Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman announced Monday they have ended their 30-year marriage. The couple’s rep Stan Rosenfield confirmed the news to ET.

The 67-year-old actor and 64-year-old actress married in 1982 after meeting on the set of the smash hit, Taxi.

The actors have three children together – Jacob, 24, Grace, 27, and Lucy, 29. The duo also have a production company, Jersey Films, which has produced such hits as Pulp Fiction, Garden State, Erin Brockovich and Freedom Writers.

The split is the latest in a long line of celebrities who shocked when they ended their relationships.

Hollywood heavyweight Mel Gibson, 56, ended his 31-year marriage with wife, Robyn, in April 2009. The couple has seven children together and Robyn reportedly walked away with half of Gibson’s estimated $850 million dollar fortune.

Comedian George Lopez announced his split from wife Ann after 17 years of wedded bliss. The two, who have a 15-year-old daughter together, remain co-parents and partners in their philanthropic organization, The Lopez Foundation.

Ann even gave George one of her kidneys after the 51-year-old was diagnosed with a genetic condition causing him to need a kidney transplant.

Meanwhile, political power couple Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, announced that they’d be ending their 25-year marriage in July 2011. The news came two months after reports surfaced that Schwarzenegger, 65, fathered a child with a former household maid.

Shriver, 56, was spotted wearing her wedding ring while running errands in Brentwood on Oct. 6.

Olympic gymnast, Danell Leyva, 20, was in attendance for the 2012 Alma Awards co-hosted by Eva Longoria, 37, and pal George Lopez, 51, on Sunday in Los Angeles.

Leyva told Celebuzz how excited he was about attending his first award show and meeting both hosts on the red carpet.

How was Leyva’s red carpet run-in with Longoria and Lopez?

Levya gushed, “I was hoping to meet Eva actually and she recognized me and I was like, ‘Oh my God,’ and then George recognized me too.”

Leyva, who was in London for the 2012 Summer Olympics, hasn’t quite gotten a hold of his newfound stardom just yet.

“It’s mindblowing,” Levya explained. It seems as though he isn’t quite as comfortable in front of the cameras as his other American teammates, Michael Phelps, 27, and Ryan Lochte, 28, both of whom have been attending events since the summer games.

Leyva is currently in talks to join Broadway’s Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, according to Huffington Post. A production insider revealed, “the producers are excited about the idea of Danell joining the show.”

Eva Longoria is far from being a Desperate Housewife after landing herself a new man and a possible career in politics.

Talking to Celebuzz on the red carpet of the ALMA Awards on Sunday, Longoria, 37 – who is romancing NFL star Mark Sanchez, 25 – opened up about her love life, political views and George Lopez‘s dangerous sense of humor.

So what did she say about her new beau?

The stunning actress – who wowed in no less than 11 different dresses as she hosted the Latin Awards – has become a hit on the political scene after delivering an impressive speech at the Democratic National Convention on September 6. But despite her keen interest in politics – she serves as a co-chair of President Barack Obama‘s reelection campaign – she doesn’t like mixing it with her love life.

When asked if her man has to vote the same way she does, she said, “What, politically? No, not necessarily,”

Longoria co-hosted the ALMA’s alongside Lopez, and while she was happy with the outcome, she admitted all fingers were firmly on the censor button when it came to his jokes.

“His comedy is different every year so we always have to have the censor button ready for George because you never know what’s going to come out of his mouth,” said Longoria, who has hosted the awards with Lopez for the last three years.

Longoria is supporting Barack Obama in his presidential campaign but she is also keen to one day have a Latina or Latino president.

“Oh my God, that would be amazing,” she said at the Eva Longoria Foundation Event at Beso on September 15. “I’m doing a fundraiser for Julian Casto, who is the first Hispanic to speak at the Democratic Convention.

“That was a big moment. We have really high hopes for him and his brother, Joaquin Castro, so we’re doing a fundraiser for them here. They’re at the forefront. So we’re just supporting them and hopefully they’ll be up there pretty soon.”

Lopez raved about the movie on Lopez Tonight and is telling everyone it is a must-see movie. As if we already didn’t know that!

I saw Justin Bieber’s movie, Never Say Never. This is a movie that everyone should see.  I loved it. I was affected by it. Seriously, and I recommend it to everybody.

Selena Gomez‘s last appearance on Lopez Tonight literally left her speechless, but the Wizards of Waverly Place star made her triumphant return to George Lopez‘s late-night show on Tuesday, and this time she had plenty to say—and sing!

