Another day in Cannes, another beautiful human being flashing some leg on the red carpet.

This time it was Heidi Klum, who dazzled in a white Versace gown at the premiere of Nebraska, the latest Alexander Payne movie starring Will Forte and Bob Odenkirk.

Klum, 39, finished off her look matching sparkly heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

“Such a beautiful day in Cannes!” she wrote on Twitter, along with a photo of her flawless self arriving to the premiere by boat.

Klum is the latest model to descend upon the film festival by the sea.

Ageless wonder Heidi Klum celebrated her Mother’s Day in the best possible way: by floating around in a pool and sipping on a wine glass.

Naturally, the 39-year-old TV personality (who is a mother of four, by the way) basked in her rock-hard abs and model-perfect smile and every other way in which she continues to defy all age and logic. Then, she tweeted:

Heidi Klum’s bodyguard-turned-boyfriend Martin Kirsten is so enamored with the German beauty that he’s already taking the next big step in their relationship — and buying her a ring.

But it’s not that kind of ring.

The couple, who’ve been dating for the last nine months as she split from ex hubby Seal, were spotted in Los Angeles April 21 watching her kids’ soccer game — and wearing some new matching gold finger accessories on their right hands.

Turns out, it’s a special gift from her beau, according to Life & Style.

Well, the America’s Got Talent judge is head over heels for the new man in her life.

“Yes, I’m in love,” the mother-of-four told Germany’s Bunte magazine (via People).

And Kirsten also gets her kids’ seal of approval.

“They like him very much,” she told the mag. “This is also one reason why I’m so fond of him. He’s been helping me for four years now. And he takes wonderful care of the kids. He plays with them, he protects them. I trust him.”

On Wednesday, Heidi Klum heated up the red carpet in style as she celebrated the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent at a premiere event in Hollywood.

The German beauty joined fellow AGT newbie Melanie Brown and returning judges Howie Mandel and Howard Stern for the event, along with host Nick Cannon.

Klum, who was officially added to the show in March, showed off her gorgeous gams in a form-fitting one-shoulder red dress and studded black heels.

“Girl Power with @officialmelb on @nbcagt in Los Angeles #AGT,” Klum wrote on Twitter, along with a backstage photo of the pair showing off their sculpted arms.

In February, NBC announced that Brown was replacing Sharon Osbourne, who served as the show’s third judge for six seasons.

America’s Got Talent season 8 premieres June 4 on NBC.

Heidi Klum has already proven that she’s a supermom — and a superhero — after her harrowing feat last week when she saved her son and nannies from drowning during a family vacation in Hawaii.

And Ellen DeGeneres just wanted to make sure she looks super-stylish should her quick-thinking skills ever come in handy again, by giving the German stunner a special gift for her upcoming 40th birthday.

“My friend Nancy is doing a hat party for me,” the model mom revealed on Ellen. “All my girlfriends and everyone have to wear a crazy hat.”

Cue the comedienne, who fashioned one out of a life preserver.

“You can actually save people!” DeGeneres boasted of her stylishly savvy design.

And in true model behavior, Klum had just the outfit to pair it with: “It goes with a red bathing suit I just bought,” she said.

In fact, she’s looking forward to reaching the big 4-0 milestone.

“I’m happy when I get one year older,” Klum said. “It means we’re still here, having a good time.”

Who says Heidi Klum can’t do it all?

The supermodel became a hero when she saved her seven-year-old son Henry from drowning during her recent Hawaiian vacation.

While playing in the waters off the coast of Ouha, the seven-year-old was swept away in a riptide along with two nannies — alerting the Project Runway host and her bodyguard boyfriend, Martin Kirsten, to spring into action.

“We got pulled into the ocean by a big wave. Of course, as a mother, I was very scared for my child and everyone else in the water,” Klum, 39, told Us Weekly. “Henry is a strong swimmer and was able to swim back to land. We were able to get everyone out safely.”

Klum had been vacationing with her family — including her children Leni, 8, Johan, 6, and Lou, 3 — in Hawaii during the Easter break.

However, she isn’t the only starlet to have risked their life to save those in need.

Previous celebrity heroes include Oscar winners Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Winslet, with the latter carrying billionaire Richard Branson‘s 90-year-old mother out of a burning house on Necker Island in 2011.

“Many thanks to Kate Winslet for helping to carry my 90 year old mum out of the main house to safety,” Branson blogged about the incident.

First, there was Paris Hilton. Then, there was Kim Kardashian. Now, there’s Heidi Klum.

The world-class supermodel has became the latest sexy lady to star in an ad for fast food chains Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s. In the new commercial, which will air in late March, the Project Runway host strips down to lingerie to sex up the new Jim Beam Bourbon Burger in the advert spoofing the Hollywood classic, The Graduate.

