Flipping Out’s Jeff Lewis’ attorney is speaking out about his lawsuit against his assistant – and co-star – Jenni Pulos.

The Bravo star claimed that she was in violation of non-disclosure agreements after learning that she has sold the rights to her first book, initially titled Hang in There, Baby: What One of the World’s Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About Life, Work and Love.

Lewis’ attorney, Scott Souders, told Celebuzz “we repeatedly gave her every available opportunity to see what she was writing, but she refused to let us see a copy.”

“Jeff found out about the book title online, Jenny didn’t even tell him that,” Souders said.

“Jeff wishes her well, there’s no animosity there,” he added, “Jeff is just trying to protect his businesses and clients.”

Pulos took to her Twitter on Thursday saying, “Woke up this am, being sued by your boss is really putting on the Celebrity Cinderella Slipper, Bullies Aren’t Cool.”

Hang In There, Baby was slated for an August 20, 2013 release. However, Lewis is seeking “a preliminary and permanent injunction” against Pulos from “publishing any and all facts and/or references to events” she became aware of during her employment.

Is Jeff Lewis flipping out over nothing?

The Bravo star is suing his assistant — and co-star – Jenni Pulos over a book she has written, claiming she is in violation of non-disclosure agreements, reports Deadline.

Lewis fears the book, which initially was titled Hang In There, Baby: What One Of The World’s Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About life, Work And Love, will address Pulos’ experiences as his personal and executive assistant. However, Pulos claims the book is not about him and the title has been shortened to Hang In There, Baby.

Last month, Pulos told Celebuzz about her relationship with Lewis. “He’s very intense,” she said, before the newly married  Flipping Out assistant affectionately called him, “her gay husband.”

At press time, Pulos’ rep had yet to respond to Celebuzz‘s request for comment on the lawsuit

Flipping Out airs Tuesdays at 9PM on Bravo. 

Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis may have just purchased his Los Angeles abode in April, but the designer is already putting it back on the market for a whopping for $1.45 million.

Lewis, who is known for his renovating skills, has improved the home tenfold. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom house is approximately 2,300 square feet and offers a completely upgraded interior.

A wraparound terrace provides stunning views of Los Angeles, along with plenty of entertainment space for barbecuing and setting up patio arrangements, according to Real Estalker.

The master bedroom comes with an enormous walk-in closet, plus a bathroom with dual sinks and a large soaking tub with a separate glassed-in shower stall.

Lewis and his partner Gage Edward, and their trusty maid Zoila, are already residing in a brand-new Los Feliz home; it was purchased in July 2011 for $1.62 million.

Flipping Out’s Jenni Pulos finally found her happily ever after.

Tuesday night, TV viewers watched as the Bravo reality star married her Prince Charming, Jonathan Nassos, in Chicago with her Flipping Out co-stars — and BFFs – Jeff Lewis and Zoila Chavez in attendance.

“I was so overwhelmed by how beautiful everything was,” Pulos told Celebuzz during a sit-down with the Flipping Out star and her co-star Chavez. ”Never give up on love. That’s my motto. I met a great man. He’s the love of my life… I have my gay husband and now I have my straight husband!”

While Pulos and her beau made the conscious decision to keep much of their romance away from reality TV cameras, Pulos said at first, it was difficult for her boss to get along with her new husband.

“I think Jeff really likes him, but it took a little while for Jeff to open up to Jonathan because I think he was protective,” she said. ”He tried to help you find the right man,” added Chavez.

“Zoila was my bridesmaid. She looked beautiful,” said Pulos.

“I had a very nice dress,” added Chavez. “I felt like a princess. I only needed a crown!”

Pulos’ big fat Greek wedding included plenty of “Greek dancing,” said the newly married reality star. Chavez even busted a move or two on the dance floor.

“The music was very nice,” she said.

As for series star Lewis, he was given a very important job: Director of transportation. ”Jeff was director of transportation, so I kept him busy,” said Pulos. ”He got a bullhorn, which in hindsight probably wasn’t the best  idea. The day of, he was stressed. I trusted him. I knew that he would come through.”

And Pulos has a few words of advice for brides-to-be. “Every five-to-ten minutes of your wedding, step back, take it all in, and enjoy it because it’s the moment that you’ll have for the rest of your life.”

Now that she found the love of her life, is the reality star on her way to starting a family? “We are,” she said.

“We’re going to be trying and hopefully, that will happen,” Pulos said smiling.

Jeff Lewis of Bravo’s Flipping Out is never one to keep his mouth shut when telling others his opinions.

But Celebuzz was surprised when during a conference call to promote the reality show’s sixth season, the designer uttered, “Did you hear that GLAAD kicked me out?”

