Although his road to the altar wasn’t exactly paved with gold, Hugh Hefner is very much enjoying his marriage to Crystal Harris.

This, according to Hefner’s former girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson.

During a recent conversation with the Playboy honcho, Wilkinson — who recently admitted to being “so pissed” at Harris for calling off her wedding in 2011 — says she straight-up asked Hefner how he was doing now that he and Harris were finally man and wife.

“I really looked him in the eyes and [asked], ‘Hef, are you happy?’” Wilkinson told Celebuzz in an exclusive interview. “He said, ‘I’m truly happy — and please, let everybody know.”

Harris famously broke off her engagement to Hefner in 2011, just five days before it was to take place. The couple reconciled the following year, and were married over New Year’s at the Playboy Mansion.

As for Wilkinson, who split from Hefner in 2008, she has plenty of her own mountains to climb — like, you know, dealing with Kate Gosselin’s eight children on Tuesday night’s all-new episode of Celebrity Wife Swap.

But while the experience itself was intense, Wilkinson looks back on it fondly, including the part in which she finally got to meet Gosselin in person.

“I didn’t know what to expect,” Wilkinson revealed. “I know she has a lot of controversy around her; but we’re both in the same boat, because I do too.”

“We got to know each other’s heart; we got to know each other’s beliefs,” she continued. “We got to know each other through living in each other’s lives and we came out appreciating each other. [We have] a love for each other now … We definitely found an appreciation for each other.”

And what about her own life with her three-year-old son, Hank?

“He’s learning life right now” Wilkinson said. “He has packets of homework every week and he looks forward to [completing them]. He’s like, ‘I wanna do homework.’”

“He’s like a little nerd — he likes to do that stuff.”

Although the former Girls Next Door are mourning the death of Hugh Hefner’s longtime secretary Mary O’Connor, Bridget Marquardt is only thinking of the good times they shared, she tells Celebuzz exclusively.

Marquardt, who was catapulted to instant fame on the hit E! reality series, knew O’Connor, 82, even before the blonde bombshell moved into the mansion. O’Connor worked for the Playboy founder for over 40 years.

“I have so many memories of her since I met her 11 years ago. I used to go over to her house for garden parties and dinner parties and to play cards or dice,” Marquardt told Celebuzz.

Even in her later years, Hefner’s confidante was game for anything, she said.

“She traveled the world with us for Hef’s 80th birthday to five different countries and I remember playing a prank on her at the Kentucky Derby,” Marquardt remembered with fondess.

“She was flirty, feisty and funny all wrapped up into one.”

All jokes aside, O’Connor was the motherly figure for everyone at the mansion in times of need.

“Every morning Holly [Madison] and I would go down to her office and talk to her about everything,” Marquardt said. “So she was always there for us to vent or just to help us out.”

Marquardt, who moved out of the Playboy Mansion in 2009 when the long-running show came to an end and she and her co-stars Madison and Kendra Wilkinson broke things off with the 86-year-old media mogul. But that didn’t keep her away from her home away from home.

“Even when I moved out of the mansion I would still go back just to see her!” laughed Marquardt, who’s been dating director Nick Carpenter for over three years. “We would talk for hours and Hef would even have to come down and say ‘hey girls, you’ve got to get outta here so Mary can get back to work.’”

“She was motherly to the mansion and a good friend.”

And as a Hef’s right hand woman, O’Connor wasn’t afraid to tell it like it is.

“She was a spitfire. She wouldn’t hesitate in telling us we were being ridiculous. She was so honest.”

So would she dare to put the man of the house in his place?

“Oh absolutely! She was the only person who was able to do that and he respected it,” she said.

Marquardt, 39, hasn’t spoken to her ex since news of O’Connor’s passing hit the news Monday, but she will.

“I haven’t talked to Hef yet,” she said. “It will take time to digest it and I’m sure we’ll see each other soon at a memorial.”

Hefner Tweeted the news of O’Connor’s passing Sunday night with kind words of remembrance: “Mary passed away today. We loved her more than words could say.”

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner finally caught-up with his ‘runaway-bride’ Crystal Harris — the couple got married on New Year’s Eve.

Hefner, 86, exchanged vows with Harris, 26, at his famous mansion in Los Angeles during a small ceremony before family and friends.

Playmate pin-up Harris had left Hefner heartbroken after she called-off a lavish ceremony 18 months ago when the couple were supposed to walk down the aisle.

But this time she didn’t get ‘cold feet’ and became the publishing magnate’s third wife.