“What I like about this commercial is that it’s a very, very famous scene,” Klum says in a behind-the-scenes video, seen above. “Basically, I am Mrs. Robinson and I am seducing this cute little boy with my burger.”

“I’m kind of eating a little bit of the burger and, you know, food and sauce is on my mouth and I’m licking my lips,” the new America’s Got Talentjudge explains. “And he’s looking at me and getting all sweaty and he doesn’t know what to think of all of this. I shove the burger in his mouth in a sexy way. It’s a very sensual, sexy scene, which is a lot of fun to play.”

“We’re basically taking that scene and foodifying it,” added the commercial’s creative director, Mick DiMaria. “We wanted to do The Graduate justice. It’s a movie from a while ago but we wanted to update it and amp it up. So Heidi Klum is just perfect for that … The way she just manhandles that burger, we couldn’t ask for something more.”

And though some supermodels might shy away from the not-bikini-friendly food, Klum is a self-proclaimed fan of the fast food staple.

“I do eat a lot of burgers. I do also eat a lot of fries,” she says. “[This] burger is very, very yummy. I had a lot of them today so I’m kind of an expert on the Bourbon burger. There are a lot of yummy, crunchy onions, there’s bacon in there, there’s a patty in there.”

Klum joins a long line of women who have shilled on camera for Carl’s.

Since Hilton inaugurated the tradition in 2005, the fast food company has tapped the likes of Top Chef host Padma Lakshma, The Hills alum Audrina Patridge, E! star Kim Kardashian and even everyone’s new favorite Sports Illustrated beauty, Kate Upton. And Klum is thrilled to follow in all their footsteps.

“I was very excited … to do this commercial for Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s,” Klum gushed. “What I love about their commercials is that they’re always super sexy, but they also have a lot of humor to them.”

After hosting and judging 11 seasons worth of Project Runway, you’d think that Heidi Klum wouldn’t lose sleep over her new gig on America’s Got Talent.

Still, the supermodel admits to feeling a little overwhelmed as the new season of the hit NBC reality-competition series approaches.

“It is overwhelming,” Klum — who will join Howie Mandel, Howard Stern and Spice Girl Melanie Brown when AGT premieres this summer — told Celebuzzat the LA launch of her new active wear collection for New Balance on Thursday. “But it is so much fun at the same time!”

“I never know who’s going to show up next. [Every day] I’m looking at 35 different acts, from singing [to] juggling … Everyone is so different and unique.”

Klum joins Talent following Sharon Osbourne’s high-profile exit last year.

Meanwhile, the busy mother-of-four is adding even more to her plate with a new fitness line.

“I really think about every piece and how it will look on a women’s body,” she said of her collection. “As a woman, you always want to look good and you want your clothes to perform with you.”

“Working up a sweat lifting weights at @LadyFootLocker, waiting to sign some autographs,” Klum wrote on Twitter, along with a photo of herself doing a one-arm lift.

On Wednesday, Lisa Rinna was spotted carrying her mat as she left her Studio City gym. The 49-year-old TV star can currently be seen on the sixth season of The Celebrity Apprentice on NBC.

Over in New Orleans, Matthew McConaughey got into character on the set of his new crime drama True Detectives. The 43-year-old actor appears to be back to his regular body weight, after shedding a whopping 30 pounds for his most recent project, The Dallas Buyer’s Club.

Guten Tag, America’s Got Talent!

TMZ is reporting that Heidi Klum has just been hired as the reality TV show’s fourth and final judge for Season 8, which begins filming on Monday.

Klum flew to New Orleans on Sunday to join the rest of the judges — Howie Mandel, Howard Stern and fellow new hire, Spice Girls member Melanie Brown AKA Mel B. – for the first round of auditions, NBC sources told the site. While the site says Klum signed on to the show in “last minute” agreement, a photo it acquired from the set already has the Project Runway host’s name emblazoned above her seat. NBC must have felt confident the deal would go through. Klum’s participation marks the first time AGT has had a four-person panel.

Klum’s newest job comes some six months after Sharon Osbourne announced her exit from the series. Osbourne, who was a judge for six seasons, was replaced by Brown in February.

NBC reps didn’t immediately respond to Celebuzz‘s request for confirmation on Klum.

The German beauty’s TV resume has been lengthy since the launch of Project Runway nearly 10 years ago.

The show kicked off its 11th season on Lifetime in January, with designer Zac Posen replacing Michael Kors as one of the judges.

Klum, 39, has also been the face of Germany’s Next Top Model since 2006.
