Lauren Conrad has come a long way since filming The Hills in her small West Hollywood apartment she shared with Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge.

Now she’s miles away… literally… when it comes to locale and in the ca$h department.

Celebuzz has confirmed that the bestselling author splashed out $3.745 million on this six-bedroom, five-bath home in the swanky Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, as first reported by TMZ.

And the 4,303 square foot traditional two-story home is move-in ready, having already gotten the expert celebrity touch by famed interior designer Jeff Lewis with a new chef’s kitchen and master suite.

The 27-year-old fashion designer is getting all the pricey perks (just look at that walk-in closet!), including dark hardwood floors, white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and open floor plan.

And that’s just the inside.

Outside, she’ll be able to entertain and relax with all her pals in the sprawling grassy backyard with basketball area and plenty of room for a pool.

Plastic surgery continues to be a tricky topic in Hollywood, with celebs often denying having any work done to enhance their image.

While some stars remain dedicated to aging gracefully, others have learned to love cosmetic enhancements, even opening up about their decisions to go under the knife (or needle) — all for the price of beauty.

Most recently, Kelly Ripa admitted to using Botox in an interview with ELLE.

“Every seven months or so my eyelid skin rests on my eyelashes,” said the 42-year-old mom of three. (via ABC News)  “So I feel like it makes my makeup artist’s life easier, and it makes my eyes look a little more open on TV, which is where I happen to work right now.”

It’s no secret that Heidi Montag loves going to the beach.

On Thursday, the 26-year-old took to the sand and ocean in Santa Barbara, Calif., where she showed off her bikini body in a all-white ensemble.

Montag, who hit the beach solo, divided her afternoon between soaking up the sun and reading Dalton Fury’s latest thriller, Black Site: A Delta Force Novel.

Just two weeks ago, the former Hills star was spotted in Santa Monica, where she enjoyed some beach time in a blue bikini. Earlier in the month, Montag sported a revealing red ensemble during another beach outing.

Last week, Montag held a big dinner for her nearest and dearest — and she got a head start on preparations for the feast.

“I have been cooking for 6 hours,” she wrote on Twitter Thanksgiving eve.

“I am thankful for all you! Lots of blessings, love, and joy!” she added.

On Wednesday, the former reality TV star flaunted her curves in a red bikini while hanging out in Santa Monica, Calif.

Montag, 26, spent the afternoon taking quick dips in the Pacific Ocean and relaxing on a towel.

Last week, Montag showed off her long blonde locks and fit figure as she celebrated Halloween with Playboy Playmate Crystal Harris. The former Hills star dressed up as a sexy bear while Harris wore a bunny costume.

“My BFFS @CrystalHarris HAPPY Playboy Halloween!” Montag wrote on Twitter at the time.

While her former co-stars are busy with baby duty and book writing these days, Heidi Montag still knows how to party.

On Friday, the reality TV star brought her inner party girl to Playground in Las Vegas, for the third anniversary party of gentlemen’s club Crazy Horse.

Montag, 26, showed off her curves in black leather short shorts, a sheer top with velvet detailing and black strappy heels.

Montag wasn’t the only former reality TV star celebrating the gentlemen’s club. Her husband of three years, Spencer Pratt, also attended the bash, Us Weekly reports.

But it sounds like the pair didn’t get too crazy with the partying.

“Spencer’s finishing his last semester at USC, so I’ve been there with him and just working on my book and just working out . . . that’s my life,” Montag told Us on Friday.

Even after years out of the limelight, Heidi Montag says she still feels trapped by fame.

“I’ll never be able to be Heidi Montag, a normal person, again,” she told Celebuzz. “What [I've] done is something that you can’t undo and that’s what I didn’t realize. It’s a very different life. It’s like a lifelong sentence.”

The former Hills star and her husband, Spencer Pratt, have been holed up at a her father’s beach-side estate in Santa Barbara, Calif., rethinking her life path following several reality TV stints and much publicized scandal.

