Are long-sleeved bodysuits the next big thing in fashion? After seeing Fantasia Barrino stepping out in a head-to-toe sequin catsuit during Wednesday’s American Idol finale this Wednesday, this certainly looks to be the case!

From Scarlett Johansson‘s Black Window one piece to Jennifer Lopez‘ nude suit at the American Music Awards, these slinky, figure-hugging garments are surely making their way around Hollywood.

However, while many fans abide by the “If you’ve got it, flaunt it” motto, some were not so thrilled with Fantasia’s Idol bodysuit.

All season long, we’ve praised Jennifer Lopez for the fashion risks she’s taken on American Idol.

Well, on last night’s season 11 finale, the 42-year-old beauty went out with a bang, with a number of different looks that had tongues everywhere wagging.

For her big arrival, J-Lo donned a gorgeous nude-and-silver beaded dress that gave fans one last look at her killer pair of legs.

What else did she wear?

Then, a bit later in the night, the singer-actress-judge took to the Idol stage to perform a medley of her hit songs, including ‘Follow the Leader.’ The best part about the medley: her sexy striptease, in which she gave a sneak peek at her cleavage to the millions of viewers watching at home.

Lopez’s appearance last night could prove to be bittersweet; it came amid rumors that she won’t return to the judges’ table next season, after two very successful runs on the show. (For more on the season 11 finale, including who was crowned the winner of season 11, click here!)

Jennifer Lopez has contributed a lot to American Idol in her two seasons with the show: concise criticisms, headline-grabbing performances, a maternal-like demeanor with the contestants.

But if there’s one legacy she’ll leave with the show — assuming the rumors that she’s quitting are true, of course — it’s her incredibly diverse style.

Week after week, the 42-year-old mother-of-two pushed the fashion envelope in daring, age-defying outfits, ranging from sexy bondage dresses to sequined short skirts to ’60s-inspired bell-bottoms.

Even when the looks didn’t quite work, we still appreciated J-Lo’s willingness to give it a try. (Seriously, remember what Paula Abdul used to wear back in the olden days?)

Marc Anthony Could Be Headed For More Heartbreak by Dating Jennifer Lopez Lookalike: Psychologist

No, you’re not seeing double.

Marc Anthony has moved on with 24-year-old model Shannon De Lima, who looks quite a bit like his estranged ex, 42-year-old American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez.

The Puerto Rican singer, 42, stepped out with his new girlfriend in support of the 27th Annual Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Sports Spectacular event in Century City, Calif., on Sunday night.

Celebuzz spoke to relationship expert and psychologist, Rachel A. Sussman, the author of The Breakup Bible, who said that if the father-of-five’s motive was to get back at his ex, he could be in for a bigger heartbreak than before!

“It is very common to seek out similar mates,” she said of Lopez and De Lima’s striking similarities.

“Many of us have a ‘type’ and that is normal. Sometimes types are very healthy; other times they can be more complicated.”

A healthy example would be emulating a great relationship and dating “someone who resembles them physically or has a similar characteristics, like humor, intellectual curiosity, compassion,” Sussman added.

Unhealthy types might be repeating patterns from childhood such as “mom or dad didn’t pay attention, so [they] like the wild non-commital type with the hopes they can tame them, thinking it will make them feel better about themselves,” she said.

Overall, the lookalike factor is typical.

Sussman said she is more concerned with the nearly 20-year age difference and any possibility that he may be dating younger to get back at JLo, who herself is dating a younger suitor — 25-year old backup dancer Casper Smart!

“Big age differences can often be problematic,” she said.

“Do people date to get back at someone? Unfortunately it does happen. But its too bad, because you really may end up with a bad outcome — and a second painful or embarrassing breakup can be worse than the first.”

Jennifer Lopez Possibly Leaving ‘American Idol’ — Who Should Replace Her?

Now that The X Factor judging selection is sorted out, it looks like there’s yet another reality show who will be looking for a new member of their team!

