Taylor Swift is moving away from the Kennedys.

Back during her summer romance with Conor Kennedy, the Grammy-winning singer dropped $4.8 on a Hyannis Port, Mass., oceanfront mansion, nearby the Kennedy family’s famed vacation compound.

“People say that about me, that I apparently buy houses near every boy I like — that’s a thing that I apparently do,” Swift said coyly in the latest issue of Vanity Fair, though the magazine confirmed through a source that the singer did scoop up the property.”If I like you, I will apparently buy up the real-estate market just to freak you out so you leave me.”

Now, following the couple’s breakup in September, Swift has said ta-ta to her Cape Cod abode, flipping the 4,400-square-foot pad for nearly a $1 million profit.

After owning the home for just seven months, the “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer — who Forbes crowned as the highest paid star under 30 — sold to a couple for $5,675,000 in February, realtor Bob Kinlin told E! News.

While the 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom pad was in her possession, Swift’s team implemented some home improvements, from renovating the kitchen and some bathrooms to replacing the septic system.

The 1.1 acre property — which is just a short stroll from her former beau’s summer getaway, a.k.a., the house of Ethel Kennedy — overlooks Nantucket Sound and has a guesthouse as well as a private beach.

They say a lady never kisses and tells – well, go tell that to Taylor Swift.

The 23-year-old has stepped out on the arm of some of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors, but has been unlucky in love with each and everyone.

In the latest issue of Vanity Fair, Swift addresses the main cause of her split with One Direction singer Harry Styles and what she thought about her two-month relationship with Conor Kennedy.

Swift told the mag that she “felt like [Styles] was looking at every girl.”

A close pal of the country crooner also admitted that “[he] disappeared one night and after that it was like he just didn’t want to keep going.”

Swift had kinder words when it came to her summer romance with Kennedy. She simply said that he “was awesome.”

This isn’t the first time the “You Belong To Me” singer has spilled her heart out about past loves.

Swift’s song, “Dear John,” on her latest album, Red, sparked Mayer to lash out and publicly admit that he was “humiliated” by the Swift-penned ballad.

Swift snapped at his plea telling Couric, “oh, come on.”

The singer revealed that the actor dumped her over the phone after their whirlwind three month courtship.

Yikes – it looks like breaking up with Swift is a hard thing to do, since she not only has a history of putting pen to paper after heartbreak, but also publicly releasing details about what really went wrong.

Taylor Swift may have new inspiration for her next album.

The country star has reportedly split from boyfriend Conor Kennedy after dating him for almost four months. According to Us magazine, the singer-songwriter — whose latest breakup anthem is “We are Never Ever Getting Back Together” –  “quietly parted ways a while ago” with Kennedy. The purported reason:  Swift’s grueling schedule.

The 22-year-old is currently on a press tour to promote her new album, Red, which is already enjoying record-breaking sales and critical acclaim after its release just this week.

Swift and Kennedy’s much-documented romance was first reported when the singer was  spotted with the 18-year-old high school senior at the Kennedy family compound in Hyannisport, MA, in July. Conor is the son of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the late Mary Kennedy.

He’s certainly not the first leading man in Swift’s life: she’s previously been linked to some of Hollywood’s most eligible bachelors, including John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal and Joe Jonas – and many of them have become the subject of her hit songs. In fact, as Celebuzz reported this week, Swift’s Red album features a slew of new tunes that may be inspired by those A-listers — and many others.

If the breakup reports are true, Swift is already set to “Begin Again”: she premiered the video for that single on Oct. 24; it shows the six-time Grammy winner looking for love in Paris.

Reps for Swift have not returned requests for comment at this time.

Both Gyllenhaal and Swift are blue-eyed Sagittariuses, which happens to be one of the three fire signs. Given the sweeping sound of “State of Grace,” it sounds like the pair’s short romance was anything but a meaningless fling.

