The 39-year-old Love in the Wild host confirmed rumors dating rumors on Thursday when she stepped out with Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher at the Generation Rescue autism charity. With her footballer beau around her arm, McCarthy told reporters that the two are indeed an item.

“I can confirm that yes it’s true, we are dating,” McCarthy said to NBC Chicago. “Go Bears, that’s all I can say.”

But that’s not all!

On the same night, McCarthy and Urlacher, 34, were also spotted getting cozy during a dinner date at Bill and Giuliana Rancic‘s RPM Italian restaurant in Chicago.

It looks like McCarthy’s taking her own advice that she recently spilled to Celebuzz, who told us that it takes at least a weekend in order to find out if you’re seeing the right guy.

“If you spend a few days with somebody, you really get to see that fake self drop away a little bit,” she said. “That helps me know whether I want to move on or keep going.”

Doting mom McCarthy may have found herself a winner in Urlacher, who already has two daughters and a son from previous relationships. McCarthy is the proud mother of her 10-year-old son, Evan.

While at NBC upfronts this week, the Singled Out star, 39, revealed to E! that she’ll be posing once again for the girly magazine, and she’ll go nude.

The funny girl is about to turn 40 and announced at the NBC upfronts this week that she’ll be taking it off once again for the infamous publication.

Set to appear on the cover of the July/August Playboy issue, Jenny — who turns 40 in November — will also pose nude for photos that will be included inside the magazine. The Singled Out star told E! News, “All I wanted to do [when I began in the industry] was work with my clothes on, and now I just hope to get them off!”

The buxom blonde recalled to Oprah Winfrey in 2010 her first Playboy cover shoot, joking that it got a little hairy.

For awhile, the 39-year-old personality says she didn’t know if she’d work again, having lost the desire to perform after Evan, now 9, was diagnosed with autism, in 2005.

How bad did it get?

“When I was at my lowest point in my life, when my son was having seizures and cardiac arrest, I really thought I would never be able to go back [to work] and do anything funny,” McCarthy confessed. “When your kid’s sick, it’s over.”

Following her son’s diagnosis, McCarthy became invested and outspoken about the debilitating disease and her son’s subsequent healing, as she put it, all of which was documented in the 2007 book, Louder Than Words: A Mother’s Journey in Healing Autism.

“Once he got better and was happy, then I started to enjoy life again,” said the actor. “People say, ‘Oh my God, you saved your son!’ But he really saved me. He brought a whole new perspective to me on what matters and what doesn’t.”

Season 2 of Love in the Wold premieres June 7 on NBC. On the show, couples compete in physical challenges for a trip around the world, and maybe fall in love along the way. McCarthy — who most recently was in a high-profile relationship with actor Jim Carrey, and is now rumored to be dating football player Brian Urlacher — said she learned a lot about dating from working with the contestants.

Her best tip: take a weekend trip with your new partner.

Featuring a photo of her own 211 lb. pregnancy from 2002, the Singled Out hottie wrote a heartfelt message to the Fashion Star judge, 31, and leapt to the defense of the super-pregnant star, who had been criticized for her pregnancy weight gain.

While at ESPN the Magazine’s Next party on Friday night, Tebow was flocked by women, but seemed pretty interested in Extra host Maria Menounos. Surrounded by a group of friends, the two looked to be having a few laughs, even taking pics Tebowing together!

On Saturday evening, Katy Perry hit the stage for a nine-song set for guests at Mark Cuban’s DIRECTV Super Saturday Night party dedicating her song “Peacock” to Tebow.

“This one goes out to Tim Tebow,” she said, before launching into her single.

Earlier in the week when he stopped by Sirius XM radio for an interview, hosts Rosie O’Donnell and Jenny McCarthy tried to set him up. McCarthy seemed a little smitten with Tebow, writing on Twitter:

The latest installment of the horror series, Scream 4, hits theaters Friday, but Celebuzz has tracked down photos of the stars of Scream pre-stardom. We run the gamut from the newest installation all the way through the other three movies, including some of the most famous victims of the Ghost Face killer. One major organization behind the PSAs is ’The Trevor Project’. Started by James Lecesne, and Peggy Rajski The Trevor Project provides a 24-hour hotline for any person contemplating suicide, and the message: “It Gets Better”. Another organization is ‘We Give A Damn’, who organization urges people to sign the petition and join the effort about raising awareness about the issue. Their most recent PSA features Elton John, Ricky Martin, Wanda Sykes and more. To join the fight go to <www.wegiveadamn.org>.

In addition to these PSA’s, other celebrities have chosen to speak out on their own. Among these are, Tim Gunn, Nicki Minaj, Kesha, and Lady Gaga who most recently spoke out against the military’s ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ policy. They all feel strongly about the issue and have taken time out of promoting their careers to speak out and try to raise awareness. In an interview with MTV News Minaj said,

“I would encourage my gay fans to be fighters and to be brave” 

And as the latest personality to come forth about the issue, Gunn said,

“I understand the desperation. I understand the despair,and I understand how isolated you can feel … It will get better. I promise.”