Hefner shared a picture of himself and his bride via Twitter with the message: “Crystal & I married on New Year’s Eve in the Mansion with Keith as my Best Man. Love that girl!”

Harris took to Twitter earlier proclaiming: “Today is the day I become Mrs. Hugh Hefner. Feeling very happy, lucky, and blessed.”

Embarrassingly, Harris confessed after their last wedding collapsed that she had only been intimate with him once and that only lasted “like two seconds.”

Despite the comments, the pair reunited last May.

Harris had a Disney themed bridal shower on Dec. 19 while her best friend Ashley Matthau threw her a bachelorette party at lingerie store Femme Fatale in Studio City, Calif.

Hefner recently insisted he doesn’t care about the 60-year age difference between them.

He tweeted, “The dramatic age difference between difference & Crystal & me really doesn’t matter. Whatever time I have left, we want to spend together.”

The Playboy founder has been married twice previously, to Mildred Williams from 1949 to 1959 and Kimberley Conrad from 1989 to 2010.

Just like the rest of the world, love makes the Hollywood go round.

Parting ways after five wedded years, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes — long labeled Tomkat — reached a surprisingly speedy divorce settlement after just 11 days in July, with the actress receiving primary custody of the couple’s six-year-old daughter, Suri.

But not all of Hollywood’s bitter breakups stuck. Hugh Hefner’s on-again-off-again engagement to Playboy Playmate Crystal Harris is back on. And with the two saying “I do” in just a few weeks, the 86-year-old’s ex Bridget Marquardt couldn’t be happier.

“I just want him to be happy,” Marquardt told Celebuzz at the Cell Phones For Soldiers and Voli Light Vodkas event in Hollywood on Thursday. “So, if he’s happy, then I’m very happy for ‘em.”

And who says exes can’t be friends?

Despite their breakup in 2008 (which included Hef’s other “girls,” Kendra Wilkinson and Holly Madison), Marquardt is still on the VIP invite list for the New Year’s Eve wedding.

But will she make it to Hef’s big day?

“I am invited,” she revealed.”But, it’s New Year’s Eve, so I’m not sure I’ll be able to make it. But, we’ll see. We’ll see how things work out.”

Hefner’s 26-year-old bride-to-be, who’s been famously dubbed the “runaway bride” after she called off their first engagement just five days before they were set to wed in June 2011, will be wife No. 3 for the media mogul.

And the infamous playboy isn’t the only one who’s found love after The Girls Next Door moved out of the mansion. Marquardt has been dating her director beau Nick Carpenter for four years, and Madison is expecting her first child with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella any day now.

“I’m super excited! So, does that make me an auntie in some sort of way? Right?” laughed Marquardt of her BFF’s bundle of joy.

Hugh Hefner will become a groom again!

TMZ is reporting that the 86-year-old is engaged to his “Number One” ladylove Crystal Harris.

The couple is set to wed at the Playboy Mansion on New Year’s Eve.

News of their engagement comes some 18 months after Harris, 26, walked out on the couple’s first wedding, five days before they were set to say “I Do.”

“After much deep reflection and thought, I have decided to end my engagement with Hef . . . I have the utmost respect for Hef and which him the best going forward. I hope the media will give each of us the privacy we deserve during this time,” she wrote on her blogat the time.

Harris, who resurrected her relationship with the Playboy mogul in June 2012, may have hinted at her upcoming nuptials just last week.

“Check out these cool ornaments #mermaid #merman,” she wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of bride and groom Christmas ornaments.

Hugh Hefner, adult entertainment extraordinaire, has pioneered one of the most successful adult entertainment brands in the world. As the founding patriarch of Playboy Magazine, he continues to be noted as an icon and innovative inspiration.

Hefner was born on April 9, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois. Early in his career he founded a high school newspaper and after working as a copywriter for men’s magazine Esquire, he quit to start his own publication known to the world as Playboy. Purchasing an early nude color photo of Marilyn Monroe ensured the first issue of Playboy sold 50,000 copies.

In the 60’s, Playboy Enterprises expanded with hotels, books, films, a modeling agency, a record company and world-famous clubs. Hugh also started the Playboy Foundation, helping non-profit groups fighting censorship and researching human sexuality.

After moving to Los Angeles, Hefner took on new creative projects, producing films, including Monty Python’s first feature, and starting the Playboy Jazz Festival. Hefner’s Playboy Mansion, the headquarters for his models, became the place to be seen with celebrities attending legendary hedonistic parties.