2. Red

Hidden message: SAG

Who: Jake Gyllenhaal

Lyrical clues: “Passionate as sin, ended so suddenly… Like the colors in autumn”

Swift and her actor beau only dated briefly, from October 2010 (other wise known as autumn) to January 2011. The singer’s hidden message, “SAG,” could stand for Sagittarius or Screen Actors Guild — both of which are good descriptors for Gyllenhaal.

3. Treacherous

Hidden message: WON’T STOP UNTIL IT’S OVER

Who: John Mayer

Lyrical clues: “Until the gravity’s too much/ And I’ll do anything you say/ If you say it with your hands”

Swift’s hidden message could easily reference Mayer’s harsh remarks toward “Dear John” and her songwriting choices in Rolling Stone. “It made me feel terrible,” he said. “Because I didn’t deserve it. I’m pretty good at taking accountability now, and I never did anything to deserve that. It was a really lousy thing for her to do.”

However, Swift’s message to Mayer seems pretty clear: She won’t stop writing until this heartache is over. Swift also references two of Mayer’s tracks in “Treacherous”: “Gravity” and “Your Body is a Wonderland”, in which Mayer sings, “Your body is a wonderland/ I’ll use my hands.”

4. I Knew You Were Trouble

Hidden message: WHEN YOU SAW ME DANCING

Who: Harry Styles

Lyrical clues: “A new notch in your belt is all I’ll ever be… And the saddest fear comes creeping in/That you never loved me or her or anyone or anything”

Back in April — before Conor Kennedy — Swift had a reported fling with One Direction’s resident womanizer. Swift was allegedly heartbroken when she saw photographs of Styles, 18, and American model Emma Ostilly on a date in Auckland on April 20. Swift’s reference to dancing could be a nod to her enthusiastic cheering during One Direction’s performance during the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards back in March.

5. All Too Well

Hidden message: MAPLE LATTES

Who: Jake Gyllenhaal

Lyrical clues: “Left my scarf there at your sister’s house… Oh your sweet disposition”

This one is just too easy. Not only does Swift’s secret message point toward her and Gyllenhaal’s favorite coffee date drink, but the song also mentions his older sister Maggie and their apple-picking adventures in upstate New York. Oh, and one of Gyllenhaal’s favorite bands is Temper Trap (ahem, “Sweet Disposition”).

6. 22

Hidden message: ASHLEY DIANNA CLAIRE SELENA

Who: Her BBFs: Ashley Avignone, Dianna Agron, Claire Callaway and Selena Gomez.

Swift’s fun, flirty “22″ is an ode to being young and a nod to her BFFs.

7. I Almost Do

Hidden message: WROTE THIS INSTEAD OF CALLING

Who: Owl City’s Adam Young

Lyrical clue: “I bet this time of night you’re still up”

On Swift’s last album, Speak Now, she penned the track “Enchanted” for Young. Too shy to call her back, he crafted a response in the form of a cover of “Enchanted.”

“Dearest Taylor,” he wrote. “I’ll be the first to admit I’m a rather shy boy and since music is the most eloquent form of communication I can muster, I decided to record something for you… This is what I wanted so badly to tell you in person but could never quite put into words.” However, Young says he never got a response from the country-pop singer.

So it makes perfect sense that she would follow that up with another song — with the message, “Wrote this instead of calling.” Also, Swift sings, “I bet this time of night you’re still up,” which could be a nod to Young’s insomnia.

8. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together

Hidden message: WHEN I STOPPED CARING WHAT YOU THOUGHT

Who: Will Anderson

Lyrical clues: “And you, will hide away and find your piece of mind with some indie record that’s much cooler than mine”

Swift dated the Parachute frontman — an indie rock enthusiast with a wide array of Ray Ban glasses — on-and-off in December 2011.

9. Stay Stay Stay

Hidden message: DAYDREAMING ABOUT REAL LOVE

Who: Conor Kennedy

Lyrical clues: “That’s when you came in wearing a football helmet”

Since Swift and Kennedy’s relationship is so new, they may not have achieved “real love” yet, but Kennedy’s good manners (he carries her groceries!) make it easy for her to daydream. “This morning I said we should talk about it/ Cause I read you should never leave a fight unresolved/ That’s when you came in wearing a football helmet.” Conor plays football at Deerfield Academy.

