Jeremy Renner is giving Bradley Cooper a run for his money in the on-set hair wars to see who can look the most groove-tastic.

First we had B-Coop with his Starsky & Hutch perm and bell-bottom flares, and now Renner has been snapped for the first time looking more Liberace than Bourne Identity!

But first things first. Congrats are in order! This is actually first time Renner has been photographed back at work since his Canadian girlfriend Sonni Pacheco, 22, gave birth to the couple’s daughter March 28.

The action hottie was spotted on the set of David O. Russell’s untitled Abscam Project with a perfectly-coiffed pompadour. And if that wasn’t enough Saturday Night Fever for ya, he sports a grey lounge singer-esque leisure suit, ridiculously large bow-tie and matching waistband. Oh, John Travolta would be proud.

Even the women are channeling the good old disco days. Oscar-winner Jennifer Lawrence has also transformed into a seventies siren with her blonde up-do curls and floor length fur.

Set in the 1970s, the drama follows the true story of a con artist and his partner in crime who are forced to work with the government in an effort to stop crime in Camden, New Jersey.

Also, sure to get seventies stylin’ are the rest of the cast, Christian Bale and Amy Adams .

Hollywood’s famous tots club just got bigger!

And the newest member has a name — Ava Berlin Renner was born this week to proud parents Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco.

“They are beyond thrilled,” the actor’s spokesperson told Celebuzz. “Mother and daughter are doing great.”

The baby — Renner’s first — weighed in at 7 lb., the spokesperson added.

Renner, 42, first made baby headlines in January when Us Weekly reported that The Avengers star shared his news with Eva Longoria at the Golden Globes.

According to sources at the time, “He was saying, ‘I’m going to fly in when her water breaks.’”

Earlier this month, CB! reported that a baby registry listed under Pacheco’s full name and “Jeremy R” contained 101 items and the mother’s due date of Apr. 4. The Babies “R” Us registry also quietly announced that the pair were expecting a girl.

Has Jeremy Renner become the newest member of the Hollywood dads club?

Us Weekly is reporting that the Avengers star and his ex-girlfriend welcomed a baby girl on Thursday, Mar. 28.

The news comes nearly three weeks after Celebuzz reported that the rumored baby mama, Sonni Pacheco, was having a girl.

If the news is true, this is the first child for Renner, 42 and Pacheco, a Canadian lingerie model who briefly dated the movie star.

A rep for Renner did not return a request for comment.

News of the impending pitter patter of little feet first broke in January, when Us Weekly reported that the Bourne Legacy actor shared the happy news with Eva Longoria at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards.

“He was saying, ‘I’m going to fly in when her water breaks,’” according to sources, to which Longoria reportedly said, “I’m so blown away.”

Renner is currently filming the Untitled David O. Russell/Abscam Project, alongside Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence and Christian Bale.

The co-stars were spotted on the Boston set of their new film Abscam helmed by another familiar face, Lining’s director David O. Russell.

Hollywood’s famous tots club is about to welcome a new member: A baby girl whose father has been synonymous with the words Bourne and Avengers in recent years.

According to a registry on the Babies “R” Us website, Jeremy Renner and his reported baby mama Sonni Pacheco, 22, are expecting a girl!

And Pacheco, a Canadian lingerie model who briefly dated the movie star, is due sooner than expected per the registry — on April 4.

The expectant parents, who are registered under Pacheco’s full name and “Jeremy R,” have included a whopping 101 items on their registry — a list that totals nearly $3,500.

The Babies “R” Us registry includes items of all sizes and prices — and plenty of pink. And the parents-to-be are already getting in baby prep mode with 20 items already purchased, including a Summer Infant Privacy Plus Series Touch Plus Digital Color Video Monitor for $249.99, a Simmons Gilding Sooth Bassinet for $129.99 and a Just Born Girl Sassy Safari Security Blanket for $14.99.

The list also calls for a Serta Natural Start Crib Mattress for $199.99, a Summer Infant Super Seat Booster/Infant Positioner for $49.99 and a mamas & Papas Go Eat High Chair in Liquorice for $179.99.

