The world’s still buzzing about Sunday night’s Grammy Awards where Whitney Houston, who passed away in Los Angeles over the weekend, was honored with a moving tribute. But even before the show began, celebrity guests were already paying their respects on the red carpet.

Aside from gushing about best friend Beyonce‘s newborn Blue Ivy, Kelly Rowland stopped by reporters to talk about Whitney’s impact on the music industry. Likewise, Julianne Hough, Malin Ackerman, David Guetta and more took time out to chat about their favorite Houston memory and track — proving that even though she’s gone, Whitney Houston is still one of music’s greatest icons.

Whoa. Nicki Minaj doesn’t hold back does she?

Today, David Guetta‘s full length video for “Turn Me On”–featured on his Nothing But the Beat album–premiered. Creatively, the video explores a medieval world that conjures up images of Frankenstein and House of Wax. Guetta plays a mad scientist who builds his very own life-like Minaj doll.

This video isn’t the first project for Guetta and Minaj have collaborated on. The “Super Bass” vocalist lent her cool voice on Guetta’s “Where Them Girls At.”

What is it like working with the pink-haired singer? At last year’s American Music Awards, Guetta spoke with MTV News about the fierce rapper, saying:

“I want to see the reaction that people are gonna have because they are going to hear Nicki like they’ve never heard her before. … I really can’t wait to get the reaction from the American audience when they’re gonna see her sing like this because she is killing it. … She always comes with the crazy ideas.”

What do you get when you pair a global music sensation with one of the world’s most famous DJs? Answer: Awesome music. Duh!

Mix master David Guetta and Usher are set to release the official video for their musical collaboration “Without You” this Friday, but Celebuzz has a first look with a super sweet behind-the-scenes!

“The concept is that every continent is going back together,” David explains. “It’s like one big party, and there are no more different continents.”

*Nerd Note: The concept is based of off Pangaea, a hypothesized supercontinent that existed 250 million years ago before the continents separated.

In this new world the video imagines, “We’re all together,” he says. “It’s about the love and the music. That’s what the video is and that’s what the record is.”

Usher describes the video seeks to illustrate those moments when you’re “so happy but you’re crying at the same time.”

Natch, the R&B sensation busts out with some of his signature moves on set. We’ve gotta say he’s never looked or sounded better!