What did he say to anger the organization?

“I was talking about a transgender person. I try to keep up with all these politically correct terms but I still don’t know. And I called someone a he/she. I didn’t really know that it was offensive and rather than someone from GLAAD calling me and educating me, what they did was they sent me a threatening letter that if I didn’t issue a public apology that I could no longer be associated with GLAAD.”

Lewis continued, “Well of course I did not do that, because I don’t agree with that, because I didn’t mean anything by it and they kicked me out of the club. That’s where the honesty gets me into hot water even though I didn’t mean anything by it all. You think they’d just educate me rather than just you know. I don’t know they just booted me.”

When Celebuzz reached out for comment from GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation), they provided us with the following statement:

“In July 2011, we published a guest post on GLAAD’s site from a leading trans writer in response to Lewis’ comments in a Curbed.com interview, but Jeff is mistaken when he says that GLAAD did not reach out to offer a discussion. Before the guest post went up, we contacted Lewis’ team letting them know how members of the trans community were deeply offended by the words he used and asked if he would like to speak further and be open to crafting a brief statement. Several days later, their response was that he was not going to issue a clarification or apology, so today’s comments are surprising.”

TV personality Ross Matthews and his longtime beau, stylist Salvador Camarena, recently opened their home to interior decorator Jeff Lewis for Bravo’s Interior Therapy and there were some hilarious (and stunning!) results.

The remodel of Ross and Sal’s garage at their Los Feliz home proved to be quite difficult thanks to round the clock construction, but don’t worry — fun was had along the way by all!

Celebuzz chatted with Ross and Sal about what it was like to have Jeff redecorate for them, their ideal house guests, and if they’ll be starting a family any time soon.

What was the worst part of your home renovation?
Sal: Any time you do any kind of renovation there’s like that light at the end of the tunnel…you hope. But to get there you got to take a sledge hammer to everything you know to be true. So it was scary, but still worth it.

Were some of your inspiration behind your renovation?
Ross: The inspiration really…it’s a home that (Sal?) and I bought after we were together for a bit but we just had the picture that Ihad. What was really exciting was to create a space with Jeff that had both my stamp and [his].
Sal: The thing with Jeff is that he really does listen and is really super detail oriented and takes that to next level when he does create a space for a couple. That’s something you guys will probably see [tomorrow].

How long was the process?
Sal: I would say it was a full week.The hardest part for me was the construction part of having to hear the noise. Like going to bed at 1 am and hearing them jackhammer and waking up at 6am or 7am and still hearing them jackhammer. It’s probably the most like ‘is it ever going to end?’ kind of a deal. I would say that would be the roughest part of the construction. Plus I don’t like waking up earlier so that was never fun [laughs]
Ross: It was such a rushed job. We spent like a few days talking about what we wanted and 3 days of construction for pretty much 24 hours a day.

What was is like working with Jeff?
Sal: I actually had never seen the show. I had seen bits and pieces of the Bravo show before, but I try not get caught up in things like that. I love Jeff’s sense of humor, I think it’s awesome. And throughout the whole process, me being a stylist and him being an interior designer, I learned a lot from him just watching him to his craft. The way he dresses a room the way he does is the way I would dress a person. So I really related to that visual sense of artistry that he has. I just took it like a huge learning experience for myself.
Ross: I had know of Jeff and had seen him so I was a little petrified of him. He has a very strong reputation. He was everything that I thought he would be and more in terms of his dark sense of humor. What surprised me is that he has a really deep heart.

What can you tell us about your show in development over at E!, Ross?
Ross: We’re developing it right now and what I want is something like a half hour LOL. I can’t get into specifics, but I’ve always wanted to talk show host my entire life so any elements of talking to celebrities those elements will be in there.
Sal: I’d love to do some fashion expert stuff on there. Jeff hired me as a stylist so i don’t know if that makes the episode or not.

Have you had a housewarming party or anything yet?
Ross: We’ve had a couple. We’ve had a date night there and movie night.

If you could have any celebrities over, who would they be?
Ross: Oprah. Gwenyth, Liza, [laughs]. Chelsea [Handler]. That would be a fun group.

No Angelina Jolie? We know you love her!
Ross: We love Angelina, she’s always welcome!

Living together is a big step, have you guys talked about starting a family?
Ross: That’s always been a common goal of ours. That was something that was always important to us when we initially met. They’re definitely in
our future. But we’re both career focused right now.
Sal: I grew up with three older brothers, so I can see myself being a cool little league dad [laughs]. And Ross would love a little girl to put in pageants.
Ross: I’m going to name her Chardonnay, and we will bring home that blue ribbon!
