Have superstar couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie secretly tied-the-knot on the tropical island of Turks and Caicos?

The UK Telegraph newspaper is reporting that the world’s most famous couple exchanged vows before family and friends on Christmas Day.

A rep for the couple has not returned our request for comment.

The couple was reportedly staying at the fabulous Parrot Cay estate of American fashion designer Donna Karan.

Known as ‘The Sanctuary’, the estate consists of three secluded villas with three open-air pavilions and four swimming pools, which reportedly housed their six kids Pitt’s parents, Jane Pitt and William Pitt – plus his brother Doug Pitt and sister Julie Pitt.

The entire estate, styled in an Indonesian/African influences, sleeps a total of 22 people.

Pitt and Jolie — who got engaged in April 2012 after being together for seven years — were expected to get married later this year at their 35 room South of France estate Chateau Miraval.

But The Telegraph is speculating that the couple may have tried to fool the world’s press and hoards of paparazzi by actually getting hitched over the holidays.

There was recent speculation in In Touch magazine that Pitt, 49, and Jolie, 37, had picked-up wedding rings from celebrity jeweler Neil Lane recently.

And in November, Pitt indicated to reporters on the red carpet of the New York premiere for Killing Me Softly that the wedding was imminent.

He said: “The time is nigh. It’s soon. I got a good feeling about it.

“I’m getting more pressure from my kids and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come.”

The famous couple met on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith back in 2004 when he was still married to Jennifer Aniston.

After Pitt split from Aniston in January 2005, he officially started dating Jolie in April of that year after they were photographed on a secluded beach in Kenya with her adopted son Maddox.

Just three months later, the couple adopted Ethiopian daughter Zahara together before Jolie became pregnant with their first biological daughter Shiloh in January 2006.

They also adopted son Pax from Vietnam in March 2007, and Jolie gave birth to twins Knox and Viviennein France in July 2008.

If the couple has indeed wed, it will be the second marriage for Pitt — and third for Jolie.

Pitt previously married Aniston in Malibu in July 2000 while Jolie wed English actor Jonny Lee Miller in March 1996 before marrying actor Billy Bob Thornton in May 2000 with the couple splitting in 2002.

The Brangelina brood is reportedly staying at the serene Caribbean retreat of fashion designer Donna Karan in exotic Turks and Caicos for a holiday getaway.

The famous family is joined by 22 VIPs, including Pitt’s parents, brother, sister, and those closest to the couple for a big blowout New Year’s bash, according to the New York Post.

Karan’s stunning villa is located in the ultra-swanky island community of Parrot Cay and features a private white sand beach, infinity pool with black volcanic stone and an open-air screening room for watching movies.

The island abode, which was featured in Architectural Digest in 2009, is an interior decorator’s dream with three private villas separated by open-air pavilions and stained cedar walls throughout the exclusive property.

The Jolie-Pitt kids are bound to be enjoying some fun in the sun on the private beaches while their parents soak up the rays and catch up on their much-needed rest and relaxation in the very Zen atmosphere.

The happy couple of seven years has been engaged since April, but even though Pitt has popped the question he’s revealed that the twosome haven’t begun wedding preparations just yet.

“No plans yet. Other than, we’re gonna do it,” the big screen heartthrob told reporters at the Killing Them Softly London premiere in September.

One month later, Pitt was singing a different tune regarding their plans to walk down the aisle: “The time is nigh,” he said at the film’s NYC premiere. “It’s soon.”
