Whether it’s bottle bought or sun caught, a tan has become the ultimate year round accessory for Hollywood superstars like Donald Trump, who stopped by The View Friday looking especially orange.

But for fear of looking like New Jersey’s so-caled ‘tanorexic mom,’ Patricia Krenticil, these over-baked celebrities might want to lay off the Mystic Tan.

Indeed, co-star Jenni ‘JWOWW’ Farley once asked Snooki what color is her skin she was after she declared “I’m not white.” “I’m tan,” Snooki boasted. When it comes to major malfunctions, The Voice judge Christina Aguilera is in a league of her own. The mom-of-one suffered a faux pas in January, 2012, while performing at Etta James’ funeral. Beauty queen Jenna Talackova and Allred will hold a media conference on Tuesday in what the lawyer billed, in a news release, as “Gloria Allred vs. Donald Trump.”

“At the news conference, Ms. Talackova will discuss her feelings about being suddenly excluded from the Pageant competition,” Allred wrote in the missive, just sent out to reporters. 

“Ms. Allred will discuss why Jenna should be permitted to compete and what action she plans to take in the United States on behalf of Ms. Talackova if the Miss Universe Pageant refuses to change its discriminatory rule.”

Talackova, a 6’1″ blonde, was born a male but underwent sex reassignment surgery when she was 19.

Even though Trump’s Miss Universe officials acknowledged that she is a “real girl,” she was disqualified because rules stipulated that all contestants be “naturally born female.”

The super lawyer has represented a host of high-profile clientele; most recently she appeared alongside Sharon Bialek, who allegedly had an affair with one-time presidential hopeful Herman Cain.

Allred has also represented, among others, Tiger Woods‘ mistress Rachel Uchitel.

So how is Trump as a boss? Well, Aubrey O’Day — who famously got fired from Diddy‘s group, Danity Kane — was quick to fire back at her former boss especially after working with The Donald.

“Trump is really nice. I don’t think that he uses the same tactics as Diddy when trying to achieve something from the people that work for him, so Trump is easier to work with than Diddy,” she revealed to Celebuzz, adding that she’s actually more worried about the other contestants ruining her chances of a win.

As far as cat fights are concerned, Debbie Gibson is ready to hold her own. “There are a lot of tough broads here. I’m an Italian, Brooklyn-born gal myself, but you put Victoria and Teresa together… I’m mild compared to these gals, so I can see the Italian tempers flaring, including my own. With less than a six-percent chance of beating out the competition, Carolla is honest about his approach to winning Apprentice. “I don’t necessarily plan on making it to the end…basically I’m using street smarts mixed with hard work, mixed with a little bit of ass kissing. Outside of a reality show star or two, nobody really gets to this level without busting their butt a little bit you know,” he said, taking a jab at his reality star competitors.

Despite all the upcoming drama and fights, the cast knows it’s all about charity at the end of the day. Real Housewives star Teresa opened up about the competition, admitting, “Everyone thinks I’m this tough girl, but people don’t know my sweet side… I’m competing to help a little boy who has a rare kidney disease that if they don’t find a cure, he’ll die. At the end of the day, life is too short. All the other bullsh*t doesn’t matter,” she said.

The Donald’s daughter Ivanka Trump added to the celebrity baby boom and announced, via Twitter, that she and husband Jared Kushner are expecting their first child:

I have been wanting to share some amazing news with you all for some time… I’m pregnant! Jared and I couldn’t be more excited.

Ivanka’s dad chimed in and told Gossip Cop:

I am very happy for Ivanka and Jared. They are wonderful young people!

The 29-year-old and her husband, a publisher, have been married since October of 2009.

TMZ reports that rapper Lil Jon, Survivor winner Richard Hatch and former baseball player Jose Canseco have signed on top participate in the next edition of Donald Trump‘s televised brainchild.

These newest cast members should provide the show with its requisite amount of scandal; Hatch, of course, is well known for his troubles with the IRS, which landed him in prison for nearly three years. Canseco, meanwhile, set the baseball world on its ear with his steroid-snitching autobiography Juiced, not to mention his memorable run on The Surreal Life.

Jon, Hatch and Canseco will reportedly be joining former Sugar Ray singer Mark McGrath, The View alum Star Jones and LaToya Jackson on the program, which pits the famous and semi-famous against each other in an effort to find out who has the most formidable business prowess—and to document the subsequent hissy-fits.

