The A-List couple, who have been together for nearly 30 years, have put their gorgeous Malibu home back on the market for just a cool $11.2 million.

So, what can the person who ends buying this humble abode expect?

The home boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms over about 4,195 square feet. Also, the beachfront property has been described as having a “late-1970s contemporary” feel to it, as well as being on the more secluded side, so the actors can have their privacy.

Apparently, the duo began leasing the house in May 2007 for $95,000 a month then dropped the price a year later for only $80,000 a month. However, the selling price of the home has dropped considerably, as they tried to sell the home in 2010 for just about $14.8 million.

The very pregnant Almost Famous star took her beau out to dinner in London with her parents Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn. A love of animal-inspired fashion must run in the family– both Kate and Goldie were spotted wearing animal coats (Goldie wore a leopard coat while Kate wore a feathered gray trench).

She might have had a pause lately when it was rumored that daughter Kate Hudson might have forsaken the menfolk forever to pursue the ladies.

Hawn might have thought she was to blame. After all, as Kate, 31, recently revealed, her mom stresses woman power over those guys who are like buses—there’s one coming or going every 15 minutes.

But no, Kate is now being linked with Madonna‘s divorce bait Alex Rodriguez.

The supposedly single and loving it Kate and A-Rod were reportedly getting “cozy” together during a long dinner with friends at Lure in NYC.

Hudson, 29, made a dramatic entrance on the blue carpet (something blue, weddings, get it?) in a geometrically patterned Oscar De La Renta dress. Hathaway opted for a simple black pantsuit. Did they decide this beforehand? Will the recently auctioned off for charity Hathaway, 26, get to wear a striking dress for the Los Angeles premiere?

The two stars portray lifelong best friends who discover that NYC’s Plaza Hotel has double-booked their wedding receptions. Naturally, they engage in a dirty tricks-filled catfight to see who gets to keep their wedding date there.

The single and seemingly staying that way Hudson recently told The Chicago Sun-Times that her mother, veteran actress Goldie Hawn, taught her a lesson about the importance of female friendships over other less vital things. Like men.

“A few years ago we had a bridal shower for my sister-in-law,” Hudson says. “My mom made a speech that I’ll never forget. She said, ‘I want all of you girls to look around the room. Even if you don’t know the woman next to you or if it’s your sister, I want you to remember one thing: Men, they come and go. They will hopefully stay, but you never know. But that girl sitting next to you will get you through everything.’

“The point is that women give a lot to men,” Hudson says. “We thrive in relationships. But sometimes you lose sight of the girls who are there for you all the time.”

Kate means girls who will be there for you by letting you wear the stunning dress, while they dutifully wear the pantsuit.

The 29-year-old, relationship-hopping Bride Wars actress—whose recent conquests include emotionally fragile actor Owen Wilson and one-testicled bicycling phenomenon Lance Armstrong—tells InStyle that she’s swearing off guys for the foreseeable future.

“I’m actually enjoying being single right now because I really never have been,” Hudson reveals to designer Stella McCartney in the mag’s latest issue. “I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I’m in something solid. But it’s also the first time I’ve ever taken a step back and gotten a new perspective.”

As a result of this fresh viewpoint, Hudson declares, “I’ve made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible.”

This declaration isn’t completely out of the blue. After all, Hudson—who has a four-year-old son, Ryder, with her ex-husband, Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson—boldly advocated for the dissolution of marriage earlier this year.

And of course, there’s the genetic factor: Hudson’s mom, former Laugh-In dancer Goldie Hawn, has yet to tie the knot with her beau of 25 years, actor Kurt Russell (with whom she has a 22-year-old son, Wyatt). 

Maybe the ladies have a point. The single life can be tough, but marriage ain’t always prett either.

People reports that Lance Armstrong and an “unidentified male” arrived at Santa Monica’s Ivy at the Shore for lunch with Lance’s still-not-yet-confirmed lady love, Kate Hudson, and her mom, Goldie Hawn.

Hey, maybe the unidentified male was the rep who keeps issuing all the denials about Lance and Kate’s obvious romance. If so, uh, it might be time for a career change, buddy!

Goldie was all smiles in the midst of her daughter and her relationship-hopping beau, while Kate looked a little perturbed by the prying paparazzi.

Guess those denials make you look pretty silly when a picture says a thousand words.

Don’t go pulling off those knickers just yet, fellas, ’cause this sesh comes with strings. Kate has babies on the brain now that Ryder is four. “I can’t wait to have more. I’m at that place when I’m ready to have another one, and Chris [Robinson] and I are not together. I’m like, ‘Oh no! Uh-oh! I’m ready.’ “

And not just any bloke will do. “Any guy I ever meet is always going to come second to my son,” she says. “You get to weed out the boys from the men.”

How ’bout Owen Wilson? Tongues are wagging that they’re back on, after his reported suicide attempted following their previous breakup. “Some things are better left undiscussed,” is all she’ll say. Good, since not sure daddydom is the best route for him just yet.

Then again, maybe all this ardor is just a surge of hormones from the rumors that she’s already pregnant.
