Mariah Carey performed in Central Park this morning for Good Morning America‘s summer concert series. As they are wont to do when Mariah goes unscripted, things got messy.

First Mariah suffered a sort of wardrobe malfunction when her dress popped open. Her reaction produced the instant classic, “I love you, Donatella, but it popped dahhhling.” This was all predicated by Mariah confusing the acts of “going to sleep” and “waking up,” which caused her to giggle so hard, she snapped the zipper on the back of her dress.

However, Mariah’s reign of terror was not over. Thinking they’d narrowly escaped the astronomical FCC fine a bare breast on network television illicits, GMA‘s producers allowed themselves to relax, but it was too soon. Just about 10 minutes later, Mariah uttered “s**t” live on air after she nearly tripped taking her shoes off before performing her new song. You can watch that snafu here:

Just one day after his historic announcement, National Basketball Association free agent Jason Collins sat down with Good Morning America‘s George Stephanopoulos to talk about being the first openly gay player in a major team sport. The two talked about Collins’ long road that lead him to where he is, his decision to come out publicly and his new de facto charge as a role model to an entire community.

Asked about being the first, Collins said it was “kind of mind-boggling” that no one has come forward before him.

“I never set out to be the first,” Collins told Stephanopoulos. “Obviously you’re sort of waiting around for somebody else to, you know, raise their hand.”

The two also talked about stereotypes and changing people’s opinions about gay people. Collins, who has played in the NBA for 12 seasons, has more than 2,000 career personal fouls.

“You know what, I think that people like me are trying to rewrite that stereotype,” Collins said.

Kim Kardashian is turning a deaf ear on her haters.

Ever since taking her pregnancy public around the New Year, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has come under fire for her maternity style, especially for sticking to her sky-high stilettos.

“Kourtney [Kardashian] warned me that when you become a mom or you become pregnant, there will be this whole new group of critics that will criticize you for everything you do,” Kardashian said Tuesday on Good Morning America of advice from her older sister, who is mother to two, son Mason, 3, and daughter, 8 months.

“If I wear one color of clothes, I’m in this kind of mood, they think,” explained Kardashian, who paired a pale pink, lace long sleeve with a pleated leather skirt on the morning show. “Or if I wear heels, it’s harmful.”

But the E! reality star — who is expecting her first child with beau Kanye West — isn’t letting the headline-hitting bashing phase her.

“My theory is, happy mom, happy baby,” she said. “So whatever makes me feel good, I want to wear. And I love wearing heels. I’m trying the flats, we’ll see…. [But] they actually hurt my back.”

But beyond a little back ache as of late, Kardashian says pregnancy has been mostly smooth sailing so far. “I feel really good,” she explained. “I have so much energy, I’m not tired, I haven’t had morning sickness, so I feel really lucky about that.”

Despite nearing her third trimester, the mom-to-be is still hitting the pavement for her career, including promoting her first foray into feature films with her starring role in Tyler Perry‘s TEMPTATION.

“It was really fun. It was really different than, you know, the shooting the reality show that I do,” she said of the drama, which hits theaters Friday. “Working with Tyler was just amazing. He makes you feel makes you feel really confident…. I loved doing it. I want to do more.”

But Kardashian can’t personally relate to the plotline, which chronicles a married woman battling her desire to betray her husband. Though she loves “how Tyler really flips the script and kind of puts temptation…on the woman,” it’s not a problem that plagues that her high-profile relationship with West.

“I think no matter what relationship you’re in, there’s just temptation being around the business. But as long as you really just have a strong relationship and you make that a priority, you don’t really have to give into the temptations,” she reasoned. “Now I always say the grass isn’t greener on the other side — it’s greener where you water it.”

Is the First Family ready for the “First Boyfriend?”

During an interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America, First Lady Michelle Obama opened up about her husband’s latest concern: their oldest daughter Malia going on dates.

“Fathers in particular, I don’t think they know how they’re gonna feel until it happens,” Obama said about raising their daughters in the White House.