Seemingly uncertain of Uchitel’s ability to multi-task, Trump huffed,

“It’s a terrible decision. We have zero interest in her now….Look at what ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ did for Piers Morgan. He’s getting Larry King‘s job. She made a bad mistake.”

And it’s a mistake, Trump asserts, that Uchitel will regret sooner rather than later:

“Celebrity Apprentice is a huge show and Celebrity Rehab is not. I have 10 people who want to be on the show for every slot that’s available. I’m moving on.”

Uchitel may be the one with the last laugh though, as she reportedly get a $500,000 pay out for her rehab stint.

According to Dina Lohan, her mother, the Donald asked Lindsay to join next season’s show, but the actress, who is keeping a busy schedule in production for the films Inferno and Machete, had to decide “if she wants to do it or not.”

When asked directly if she considered becoming an “apprentice,” Lindsay replied, “No.”

Shame, really; we were really looking forward to the drama…

Donald Trump has reportedly approached the troubled starlet to become a contestant on the next season of Celebrity Apprentice, despite—or perhaps because of—her recent legal woes and difficulty with substance abuse.

Alas, Lindsay’s mother Dina Lohan isn’t sure that this sublime combination will come together on the big screen, due to Lindsay’s current obligations:

“Donald approached Lindsay about being on Celebrity Apprentice, so we’ll see where it goes. I think it’s a great idea for her, but Lindsay has two movies coming up [Machete and Inferno], so I don’t know if Lindsay has time. It may conflict with her schedule.”

Sure; to say nothing of the slew of court appearances that LiLo is scheduled to make in the coming months.

To be fair, Lohan has displayed an entrepreneurial streak throughout her career, when she isn’t busy shocking the world with her personal behavior: Her various ventures include the Marilyn Monroe-inspired clothing line 6126 and her spray-tanning product Sevin Nyne. And if her interactions with her Celebrity Apprentice competitors end up anything like her relationship with the paparazzi, jaws will surely drop and eyeballs will surely be riveted to the screen.

The Miss USA organization sent shock waves throughout the Internet on Monday when they posted the official publicity photos of this year’s contestants on its Web site, and—gasp!—they turned out to be a little bit sexy. Which is crazy, right? That’s not the message that the Miss USA contest should be sending to the rest of the world! They should be creating the impression that this country is populated by female lepers, that way people would stop trying so hard to get in here illegally.

But don’t tell that to Mis USA honcho Donald Trump, who feels that the pictures are just fine:

“I didn’t pick out the costumes, but I did say that I think it’s actually beautiful, I think the pictures are beautiful. The girls are magnificent and that’s why we get such high ratings.”

Oh, that Donald; always thinking of the bottom line.

Heidi Montag is set to show off her musical talents at next month’s Miss Universe 2009 Pageant, according to Access Hollywood. 

The new Mrs. Pratt will perform her new song “Turn Ya Head” off her upcoming debut album, Unleashed, on the August 23 show. Other celebs lucky enough to share the stage with the Hills actress are Celebrity Apprentice star Claudia Jordan, Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland and dancer David Guetta.

During Heidi’s brief stay in the Costa Rican Jungle on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, she treated viewers to some of her absolutely breathtaking singing. If you missed it, make sure to check it out:

Pageant organization K2 Productions, with the blessings of Miss USA head honcho Donald Trump, officially relieved Prejean of her title yesterday, citing numerous instances of Prejean failing to fulfill her contractual duties.

But as Prejean sees it, her ouster was delayed payback for her statement against gay marriage, which she made during the Miss USA pageant in April in response to a question from gossip monger/pageant host Perez Hilton.

“It’s just because of my answer, I think,” Prejean opines. “None of this would be happening right now if I just said, ‘Yeah, gays should get married. You’re right Perez Hilton.’”

Previously, Trump had called Prejean “unlucky” in being put on the spot by Hilton with the gay-marriage question. The Donald threw Prejean another lifeline shortly thereafter, when he allowed her to keep her crown after semi-nude pictures of her surfaced on the Internet, in seeming violation of pageant rules.

Nonetheless, Prejean believes she has been wrongfully deprived of her title.

“Of course I want to be Miss California USA,” Prejean says. “I earned it. I deserved it. I won. I beat out 90 other girls. This is something that I did and accomplished and I would like to continue to be Miss California USA.”

As for the allegation that she bailed on numerous contractually mandated appearances, Prejean professes ignorance.

“I’ve tried to reach out to them and I’ve done several appearances and I’m gonna be presenting at the Special Olympics this weekend as an honorary guest,” she says. “I mean, I’ve been cooperating with them. I don’t see why this is happening. This is the first I’ve heard of it.”

