Elizabeth Hurley recently became engaged to her cricket playing beau of eight months Shane Warne, and you can bet that her ex Hugh Grant will be there for their big day!

When asked about her relationship with the Love, Actually star, Elizabeth told the Huffington Post “We’ve stayed very good friends and he lives close by and he actually gets on very well with my new boyfriend.”

Grant is also the godfather the Elizabeth’s 9-year-old son. The two were a very high-profile couple, who dated for about 13 years, went their separate ways ins 2000.

This got us thinking about all those other couples who have stay tight, despite their romance fizzling out. From Olivia Wilde (whose divorce to Tao Ruspoli was finalized this week) to many post-split Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds sightings, these are just some of Hollywood’s friendly exes.

Liz Hurley Looks Lovely at Breast Cancer Awareness Event (PHOTOS)

Whether she’s stirring up drama on Gossip Girl or walking a red carpet, there’s few ladies in Hollywood at any age who can drop jaws like Elizabeth Hurley can.

Liz brought all of her beauty and starpower to help a good cause on Wednesday night, as she came out to show her support of the Estee Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The campaign event in London, which unveiled Hurley’s new ad to raise awareness for the cause, also featured Hurley meeting and signing autographs for fans, and the famed store Selfridges even illuminated itself in pink lights to honor the charity.

The campaign has a mission statement of: “Together. Connect. Communicate. Conquer. For A Future Free Of Breast Cancer.”

Hurley has been hard at work lately on Gossip Girl among her other projects, where she and show hottie Chace Crawford have had quite the interesting plotline.Will she be the older conquest that he’s been looking for? Oh, you’ll just have to wait and see this season.

It’s a good thing we don’t have to wait for the new season of Gossip Girl to get our Chace Crawford fix!

The 25-year-old cutie was wearing a black long-sleeve T-shirt as he arrived on the set of the popular The CW series. With a cup of coffee in his hand, Chace was prepping before he shot scenes with his British co-star, Liz Hurley. This isn’t the first time the two were working together on the show.

Back in July, Liz, 46, and Chace, 25, were spotted shooting a scene where it looks like they were about to lock lips!

Shooting Gossip Girl seems to be keeping Chace pretty busy and taking him to some interesting places. Earlier in the month, he and co-star Blake Lively were seen filming on top of a yacht and at a marijuana dispensary.

Chace Crawford was spotted dressed down while filming Gossip Girl in New York, clad in a white tee, jeans and a plain hat. We are used to seeing the whole ‘Gossip’ gang dressed to the nines onset, so it was certainly a surprise to see Chace with this laid back look.

A few weeks ago, Chace was snapped locking lips with older supermodel Elizabeth Hurley for a scene, which left us wondering about what the upcoming season could possibly have in store for the Upper East Side kids!

Leighton Meester was looking similarly casual chic on the set recently, but don’t be fooled! While the actors may like to lounge when they are not filming, we don’t think their characters would ever be seen in these get-ups!

It’s official! If these pics prove anything, it’s that Nate Archibald has got a crush on a gorgeous older woman. Chace Crawford and Elizabeth Hurley were snapped filming their scene of Gossip Girl that shows Chace’s character Nate trying to steal a smooch.

Elizabeth, 46, showed off her sleak physique in a tight crimson dress, while Chace, 25, was dressed in a manly plaid button-down. Who could resist those lips?!

The model-turned-actress was spotted talking closely to Chace, 25, while onset of Gossip Girl. Both were holding papers/scripts which leads us to believe they were going over lines.

Could there be an onscreen romance brewing between these two? Only time will tell!

Three years after tying the knot with two weeks of extravagant wedding celebrations, model Elizabeth Hurley and her textile heir husband Arun Nayar are parting ways, according to a weekend tweet dispatched by Hurley.

Not a great day. For the record, my husband Arun & I separated a few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware of this.

Hurley broke the news as tabloid reports in her native UK allege she was unfaithful to Nayar with cricket player Shane Warne. The model and swimsuit designer wed Nayar in two over-the-top ceremonies in 2007, one in England and another week-long bash in Jodhpur, India.

Hurley has an 8-year-old son, Damian, with ex Stephen Bing.

While most doctors agree that a balanced breakfast is the best way to start the day, supermodel Elizabeth Hurley claims that she can’t stomach a big morning meal.

The 45-year-old model tweeted some questionable diet advice while vacationing in the South of France.

From Elizabeth’s Twitter:

Btw my diet survived the onslaught of phenomenal vacation food-doctors disagree, but I swear by almost nothing for breakfast for adults. Mugs of hot water first thing, maybe an espresso and a few oat cakes mid morning.

This isn’t Elizabeth’s first tweet to make headlines this month: Last week the model tweeted that her breasts were “all natural.”

Hugh Grant‘s ex Elizabeth Hurley, who is now married to Indian textile heir Arun Nayer, was snapped while arriving home in London with cuts on her hand early Wednesday.

The 43-year-old Austin Powers star has controversially taken on the gig of becoming the new face of Blackglama’s fur line in their classic “What Becomes A Legend Most” campaign.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals wrote on their PETA Files blog, “Her wardrobe is now as dead as her film career.” Ouch!

After a May divorce , Liv Tyler appears to be getting back in the swing of things. Rather—the Bing of things.

The 31-year-old self-proclaimed puma hit celeb haunt Bardot to party it up after Monday night’s Burberry bash with friend and fellow Rachel Zoe-client Kate Hudson.

Tyler, sipping white wine, squeezed in a little more than quality girls time. The single mom was chatted up by toxic bachelor/movie producer Steven Bing, famous paramour of Nicole Kidman and baby daddy to Elizabeth Hurley‘s son Damian.

“Steve was extremely attentive,” an onlooker tells Celebuzz. “Liv always had a drink in her hand, he even held her phone while she danced or talked to Kate [Hudson].”

After a live burlesque performance, Bing and Tyler left the club’s main area for an intimate upper room where Ryan Gosling was DJing for the rest of the population, including Sanaa Lathan and Brent Bolthouse.

Sure, you’re healing and all, Liv, but let’s not be self-destructive. Despite his best intentions you need a bandage boyfriend, not the male equivalent of salt on the wounds.

On a recent boating vacation in swank Saint-Tropez, Elizabeth Hurley and her husband Arun Nayer met up with a gang of friends, including paparazzi averse Hugh Grant, Hurley’s former long-time boyfriend.

But before assuming that the former couple was hoping for a romantic tryst on the ocean, bear in mind that it was a pretty full boat. Passengers included David Furnish, Elton John‘s partner, as well as other friends, all of whom headed over to the exclusive Club 55. Perhaps, once the festivities picked up, Hugh was batting his eyelashes at Elton, not Elizabeth.

In any case, Hugh was smart to stay on good terms with his ex-girlfriend. Her marriage rocketed from her from just being rich and famous into the sphere of the super-rich and famous.

Poor Ethan Hawke probably won’t be quite as lucky.