There have been multiple reports saying that Jennifer Lopez will not return for her third season of judging on American Idol, but nothing is official. In the event that the 42-year-old superstar does in fact leave FOX’s hit show, they’re obviously going to need a new judge, so Celebuzz thought we’d pool together some names of who we think would make a great replacement!

So, who are some of those fit to fill in J.Lo’s shoes?

“Party in the USA” singer Miley Cyrus‘ name was tossed around for The X Factor gig, so there’s definitely a possibility she could join AI. Another person who was considered to join Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid was Fergie, who we think would make a fabulous addition to the AI team.

Box Office Battle: ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting’ vs. ‘Battleship’ (POLL)

The two movies hitting theaters this weekend couldn’t be more different, but they do have one thing in common — Brooklyn Decker!

That’s right, the 25-year-old model turned actress has the distinct honor of having two different films hit theaters on the same day, one hilarious rom-com and the other an action-packed blockbuster. First up for Ms. Decker, we have Battleship, based on the classic board game, which also stars Friday Night Lights‘ Taylor Kitsch, True Blood hunk Alexander Skarsgard, and “S & M” singer Rihanna. The film is all about an alien attack on the high seas, and is one of summer’s first big flicks to be released.

In contrast, Brooklyn’s other film hitting theaters couldn’t be any more different.

Based on the book of the same name, What to Expect When You’re Expecting boasts an all-star cast of Hollywood heavy hitters, whose characters are all having babies one way or another. From Cameron Diaz to Jennifer Lopez, there is no shortage of stars in this movie.

What a difference a decade makes! Though Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake and Jennifer Lopez are still on the scene, they’ve certainly changed since we laid eyes on them at the Billboard Music Awards in the late ’90s, early ’00s.

Sunday night, one of the biggest nights in music returns and we can’t wait to see what Billboard’s awards show has in store for us this year. As you may recall, last year Britney and Rihanna kissed while performing “S&M.”

Being held at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV and airing on ABC, the 2012 show boasts acts including Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Lil Wayne and of course, Rihanna!

Seeing as the Billboard Awards are this weekend, and it’s Flashback Friday…

Jennifer Lopez opted for two very different outfits this week on American Idol, both of which were kind of amazing.

On Wednesday, the 42-year-old beauty went the subtle route, in a perfectly pink pantsuit — her most conservative Idol look to date. Still, despite the subtlety of the look, J-Lo still managed to look classier than ever, due in great part to her, you know, amazing genes.

But what about last night?

Then on Thursday, J-Lo — who is rumored to be leaving the show after two seasons — added a bit more color to her look, in a fun summer dress that mixed fuchsia and teal into one amazing ensemble. Loving it!

In fact, we’re loving the entire week Lopez has been having — pesky Idol rumors aside. Earlier, the mother-of-two claimed the coveted number-one spot on Forbes’ Celebrity 100 list, making her the most-powerful celebrity in the business. Clearly, boyfriend Casper Smart is one lucky man!

Unfortunately, Idol fans may not be as lucky, as there are reports that J-Lo plans to leave the show after season 11, due to her busy schedule. Today, however, Celebuzz is reporting that it’s all a negotiation tactic. Hmm …

Jennifer Lopez Threat To Leave ‘Idol’ Is a ‘Negotiating Tactic’: Source

Jennifer Lopez’s surprising revelation that she’s looking to leave the Idol judge’s desk is nothing more than a “hardball play for more money,” according to a source close to the situation.

Lopez, 42, shocked fans when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday and told the host, “I don’t know if I can go for a third year. I miss doing other things. It really does lock you down, which was nice the first year with the babies being 3, but now they’re getting more mobile, they’re about to go into school. So I just don’t know.”

Remarkably, though, the superstar singer-and-actress is banking on producers bowing to the veiled threat and re-negotiating her more $20 million a year pay packet, an insider told Celebuzz.

