lacey’s rejection didn’t slow the young lad down. At a private party for the cast and crew in West Hollywood, he tried his luck with Kym Johnson, 32, after Schwimmer was “too uncomfortable” to attend. Linley reportedly got his drink on and made his move.

After being rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles last week because of stomach pains, DWTS babe Julianne Hough has been recommended by her doctor to have her appendix removed, reports People.

The 20-year-old dancer and aspiring country singer “will provide more details of her treatment on Monday night’s Dancing with the Stars, when she performs with partner Cody Linley,” notes a statement.

Hough has officially been diagnosed with endometriosis.

Poor Cody; looks like all the girls are abandoning the Hannah Montana star these days.

Do Miley’s nighttime tanning sessions mean she’s not sneaking off with her potential boyfriend and Disney costar Cody Linley, or going to bars with her other potential boyfriend, undies model and YouTube crooner Justin Gaston?

Linley tells Us, “I talked to Miley the other day and said, ‘Hey, homey, I’m going to your birthday party, so you need to come see me on Dancing with the Stars!’”

He’s got a busy fall ahead of him, as he’s competing on this season of Dancing With The Stars with partner Julianne Hough. The 17-year-old is the youngest contestant in the seven year history of the show, strutting his stuff against the likes of Kim Kardashian and Lance Bass.

While it looks like Miley has moved on with a new and more experienced man, it’s doubtful that the young hottie is lacking in the girl department.

Despite the fact that the couple have been living the high life lately, their relationship may be headed for trouble.

E! Online reports that the Hannah Montana star will be in attendance when her co-star, Cody Linley, hits the ballroom floor with partner Julianne Hough on this season’s Dancing With the Stars.

“Miley and a bunch of my friends are going to come and support me, so I’m really, really excited about that,” Linley shamelessly brags. Check out the shocking video confession below:

Sure you’re excited, Cody. But Justin probably shouldn’t be so psyched, especially given that you were caught in a late-night rendezvous with his girlfriend two weeks ago.