“There’s nothing like the look on his face when Malia dresses up for a party and she’s heading out. He walks past, and she walks past him, and you can see his face sorta just drop a little bit.”

And it looks like the potential suitors of Malia — who turns 15 in July — will certainly be under close watch.

“I think that any young man who has the guts to get through Secret Service deserves a hearing,” the president joked to Ryan Seacrest last November. (via E! Online)

Meanwhile, Michelle says family matters have been contributing to the POTUS’ recent grays — and his changing hair shouldn’t all be blamed on the pressures of politics. “People think the gray is from his job — it’s from his children,” she quipped.

With Obama’s second term underway, the FLOTUS is cherishing every moment she and her family have left under the national spotlight, whether it’s taking charge for her “Let’s Move” campaign, which works to end childhood obesity, or making a surprise appearance during this year’s Oscars ceremony.

“We made a conscious decision to take this in, because four years ago was a whirlwind,” she revealed about the Jan. 21 inauguration. “So this was one of those times where we had to just stop and breathe and appreciate all we had accomplished and all that was left to do.”

Good Morning America weather anchor Sam Champion married husband Rubem Robierb on Friday afternoon in an intimate ceremony at the couple’s Manhattan apartment.

Champion’s ABC News colleague, Robin Roberts, also attended the wedding, despite being on medical leave since early September after she underwent treatment for a rare blood and bone marrow disorder, called myelodysplastic syndrome, or MDS.

MDS is a disorder in which the bone marrow fails to produce enough healthy blood cells.

Others to attend the ceremony — N.Y. State Supreme Court Justice George J. Silver conducted the 10-minute long nuptials — included GMA costars Lara Spencer and Josh Elliott.

A larger wedding party will take place in Miami on New Year’s Eve.

“We met on New Year’s and he proposed on New Year’s Eve, so we thought let’s get married on New Year’s Eve,” Champion, 51, told PEOPLE.

“That’s going to be the big party,” he said. “This is the legal moment that we wanted to celebrate with friends and family and loved ones.”

American Idol winner Scotty McCreery has some advice for future contestants on the FOX reality show and beyond.

“If I can do it, anybody can do it,” McCreery said on Tuesday’s Good Morning America about making it in the music business. “There’s so many different ways to get in now, TV’s a way, there’s the traditional way, no matter how it is you just have to try to get your foot in the door, be unique and once you get it, it’s the ride of a lifetime.”

McCreery, 19, isn’t just a country superstar and Idol champ though, he’s also a college student.

The singer revealed he’s getting his degree at North Carolina State University by taking classes at the school on Mondays and Wednesdays. The rest of the week, McCreery puts on his superstar hat and goes on the road with his band.

Just Monday night, McCreery was on the red carpet at the 2012 American Country Awards in Las Vegas. The Idol alum recently released a holiday album, Christmas with Scotty McCreery and performed one of the classic hits, “Let It Snow,” on the morning program.

He also joked with anchor Josh Elliot about his “stage debut” playing the baby Jesus in a church musical as a newborn.

Tori Spelling says she can relate to Kate Middleton’s pregnancy difficulties after having suffered from her own serious complications during her pregnancy with little one, Finn Davey. And says he’ll probably be her last child.

“I remember at one point, one of my doctors said, ‘Let’s get to 28 weeks, [just] get this baby to 28 weeks,” Spelling said on ABC’s Good Morning America on Thursday.

The reality star suffered from placenta previa, a condition in which the placenta completely covers the cervix, during her pregnancy. The condition put her on bed rest for two-and-a-half months. And she was unable to care for her other children, Liam, Stella and Hattie, with husband, Dean McDermott.

“I missed big moments, that was the hardest,” revealed Spelling. “I missed Liam‘s preschool graduation, Stella‘s fourth birthday party, Hattie’s first crawl [and] her first word.”

Finn, now three months old, is doing well. “I appreciate every second more with him,” she said.

