Readers Respond: Who Would Be the Best ‘X Factor’ Judge — Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Avril Lavigne or Fergie?

Could one of these four ladies be sharing the judges’ panel with Simon Cowell?

It certainly looks that way, because Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne, Fergie, and Demi Lovato are all reportedly in talks to join FOX’s singing reality show competition, The X Factor. While many have been speculating that Britney Spears will be joining the judges on the show, which also includes record exec L.A. Reid, Celebuzz reported on Tuesday that the 19-year-old “Party in the USA” singer is in negotiations as well. However, there are reports that the other three singers are also being considered for the coveted job.

Celebuzz asked our Facebook readers who they thought would be right for the job, and we got some interesting responses.

Festival Fashions! Stars Show Show Skin For First Weekend of Coachella (PHOTOS)

Style-savvy stars were out in full force at this year’s Coachella Music Festival, and it’s only the first weekend!

From Katy Perry‘s new purple hair to Vanessa Hudgens and Emma Roberts‘ belly-baring styles, the famed music fest in Indigo, Calif. wouldn’t be the same without some celebrity sightings and outrageously skimpy outfits.

Besides setting the summer trends at Coachella, the weekend is also known for PDA star sightings. Vanessa and Austin Butler, for example, couldn’t keep their hands off each other, per usual, and Chord Overstreet and Emma, who recently rekindled their romance, were no better. Celebuzz and MTV News teamed up to review the good, the bad and the most outrageous fashions from the 2012 Grammy red carpet!

From Katy Perry to Nicki Minaj, our own Rachel Maresca and MTV correspondent Christina Garibaldi were on hand to seek out the stars that really shined at the Grammys.

So who wore it best and who should have went with another choice?

Rihanna left viewers speechless with her very little but very fierce and stunning Armani black dress. Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj left fans speechless for other reasons with her Versace costume ensemble.

Adele, the lady of the night who took home six Grammys, debuted a stunning new lighter ‘do in a gorgeous Armani gown. Katy Perry was also among the beauties … in blue.

“One of my absolute favorites of the night was Katy Perry,” Rachel told MTV News of the “ET” singer. “She paired her bold blue hair with a very light blue Elie Saab lace gown. She looked stunning, and it’s a more subdued look for her. We don’t always see that out of her, but it is very glamorous.”

Celebs flocked to Warner Music Group’s Grammy Celebration hosted by InStyle at Chateau Marmont on Sunday following the awards show. Bruno Mars gave a show stopping performance with his band outside on the patio that had the star studded crowd on their feet.

Chelsea Handler even hoisted herself up on one of the tables outside to get a better look! Handler was in attendance with ex boyfriend Andre Balazs…are the duo back on? We’re told they certainly looked like it!

Lana Del Rey was also in attendance at the bash, and held court outside keeping a low profile. The singer, who received a lot of backlash following her SNL performance, seemed shy almost hanging with a few people from her team.

Paul McCartney made a late entrance at the famed hotel arriving after midnight and held court outside with security in tow.

A newly single Chord Overstreet was also in attendance but hung out mostly solo aside from chatting with costar Matthew Morrison for a bit.

Fergie, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson rounded out the A List party.

We all know that Fergie isn’t afraid to take a fashion risk and Sunday’s Grammy Awards was no exception!

The “Fergalicious” singer stepped out at the 2012 Grammy Awards in LA on Sunday evening, taking a major fashion risk in a see-through, Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2012 Couture lace dress. This is definitely the only awards show one could pull this look off — and Fergie Ferg is one of the few with a body that could do it justice.

We guess that’s one way to show some skin!

Fergie’s Green Leather Look: Yay or Nay? (PHOTOS)

The fashionlicious Fergie stepped out making yet another style statement. Escorted by her casually dressed husband Josh Duhamel, all eyes were on the Black Eyed Peas front woman at LAX on Tuesday when she shuffled through the airport wearing grass green leather pants.

Fergie paired the pants with a mint blue blouse that she had buttoned all the way up, a black blazer and a simple pair of peep-toe pumps. Oh, and like every other celebrity walking through the airport, she sported a pair of dark sunglasses.