“Unless there has been a sudden change of heart, she’s is not going anywhere,” said a source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

The source added: “During negotiations for her world tour, she insisted that she needed the freedom to be able to still do Idol. Concert promoters assured her the tour would not interfere. It’s a negotiating tactic.”

Lopez recently garnered the coveted top spot on Forbes‘ 2012 list of most powerful celebrities, “mostly because her career was resurrected thanks to Idol,” the source added.

We hope those pesky rumors about Jennifer Lopez leaving American Idol, because we still can’t get enough of her fashions!

The 42-year-old judge, who yesterday was named the most powerful celebrity in the world by FORBES, arrived for Wednesday night’s show in a sexy pink pantsuit, which she paired with some oversized hoop earrings and heels. Love it!

But here’s what we aren’t loving …

Yesterday, sources told E! Online that J-Lo is parting ways with Idol after two successful seasons. The reason? She’s just “too busy.”

The singer-actress-judge also hinted she might be leaving on Ellen this week, saying, “I miss doing other things. It really does lock you down, which was nice the first year with the babies being three, but now they’re getting more mobile, they’re about to go into school … So I just don’t know.”

J-Lo — whose new movie, What to Expect When You’re Expecting, opens Friday — is only signed to one season, which would make her departure rather seamless. She joined the show following season 10′s mass exodus, when Simon Cowell and Kara DioGuardi parted ways with the show.

Lopez, who has two twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, is currently dating her 25-year-old backup dancer, Casper Smart.

Jennifer Lopez Flaunts Figure in Sexy Swimsuits — Can You Believe She’s 42!? (PHOTOS)

While other websites are wondering whether Jennifer Lopez will return as a judge on American Idol, we here at Celebuzz are gawking over how good she looks in a bathing suit!

The biological mother-of-twins, 42, posed for a jaw-dropping photo shoot for Vogue magazine, where she’s seen in a series of SUPER sexy swimsuits, one of which (the black monokini) bares, if you look closely, a bit of J-Lo’s famous booty.

While J-Lo merely modeled for the June issue of the fashion magazine, she did open up to them in the April issue — specifically about her romance with 25-year-old Casper Smart, a man nearly half her age.

“I don’t feel older, and I don’t feel like I look it, either, so I am just acting the same way I have always acted,” she told the magazine. “He’s adorable. But you already see that. He’s a good egg. I don’t want to talk about it too much. It’s my private thing.”

As for her professional life, rumors are flying that Jennifer may bid adieu to the judges’ table on Idol after she implied she might be leaving the show while chatting with Ellen DeGeneres.

“I miss doing other things. It really does lock you down, which was nice the first year with the babies being three, but now they’re getting more mobile, they’re about to go into school … So I just don’t know,” she admitted. “I really do enjoy it. Who Topped Forbes’ Celebrity 100 List for 2012?

This Wednesday morning, Forbes magazine released its annual list of the top 100 celebrities in the business, profiling everyone from Beyonce Knowles, to Taylor Swift and Angelina Jolie.

Shockingly enough, despite their amount of fame, the three ladies just mentioned didn’t even crack the top 10. Instead, those slots were filled by popular celebs like Steven Spielberg, Katy Perry and Rihanna.

But just who topped the Celebrity 100? Drum roll please …

It’s Jennifer Lopez!

The 42-year-old stunner, who last year was named the World’s Most Beautiful Woman by PEOPLE magazine, has every reason to top the list, which is a mixture of earnings and fame, according to Forbes.

In addition to starring in high-profile movies and releasing hit singles, the mother-of-two — who is currently dating 25-year-old back-up dancer Casper Smart — is currently one of three judges on America’s top-rated show, American Idol. Not bad for the former Fly Girl from the Bronx.