Spelling recently provided fans with an inside look of her family’s home videos with the debut of her new web series, documenTORi. On her site, she writes, “In this exclusive web series I will share my family’s most intimate moments, memories, and milestones. From my last doctor’s appointment before Finn’s birth, to Hattie’s first steps, to being inside the recovery room after Finn was born and so much more.”

But the web series isn’t the only place you can see Spelling. The actress will appear on the upcoming ABC Family original musical holiday flick, The Mistle-tones.

On the TV movie, Spelling, 39, plays Marci, the lead singer of a local Christmas singing group.

“It was my American Idol meets Dancing With the Stars moment,” she said of the role. “I finally got my moment. I watch those shows all the time and now it was me.”

Jessica Biel is singing the praises of marriage with Justin Timberlake.

“It’s so funny — it feels like nothing’s changed, and yet everything’s changed,” the newlywed said on Tuesday’s Good Morning America. “It’s kind of that intangible thing. You can’t put your finger on it – I guess the idea of having sort of a partner in crime, and I guess the word ‘husband’ is pretty amazing.”

“I’m loving it,” said Biel, who married JT on Oct. 19 in Italy. “It’s so fun to say, ‘Oh, this is my husband.”

The stunner also chatted about her new big-screen endeavor — Playing for Keeps, which co-stars Gerard Butler, Dennis Quaid, Catherine Zeta Jones and Uma Thurman.

“It really was quite a cast,” she said. “I think that was probably one of the reasons I was so excited to be a part of this film, especially with Gabriele Muccino, our director — I was such a fan of his as well. It’s amazing to work with your idols who have now become your peers.”

In the film, Biel plays Stacie, the mom of 9-year-old whose dad (Butler) comes back in their life to coach his soccer team. So does the 30-year-old ever think about having kids of her own?

“Yeah, sure,” she said. “Especially because the kid Noah [Lomax] who played my son is literally the coolest kid I’ve ever met.”

She’s pretty cool, too: Biel said that between takes, she and her young co-star would rock out to satellite radio, and play “air guitar and just jam out and head-bang in the car.”

Playing for Keeps opens nationwide on Friday — along with another Biel film, Hitchock.

Brad Pitt is a being a good sport about his much-critiqued Chanel ad.

“It’s fair play,” the actor laughed in regards to the recent Saturday Night Live sketch during an appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America on Thursday. “I did press all day yesterday and I was getting crushed [for the ad].”

For the record, Pitt says he hasn’t seen the sketch yet, but that he heard “it’s pretty good.”

During the second part of a one-on-one interview with GMA’s Elizabeth Vargas. The actor has been making the media rounds lately to support his role as Jackie Cogan in the upcoming action thriller, Killing Them Softly.

Pitt, 48, described the film, which some critics have referred to as violent, as “an intelligent drama with a few dark laughs.” While the film is definitely not shy on the violence, he told Vargas there are actually only three deaths in the whole movie.

When the anchor commented on his above average ability with holding a gun, the World War Z star said, “I’m no stranger to guns. It’s kind of a rite of passage in the Ozarcks.”

This prompted Vargas to bring up their shared past attending the University of Missouri, complete with pictures of the superstar and the anchor in college.

It was a shocking turn of events on Tuesday night’s finale of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars: All Stars as former Bachelor contestant Melissa Rycroft and her pro dance partner Tony Dovolani were crowned champions. Appearing on Wednesday’s Good Morning America for a Dancing With the Stars after party, both contestants were unbelievably elated with their big win.

“[It was] unreal,” said Rycroft. “This whole season, I think Tony and I kind of underestimated ourselves. [We] thought we were underdogs and [it was] totally unexpected and such a surprise.”

Not only was this the first mirrorball trophy for Rycroft, but it was also the first win for Dovolani, who has danced on the show since Season 2.

The finalists, Shawn Johnson and Kelly Monaco, had both won in their respective seasons.

