Today we have a bratty diva from Glee, an actor who got his “free pass” for diva behavior revoked when he dumped a co-star, and a distraught HIV positive fashion designer.

1. Diva with a Glee:

Jeez, whenever we try to give people benefit of the doubt (à la Buck Me-Good), it turns out to bite us in the ass.

Remember how we told you the Glee kids were all, like, one moderately happy family—by Hollywood standards, that is? Well, one snitty star on that totally lovable show is causing quite the dramatic ruckus, pulling a Heigl on set. And it just pains us to report this, but alas, it is our jobs. So let’s get the nasty stuff over with, shall we?

Introducing Pat Poisonpuss, one of the main faces of Fox’s hit show. Actually, Pat would probably smack us across the head for saying “introducing” before this sexy babe’s name because, according to P.P., Pat has been in the Hollywood game forever. So much more than the minions (crew and fellow actors) Poisonpuss is “forced” to deal with everyday.

A source close to Team Awful recently visited the Glee set and reported, among other snitty deets, that Pat was totally isolated in between takes.

Pat, we’re told, “really gave off the impression that [he or she?] is a huge diva,” our insider dished. The set snooper insisted P.P. positively reeked of entitled-itis—think it’s going to be catching soon on that show, too.

But say it ain’t so! We’re told diva doesn’t even begin to describe how bitchy this par-tick star behaved, not mingling with anyone, choosing, instead to do eye-rolls over in a corner while other actors we’re doing their bits. Talk about tacky!

But hey, maybe it’s a method-acting kinda thing? You know, P.P. is just trying to stay in character in between takes? Could that be it? We’re choosing to believe that scenario, ’cause we think Pat is a total fox and supertalented.

And It Ain’t: Dijon Talton, Heather Morris, Harry Shum Jr. (The Awful Truth)

Hm, considering that Glee creator Ryan Murphy has gone on record to say that Lea Michele‘s annoying character was based on Lea’s real-life personality, we are going to have to guess that this diva is none other than Lea. We just hope that she realizes that talent can be wasted with a bad attitude.

2. The Free Pass:

What B-/C+ list TV/movie comedian/”actor” on a long-running network show got away with showing up late, never learning any of his lines, and generally driving the crew crazy with his arrogance…for as long as he was romancing the show’s A list star. Once that was over, so was his free ride. (Crazy Days And Nights)

Is this even technically a blind item? It has Jamie Kennedy and Jennifer Love Hewitt written all over it.

3. Designing HIV:

Which designer who recently died was HIV+ and was distraught over the fact he had infected at least four other people. (Blind Gossip)

The only fashion designer that we can think of who died recently is Alexander McQueen. How sad.

The 30-year-old actress spills,

“I’m a girl, after all! For the most part, yeah, I’m happy with my body, but there are days when I’m like, ‘Ugh! Really? Why is it so hard to fit into my jeans?’ That’s when I say to myself, ‘I look this way because I’m supposed to. If we all looked the same, we’d be boring.’ “

So how does she manage to stay positive in the cutthroat entertainment industry?

“I fall asleep feeling beautiful. Then, in the morning, before I leave the house, I say five things I love about myself, like ‘You have really pretty eyes.’ That way I can go out into the world with that little bit of extra confidence. It’s a feel-good protein shake in my back pocket in case someone messes with me that day.”

Having new boyfriend Jamie Kennedy also doesn’t hurt her positive attitude and healthy eating. She credits him for much of her weight sucess. 

“He’s inspired me to improve my diet. He has a salad with every meal, plus lots of fruit, fish and vegetables.”

The backstage area of Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre—which hosted the Emmys on Sunday—was abuzz with celebrities on September 19 and 20, as the Lipton Green VitaiTEA Gift Lounge provided refreshment and an opportunity to scoop up all sorts of free goodies. A ton of celebrities—such as Emmys host Neil Patrick Harris, Debra Messing, Charlie Sheen, Karina Smirnoff and Amy Poehler—packed into the suite to pick up cool stuff such as Palm Pixi phones, Kameleon jewelry, Moroccanoil hair-care products and Santoni Italian custom hand-made shoes.

Lovebirds Jamie Kennedy and Jennifer Love Hewitt created quite the splash backstage, picking out jeans for each other from Anoname and joking that they should get matching watches from Aquaswiss, before Kennedy settled on a black and silver model to match his tuxedo.

Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy are reportedly engaged!

Page Six is reporting that Kennedy was on stage at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach, California on Saturday night. After two hours, he pulled his girl up on stage to help entertain the crowd until an audience member yelled out, “Marry her!”

Kennedy “got down on one knee and asked her to marry him,” to which Hewitt said yes. Although he didnt have a ring, the source says “It was a standing ovation.”

Is it for real? The couple has been dating January 2009, shortly after Hewitt’s sudden breakup with actor and fiance Ross McCall.

Consoling CGI ghosts for a living seems to pay well.

Things seem to be on an upswing for Hewitt lately.

Despite her broken engagement of a few months ago, she seems to have moved on with comedian/ actor Jamie Kennedy.

And she’s doing it while driving an incredibly expensive and beautiful new car.

“Yes, we are dating,” Kennedy told Seacrest, “we’re more than dating, we’re more than in love.”

The “intense” relationship sparked on the set of their CBS show Ghost Whisperer in late January, on the heels of 30-year-old Hewitt’s split from actor Ross McCall.

“Here’s somebody that breathes life into you in a new way and makes you fuller, and that’s what she does to me.”

On top of breathing life into Hewitt, he apparently wants to take some out as well, ala Twilight.

“She’s my Bella. I want to bite her neck.”

A Celebuzz source caught the two last weekend sharing an intimate dinner at Los Angeles’ Pace, on the heels of tabloid reports accusing 29-year-old Hewitt of driving away her former fiance with neediness and insecurity.
