The IPO makes Facebook’s 28-year-old creator Mark Zuckerberg the 29th richest person on Earth with his stake in the company worth a reported $19.1 billion.

But the Harvard graduate, who was played by Jesse Eisenberg in Aaron Sorkin‘s box office hit The Social Network, is a mere mortal when it comes to popularity on his own site. With 13 million friends listed on his profile, Zuckerberg doesn’t even crack the list of top 10 celebrities who have the biggest Facebook following.

In the coming issue, Eminem gets candid about his once overbearing drug addiction, sharing with quite the colorful language a scary situation. He told the magazine:

“I came to in the hospital and I didn’t know what the f*** happened. Tubes in me and s***, f***in’ needles in my arms. I didn’t realize I had [overdosed]. I wanted my drugs — get me the f*** outta there! I think I was clean for two weeks. I was trying so hard — I was trying to do it for my kids — but I just wasn’t ready.”

The “Lose Yourself” rapper also recalls what his experience was like in his short stint in rehab, recalling: 

“Every addict in rehab feels like everyone’s staring at them. With me? Everyone was staring at me. I could never be comfortable.”

He continued, telling GQ, “There were people there that treated me normal. Then there were a bunch of f***ing idiots who aren’t even concentrating on their own sobriety because they’re so worried about mine. They’re stealing my hats, my books — it was chaos. Everything was drama in there. And at the time, I didn’t really want to get clean. Everybody else wanted me to. And anyone will tell you: If you’re not ready, nothing is going to change you. Love, nothing.”

According to The Sun, Mr. Slim Shady himself made the very un-gangster (but highly peaceful) request that his private area at a Northern Ireland festival contain a man-made pond stocked with koi carp fish. Oftentimes, said fish can cost hundreds of dollars a piece, but if it means keeping Eminem happy (because you know you don’t want an angry Eminem), perhaps a fish pond is the best option.

Whitney Houston is the only other woman in the last 25 years to win best new artist and then best artist the next year. Only Chris Brown has bested Gaga and Houston with his 2006 clinching of both.  

Taylor Swift followed up her outright win last year with a dignified second place spot this year, becoming the first female solo artist to pull off this stunt since Mariah Carey in 1991 and 1992. Fearless finished the year-end chart at #9 and the just released Speak Now stands at #7. Since 1997, Billboard’s top two artists have always charted on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop list, but Gaga and Taylor ended that streak. 

23-year-old Ke$ha is also sitting pretty as Billboard’s best new artist, but perhaps her biggest achievement of the year is topping the Hot 100 Songs chart with her debut single “Tik Tok,” which spent nine weeks at number one. No woman has ever accomplished both in the history of Billboard. Susan Boyle is their third pick for best new artist, although she’ll be most happy about I Dreamed a Dream finishing as the best-selling album of the year.

Justin Bieber revealed the cover for his upcoming My Worlds Collection album on his Web site on Monday, and the 16-year-old “Baby” sensation looks as stunning as ever. He also looks a little familiar—at least if you happened to stumble past the newsstand in the last couple of days and glimpsed the latest issue of Rolling Stone, the cover of which boasts Recovery rapper Eminem sporting a very similar look.

The second part of R-Ri and Em’s epic “Love the Way You Lie,” which will be included on Rihanna’s upcoming album Loud, has found its way onto the Internet. The follow-up to August’s “Love the Way You Lie” focuses on the female half of the troubled-romance equation, with Rihanna kicking off the track by singing,

“On the first page of our story
the future seemed so bright
then this thing turned out so evil
I don’t know why I’m still surprised
even angels have their wicked schemes
and you take that to new extremes
but you’ll always be my hero
even though you’ve lost your mind”

This is RnB reports that Rihanna and Eminem have teamed up once again to record a “Love the Way You Lie Part 2,” a follow-up to the duo’s musical collaboration from earlier this year, which was included on Eminem’s Recovery album. The new twist on the song will tackle the female side of the abusive-relationship equation, and will be included on Ri-Ri’s upcoming studio album Loud, which goes on sale November 16.