“I guess it took 14 seasons for me to get there. It was worth every bit of it,” he said. “It couldn’t have come at a better day. It was my wife [and I’s] anniversary, 13 years, so it was pretty great and an amazing moment for all the Albanians in America because it’s the 100 year anniversary [of the country’s independence] today so it’s just unreal.”

Dovolani, who had his daughter with him while appearing on GMA, told the anchors that this win was for her.

“Everything I do, I do for my kids,” he said.

Rycroft’s husband and daughter Ava congratulated her via a special recorded message on GMA.

Appearing with Rycroft and Dovolani were fellow finalists Johnson and Derek Hough and Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy, who both discussed their final performances as well as their time on the show. In addition to their interviews, the morning program hosted DTWS themed segments throughout the broadcast, including one final dance by all three pairs on GMA’s makeshift dance floor.

Robin Roberts is back home after a brief stint in the hospital.

The Good Morning America anchor, who recently received a bone marrow transplant to treat her diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), had been in the hospital for a week to treat a virus.

“After about a week back in the hospital, I returned home Friday night,” she said on her latest ABC news blog post. “A latent virus, many of us have, was not responding to medication and was pulling down my numbers. Our immune systems usually take care of a virus like this … but mine is only 59 days old.”

Roberts had originally been released from the hospital in early October after receiving a bone marrow transplant from her sister Sally Ann on September 20.

“Physically I felt fine but being back in the hospital took an emotional toll on me,” she wrote. “I decided to look at my brief stay as a ‘tune up’ … and then I would be back on the road to recovery. By the grace of God, I am!”

Roberts, 51, revealed that the virus is now under control and that her sister Sally-Ann had flown to New York to be with her. Prior to her discharge, her sister interviewed her for her New Orleans’ based station, WWL-TV.

Good Morning America will show a portion of the interview on Tuesday.

The anchor continued to express humility and gratitude for her GMA family’s support.“I’ve been moved to tears by my GMA family’s (and YOUR) genuine support, concern and love,” she said.

Lindsay Lohan is determined to be happy and keep working.

“Everyday I just want to keep calling my agents and I’m like, ‘Just keep my on set, it’s safer that way,’” Lohan said.

On Friday, the actress told ABC’s Good Morning America that she’s in a great place right now. “I just want to move forward, keep working. I’m in the process of kind of moving, and spending time with my family and just be happy.”

In addition to dishing on her role on Liz & Dick, Lohan also seemed to be the last to hear about her half-sister during the interview. ”I didn’t even hear that, so thanks for the news,” Lohan, 26, said regarding the proven 17-year-old daughter of Michael Lohan.

“I don’t pay attention to any of it. I can’t,” she said of what’s going on with her family in the tabloids. “I don’t really want to get into that because I want to stay on the positive side of things.”

Of her role in the film, Lohan said while it was “really nerve wracking to play someone that’s such an incredible force and a wonderful woman,” she was lucky “because I do relate to Elizabeth Taylor in a lot of ways.”

Namely, a career that started in childhood and a period of time when their respective lives got a little out of control.

So what is Lohan hoping fans will take away from her role on Liz & Dick?

“I hope my love for acting shines through and that people really see that,” she said. “I hope that they enjoy the portrayal that I did the best that I could. I hope Elizabeth’s happy watching from above.”

Robin Roberts is excited to get back to work.

Talking to guest host Oprah Winfrey and the rest of her Good Morning America family via phone she told them, “I can’t wait to come back! I want to be back on that couch with those froggy slippers!”

Winfrey is just one of many celebrities who has filled in for the anchor in her absence. In tribute to their colleague, she and the rest of the GMA anchor team donned Roberts’ favorite footwear during her call.

Watching the show this morning she told Winfrey, “You had lifted my spirits.” Referring to Winfrey’s entrance on the show and a performance she organized of  her favorite song, “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”, she said, “Usually I’m watching between my toes in bed … you got me dancing like you did this morning with the rollers in your hair.”