The 18-year-old Disney princess held forth on a variety of topics during her interview with Lopez, dishing on everything from her football date with Justin Bieber to filming her upcoming movie Monte Carlo, to her desire to record a Spanish-language album some day. Toward that end, SelGo also performed her single “A Year Without Rain,” busting out her Spanish for a verse of the tune.

January Jones wants to clarify something: She may like to shop at Target with SNL’s Jason Sudeikis and hit the post-Emmy party circuit on his arm (see picture above) but he has NOT seen her in the buff.

“He has not seen me naked,” the Mad Men star told People. “Nor will he after those comments.”

“Those comments” were Jason’s on Lopez Tonight, on which Sudeikis admitted he was dating January and joked along with George Lopez when he boldly asked him if he’d “seen her naked and everything.”

“You know, I don’t want to get into it,” Sudeikis said with a smile, and then a change of heart: “I do want to get into it — I do and I have!”

Sudeikis also acknowledged that he is the less famous member of the couple, telling Lopez that when January’s out of town, the paparazzi don’t follow him at all.

In good news for Justin Bieber – there may be hope for him and Kim Kardashian after all.

After initially saying she’d “never” date Baby Biebs – and that she was old enough to be his mom – Kim told George Lopez she’d consider her Elle magazine photo shoot co-star “if he was of legal age.” After all, he is quite charming!

“Justin Bieber has this swag to him,” she said on Lopez Tonight. “You definitely have to meet him, he just has this swag.”

When Lopez brought up Bill O’Reilly’s objections to her “frolicking in the surf” with “El Bieb,” Kim said: “The shoot was all in fun… everyone’s entitled to their own opinion on it and we were just having a good time. I love it!”

True Blood star Anna Paquin isn’t embarrassed that there is a porn spoof of her TV show. In fact, the 28-year-old actress says that she gave the porn parody to the entire cast and crew of True Blood as a gag gift.

Anna opened up about the porn film, Tru: A XXX Parody, when she dropped by Lopez Tonight to do some press for her sexy vampire show. When George Lopez asked her about the porn flick, Anna explained that she and co-star Stephen Moyer (who she is also engaged to) found the parody hilarious:

You know, actually what’s interesting is that Steve and I were so amused by it that we got it for everyone on our cast and crew as a wrap gift so I think we probably bought every copy in existence.

Even at 18, Selena Gomez‘s work ethic deserves some applause, as the song and movie star braved an appearance on ‘Lopez Tonight’ even though she had totally lost her voice. Making sure she fulfilled her commitments, Gomez — donning a little black dress — answered Lopez’s questions with a talking computer that was pre-programmed.

“I’m sorry. I’m so upset, but at least it’s funny,” Gomez said via her computer during the interview.

She later went on to tell a story about a photo shoot she did with Justin Bieber, where the Biebs was a bit concerned that Gomez towered over him. After he asked her to take her high heels off to compensate, Gomez said she told Bieber: “No I’m not going to take off my heels.  You’re short, embrace it.”

Bitter and Lost (no spoilers, don’t worry):

Prior to the airing of the Lost series finale, there was a two hour-special on the making of Lost. It featured a plot summary, show clips, show runners patting themselves on the back, and lots of glowing accolades from the cast about how amazing and ground-breaking the series was. Well, that’s how they described it for the cameras, anyhow. One cast member had less glowing things to say when the camera wasn’t rolling. Specifically, that even the cast members didn’t understand the convoluted plot. This particular actor never had any idea whether s/he was “filming a scene of a flash back, a flash forward, a flash sideways.” This same actor did not like the ending at all. S/he said that it “f*ing sucked. What a joke.” S/he also joked that s/he might avoid public appearances for a while in case some fan who felt robbed at the ending wanted to throw a punch their way. Michelle Rodriquez, is that you? Honestly, it could be any of them, but after Michelle was killed off the series for her bad behavior, we could see why she might be so bitter.

Anything For A Friend:

I’m guessing this couple is more than just friends. Lets call them reality stars. Well, one is for sure a female reality star on an A list network reality show. The other, a male celebrity who has been on a reality show. Anyway, our male celebrity took our female to a party recently and was throwing $100′s at her like they were nothing. He kept throwing until she agreed to umm, how shall I put this, get serviced orally right there at the party by another woman who didn’t take nearly as much money for persuasion. Late-Night Cheating:

Rumors are already swirling that George Lopez cheated on his wife with prostitutes, so this might be him.