On the new take (produced, like its predecessor, by British studio guru Alex da Kid), Rihanna—who was famously assaulted by her then-boyfriend, Chris Brown, following a 2009 pre-Grammys party—sings,

“Even angels have their wing cut schemes, and you take that to new extremes, but you will always be my hero, even though you lost your mind.”

Should be an intriguing listen.

Following its August 2010 release, “Love the Way You Lie” spent seven consecutive weeks at the Number One spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, and is currently nominated for an MTV European Music Award. Time will tell whether this second go-around will duplicate that success, or whether Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan will once again be tapped to play a couple locked in a tumultuous relationship in the accompanying video … or whether Taylor Momsen will feel compelled to crank out a cover of this version of the song as well.

That’s the strange request Slim’s been making at venues around the world while touring for his hit album Recovery. The German treat, according to their website, is “low in calories and fat free which is perfect for dieters.” Also on his list: Dannon light strawberry/banana yogurt, Snyder’s pretzels, Vitamin Water, jumbo shrimp, fresh meat, and 25 lb dumbbells.   

Notably missing from the list was alcohol … Eminem really is on the road to a healthy recovery.

Musician-turned-The Social Network star Justin Timberlake guested on Fallon’s late-night talk show on Wednesday, and eventually the conversation turned to their mutual love of hip-hop.

And then, it was on.

Accompanied by Fallon’s house band The Roots, Fallon and Timberlake took to the stage and ran through a virtual history of hip-hop, starting with the Sugar Hill Gang classic “Rapper’s Delight” before touching on The Beastie Boys, Snoop Dogg and Eminem, among other rap luminaries.

The America’s Got Talent host stepped to Eminem via his New York-based radio show, suggesting the two duke it out at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Eminem’s home city, in an attempt to settled the bad blood over Nick’s wife, Mariah Carey (who had a fling with Slim Shady.)

Cannon said via Twitter:

I don’t have nothing to lose!!! If I get beat up no one would be surprised… It will just be more material for my stand up!

He even suggested that he and washed-up rapper MC Hammer tag-team Eminem and Jay-Z, before admitting: “I don’t think Eminem or Jay Z are even paying attention to us!”

Cannon married into the feud between Mariah and Eminem, who reportedly threatened to leak voicemails from the diva, who has denied they dated. Em claimed otherwise, slamming her in songs like “The Warning,” in which he said, “How many times you fly to my house?/Still trying to count / Better shut your lying mouth if you don’t want Nick finding out.” Mariah hit back, featuring an Eminem lookalike in her “Obsessed” video.

Whether Mr. Mariah Carey is serious about boxing Eminem or just trying to drum up a little publicity remains to be seen. Will Eminem bite? Cannon is certainly egging him on, saying on his radio show: “Call Don King … It’s going down.”

Em’s set began with “Won’t Back Down” from Recovery, but was soon interruped by 50 Cent, who performed “Patiently Waiting” and fan favorite “In Da Club.” Dr. Dre shocked crowds when he made a surprise visit right in the middle of “The Real Slim Shady.” Subsequently, the duo cranked out Dre’s classic “Nothin’ But A G Thang” with Eminem filling in for Snoop Dogg.

New Yorker Jay-Z went second, presumably because he had home field advantage, but the early part of his set was dominated by none other than Kanye West, who sang “Power” and “Good Life” among others before relenting the mic. Guest spots from Nicki Minaj, Drake and Coldplay singer Chris Martin rounded out the evening.

As the night drew on, Jay announced to those fans who stayed past midnight that he would be closing out with a few lesser known tracks, but then proceeded to jam out the hits “Izzo” and “Dirt Off Your Shoulder” for a fitting end to one of the biggest shows of the year.