Roberts, who went on an extended medical leave in August to seek treatment for the blood and bone marrow disorder, Myelodysplastic Syndrome, received a bone marrow transplant from her sister Sally Ann in September. She was able to leave the hospital earlier this month and told her friends she is doing well.

“It’s day 35,” she said. “Thirty-five days ago, I had my bone marrow transplant and it is a journey, my friend as you have taught me. I am so incredibly blessed to be doing as well as I am. Sometimes I do feel like I’m 35 days old, and I can’t get my head off the pillow, but those days are becoming fewer and fewer.”

As always, Roberts was incredibly grateful for the support she’s received not only from her team and colleagues but also from her fans.

Though she wasn’t there with them, Winfrey told Roberts, “I felt your presence when I walked into the studio. I am so happy to be here with your family. … You are here in spirit and we are so happy to have you call in this morning.”

Taylor Swift had Times Square packed with thousands of fans Tuesday morning as she sang on ABC’s Good Morning America to promote her just-dropped album, Red. Dressed in a black sweater, skirt and tights and wearing her signature red lips, the 22-year-old gave a killer performance of new smashes “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and “Red,” as well as vintage hit “Love Story.”

The pop/country superstar seemed clearly excited by the already huge sales of the one-day-old Red. The new album has already sold 4 million copies and holds the title of Target’s biggest first day music seller ever.

“This is unbelievable, especially for picking up a new album,” gushed Swift on GMA on Tuesday. “It’s amazing.”

Of course, Swift is no stranger to success and acclaim, having won six Grammy Awards, seven Country Music Awards and 10 American Music Awards throughout her career.

The concert marked Swift’s second appearance on GMA in as many days. She appeared Monday for an exclusive one-on-one interview with anchor George Stephanopoulus.

Swift spoke to Stephanopoulus about a variety of topics including her songwriting process and the emotional song on her new album. She even sat in the hot seat for a lightning round of questions and exclaimed, “I love lighting rounds!”

As for her songwriting process and her tendency to use ex-boyfriends as the topics of her songs, the reigning CMA Entertainer of the Year said, “Music is my way of understanding what I’m feeling. It’s carried me my whole life and allowed me to filter through complicated emotions and make them simple.”

“I don’t really talk about my love life,” said Taylor Swift, interviewed Monday on ABC’s Good Morning America. “I kind of sing about it a lot, because I really think that it sounds more poetic and romantic with music behind it.”

Swift was looking radiant in red, aptly enough, on the day that her new album, Red, was released. The 22-year-old country starlet was all smiles as she spoke with anchor George Stephanopoulus about such topics as her new album, songwriting, her parents, her favorite TV shows and her most difficult song to write.

Known for writing her heart — and her real-life romances — into her songs, the singer remained mum when asked if she’d write a happy or sad song about her  love life with current flame, Conor Kennedy. (It was that question that prompted the “I don’t really talk about my love life” response.)

Swift said that Red, which is already No. 1 on iTunes, allowed her to explore the edges of what she can do by working with different songwriters and some of her musical heroes.

Often during the songwriting process, she revealed, “I just grab a guitar and make stuff up.”

“Music is my way of understanding what I’m feeling,” the songstress told Stephanopoulus regarding her frequent mentions of ex-boyfriends in her songs. “It’s carried me my whole life and allowed me to filter through complicated emotions and make them simple.”

So which song on her new record was the most difficult for her to write emotionally?

The six-time Grammy award winner revealed it was “‘All Too Well,” because “it took me a long time to filter through everything I wanted to put in the song.”

“It started out being probably a 10-minute song, which you can’t put on an album,” she continued. “I had to filter it down to a story that could work in the form of a song, and I called my friend and co-writer Liz Rose and said, ‘Come over, we’ve gotta filter this down,’ and it took me a really long time to get it to it’s final form.”

Speculation is that this song, along with her smash hit single, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” are about former beau Jake Gyllenhaal, though the singer of course declines to name names.