Of her recent success, Forbes writes:

“[American Idol] gave her a platform to promote her music and turn her image around. It didn’t hurt that she also split from her husband, Marc Anthony. Suddenly a single mother, Lopez lapped up the media attention and scored lucrative endorsement deals with companies like L’Oreal and Gillette. She now has a line of clothing at Kohl’s, a top-selling fragrance and she was able to secure a nice bump—to $20 million–on her Idol salary for a second season. With 6.6 million followers on Twitter and 12 million fans on Facebook, she’s also proved a master of social media.”

In fact, J-Lo is apparently so powerful, she managed to beat out Oprah Winfrey and last year’s No. 1 pick, Lady Gaga, who ranked second and fifth, respectively.

Also on the list: Kim Kardashian, who ranked seventh.

Made famous by Van Halen’s contract call for the removal of all brown M&Ms from bowls of candy, the rider often reflects the delightful (Jay-Z‘s two bottles of Sassicaia red wine, priced at $422) or difficult (Jennifer Lopez prefers all-white decor; Mary J. Blige demands a fresh toilet seat) nature of our favorite musicians.

Celebuzz and our pals at Soda assembled a handy infographic that reveals some stars’ biggest hang-ups. So just what does Katy Perry require while she’s on tour?

To give you an idea: Katy Perry has a 45-page rider that demands, among other things: Two cream-colored chairs, valued at $1,830; one matching footstool (natch), valued at $235; and a glass-door refrigerator, for $1,200. Because, who wouldn’t need all of that?

Once again, Jennifer Lopez knocked it way, way way out of the park at last night’s premiere of What to Expect When You’re Expecting in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old singer-actress-American Idol judge wowed the crowd in a stunning nude dress by Maria Lucia Hohan that teased her cleavage.

How did her dress compare to her Idol looks?

Still, despite the cleavage tease, the dress was a bit more of a conservative look for J-Lo, who on American Idol has been testing the the waters — not to mention the length of her seams — each week on the show. (See her best Idol fashions in our gallery below!)

Also in attendance at the star-studded premiere: J-Lo’s 25-year-old boyfriend, Casper Smart, who worked the red carpet in sunglasses and a tie-less suit.

There’s nothing fans love more than catching the first glimpse of the children of their favorite Hollywood stars. But it comes at a price — for news outlets, at least!

With news that Jessica Simpson has sold the first photos of her newborn baby girl Maxwell Drew, born May 1, to PEOPLE magazine for a whopping $800,000, Celebuzz decided to investigate who in Tinseltown has turned the birth of their children into a pay day.

So who cashed in and how much did they make?

Jennifer Lopez pocketed a reported $6 million for the first photo of twins Max and Emme, now 4, while Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt snared around $11 million for their own twins, Vivienne and Knox.

However, proving their generosity, the couple known as ‘Brangelina’ graciously donated the funds to charity.

Last night, American Idol said goodbye to Hollie Cavanagh — and a big hello to judge Jennifer Lopez, who dominated the show with a killer live performance, another gorgeous dress and a visit from her adorable twins, Max and Emme.

To kick off the show, the 42-year-old J-Lo arrived in a ’60s-inspired beaded white halter dress that — yep, you guessed it — showed off her legs.

What else did she do during the show?

Later on, she showed off a whole lot more — including her vocals — when she took to the Idol stage for the first time this season, to perform her hit single, “Dance Again,” surrounded by a bunch of sexy, shirtless men.

Though last night’s episode of American Idol featured some standout performances from contestants Joshua Ledet and Jessica Sanchez, all eyes were on judge Jennifer Lopez as she worked the room once again — this time, in a stunning silver & black sequined dress.

The 42-year-old beauty hit it out of the park in the super-short, age-defying cocktail dress, which, if anything, showed off her killer legs.

What else did she wear?

To complete the look, J-Lo wore a pair of sick black heels and gold hoop earrings. (At this point, can’t they just crown her the winner of American Idol season 11?)

Jennifer — who confirmed she’ll be touring this summer with Enrique Iglesias, as reported first by Celebuzz — is set to perform on tonight’s elimination episode — presumably her new single Dance Again.