Is 2010 really the year of the philandering husband? Seems like it.

The National Enquirer (via Dlisted) is reporting that George Lopez allegedly hooked up with two hookers and even tried to negotiate a three-way.

One of the ladies of the night has come forward to the tabloid and has released incriminating text messages from the Lopez Tonight host.

She claims she “had sex with [him] for money” and so did another prostitute pal. What ever happened to the hooker code of keeping your mouth shut? It is so hard to find a good prostitute these days.

All joking aside, the truly worst part of this whole mess is that George’s wife famously gave George one of her kidneys five years ago to save his life. Way to treat the woman who literally risked her life to save you.

Of course, these are all just accusations, so who knows if it is true, but we bet Geroge’s BFF Sandra Bullock is going to be more than a little disappointed that her friend was running out on his wife.

She once had money coming at her from all directions: TV, films, club appearances, product endorsements. That well is quickly running dry. She has slashed her rates in half, but there are still few takers. One simple solution for shaking things up: plastic surgery. She has been quietly meeting with plastic surgeons for both face and body work. If she does decide to have plastic surgery – about which she is surprisingly squeamish – we hear that her nose will be the first body part to go. Then again, if she doesn’t lay off the white powder, it may fall off on its own. (BlindGossip)

Our first instinct is to say this is Lindsay Lohan but she doesn’t need any plastic surgery. Meanwhile, Lindsay’s enemy Paris Hilton has a famously large nose and has a reputation for being a party girl.

This blind item is careful not to mention the gender of the alleged coke-happy host. The only cable talk shows we can think of are Lopez Tonight with George Lopez and Chelsea Lately with Chelsea Handler. George doesn’t seem peppy enough to be a coke addict, so that only leaves Chelsea.

An Alpha Diva:

This not so bright starlet recently found the cell phone of the director of her television show. She cruised through the numbers in his contact list and when she discovered her name was listed third behind other actresses on the show, she threw a huge tantrum. She confronted the director and accused him of picking favorites, the proof being in his cell phone contact list. He calmly explained that the names were put in alphabetical order, not order of importance. Instead of apologizing for her behavior, she instead went back to her trailer and tried to clean up her wardrobe she had earlier ripped to shreds out of anger. Not Courteney Cox. (BuzzFoto)

Gee, ya think Lindsay Lohan might have a little bit too much free time on her hands these days? Taking a break from her busy schedule of getting turned away from parties, LiLo took to her Twitter page this morning to address a very important topic: Namely, a joke that comedian George Lopez made about her on his talk show.

Apparently, Lopez recently cracked wise about some photos of Lohan that showed her with a mysterious cloud of white powder emanating from her shoes, suggesting, according to reports, that—ha, ha!—the Mean Girls actress was using the powder to loosen her tight shoes. We’re not sure how Lohan found out about the joke, because we’re assuming that she spends every weeknight at 11 screaming incoherently under Samantha Ronson‘s window, but somehow she got wind of it and she wasn’t happy, tweeting, 

@georgelopez thanks for the childish comment regarding baby powder in my shoes to loosen up the leather* don’t you have kids? U wouldn’t wanna hear that about them, or would you? Act like a grown man, have some respect and dignity for yourself.

Right. Because if there’s one thing that Lindsay Lohan is qualified to lecture people about, it’s having respect and dignity for one’s self. She really should teach a class on the subject for The Learning Annex.

Lopez replied by making what will likely go down as the biggest tactical mistake of his career, aside from signing on for Beverly Hills Chihuahua: He invited LiLo onto his show so they could talk through it face to face. Yes, stupid but true:

@lindsaylohan let’s take this off twitter .. Come on the show .. I’ve met you before and don’t have anything against you. you want me to stop talking about you I will .. Come and tell me .. To my face .. I’ll stop !! Respectfully.

We’re just going to assume that this is all an elaborate scheme concocted by Lindsay’s father Michael to stage a nationally televised intervention for his daughter. But either way, Lindsay shouldn’t be so uptight; if Lopez had really wanted to make a cruel joke at her expense, he could have simply played a clip from Labor Pains.

So last week, the cast of Jersey Shore spent a day on the George Lopez Show set recreating scenes from this year’s Oscar nominated flicks. When we heard about this, we just knew we were in for a magnificent, tanned treat. Are you guys ready for the first of five simply amazing clips? You better be!