Maybe Cloud Atlas star Tom Hanks needs a cloud thesaurus. Poor word choice led the actor usually considered Hollywood’s Nicest Guy to drop an f-bomb on a live family-friendly TV chat show Friday morning.

During an appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America, the Oscar-winning actor let loose a profane gaffe when asked to speak in an accent from one of his characters in the forthcoming Cloud Atlas.

“Most of it is swear words,” he had explained prior to the incident. Then the actor went into the accent, saying, ”I want people to buy me a f***ing …” and stopped himself immediately, covering his mouth with his hands.

Anchor Elizabeth Vargas was also shocked, covering her mouth and apologizing to the audience, “We are so sorry … at Good Morning America.”

Despite immediate apologies from Hanks and Vargas, the Parents Television Council (PTC) is calling the morning show out for allowing the swear to go through on the broadcast unedited.

“Man oh man. I’m sorry. I slipped into a brand of acting,” Hanks, 56, apologized. ”I have never done that before. I want to apologize to the kids in America that are watching this right now, and let me say next time on the show there will be a seven-second delay.”

Hanks, 56, went on to joke that he should never be given a hand held mike. “I blame the staff,” he laughed. “I blame the staff.”

PTC Director of Public Policy Dan Isett wasted no time in expressing his displeasure with Good Morning America. “Once again, a morning news show has allowed the harshest profanity to be broadcast into every living room and breakfast table in the country,” he said in a statement.

“This is just another in a long, sad string of similar instances where all of the major network morning shows have permitted this inappropriate and offensive content,” the statement continued. “These cannot and must not be dismissed as ‘mistakes,’ and it’s time for the networks to step up, take responsibility for what they broadcast, and ensure that this never happens again.”

Cloud Atlas is out in theaters on Friday, Oct. 26.

One month after entering the hospital for a bone marrow transplant, Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts has headed home.

On Thursday morning, a grateful Roberts tweeted, “There’s no place like home. After 30 days in the hospital I’m home. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Thank YOU and bless YOU. XO.”

Roberts, who received the transplant from her sister Sally-Ann to combat the rare blood and bone marrow disorder, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), has been on extended medical leave from the ABC morning show since August.

And GMA is chronicling her courageous  journey.

The show broadcast an emotional video of her return trip home, featuring a joyful Roberts singing along with some of the hospital’s medical staff as well as taking her first step into the fresh air. Roberts’ oncologist. Dr. Gail Roboz, was also on hand to detail the next steps for the anchor.

Dr. Roboz said that Roberts has “batted this part out of the park” but that the “next 80 days in the first 100 is very important after transplant for the immune system to take hold and for her to regain her strength.”

Roberts, 51, acknowledged that she feels good but knows that she still has a long way to go.

“This doesn’t mean that my journey is over. Far from it. I am considered 21 days old,” she wrote on her blog. “So I will still be resting away from GMAuntil I’m given the all clear, but sleeping in my own bed again feels like a big victory.”

“Each day I get stronger and stronger,” she wrote. “I am fond of saying, ‘This Too Shall Pass.’ And even in some dark moments, of which there are still a few, I now see that light at the end of the tunnel. This too really shall pass.’

It was Melrose Monday on Good Morning America as the cast of the Melrose Place reunited to celebrate Entertainment Weekly‘s annual reunions issue.

Featuring an all-star cast including Heather Locklear, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Grant Show, Daphne Zuniga, Josie Bisset, Doug Savant, Andrew Shue, and Laura Leighton, Melrose Place, a spin-off of Beverly Hills 90210, aired on FOX from 1992-1999.

In footage from the EW photo shoot shown on GMA, Locklear, who played queen bee and eventual Melrose Place apartment complex owner Amanda, said the show was “definitely the highlight of my career.”

She continued, “When I saw this show before I was on it … I said ‘Oh, my God, that group looks fun to be with. I want to be on that show. It’s been a really special cast.”

Her sentiment was echoed by Shue, who appeared live on GMA. The actor, who played writer Billy Campbell, says that while the show was known for its high drama storylines, “We weren’t catty. There were no divas. It really was a family.”