“I’ve been…getting re-grounded and getting back to a normal life and figuring out what my goals and aspirations are,” Montag said. “[Spencer and I] are not those people on The Hills anymore. We never were. It was more an acting role than anything else. But we played those character and when you start playing a character you kind of start to become more of a character.”

But underneath her on-screen persona, Montag says she’s just a small-town girl.

“I didn’t realize that pretending to be this ‘Hills Heidi,’ this spoiled rich girl who I wasn’t, would almost destroy me,” she explained. “I’m from really humble beginnings. I’ve never been this Hollywood diva, but you get caught up in what you’re pretending to be.”

But stepping out of the fast lane help Montag and Pratt, who wed in 2009, find their bliss.

“We’ve been through…a lot together, more than most people,” she said. “We really fought for our love against producers and MTV and family members and friends and we had the odds against us. [But] we had our love prevail and that’s the most important thing. Now were kind of coming down into a more normal existence with each other, less drama-filled with fake fighting. Thankfully we’ve been able to come here and get grounded and become ourselves and re-prioritize our lives.”

That includes planning for the road ahead.

“I have two really big projects in the works that I just signed for 2013,” said Montag. “Unfortunately I can’t say what they are yet, but they are very different from anything I’ve done so I’m very excited. I don’t think I’ll ever go on that scripted reality drama type of thing again but definitely this has huge potential for long-term lifetime career. So I’m getting ready and getting in shape.”

And that means more sweat sessions. “After my surgery, I stopped working out,” Heidi — who got a jaw-dropping 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day — said. “Now I’m getting back into it I feel the best ever. I’m gonna be the healthiest and fittest ever. I feel really good.”

While she’s ready to revive her career, Montag knows what’s important at the end of the day. “My priorities are my family, my husband, my love life and my happiness and everything after that is great. But my priorities are not money, fame and fashion. I am very grateful for everything I’ve had but I will never make those mistakes again and I will never compromise myself and pretend to be someone that I’m not.”

Nearly three years after Heidi Montag had life-changing plastic surgery — a jaw-dropping 10 procedures in one day — she is settling into her body.

But, the former star of MTV’s The Hills admits she would never do such a series of surgical procedures again.

“I wouldn’t do it again, that’s for sure,” Montag, 25, told Celebuzz in an exclusive interview at her home in Santa Barbara, Calif. “It was a lot more than I could have expected.”

How painful was the experience for Heidi?

She explained, “I really hate talking about it now because it was so long ago. I was a much different person back then to who I am now. I didn’t realize how much of The Hills — and going through that — would define who I am.

“I’m really looking forward to the next phase in my life. I know I’ll never be able to get away from a lot of it, but I won’t give up trying to prove I’m more than just that.”

Montag shocked the world when she was featured on the cover of PEOPLE magazine in early 2010 for having 10 plastic surgery procedures, including breast implants, liposuction on her stomach and thighs, a brow lift and a nose revision.

The cover headline beamed, “Addicted to Plastic Surgery.”

Montag, who has been married to Hills costar Spencer Pratt since 2009, has stayed out of the spotlight for most of 2012. She has mentioned several projects in the works for next year — but is mum on details.

The plastic surgery experience — which marked the descent of Montag from the public eye — was obviously a painful one for the former reality starlet.

“I feel really thankful that it all came out so well — it could have been really disastrous,” Montag said.

“I lived and I learned — and I wouldn’t really recommend it for other people. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be going through it — physically, mentally, emotionally, recovering. But, I’m just glad it’s done and that everything healed so well.”

Montag now says she is on her doctor’s timetable for a full recovery.

“My doctor originally told me it would take two years, so it’s finally settling in now. It feels really good to be healthy and strong,” she added.

“There are basic problems. I use a lot of creams and stuff on any residue scars. But, they’re almost gone now.”