10. The Last Time

Hidden message: L.A. ON YOUR BREAK

Who: Jake Gyllenhaal

Lyrical clues: “And all the times I let you in/ Just for you to go again/ Disappear when you come back/ Everything is better”

It looks like Gyllenhaal and Swift had some kind of on-and-off-again crazy beautiful romance given the amount of tracks he inspired. With his filming schedule, Gyllenhaal could have easily met with Swift “in L.A. on his break,” so the hidden message points toward the actor.

11. Holy Ground

Hidden message: WHEN YOU CAME TO THE SHOW IN S.D.

Who: Joe Jonas

Lyrical clues: “Well I guess we fell apart in the usual way/ And the story’s got dust on every page/ Sometimes I wonder how you think about it now/ And I see your face in every crowd”

The book is certainly closed when it comes to Swift’s romance with Jonas. That relationship has already inspired three of Swift’s hits — “Forever and Always,” “Last Kiss” and “Better Than Revenge.” But “Holy Ground” represents a young woman finally at peace with her first love.

Back in 2008, Swift flew to New York to be with her JoBro while they filmed a segment for the Jonas Brothers’ 3-D concert movie. “We had this big wide city all to ourselves,” she sings, which could easily refer to her and Joe’s time in the Big Apple together. Also, Swift’s secret message is a reference to Joe being spotted at two of Swift’s concert in L.A. and San Jose. Could the middle Jonas have snuck into her show in San Diego as well? All signs point to yes.

12. Sad Beautiful Tragic

Hidden message: WHILE YOU WERE ON A TRAIN

Who: John Mayer or Jake Gyllenhaal

Lyrical clues: “Good girls, hopeful they’ll be and lonely will wait”

Only Mayer would travel by train. Isn’t that what Shadow Days is all about? And Swift’s reference to “good girls” could be a nod to Mayer’s now-famous cover of Tom Petty‘s “Free Fallin’.” Also, “Sad Beautiful Tragic” pretty much sums up the entirety of Mayer and Swift’s ill-fated romance.

However, “While you were on a train” could also refer to Gyllenhaal’s film, Source Code, which he filmed while dating Swift. Perhaps “Sad Beautiful Tragic” was written as a culmination of Swift’s past heartaches.

13. The Lucky One

Hidden message: WOULDN’T YOU LIKE TO KNOW

Who: Joni Mitchell

Lyrical clues: “It was a few years later, I showed up here/ And they still tell the legend of how you disappeared/ How you took the money and your dignity, and got the hell out”

Swift is set to play her idol, Joni Mitchell, in an upcoming, albeit top-secret, biopic (i.e. “Wouldn’t you like to know). Mitchell retired from the spotlight years ago, choosing the “Rose Garden over Madison Square.” Swift has not only called Mitchell one of her idols, but she’s also one of her songwriting inspirations.

14. Everything Has Changed

Hidden message: HYANNIS PORT

Who: Conor Kennedy

Lyrical clues: “And all I’ve seen since 18 hours ago is green eyes and freckles and your smile in the back of my mind making me feel right”

This duet with Ed Sheeran is obviously about her current boyfriend Conor because the hidden message is “Hyannis Port.” Hyannis Port just so happens to be where the Kennedy Compound is located — and where Swift just purchased a home. Sheeran and Swift sing, “I just wanna know you better,” on the chorus, and the singer-songwriter will definitely get to know her beau better when she moves in right across the street. Also, the song mentions green eyes, which wouldn’t you know, is the same eye color of the young Kennedy.

