The Client List actress wants to insure her breasts for $5 million and keeps adding to her multi-million dollar investments by splashing out some serious dough — to the tune of $3.25 million — on a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath modern manse in the celeb-rich Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, Calif., according to RealEstalker.

The well-curved (and often Louboutin-heeled) TV star, 34, plunked down the cash for the sexy and cool retreat designed by famed Melinda Gray, complete with sparkling spa style pool surrounded by bamboo, fire pit, flat screen and lounging area.

The stylish custom-made home, which was built in 2007 for denim maven Peter Koral who co-founded the 7 for all Mankind brand, has hardwood floors; living room with fireplace that overlooks the lush backyard grounds; high ceilings; tons of wood, glass, steel and bamboo; open family room with flat screen; chef’s kitchen with all Viking appliances (and built-in Miele expresso maker); two outdoor lounge patios; romantic master suite with walk-in closet and soaking tub.

What’s sexier than a woman showing off her curves?  Even before Marilyn Monroe showed off her hourglass figure, Mae West was giving the boys something to think about.

These days, women pay good money to have themselves sculpted to look more like Beyonce, Sofia Vergara and Kate Winslet.

Jennifer Love Hewitt‘s grandmother has one heck of a sense of humor.

The Client List star, who plays a a massage therapist that does “a little bit more” on the Lifetime series, says her grandma has started to jokingly call her a “ho” after learning about her racy role.

“She calls me her ‘little TV ho’ and she thinks that’s really funny,” Hewitt, 34, said on Ellen DeGeneres‘ talk show Friday.

She likes it,” the actress continued. “She ignores the parts that she doesn’t like and pretends like they’re not happening.”

As if wasn’t really embarrassing enough, JLH adds that her granny loves to broadcast the fact that she plays an escort to random strangers.

“She’ll be like, this is my ‘little TV ho.’ She’s from Texas. I’m like, ‘Grandma, not aloud. Like on the phone with me, family joke, funny. Not out loud in the mall or the restaurant.’ She gets a kick out of it,” said the actress.

Ho or no ho, Hewitt certainly turned heads when she stopped by on Ellen. The buxom brunette — whose assets are reportedly worth $5 million — was seen busting out of her low-plunging dress during her interview.

“It’s the design,” Hewitt joked as she pulled up her dress. “It’s a little wowser. Sorry about it. I didn’t have a lot of time.”

Jennifer Love Hewitt knows what her moneymakers are — her breasts. And the actress is all for protecting them.

“I need, like, an insurance invitation,” Hewiit told USA Today. “If somebody was like, ‘Hey, you know what? We would like to insure your boobs for $2.5 million dollars,’ I’d be like, ‘Do it. Love it! Why not?’”

But the actress would tack a hefty price tag on her chest: “These things right here,” she said pointing to her breasts, “are worth $5 million!”

The actress has never been shy about showing off her 36-C-size rack, even admitting her set is her favorite body part.

“It’s horrible to say, but I like my boobs,” Hewitt told Maxim, when she covered the men’s magazine’s April 2012 issue. “They’ve always served me well. They’re good.”

Hewitt’s chest often takes center stage on her Lifetime drama, The Client List, in which she stars as a massage therapist who falls into high-end prostitution. The risqué role has even caused her grandmother, 86, to give her a not-so-flattering nickname.

“My grandmother loves to call me the TV ho,” the actress giggled. “She thinks it’s hysterical. . . I get to rub abs for a living. I never thought that that would be my job, so that’s exciting. It’s a hard job, but somebody has to do it, and I’m glad it’s me!”

Fans are in for some provocative turns when The Client List returns to Lifetime for Season 2.

“Our goal was to push the envelope on everything. Just to amp it up a notch and I think we’ve done that,” series star and executive producer Jennifer Love Hewitt tells Celebuzz.

“I mean it’s a really jam-packed season,” she continues. “There’s some crazy stuff going on. There’s danger. There’s sex. There’s love. There’s temptation. There’s indecent happenings. There’s all kinds of things.”

That just about sums up why fans tune in to the drama about a single mother and former beauty queen who takes a job at a “massage parlor,” which serves up the, cough, happy endings to a select group of high powered men.

Hewitt dishes with CB! about some of the turns to come on Season 2.

1. Redemption for Kyle? Sunday’s season premiere picks right up where the finale left off – the authorities have honed in on Riley (Hewitt) and shifty husband Kyle (Brian Hallisay). What happens after that we can’t say. But, Hewitt spills that the result only makes it more difficult for Riley (and the viewers) to condemn her ex.

“I think that viewers will be surprised how much they might turn for Kyle,” she tells us. “You’ll find out why he was gone, what he was doing while he was gone, why he left. and whether or not you’ll forgive him for that, and whether or not Riley wants to forgive him for that. And at the end of the day, she’s married. And he’s the father of her kids.”

2. That doesn’t mean Evan (Colin Egglesfield) is out for the count. It’s certainly tough being in love with brothers. So, just because Kyle is back and needs her, that doesn’t mean her feelings for Evan evaporate.

