The model, 39, told Celebuzz that she’s taking a break to work on her new beauty book — and gave us a sneak peek at her style tips.

Her secret to flawless skin: “I diligently use sunscreen, I don’t smoke, get as much beauty sleep as I can, and I see a dermatologist for any skincare concerns that arise.

The one beauty product she can’t live without: “I can’t imagine having to choose just one, but it would have to be my red lipstick.

Her first indulgent beauty purchase: “I fell in love with an expensive perfume when I was 14, so I saved up for it for many months until I could afford it.”

Advice for women to feel confident and sexy in their own skin: “I usually try to express the importance of finding what feels right for the individual woman, and to place less importance on what others think. Confidence has to come from within, it can’t be based in seeking acceptance. Beauty is subjective, so once one understands that, it gives the power to accept oneself. I believe in making the most of what one has and believing that what makes each of us different is what makes us interesting.”

On Wednesday night, the flawless beauty had a fun night out in London — and didn’t arrive back at her hotel until 2 AM!

Dita Von Teese’s search for her missing dog Eva ended in sadly Monday night when the 39-year-old Burlesque dancer-model discovered that her pet had died.

“My beloved Eva passed on tonight. Thank you for all your kind words. It means a lot to me,” she wrote on her Facebook.

How little Eva actually died is not yet known. The dog was first reported missing yesterday by Dita, who sought help on her WhoSay account.

“My dog Eva is missing, if anyone in Los Feliz/LA sees her, email Cali@dita.net. Good thoughts for her return are also appreciated,” she wrote.

This isn’t the first time a celebrity’s pet has died suddenly. Last month, The Hurt Locker actor Jeremy Renner‘s 8-month-old French bulldog Franklin died after running around at a Little League baseball game.

In February, Garrett Hedlund helped girlfriend Kirsten Dunst search for her missing cat in Hollywood. The search results were never revealed.

Dita debuted her new lingerie line at Australia Fashion Festival this Saturday and we hear it’s already in high demand. The gorgeous 39-year-old got everyone’s tongues wagging as she flaunted her signature curves in a little black number from the Von Folies collection.

Inspired by her own vintage undergarments, Dita designed the collection for Target Australia. The lingerie line includes knickers, stockings, suspenders and bras. But don’t go rushing to the stores just yet — the line is only available in Australia and, according to Target, many items from the selection have already sold out!

Dita is no stranger to modeling lingerie as she’s already worked with Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier and Wonderbra. She said of her current line:

“It was important to me to accomplish the task of making these beautiful things in sizes that can make any woman feel sexy and glamorous, and I’m very proud that we have been able to do that, while keeping prices affordable.”

Dita Von Teese wore a sultry, black vintage dress to her fragrance launch in Berlin, Germany this past week. In addition to her Christian Louboutin accessories, the burlesque performer proudly showed off a bottle of her brand new Eau de Dita.

According to Dita, the fragrance is not your typical “fruity and vanilla” celebrity creation, and we believe her! The scent is sure to be as sensual and glamorous as she always is. 

While Eau de Dita will only be sold in Australia this fall, it will be available internationally in 2012. Who wouldn’t want to smell like the Queen of Burlesque?