15. Starlight

Hidden message: FOR ETHEL

Who: Ethel Kennedy

Oh boy. Now Swift has even penned a song for her beau’s grandmother Ethel. “I met Bobby [Kennedy] on the boardwalk, summer of ’45.” The song, written from Ethel’s perspective, is an ode to young love, dancing like “we’re made of starlight,” and having “10 kids” (Ethel and Bobby actually had 11 kids) and teaching them “how to dream.” Adorable or creepy? We’re not quite sure.

16. Begin Again

Hidden message: I WEAR HEELS NOW

Who: Will Anderson / Conor Kennedy

Lyrical clues: “I’ve been spending the last 8 months/ Thinking all love ever does/ Is break and burn and end”

The Parachute frontman — you know, the indie rock enthusiast –wasn’t Swift’s tallest ex, so if we had to guess which former flame had an issue with Swift’s height, we’re going to say it was Anderson. That fling fizzled in January 2012, but things between Swift and Kennedy started heating up in August 2012 — “eight months” after her last breakup. “And you throw your head back laughing/ Like a little kid,” could be a reference to Kennedy’s age. After all, he’s three years her junior. Plus, it’s seems only natural that Swift would conclude her album with a nod to her current love.

Taylor Swift has millions of fans across the globe, but it turns out her biggest ones are right in boyfriend Conor Kennedy’s family.

The “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” songstress has earned the approval of her beau’s famous political brood, and they can’t stop gushing about the 22-year-old singer’s budding relationship with the 18-year-old Deerfield Academy senior.

“I love Taylor; they’re pretty cute together,” Conor’s half-sister Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy recently told New York Magazine. “Whatever makes Conor happy, makes me happy.”

The country cutie has also got the seal of approval from Conor’s grandmother, Ethel Kennedy.

“She is just spectacular. She is just sensational inside and out. She is very kind,” she said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Swift — who splashed out $4.9 million for a home close to the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, Mass., earlier this year — also makes a great neighbor, according to the Kennedy matriarch.

“She played anything that everyone else was doing and she was good at it — no fuss — and I’m happy that we’ll be neighbors,” Ethel continued. “I’m thrilled.”

Likewise, Conor’s aunt Rory has also enthused about Swift.

“She’s awesome,” she told People. “She’s a great friend of all of ours.”

Dressed in a retro skirt and blouse and oversized red sunglasses, Swift turned plenty of heads as she pedaled around the French capital on her vintage bike.

What’s the new song about?

Not from the looks of it. And as the young couple’s romance blossoms, a branding experts tells Celebuzz that the fling could benefit both of their careers.

“Having Taylor Swift on Conor’s arm will carry on a long history of romantic liaisons with celebrities for the Kennedy family,” said Stacy Jones, CEO of Hollywood Branded, Inc. ”With Taylor having established herself as a global star, their relationship will bring a younger spotlight to the Kennedy family.”

How exactly could the songstress impact the Kennedy clan’s image?

Jones says the 22-year-old singer could garner votes for her 18-year-old beau and the younger members of his influential family should they choose politics as a career.

“If Conor, his siblings, or younger generation cousins have any interest in pursuing a political future in later years, a whole new future voting generation has now been warmly introduced to the American royalty family of the Kennedys,” she said.

In addition, the romance could benefit Swift.

“Overall, there is an allure in both political and fashion circles globally for the Kennedys,” Jones said. “The familiarity of the Kennedy name may broaden her potential to reach an older fan base in coming years.”

On the  down side, the romance could cause trouble for the young hunk if Swift were to become just another notch on his belt and join her long list of reported exes, including End of Watch star Jake Gyllenhaal, Twilight’s Taylor Lautner, and singers Joe Jonas and John Mayer.

“He could forever be known as ‘the ex-boyfriend of Taylor Swift,’” said Jones.

Swift was first spotted with RFK Jr.’s son in July while vacationing at the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport, Mass.; she’s  apparently so smitten that she  purchased a mansion close to the family’s estate. Despite her many hook-ups and heartbreaks, Taylor Swift confesses she’s still a novice when it comes to matters of the heart.