Hefner has three sons and a daughter Christie, who became CEO of the Playboy empire. He is now engaged to Playboy Playmate Crystal Harris, but no wedding plans have been revealed yet.

Playboy is expanding its horizons.

Bollywood beauty Sherlyn Chopra has just shot her pictorial for Hugh Hefner’s magazine, making her the first-ever Indian to pose for the publication.

The spread will push the 25-year-old starlet in the spotlight following some small movie roles, an appearance on the Indian version of Big Brother and a few modeling gigs.

And it seems The Hef is thrilled about landing Chopra.

“Bollywood starlet Sherlyn Chopra will be the first Indian to appear nude in Playboy, in the November issue,” the magazine magnate, 86, confirmed on Twitter.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the spread was shot at the Playboy Mansion in early July.

“Oh, it was the most fun time I have had in my life,” Chopra said in a recent interview. “We would start at 10.30 a.m. after some Jack Daniels and vodka. Never have I done a shoot with such confidence and joy. The atmosphere made me feel comfortable.”

In promotion of the upcoming spread, Playboy’s website posted a teaser: “Coming soon to Playboy Magazine and Playboy.com, a historic nude pictorial of Bollywood sensation Sherlyn Chopra, the first Indian woman to appear in the magazine.”

And it seems posing for the adult magazine was entirely Chopra’s idea, according to BBC. The knockout wrote to Playboy suggesting the spread, and the monthly accepted the offer in just a few days.

Chopra’s pictorial is likely to garner criticism from her native India, where the magazine is banned, though people can access it on the internet. But that doesn’t phrase the brunette bombshell.

“I have become the first Indian to pose naked for Playboy,” she told BBC, “and nobody can take away that achievement from me.”

After their very-public breakup in which she dumped him just one week before their wedding, Crystal Harris and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner have reportedly reconciled.

Harris “begged Hef to let her come back” to the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills, Calif., following their 2011 split, according to a source.

“[Hefner] surprisingly doesn’t have any hard feelings against her, so he let her move back into the Mansion,” the insider said.

It was a bold move on Hefner’s part: not only did Harris bail on their wedding, she did it only a few days before her now-infamous Playboy cover story was released, on which she was labeled “Mrs. Crystal Hefner.”

To fix the flub, Hefner added a sticker to the cover that read, “Runaway Bride in this issue!”

Still, despite their past hiccups, the couple is “really happy back together,” a source told RadarOnline.

Not happy, though, is Hef’s “number-one” girlfriend, Shera Berchard, who reportedly left the Mansion after Harris moved in.

The report comes only a few weeks after Harris gave a video interview to Sydney’s The Daily Telegraph, during which she said that she was still single.

“I’m single and I’ve been meeting a lot of people,” she said. “We’ll see!”

Trouble at the mansion. Hugh Hefner‘s eldest son Marston Hefner was reportedly arrested for allegedly attacking Playboy’s Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair.

Claire, 20, is Marston’s girlfriend and according to TMZ.com, cops were called out to the Playboy heir’s Pasadena, Calif. pad after a 911 call was made by one of Claire’s family members claiming that Marston attacked the model.

A source told the website that cops saw visible bruises on Claire upon arriving on the scene, and that Marston did admit to an altercation with his girlfriend but denied striking her.

However, Claire’s story was very different. The TMZ source told the website that she told police “Marston had punched her, kicked her in the stomach and then refused to let her leave the residence.”

Marston was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Sunday night for misdemeanor domestic violence. He was released on $20,000 bail not too long after his arrest.

On Monday, Hugh Hefner himself commented on the situation, telling People, “if they care about each other, they’ll patch it up.”

Despite the claims of heartbreak and the pain of being a lover scorned, it was pretty clear that Hugh Hefner was going to rebound fairly well following his “shocking” split from Crystal Harris just days before the duo were supposed to marry. And, it seems as though Hef’s doing just fine for himself, as he announced on Monday night that he has a new gal in his life: Shera Bechard.

After being questioned on Twitter, Hef confessed: “Shera is both our November 2011 Playmate & my new girlfriend.”

So, Tell Me More About Shera: Well, aside from what Hef said about her impending Playmate status, Shera’s website is a wealth of info. Did you know she was born in the same hometown as Avatar and Titanic pioneer James Cameron? Neither did we! That town would be Kapuskasing, Ontario. At the age of 18, she apparently caught the modeling bug and moved to Toronto and (an undetermined number) of years later, here we are! 