Who says leather is only meant for jackets anymore? Lately, Hollywood’s elite woman have been rocking the newest trend, leather dresses.

The style is a fresh look considering it’s not your usual dress, and the stars have put some unique touches on the piece such as adding lace and/or spikes. Shenae Grimes, Ashley Greene, Rooney Mara, Fergie, Michelle Trachtenberg, Charlize Theron, and Jessica Alba are just a few ladies who have dabbled with the look.

What’s great about the look is you don’t have to wear the traditional black leather. Colored leather is also in whether it’s red or pink, giving it that extra edge.

Black Eyed Peas Star apl.de.ap Talks Charity & Gives Madonna Super Bowl Advice (PHOTOS)

Tuesday night was a night of celebration for Black Eyed Peas star apl.de.ap, and not just because it was his birthday party!

The singer from the hit group held a bash at the Conga Room in LA, which combined his birthday and the launch of the education campaign ”We Can Be Anything.” The campaign is a joint effort between his apl.de.ap Foundation and the Ninoy and Cory Aquino Foundation, which will raise funds to build 10,000 classrooms in the Philippines, where the pop star is from.

Apl.de.ap’s Foundation is all about education, so Celebuzz asked him what kind of student he was growing up:

“I was pretty good. I was half and half. I had some challenges when it came to my vision but I tried my best when it came to school. I wasn’t the perfect kid, I had my moments but it’s still important to instill to kids that education is very important and not to take it lightly.”

When asked about his favorite subject, he said, “English, because when I found out I was being adopted from the Philippines, I wasn’t really fluent in English. I was nervous so my mom told me to start reading a dictionary. Then when I got here I was all about Nick at Nite and Mr. Ed and music too. Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul — they pretty much taught me how to speak English too.”

Tons of stars came to support (and celebrate!) including his BEP bandmates Fergie (who brought hubby Josh Duhamel along), Taboo, JoJo and many more.

We talked about the big year that the Black Eyed Peas have had, and when we asked what would make his 2011 highlight reel, he replied:

“Just the whole year, it was just a great year. We were touring the world, and also the Super Bowl. I mean really, like we we’re coming down from the scoreboard, nobody has done that before. It’s one of America’s favorite pastimes and you go back in history looking at who played, and it’s cool to be part of that.”

We also asked if he had words of wisdom for 2012′s big halftime show performer, Madonna, to which he said:

“Just make sure the sound from the TV and the sound is synced up together! [laughs].”

‘New Year’s Eve’ Los Angeles Premiere Brings Out Slew of Stars (PHOTOS)

The stars were out last night! The guest list at the Monday night premiere of New Year’s Eve in Los Angeles, Calif. boasted super sexy starlets and Hollywood’s handsomest actors.

This is no surprise considering that the NYE cast alone is chock full of familiar faces. Females in the film and at premiere include Michelle Pfeiffer, Katherine Heigl, Sofia Vergara and Lea Michele. As for the males, Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron and Ashton Kutcher showed up for the premiere.

Other celebs to hit the red carpet Monday night included Fergie (by her husband Josh’s side) and Glee guys Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer, Mark Salling, Darren Criss and Kevin McHale.

Fergie Talks Solo Projects in Vegas Magazine

Even though The Black Eyed Peas is currently on an indefinite hiatus, it doesn’t mean Fergie is giving herself a break!

The songstress opened up to Vegas Magazine‘s December issue about her upcoming solo projects. In the article, Fergie revealed that she’s not slowing down anytime soon, saying:

I really want to focus on my solo business ventures next year … I’ve got my third Avon fragrance in the bottle, so I’m excited about that, as well as another great season coming together for my Fergie Footwear line. I’m very involved.

She added:

I’m always getting new creative ideas in my head. I will have to see where my journey takes me! It’s not easy, though—I keep a very tight schedule. It’s very regimented. My team and I are planners.

Furthermore, Fergie said she plans to pursue “more voice-over work in film and TV animation” in the future.