Following the Golden Globe Awards in January, Us Weekly reported that Renner, 42, shared the baby news with Eva Longoria.

“[He] was saying, ‘I’m going to fly in when her water breaks,’” according to witnesses, who also claimed that the Pachecho was living at Renner’s home in L.A. at the time.

The box office had a big shake-up last weekend, thanks to the release of Jeremy Renner’s new film Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters. The action fantasy film took in $19 million in its first weekend.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence and Silver Linings Playbook continue to be major hits on the awards scene.

The 22-year-old actress took home another prize, this time for Best Actress at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Silver Linings Playbook is also edging closer and closer to the $100 million mark at the box office.

It’s going to take a pretty penny to buy Jeremy Renner’s Holmby, Hills, Calif. home – $25 million to be exact.

The two-time Oscar nominee is selling his 10,000-square-foot home is just one of the Hurt Locker’s Los Angeles homes. Renner is known for flipping homes with his business partner Kristoffer Winters.

The home, which was originally bought in 2010 for $7 million, is set to make the actor a huge profit if the property sells at its asking price.

The home, which is appropriately named The Reserve, comes complete with six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a professional-grade kitchen, home theater and a gym.

The proud future owners are bound to boast about their custom-designed backyard which offers an ornate pool with multiple fountains and rare tile mosaics. Art Deco fixtures are featured throughout the mansion and fit into the home’s original old Hollywood theme.

The one-story property is located in one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious neighborhoods, Holmby Hills, which Playboy magnate Hugh Hefner also calls home.

Renner selling his latest home comes on the heels of the news that he’s about to become a father. Us Weekly reports that the actor, 42, is set to welcome a baby with an ex-girlfriend this spring. No word yet on where he and the new family will reside – but reports state that Renner has over ten homes in the Los Angeles area alone to choose from.

Jeremy Renner’s got another number one movie to his name. Some five months after the release of The Bourne Legacy, the actor’s new film Hansel and Gretel: With Hunters topped the weekend box office with $19 million in ticket sales, according to Box Office Mojo.

The film beat out last week’s topper Mama and David O. Russell’s Silver Linings Playbook to take top place. Jessica Chastain‘s thriller grossed another $12.9 million, bringing its two week total to $48.6 million, while Silver Linings made some $10 million. The film, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper, is on pace to make more than $100 million.

Unfortunately for all the stars of the new comedy compilation, Movie 43 finished its opening weekend with a mere $5 million, placing the film at seventh place.

The comedy, directed by a slew of talent including Peter Farrelly, Elizabeth Banks and Brett Ratner, stars a long list of Tinseltown’s best, including Kirsten Bell, Halle Berry, Uma Thurman, Kate Winslet and Hugh Jackman.

Witch Hunters stars Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton as the grown-up versions of the Grimm Fairy Tale characters, clad in Matrix-style leather gear and wielding anachoristic weaponry as they hunt down, well, witches. The film, directed by European filmmaker Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow), sat on a shelf at Paramount for almost 2 years. Now that people have seen the 3D gore fest, Wirkola might be wishing that they put his movie on a higher shelf.

Jeremy Renner’s not (yet) a household name. He’s not a media hog, he’s not the paparazzi’s go-to guy, but he’s as big and talented an actor as they come.

Need proof?

Two Academy Award nominations, and the assimilation into two of the country’s largest action-thriller franchises in five years should do the trick.

Since Renner stepped into the spotlight with The Hurt Locker in 2008, he’s been nothing short of extraordinary. From resurrecting the Bourne character in The Bourne Legacy and joining forces with Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible, to his days as a bank-robbing Bostonite in The Town, he conquers the acting world with compelling, dangerous roles—and it works.

This Friday, the action-star further expands his repertoire with Hansel and Gretel—a new sadistic spin on an old tale. Set 15 years after the original story, a grown-up Hansel (Renner) and his sister, Gretel (Gemma Atherton) have become bounty hunters, on a crusade to slay witches as retribution for their past.