What’s Her, Um, Physique Like? In the Playboy video below from when she was Miss November 2010, Shera declares that she’s 5-feet-six-inches tall, weighs 115 pounds and has measurements of 34-26-36. 

Is She a Blonde or Brunette: It depends on the month. The header on Shera’s site shows her as a blonde, but most of the photos in the gallery have her as a brunette (and a scantily clad one, at that).

Hef Lives With Lots of Girls … Does Shera Have Roommates? Yes, three … and she plans on adding more. On her site, Shera says she shares a roof with the following:

My two cats Arthur & Rufus, and dwarf rabbit Ziggy. Looking forward to having a big house one day so I can have two dogs as well – a Dachshund and a Doberman.

Hef Is a Picky Eater. What Does She Like? Shera’s appetite runs the gamut of taste, everything from her penchant for sushi “especially Eel, Giant Clam, And Raw Scallop” all the way down to a good-old American “nice thick organic Steak.” Meat and potatoes — and eel! That’s our kinda girl.

Aside From Love, What Else Do She and Hef Have in Common?  They both love animals! While peacocks and other wildlife roam the property of the Playboy Mansion, Shera says one of her biggest pet peeves is animal abuse. Also, she’s a big movie fan, so she and Hef will likely be cuddling up for movie night with no problem … for about 10  hours if she picks the Lord of the Rings trilogy, which is on her favorite list.

Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner, 85, and 25-year-old Crystal Harris have called off their wedding, but they wouldn’t be the first! Celebuzz has compiled a list of celebrity couples over the years who didn’t quite make it to the altar. 

Hugh announced the split via Twitter on Tuesday, June 14, writing: 

“The wedding is off. Crystal had a change of heart.” 

A lot of stories are swirling as to what caused her to change her mind with Radar Online reporting that she’s dating Dr. Phil‘s son Jordan McGraw. TMZ was the first to report the break up saying that Crystal moved out of the Playboy mansion just five days before her wedding was to take place. 

Hugh presented his twenty-something girlfriend with an engagement ring on Christmas Eve this past year. He described the proposal to People.com back in January 2011, saying, “I got her a little music box with the [Little] Mermaid theme to it, and it just looked like the perfect size and the perfect place to be the ring box. So when she started unwrapping that gift, I reached over and wound it so it was playing music while she discovered what was inside.”

Former Playboy bunny Holly Madison is hopping mad over her ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner‘s current choice of future wife.

One-time Girls Next Door girl Madison has lashed out to People magazine about Hef’s new fiancée, Crystal Harris, claiming that the 24-year-old Playboy Playmate is more catty than bunny.

According to Madison, Hefner’s bride-to-be showed her true colors during an unaired scene from Girls Next Door, during which Harris allegedly trash-talked Madison and her pal and Holly’s World co-star, singer Josh Strickland. Madison huffs,

“They really need to show that birthday footage.”

Strickland adds,

“Crystal called us clowns in the circus. It’s just kind of like, ‘Who the hell are you?’”

He continues,

“We don’t really know her that well, but the few times we’ve seen her, it’s really been a cold shoulder. We really haven’t done anything to her.”

Harris’ manager, Michael Blakey, meanwhile, denies any bad blood between his client and Madison, claiming,

“Crystal has always been extremely friendly to Holly, and if that wasn’t the case, then Holly wouldn’t be continuing to return to the mansion. She doesn’t understand why Holly and Josh would make these allegations. She has no ill feelings toward Holly at all. Crystal believes this is a misunderstanding. I know her very well, and I’ve never heard her say an unkind word about anyone.”

Hugh Hefner is going to be a married man once again, this time with a bride 60 years his junior. Yes, you read right: Sixty.

The Playboy mogul announced via Twitter that he and 24-year-old Playmate Crystal Harris will be tying the knot, marking the third marriage for the youthful 84-year-old Hefner. In the announcement, Hefner proclaimed:

After the movie tonight, Crystal & I exchanged gifts. I gave Crystal a ring. A truly memorable Christmas Eve … When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory.

He then made things 100% clear for anyone who might have doubted the meaning of the ring, stating: “Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn’t mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all.”

Hefner isn’t staying a bachelor for long, as his most recent marriage to Playmate Kimberly Conrad officially ended in 2009 despite the duo being separated since 1998. Before that, Hef’s first marriage ended in 1959 and he was working his Hef magic since.

Now that Miley Cyrus has broken up with her most recent beau Liam Hemsworth, America’s teen queen is back on the market.