Now that her healing is done — Montag intends to dig out the bikini she has been hiding for months.

“I actually haven’t been in a bikini in about a year, but I’m going to soon and I’m really excited,” she told Celebuzz.

“After my surgery, I stopped working out and now I’m getting back into it I feel the best ever. I feel really healthy and strong and like I’m gonna be the healthiest and fittest. I feel really good.”

Just when you thought the Speidi craze was behind us, Heidi Montag comes out with a new EP. 

The Hills star, 25, is back and instead of bringing the drama, she’s bringing the beats. Via Twitter, Heidi promoted four new tracks from her EP titled Dreams Come True. 

Available on iTunes (listen and buy here), the once reality star shared the cover art of herself in a metallic monokini that put her cleavage and curves on full display. She tweeted:

Southern style is coming to LA – in more ways than one!  Three 6 Mafia is back.  The pioneers of southern rap jams, DJ Paul and Juicy J are working on a new album that they believe is their best yet!  

The guys told Celebuzz that they have recorded over 100 songs and now just have to pick the best ones for their record.  So what can we expect to hear from our favorite duo?

“The style of the album is pretty much original Three 6 Mafia stuff with a touch of the new,” says Juicy J.  

The rappers have been working day on night on the album, but they were able to find some time to bring their Tennessee roots to LA and plant them squarely in the food business for their new VH1 show.

 The new reality show Famous Food gives seven celebrities the chance to see if they have what it takes to work together to open up a restaurant in Hollywood.  The celebs will be working alongside restaurateurs, Mike “Boogie” Malin of Big Brother fame and Lonnie Moore of The Dolce Group, which touts Ashton Kutcher as an investor.  So what do you get when you put a Hip-Hop group, Heidi Montag, Danielle Staub, Jake Pavelka, Ashley Dupré, and Vincent Pastore together - a recipe for drama! Celebuzz sat down with the rappers to get their take.

“We have always wanted to have something to do with food and restaurants.  To come from a city like Memphis, Tennessee, where Memphis is all about barbecues and soul food, it was a great experience to open a restaurant,” says Juicy J.  

Maybe the guys should have got involved with the food industry earlier because DJ Paul says the DJ Paul Memphis Mac and Cheese, their contribution to the menu on Famous Food, is one of the best selling items!

“We didn’t want to scare people off with a big soul food place because I didn’t know how Hollywood would take it, so we just took one soul food flavor and put it together in one bowl, you will have to watch the show to see how we did it,” says DJ Paul.

Our mouths are watering already – yum!  So what else can we expect from Famous Food?  The guys assured us it is definitely not a cooking show.  Check out the trailer below to see what they mean! 

“It’s a competition so there is a lot of arguments and fights going on and if you look at the show its going to seem like we hate each other but we don’t, everyone is still friends,” says DJ Paul.

Guess you can’t believe everything you see on TV – who would have known?  So which castmates did the guys like best?

“I really liked Heidi, Heidi was really cool.  She always stayed out of everyone’s business for the most part and she wouldn’t try to start fights or anything like that, she is a really cool person,” says DJ Paul.  

Juicy J says Heidi is quite different than she is portrayed in the media, and even added how sexy the reality star was.  But as far as his liking goes, another girl on the show caught his eye!

“Ashley is my favorite, she’s a hot chick,” says Juicy J.  

The guys said they got along with everyone and that the whole opportunity was such a good experience.  So what happens next?

“Get ready – get your beer, popcorn and pizza ready and get ready to laugh your ass off,” says Juicy J.

Eyes up here, boys! Heidi Montag has never been shy about showing off her assets and partied in Las Vegas this weekend in a skimpy two-piece pink bikini. She flaunted her slim bikini bod while hosting a pool party at Wet Republic at the MGM Grand Hotel.

Celebrating alongside Heidi were her husband Spencer Pratt and fellow blonde Crystal Harris, who called off her engagement to Hugh Hefner earlier this week.