In today’s scene, behold DJ Pauly D, Ronnie, and The Sitch as they act out the opening scene from the Hurt Locker, army helmets and all. It’s good. SO GOOD.

The nominees for the 22nd Annual Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards have been announced, and Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers and vampire epic Twilightare all up for major consideration, E! Online reports.

The 16-year-old Hannah Montana star leads the pack, with three individual nods for Favorite Voice (in the animated feature Bolt), Favorite Female Singer and Favorite Television Actress (for Hannah Montana). In addition, Hannah Montana and Bolt are up for Favorite TV Show and Favorite Animated Movie.

The Favorite Movie award will be a three-way battle between The Dark Knight, High School Musical 3: Senior Year and Iron Man. On the musical front, virginal power trio the Jonas Brothers are vying for the Favorite Music Group against Daughtry, Linkin Park and Pussycat Dolls.

Big-screen contenders include Jim Carrey, George Lopez, Adam Sandler and Will Smith—who are all up for the Favorite Movie Actor award—and Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway, Vanessa Hudgens and Reese Witherspoon, who are competing for Favorite Female Movie Star honors. 

The Favorite Book Award will be a battle of supernatural forces, as the Twilight and Harry Potter series duke it out for young America’s approval.

The awards show, which will be telecast live from Los Angeles on March 28, will be hosted by Dwayne Johnson. Online voting for the ceremony’s 18 categories begins March 2.

Nothing like a massive piece of marital bling to shut down those divorce rumors, eh, Jennifer Lopez?

The Anaconda actress, 39, has been plagued by media scuttlebutt lately that her marriage to Marc Anthony is on the fast track to a breakdown, with reports that the two have even been getting into shoving matches.

Lopez did much to fan those flames of gossip by cavorting out and about without her wedding ring on.

In particular, Lopez was photographed at the Golden Globes on January 11 with her rock conspicuously absent.  The singer-actress attempted to explain the ring’s omission by claiming it did not match her gown.

Well, look who showed up to the Latino Inaugural Ball at Union Station in Washington D.C., Sunday, flashing a ring that shined bright enough to blind everyone in the room with the next pop of a flashbulb!

Lopez denied the divorce rumors in In Touch Weekly earlier this month, telling the magazine, “Every time I’m not wearing my ring, people think I’m getting divorced. Divorce is not—and was never—an option.”

Apparently, in Washington last night, she wanted to clear up that confusion entirely.

Lopez attended the event with hubby Anthony, 40, to welcome the ascendancy of President-elect Barack Obama to the highest office in the land.

“Yes we can,” Lopez told the crowd at the event, reports the Associated Press. “We all stood together and said ‘Yes we will.’”

While on the red carpet, Anthony briefly hugged former That ’70s Show actor Wilmer Valderrama, who told the assemblage, “All of us performers, not until this election did we really understand what we could do.”

Cuban-American Ugly Betty actor Tony Plana, 53, caused a minor controversy by suggesting that Hispanics should have been given a more prominent spot in the inauguration activities.

“It’s a concern this event tonight is not an official event of the administration,” Plano noted. “It’s a little sad for me Latinos had to organize their own event.”

But mostly it was an evening of celebration. Former American Idol contestant David Archuleta, 18, kicked off the musical portion of the evening with a rendition of “The Star Spangled Banner,” followed by a set by the band War. 

Comedian George Lopez, actress Rosie Perez and Mexican singer Lila Downs were also present at the celebration.

It’s amazing there was room for all of them, what with Lopez’s humongous ring taking up all that space.

Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Don Cheadle starred in Ante Up for Africa, a charity no-limit Texas Hold ‘Em tournament at the Rio Pavilion in Las Vegas to raise money for the victims of the crisis in Darfur.

Cheadle started the fundraiser last year with celebrity poker player Annie Duke, and it’s a big draw.

Stars on hand included Adam Sandler, Ray Romano, Jason Alexander and George Lopez.

“It’s just great to see everybody,” Cheadle told E! Online before playing. “Don’t expect to win, because it’s mine.”

Proceeds went to two organizations: Not on Our Watch, the advocacy group started by Cheadle, Damon, George Clooney and Brad Pitt (good pedigree, eh?); and ENOUGH, an initiative working to end civil conflicts in Darfur, Uganda and Congo.

“When there’s no actual money for me, I’m very good,” Alexander cracked.

No matter what kind of hand he draws, he’s still playing George Costanza.