“She loves Evan, so she really essentially loves two people and has to figure out what’s going to be best for her in the long run,” the 34-year-old says. “And I can’t say who she’s gonna choose, or if she’ll choose either one of them, but it will definitely be a struggle for her. But there’s also knowing that she keeps the biggest secret possible from both of them and if they found out, where would she be?”

3. Time to service the female clients…Expect some equal opportunities on Season 2 as the list expands to high-powered women. “We also bring in a male masseuse this year for female happy endings, because women should get theirs too,” Hewitt smiles.

4. The changing of the guard. Georgia (Loretta Devine) is back, everyone. For how long? Well, we can’t say. But, her reappearance will signal big changes for her life and Riley’s. “Georgia changes a lot,” Hewitt shares. “She really becomes a mirror for Riley on what happens after this life, what you choose, what you run up against.”

“As [Riley] gets caught in one life that turns into a million, Georgia’s trying to take her million lies and turn them into the truth,” she goes on to say. “So, they’ll both be in really interesting positions. Georgia will always be there to help Riley with the list but she won’t be as involved this year with the spa itself, which leaves more responsibility on Riley’s shoulders.”

The Client List returns for Season 2 on Sunday at 9PM on Lifetime.

Steve Carell is about to dazzle as a magician in ‘Incredible Burt Wonderstone‘ — and he has some new tricks at home, too.

According to public records filed with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, the 50-year-old actor and his wife Nancy Carell have built their dream two-storey home — a Cape Cod-style mansion in Toluca Lake, Calif — complete with a giant swimming pool, spa, cabana, guest-house and private tennis court.

But Carrell’s home “office” is a sight to behold.

In the massive 5028 sq ft basement, the silver screen comedian has installed his own home theater with powder room, its own bathroom and a recreation room — all served by an elevator.

His double garage is equally as impressive, too. The noted car enthusiast has built his own “automobile elevator”, records reveal.

Both the elevator and a staircase can take guests to the second floor of the home, which has three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms plus a ‘Rumpus Room’ for his two kids, Elizabeth, 12, and eight-year-old John, to play in.

What else is inside?

On the 7058 sq ft first floor, there is a guest room with adjacent bathroom plus a study, living room, dining room and a den which leads to an outdoor porch.

At the back of the house, there is a large kitchen with an adjacent breakfast room and Butler’s pantry.

Carrell, who also likes mountain bike riding, built a “mud room” — a entryway intended as an area to remove and store footwear — next to his laundry.

The grounds of the estate are beautifully landscaped with automatic lights throughout.

“This is a great neighborhood, really family friendly and secure. He can count Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Love Hewitt  as among his neighbors,” a source close to Carrell told Celebuzz.

“There are a lot of famous people who live here, but Steve and his wife are very friendly with the neighbors – he acts like a regular family guy not like a typical, flashy Hollywood celebrity.”

The sexy star of The Client List is also the boss. Jennifer Love Hewitt plays the lead role of Riley Parks on the successful Lifetime television drama, but also she’s the executive producer. With Hewitt being in charge, she determines just how sexy she wants to be.

And its safe to say that Hewitt likes to be in control,  ”You know what, it’s great. I feel like I’m in a very lucky position,” the actress tells Celebuzz.

“I am on a show that has delicate scenes in it and I’m very lucky that I get to watch those carefully and make sure that I’m not doing anything for her or for myself that is beyond what we’re comfortable with. And we get to represent women well and I feel very looked after and it’s great.”

With the premiere of the second season just around the corner, the star promised to push the envelope.

In the new steamy promo video for The Client List, the actress strips down to lacy lingerie getups, seductively shaking, swerving and shimmying amid a bevy off male back-up dancer as she belts out the bluesy ’60s single, “I’m a Woman.”

From spinning through splashes of water to sexily slinking across a lit-up sign that reads “W.O.M.A.N,” a scantily-clad Hewitt beguiles as she belts out the high notes in the nearly two-minute spot.

“Season 2 is gonna be hot!” the actress gushed, tweeting the link to the video of “I’m a Woman,” which has be famously covered by everyone from Bette Midler and Peggy Lee to Reba McEntire and Wynonna Judd. “Thanks to Randy Jackson for doing an amazing job on the song for our promo,” she added. “It was a dream.”

It seems a risqué promo video has become tradition for Hewitt’s The Client List. Ahead of the Season 1 premiere of the Lifetime series, Hewitt turned heads with her sassy rendition of Shirley Bassey‘s “Big Spender.”

On the show, Hewitt plays Texan single mother Riley Parks, who falls into the of high-end prostitution after she’s befallen with financial debt in the wake of her husband leaving her.

Hewitt’s character soon begins a flirtation with her brother-in-law, played by Colin Egglesfield, who Hewitt was rumored to be dating earlier this year.

Jennifer Love Hewitt is mourning the loss of her mother Patricia, who died Tuesday in Los Angeles at age 67. Patricia died from complications due to cancer.

“She was an angel to all who knew her and they are grateful she is now in a better place. They ask for privacy at this difficult time,” the actress’ rep told Celebuzz.

Patricia, a speech-language pathologist, is survived by her daughter, 33, and son, Dr. Todd Hewitt.

In a 2010 interview, the actress joked that her mother supported her career decisions — even her role as a prostitute on The Client List.