Heidi, who previously admitted to getting ten plastic surgery procedures in one day, told Us Weekly she recently lost 27 pounds because she had spent more then 14 hours at the gym over the last two months.

“I’ve been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I’ve been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape… And I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I’ve ever been because I’ve kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape.”

Heidi has been out of the spotlight for some time but will be taking another stab at reality TV with Famous Food, a new VH1 reality show premiering July 10. In the show, Montag along with Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub, Bachelor star Jake Pavelka, Three 6 Mafia members DJ Paul and Juicy J and Sopranos‘  Vincent Pastore, star together to help start a new restaurant.

What a difference a day makes! Less than a day after Celebuzz reported that Heidi Montag had not been banned from a screening of Jennifer Aniston‘s Just Go With It, but was in fact invited to the event and never RSVP’d, the blonde reality star is apologizing for what she now says is “a big misunderstanding.”

Montag initially claimed that Aniston had personally banned her from the screening, saying that she was too “polarizing.” Now, however, Montag says “I know now that it wasn’t true.” That premonition came after Celebuzz spoke with Aniston’s rep, who told us that: “We do not have anything to do with who gets invited, but besides that, Sony did invite Heidi to the premiere and did not get an rsvp from her.”

Heidi now says that Aniston “is such a sweetheart and she even commented before on a red carpet about how interesting and fun it was to have me in the movie.”

As for why she really wasn’t at the screening, Montag told Us she had to be “with my dogs … I was honored to be a part of such a great movie and I apologize to Jennifer and Sony for this big misunderstanding.”

Despite reports that Jennifer Aniston “banned” Heidi Montag from the Just Go With It premiere earlier this week, Celebuzz has exclusively received word from Jen’s reps that the reports are “completely false.”

Hills star Holly Montag has found a new source of income — and this time she doesn’t have to start drama to earn it!

The older sister of media magnet Heidi Montag is now working for Brand Link Communications. The former Hills party girl was escorting celebrities like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa VanderPump and Michelle Trachtenberg into the In Add Minus Store launch party November 18 in Los Angeles.

Holly was surrounded by publicists and event planners, but the reality star didn’t receive any special attention. Besides, there were bigger stars, like Matthew Morrison, to attend to.

The Montag-Egelhoff family has recently covered the headlines, speaking out about financial woes. Not only is Speidi broke, but so is the girls’ mom Darlene Egelhoff. Maybe Holly’s success will inspire her fame loving sister to go back to work.

Rejoice, for the power of love is alive and well! At least as far as Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are concerned.

After a tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship that included a November 2008 wedding and a legal separation in June 2010, the Hills villains have renewed their wedding vows, ET Online reports.

Montag and Pratt re-tied the knot during an intimate, pre-sunset ceremony at a beachfront house in Southern California on Sunday. And this time, the couple notes, it’s for real. Really. Pratt noted of the marriage reboot,

“[This time] it’s just me and my bride on a little secret beach with nobody else and it’s just about her. Versus last time it was about everything else, it was about drama, it was about ratings.”

Montag, who was wed in a  Jenny Yoo gown, confirmed,

“It was about everyone but us, so this is really our first wedding about Spencer and I and our love. Now I feel like I can finally just be Heidi and just be in a marriage and just be a person. I’m just really enjoying every day.”

TMZ reports that former Hills villains Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag might soon be Costa Rica’s problem, thanks to the enterprising and possibly heroic betting Web site YouWager.com.

The site has extended an offer to the cash-strapped reality TV couple for $100,000 to “manage the odds and lines surrounding the entertainment sector ‐- ranging from celebrity news and pop culture to music and movies.” The only hitch? They’d have to move to Costa Rica, where the site’s operations are based.

Pratt is currently said to be entertaining the offer—though, due to recent political troubles between Costa Rica and Nicaragua, he’s “looking into how he can legally own a firearm over there so that he can protect himself.”