“I know general things about love,” the Grammy winner tells the new issue of Rolling Stone, on stands Sept. 13. “How to treat people well, what you deserve and when to walk away. Other than that, love is a complete mystery – and that’s why I like to write about it.”

And that’s exactly what she did for her upcoming fourth studio album, Red, out Oct. 22. Her first single off the LP, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” a breakup anthem with a hip-hop beat, has set records, selling 623,000 digital singles in its debut week.

But for Swift, translating her romantic turmoil into record-selling lyrics is not so easy.

“I went through a few roller coasters,” she admits of her love life. “Trying to chronicle each step of the way was challenging, because you go to some really dark places with the lyrics. Then in the next track, you’re talking about how amazing it is to meet somebody new.”

Unlike her 2010 hit album Speak Now, Swift got some help in penning her new tracks.

“I felt like an apprentice,” the multi-platinum artist said of joining industry pros Max Martin and Dan Wilson for writing sessions in Los Angeles and her native Nashville. “They taught me so much about melodic sense, and they let me do what I love, which is the lyrics.”

Her latest love affair — with Conor Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. – may be too new to have made it into the Red tunes. But after making herself at home in Hyannis Port, Mass., at the Kennedy compound this summer, Swift snatched up a neighborhood, $4.9 million oceanfront home — which she alludes to in the interview. “That would be so amazing,” Swift gushed of having her own Cape Cod home.

But as the debut date of her album nears, Swift is readying to leave home and head on tour again.

“I really want to go out on the road in the spring,” she said. “After I write a song, I always end up laying awake at night thinking, ‘What are the lighting cues going to be on this? How big is the pit going to be?’ I have been thinking of some big moments that are going to happen.”

That’s the scenario described by the bride’s mother, Victoria Gifford Kennedy. In fact, the wife of the late Michael Kennedy says the 22-year-old country star – who began dating Conor Kennedy this summer – “looked right past her” when she asked Swift to make a, well, swift exit on Saturday.

What exactly happened?

“[Conor and Taylor] texted me an hour before the wedding and asked if they could come,” Victoria, who was celebrating the marriage of her daughter Kyle, told the Boston Globe.  “I responded with a very clear, ‘Please do not come.’ They came anyway.”

The reason for her unwelcoming attitude? Victoria apparently feared the “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” singer’s presence would detract from her daughter’s big day. And in fact, it did.

According to the Globe, there was a mild commotion in the lobby of the Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel when 18-year-old Conor and Swift arrived, with fans asking for pictures and autographs. And that made Victoria take action.

“I personally went up to Ms. Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave,” she said. “It was like talking to a ghost. She seemed to look right past me.”

Swift’s spokesperon, meanwhile, said: “Taylor was invited to the wedding and the bride thanked her profusely for being there.”

That’s partly right. Vicki admitted that Conor was invited to the wedding but never RSVP’d.

Taylor Swift is apparently dating a Kennedy.

So suggests a collection of new photos, anyway, in which the 22-year-old country singer is seen enjoying a slice of pizza with 18-year-old Conor Kennedy and a group of friends at the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, Mass.

According to the New York Post, Swift met up with Kennedy — who is the grandson of legendary politician Robert F. Kennedy — on Friday, the day the photo was taken.

The two proceeded to spend a weekend fit for, well, a Kennedy, complete with sailing, holding hands, chats with family matriarch Ethel, and even a trip to Church on Sunday.

Sources added the couple was very “touchy-feeling” during their romantic getaway.

If confirmed, this would be the latest beau for Swift, who over the years has dated some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Past boyfriends include Jake Gyllenhaal, Joe Jonas and, perhaps most infamously, John Mayer, who was allegedly the subject of Swift’s 2010 song, ‘Dear John.’

In perhaps an ironic twist, given Tuesday’s news, Swift was most recently linked to Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of actor-turned-Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Kennedy, who turned 18 last week, is also the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the late Mary Richardson Kennedy, who hanged herself in May. According to the Wall Street Journal, Conor is poised to become the administrator of Mary’s estate.

No official word on when Swift and Kennedy first met.
