Emily plays Taylor Hillridge, a high school student who’s pushed to the edge when she becomes a victim of online bullying while visiting a popular social media site. Osment, who fell in love with the script after reading it, has an important message for those who are bullied:

“You are not alone,” says the young starlet, “You can find help—talk to a friend, family, a teacher or an adult.” 

With a strong support system like that, the ‘Lovesick’ songstress won’t have any problems dealing with bullies in college come fall!

But if you’re worried about missing out on new Emily Osment music—don’t! She assures Celebuzz that despite her commitment to pursue further education, she won’t be packing up her microphone—or leaving our TV sets—just yet.

“Hopefully, I’ll be able to do all three,” says Osment.

The Hannah Montana star hit up Hollywood eatery Sushi Q—apparently a favorite chomping ground for her—with her underwear-shilling beau, Justin Gaston, along with co-stars Emily Osment and Jason Earles.

Apparently as thrilled with the food there as Miley is, Gaston, Osment and Earles had more than their fair share of raw fish. “They ordered quite a bit of sushi,” says an onlooker. “They seemed to be having a good time—they were laughing.”

Not just laughing—singing, in Miley’s case. Perhaps overwhelmed with joy at her meal, the 16-year-old tweener queen burst into song right there in the packed restaurant. An eyewitness notes that the song had something to do with a supernova.

Maybe she was busting out the Oasis classic “Champagne Supernova”? It wouldn’t be surprising if she’d decided to find a new favorite British band, after getting dissed so badly by Radiohead at the Grammys this year.

Whatever song she was singing, it’s nice to know that she was in a much better mood than she was during her last meal with Justin.

A Celebuzz spy saw the 16-year-old, along with Hannah Montana co-stars Emily Osment and Jason Earles, dining at one of her favorite sushi joints, Hollywood hole-in-the-wall Sushi Q on Tuesday afternoon, around 1 p.m.

The spy reports, “She was wearing jeans, a flowered blouse, and tan boots. In between chatting with her co-stars in a corner booth, Miley spent a considerable amount of time playing on her iPhone. At one point, she even stood up and took a call, pacing up and down the restaurant.”

And, of course, she twittered during the outing: “Eating lunch with emily and jason! i have the bestest friends in the world.”

Want to know the diet secret of the young star? She ordered the restaurant’s Washington Roll, which is a california roll with fresh salmon on top, as well as a crunch roll—hold the cucumber and avocado.

Hannah Montana herself, Miss Miley Cyrus, looked stunning—and grown up—in her Alberta Ferretti minidress, BCBG leather jacket, and tall, black Aldo boots.

Other stars on the red carpet included Miley’s good friends Emily Osment, Demi Lovato, and Taylor Swift, who joined her after the premiere to celebrate at Chinese restaurant PF Chang’s.

The Hannah Montana star doubly shocked Hollywood diners at the hole-in-the-wall joint Sushi Q, walking in with friends and sitting down for lunch, Celebuzz can report.

“The irony was really hard to ignore,” one diner says. “First of all, who ever heard of this place. Secondly, this was just after her apology.”

“She was with (Hannah co-star) Emily Osment along a with a young man. They were enjoying sushi. They shared a few rolls, dined in. They sat at table chitchatting about nothing without a care in the world.”

“Miley was dressed very casually, I’m talking wifebeater and sweatpants. The friends talked even after the place was cleared.”

Cyrus has been under fire from Asian-American groups after photos surfaced world-wide of the star with friends making offensive gestures. After one explanatory statement for the photos deemed not-far-enough, Cyrus apologized again today for being “unintentionally hurtful.”

Cyrus’ statement, posted to her website read: “I really wanted to stress how sorry I am if the photo of me with my friends offended anyone.”

“I have learned a valuable lesson from this and know that sometimes my actions can be unintentionally hurtful. I know everything is a part of GOD’s ultimate plan, and mistakes happen so that eventually I will become the woman he aspires me to be,” she wrote.

But fear not, children! The 15-year-old underwear connoisseur tells People she’s not going anywhere.

“I am fully committed to Hannah Montana. It’s what gave me this amazing opportunity to reach out to so many people,” says the Disney starlet. “I couldn’t do it alone. We have an amazing cast that is so supportive, including my dad who has been there for me every step of the way.”

And while it may come as a relief that Miley will not be moving on to another watering hole, there are apparently also reports that the “7 Things” singer is feuding with co-star Emily Osment.

“Emily and Miley are like sisters,” counters a source. “Occasionally they have disagreements, but they make up and they never let it effect their work.”

That’s what people want to hear, Miley. Now, don’t let that wicked tongue of yours get you into any more trouble.

Because you wouldn’t want to become the butt of jokes in the industry.
