A security guard at the event reported that Stefani was advised to go home and rest. Gwen was driven home by her assistant and did not appear to seek further medical treatment.

On Saturday, the No Doubt lead singer was spotted out and about with her mother in Studio City, Calif,. The two looked to be in great spirits as they grabbed lunch at a local eatery.

Stefani’s rep have yet to comment on Sunday’s incident.

Friday night’s world premiere of Paul McCartney‘ music video, “My Valentine,” proved to be a star-studded event as the venue was full with celebrities. Rock enthusiasts Kristen Stewart and Gwen Stefani led the pack of famous attendees out to support the former Beatle’s latest solo endeavor.

However, the music video for “My Valentine” holds its own in terms of star power. Designed by fashion mogul and Paul’s daughter Stella McCartney, the black and white vid features Johnny Depp and Natalie Portman signing lyrics to the song.

“I work out five days a week, I can’t imagine not doing it,” Gwen disclosed of her workout routine.

Taking advantage of the sunny weather, No Doubt mama Gwen Stefani and her boys, Kingston and Zuma, had a fun play date at the local park in Santa Monica, Calif. The happy family spent their Saturday playing on the swings and jungle gym before refueling with a healthy lunch of soup and fresh fruit.

With Gwen hard at work at the studio these days, we’re glad to see this Hollywood mom taking a break to have fun with her kids!

Gwen Stefani took her sons to Knott’s Berry Farm this weekend for a day of family fun. Little Kingston and Zuma hit up park’s best rides, including the trucks and carousel, as their fashionista mama watched in the nearby shade.

But Gwen wasn’t the only celeb indulging in some amusement park fun this week!

Over on the east coast, Vanessa Hudgens and Spring Breakers co-star Ashley Benson had a blast at Busch Gardens in Florida. The two were seen in fits of giggles as they rode on roller coasters and got soaked on the river rapid ride.

Their boys were in simple styles this time around, but Gwen has said that they pick out their own clothes. She told InStyle magazine of her sons’ fashion sense, “I’m not strict. I like them to be creative and have fun. I’d love to be part of it, don’t get me wrong. Sometimes they’ll get dresses and it’s horrifying. But they often come out in awesome outfits.”

Little Zuma enjoyed his sweet treat from the comforts of his stroller while his older brother befriended a seal statue nearby. Kingston even dressed up for the occasion, sporting a suit and tie to the outing.

Knowing mommy Gwen’s impeccable fashion sense, we have no doubt that Kingston and Zuma wouldn’t mind unwrapping a sweater or two on Christmas Day!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt  prefer to hit the shops, as the actress recently expressed just how frustrating online shopping became for the both of them. She tells USA Today:

“Brad and I were on Amazon.com for the first time a week ago. But we got lost. After an hour, we just shut it off. My brain is too scattered and the wires go in different directions.”

Kingston, who was looking extra sharp in a bright red blazer, was seen carrying what looks to be the product of a fun day of arts and crafts. Meanwhile, Zuma played with his grandfather by the door before being ushered to the car by his mom.

Gwen and hubby Gavin Rossdale recently took their sons to a local park for some family fun. Kingston and Zuma (ages 5 and 3 respectively) had a blast twirling hula hoops and playing catch with their dad. After all that running around, the happy family refueled by chowing down on slices of pizza.

Gwen Stefani took her sons, Kingston and Zuma, Christmas shopping in North Hollywood on Saturday. Despite being in a store full of goodies, the impeccably dressed Zuma had a blast playing with a bag of decorative snow.

The happy family also stopped by the store’s Disney display where Kingston checked out some decorative lights for the festive season.

Stefani also launched a children’s clothing line, Harajuku Mini, for the store as well.

This fashionista always finds something interesting to wear, usually from her L.A.M.B. collection, but she picked an interesting black Carven dress to wear to this gala.

The neckline is a little awkward, but it definitely is unique! Gwen paired the long, drapey dress with bright blue pumps and pink lips.

The mother and son duo wore similar camouflage styles as they went to Target on Sunday and picked up some items from Gwen’s highly anticipated ‘Harajuku Minis for Target’ collection. Can you tell Kingston loves the famous military print? The youngster decided to wear a camo shirt, cargo pants and jacket!

Not everyone in the Stefani-Rossdale clan decided to match. The designer’s 3-year-old, Zuma, didn’t follow in his big brother’s footsteps and don camo. Instead, he wore a white button down with a cute black bow-tie. How cute is he?! The fam later went to visit ‘Noah’s Ark’ at the Skirball Center.

Kingston and Zuma definitely get their sweet style from their mama. This past weekend the No Doubt singer displayed her bold fashion sense with an abstract black and white suit.