Shue is married to GMA anchor Amy Robach, who interviewed the cast at the shoot.

What else did the cast reminisce about ?

The crazy and memorable storylines from the show’s seven season run, of course. The show, based on the lives of a group of 20-somethings who all lived in the same apartment complex in Los Angeles, was known to often go off the deep end at times.

In one episode, Cross’ Dr. Kimberly Shaw stole Jo’s (Zuniga) baby after inducing her labor and then breastfed it. In another, Savant’s character ripped off Shaw’s wig in a hospital.

Laughing, Show also mentioned the time that their famous apartment building blew up — but every character just happened to survive. Another infamous episode: when Jane (Bisset) and Syndey (Leighton) fought over a wedding dress and both ended up in a pool.

Also appearing on GMA was EW editor-in-chief Jess Cagle, who told Robach that the cast really does love each other. “Every single one of them loves the show,” he said. “They were really grateful for the opportunity. It was a very good energy. It really felt like a high school reunion.”

Arnold Schwarznegger is opening up about the affair which ruined his marriage to Maria Shriver in his new autobiography.

Appearing on Monday’s Good Morning America to promote the book, Total Recall, the former Governor of California told George Stephanopoulous that the affair was “one of the disastrous situations I’ve created and the worst thing I’ve ever done.”

Shriver divorced Schwarznegger in July of 2011 after finding out that he fathered a son, Joseph, with housekeeper Mildred Baena in 1996. “It’s just the worst thing because it hurt so many people,” he said.

What else did he have to say about the affair?

In the book, Schwarznegger wrote that Shriver was suspicious that Joseph might be his son, because of their resemblance, years before the star actually came clean to her in January 2011.

When Stephanopoulous questioned why he didn’t tell her about the affair earlier, he admits he was scared and didn’t know how to do go about doing it. “I was just, I think, too scared about losing everything, too scared about losing her, losing the family and I just didn’t know how,” he revealed.

Keeping Mildred on staff at their house was an effort to not make the situation worse.

“It’s worse when you start getting rid of people because it’s kind of like punishing somebody for having been in this situation so that’s the best way that I could have handled it,” he said.

Schwarznegger went on to say that he does consider Joseph to be his son and financially supports him and his mother.

He says that writing the book has enabled him to look back and analyze what had happened. He said apologetically, “When you look at the whole thing, it was just so horrible, what it did to the kids, what it did to my wife, because they were really fantastic. I had the most extraordinary family that anyone could ever dream of.”

So what did he learn from the indiscretion?

“I think that you learn that one stupid mistake that maybe you think is good, that moment can really destroy a lot of things and can hurt a lot of people that don’t deserve to be hurt like that.”

The actor said that he is working on rebuilding the relationship between him and his ex-wife and children. “I’m doing everything I can to work on that because I want to get them back together again because I think we were such a terrific family and just because of my doing and doing this stupid thing, I got into the situation that I’m in.”

Robin Roberts wants her supporters to know one thing: “I feel the love.”

The Good Morning America host has undergone eights days of intensive chemotherapy, and now she’s ready for the next stage in her fight against a rare blood disorder, myelodysplastic syndrome. On Thursday, Roberts is scheduled for a bone marrow transplant at a New York City hospital.

Before undergoing the transplant, the beloved TV anchor recorded an emotional video, which aired on Good Morning America on Thursday.

What did Roberts have to say?

“This journey is as much about the mind as it is about the body. Thoughts are so powerful. You have to change the way you think to change the way you feel. Let me just say this lastly, I feel the love and I thank you for it. Thank you.”

Roberts has been in the hospital for the last 11 days, documenting her journey on her blog. She recently shared even more heartfelt words with her fans in a blog post she penned on Tuesday.

“YOU give me the courage to keep going,” she wrote. “Bless you & Onward!”

Roberts, a breast cancer survivor, left her post at Good Morning America in August to undergo treatment.