But Miss California Carrie Prejean has finally lost her crown.

Fox News reports that, mere weeks after showing mercy on Prejean, Miss USA pageant head honcho Donald Trump has allowed her to be stripped of her title.

The reason: Prejean continually breached her contractual obligations.

“This was a business decision, based solely on contract violations,” said Keith Lewis, executive director of K2 Productions, in documents obtained by Fox. “After our press conference in New York [in May, when Prejean was initially spared], we had hoped we would be able to forge a better working relationship. However, since that time it has become abundantly clear that Carrie has no desire to fulfill her obligations under our contract and work together.”

Despite his initial defense of Prejean, the Donald has given his blessings to the canning.

“I told Carrie she needed to get back to work and honor her contract with the Miss California Organization and I gave her the opportunity to do so,” Trump notes in the same documents. “Unfortunately it just doesn’t look like it is going to happen and I offered Keith my full support in making this decision.”

The decision has already earned kudos from former Miss USA Shanna Moakler, who resigned her post as co-director of the Miss California USA organization after Prejean was initially kept on. (Prejean’s comments on gay marriage had irked Moakler.) 

“First and foremost my faith has been restored in the Miss Universe Organization and with Donald Trump,” Moakler notes in a statement to Web site the Dirty, which initially published the topless photos of Prejean. “I believed eventually what I intimately knew would come to fruition. Now that Carrie has been terminated from her position as Miss California, I would consider resuming my role and responsibilities with the pageant. It was hard for me to step down, but I felt what was happening was wrong and against what I felt was a proper guideline for our youth to follow.”

Prejean will be replaced by first runner-up Tami Farrell. K2 Productions will tap reigning Miss USA Kristen Dalton and Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza to fulfill the contractual obligations that Prejean failed to meet.

During a press conference on Tuesday morning at Trump Towers in New York, Miss USA pageant head honcho Donald Trump told reporters that he had reviewed the topless photos that Prejean had posed for and deemed them to be “fine.”

We bet he did. Giggity.

Prejean first drew controversy to herself during this year’s Miss USA pageant, when she was offered her views on gay marriage. Shortly afterward, it was revealed that she had posed for topless photos, in seeming violation of the Miss USA pageant’s morals standards.

Not long after that, it was revealed that Prejean and her publicist had been less than honest about the circumstances of the photo-shoot.

And on Tuesday morning, TMZ reported that Prejean had posed for yet another topless photo-shoot.

But Trump has found it in his heart to ignore these transgressions, much like he came to forgive Miss USA Tara Conner for her underage drinking and cocaine use in 2006.

He’s nothing less than a goofy-haired saint, that guy.

The real-estate mogul and head of the Miss USA competition tells Fox News that the pageant runner-up has been unfairly treated because of her answer to a judge’s question about gay marriage.

“Miss California has done a wonderful job, that was her belief,” Trump notes.  “It wasn’t a bad answer, that was simply her belief.”

Prejean ignited a firestorm of controversy when she noted during Sunday night’s pageant, when she noted, “In my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised.”

The San Diego native went on to justify her comment by characterizing it as “biblically correct” on the Today show.

Since then, a raging debate has sprung up over her utterance, with celebrities such as Miley Cyrus and Heidi Montag rushing to condemn Prejean’s views.

But the way the Donald sees it, the beauty queen was caught between a rock and a hard place. Calling the gay-marriage question “a bit unlucky,” Trump opines that, no matter how she answered, “she was going to get killed.”

The illusionist hung out with the loudmouthed entrepreneur at the Atrium at Trump Tower today, as Blaine announced his latest endurance feat to the world.

The feat, which airs on September 24 during David Blaine: Dive of Death, will feature Blaine “magically” walking on the underside of a wire five  stories above the ground for three straight days and nights.

Not bad, Blaine, but you’ve certainly tackled more dangerous missions before.

Maybe when you’re done, you can school the Donald on various ways to improve his endurance. He’s going to need it to tolerate his upcoming collaboration with Joe Francis.

However TMZ is claiming that once the Donald and the Peacock factored in the risks of possible dead celebrity contestants against the potential ratings boon of having O.J. onboard, they ultimately decided the negative PR from covering up the murder of some fading star attempting a reality-TV comeback was too much work.

If O.J.’s looking to break into reality television, he might have better luck snagging a spot on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. He’s probably still paying off legal fees to Robert Kardashian‘s estate, so why shouldn’t Kim toss him a bone?