The Singled Out siren, who broke up with long-time companion Jim Carrey in April, teased the world recently by tweeting about a new mystery man that she’s been seeing, and now the mystery has been revealed.

According to People magazine, McCarthy has taken up with 35-year-old former fitness model Jason Toohey, and, the pair, who have been quietly dating for two months, might actually be co-habitating, as McCarthy recently revealed that she’s currently residing in Sin City:

“I’ve been living in Vegas for about a month. My house is under construction right now in L.A., so I very well could be here until it’s done.”

Toohey’s résumé that he’s no mere camera-friendly beefcake; he also once portrayed a pirate in Treasure Island’s Sirens of TI show, and is the founder of Eyedews, an eye-mask treatment that McCarthy recently began promoting.

Asher, the father of McCarthy’s son Evan Joseph, was married to the Singled Out host from 1999 to 2005.

A source reveals,

“They are dating. They’ve been spending a lot of time together and are having fun. He showers her with attention and is helping her move on from her breakup with Jamie [Kennedy].”

And Hewitt, in return, presumably showers Asher with the wonders of vajazzling.

While the source  declined to reveal how this magical union began, it’s believed that Hewitt may have met Asher on the set of her show The Ghost Whisperer, for which he taped a guest appearance earlier this year.

McCarthy, meanwhile, announced her split with longtime beau Jim Carrey on Tuesday. Guess she’ll have to look elsewhere for her rebound.

Carrey was the first to break the news, tweeting,

“Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best! S’okay! ?;^>”

And lest anyone think that this was a prank executed by the funnyman, McCarthy confirmed shortly after on her own Twitter account, noting,

“Im so grateful for the years Jim and I had together. I will stay committed to [Carrey's 22-year-old daughter] Jane and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”

And to think, less than three months ago, they were expressing their love for each other via the ancient art of sky-writing. Sounds like they caught up on technology in a hurry. No word on the reason for the split, though it may be related to the fact that Carrey was spotted kissing a pretty young thing several months ago.

Jenny and Oprah are teaming up to work on a number of projects, which will include her own talk show. Jenny already has her own blog on Oprah’s official site, Oprah.com. Her most recent entry discussed sugar and PMS.

Oprah has had Jenny as a guest star on the show frequently, as McCarthy is a devoted spokesperson for Autism awareness, a disease which her son Evan suffers from. 

Oprah has helped launched the talk show careers of both Dr. Phil and Rachael Ray, among others.

The blonde bombshell enjoyed a sushi date night at Hollywood hotspot Katsuya on Sunday evening with long-time boyfriend Jim Carrey when she had a little accident. Upon leaving the restaurant, Jenny took a tumble on her high heels. Fortunately Jim was her knight in shining armor, catching her before anything happened to his precious lady.

Jim told the assembled paparazzi capturing the event, “This is gonna be everywhere tomorrow.” Oh, you betcha!

And because she’s giving as well as fit, 36-year-old mother and former Singled Out host shares her secrets to staying in shape with the world at large.

Her biggest weapons? Yoga and dietary moderation. The latter of which she learned from Weight Watchers after giving birth to her son Evan in 2002.

“I thought I might be 170 when I left the hospital, but no, I was 200!” McCarthy recalls. “[Weight watchers] taught me portion control and to be conscious of what I put in my mouth.”

Typical meals for McCarthy these days include egg-white omelets, pureed fresh fruit and vegetables, and “those little packets of fish from Starbucks” if she needs a snack.

As for the yoga, McCarthy admits that she’s gotten her beau Carrey into the act. “I’ve seen him eyeing my toned arms,” McCarthy says. “I give it six months before I find him twisted into a pretzel!”

Kudos on watching your figure so effectively, Jenny! Of course, if you need any help with that task, there surely won’t be any shortage of volunteers.

Now the good news: The 36-year-old 1994 Playmate of the Year continues to find enrichment and sustenance from Hef’s venerable men’s magazine.

“Right now, I’m so happy playing for the girls team,” McCartny—who’s currently working with Suave shampoo on its “Beaty Stimulus Campaign” Suavenomics. “There was a time when I was happy to take off the bikini for guys, but I spent 14 years pleasing men, and now I’m focusing on doing something good for women. I only really read Playboy now to see what a **** should look like. I need to know what kind of grooming patterns are popular nowadays.”

Well, it’s good to know that some famous women keep up on the feminine grooming trends!

Of course, McCarthy doesn’t really need the money anymore, either; once she patents her cure for autism, she’s going to have more cash than she knows what to do with.

The former Singled Out co-host went on to say that she has no interest in young starlets flashing the flesh. “I mean, so many are prancing around in bikinis, it’s like, whatever. I’d like to see Sophia Loren pose,” McCarthy says.