And if all that wasn’t enough, he’s about to assume one of the most action-packed roles in history to date—being a father!

But it wasn’t always back-flips and high-speed car chases.

Renner had a low-profile acting career back in the 1990s, beginning with a pivotal part in National Lampoon’s Senior Trip.

In this 1995 classic from the empire of all slapstick comedy creations, Renner hams it up as Dags, the subversive, trouble-making druggie at Fairmont High.

When a senior class of high-school miscreants throws a party at their principal’s house—during school hours no less—they are slapped with a detention and instructed to write a letter to the President, outlining the holes in the education system. When this amuses the President, a subsequent trip to the White House ensues.

And whose brilliant idea was this reprehensible rager that started it all?

None other than rebel Renner.

Looking nothing like the clean cut, thrill-seeking star he has come to be, a young, doe-eyed, long-haired Renner shows a different, less dangerous (but equally rebellious) side.

It was a long time in the wilderness before Jeremy Renner’s career took off.

Guest starring on series TV like The Net, followed by movies like zombie thriller 28 Weeks Later, Renner made his break in the sleeper hit The Hurt Locker, and later, The Town, both of which garnered him Oscar nods.

“For most of my career I was in movies where nobody saw them or had the opportunity,” Renner told reporters. “It’s really great because you put in this much hard work on any movie – they’re not easy, y’know.”

“So it’s a really, really wonderful feeling to have people be with you and see all the hard work you’ve put into them.”

Coming soon are dramatic roles in James Gray’s Lowlife and David O. Russell’s planned Abscam movie, about a congressional corruption scandal. But it’s not just prestige films Renner has been chasing in recent years. He also has The Avengers 2, Mission: Impossible 4 (and possibly 5) and this week, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. A twist on the classic fairytale, the brother and sister duo have grown up to form a team bent on eradicating villages of witches, ogres and other paranormal undesirables.

Joining Renner is Gemma Atherton as Gretel, and Famke Janssen as uber-witch, Muriel, who employs all her supernatural strengths against their crossbows, knuckle-dusters and six shooters.

“She’s our number one villain,” Renner said of Janssen, who played a memorable ass kicker as Jean Grey/ Phoenix in X-Men and Bond girl Xenia Onatopp in Goldeneye. “It’s a bit more western in its sort of fighting tactics and that sort of thing.”

A graduate of San Francisco’s American Conservatory Theater, Renner first gained attention for his portrayal of serial killer Jeffery Dahmer in 2002’s Dahmer, but has since made a name for himself in action movies.

“I like the idea of being challenged physically, for sure, but there’s got to be some emotional complexities to the character as well,” he explained. “But yeah, there seems to be a through-line to the last handful of movies that are physical but I don’t necessarily look for a job that’s physical.”

Renner loves actions scenes just as much as the next guy, but the most important elements to any project are director, costar and script. A great director and cast have little chance of salvaging a mediocre screenplay. And a great script in the wrong hands can make a terrible movie. And if by chance a compelling script lands in the hands of a great director, an egocentric costar can easily compound the difficulties on an arduous shoot.

“It takes it all to have a chance to make a good movie. To make something people want to see, something compelling, thoughtful, it takes something real,” he said.

“But the main thing to me is yes, the director, the story, the characters, it’s very important – then actors I can learn from. It’s all really important.”

Talk about a Bourne Legacy!

Jeremy Renner can now add father to his impressive resume, with the action star expecting his first child next month, according to an Us Weekly report, claiming his ex-girlfriend is in the final stages of her pregnancy.

Renner reportedly told Eva Longoria about the happy news at a Golden Globes party, to which she replied, “I’m so blown away!”

Renner’s former flame, whose identity has not been revealed, has apparently been living at the actor’s Los Angeles home throughout her gestation.

“They used to date, but it wasn’t serious,” an insider told the magazine.

The two-time Oscar nominee told Details Magazine in 2011 that it’s been “very difficult” to date girls in the spotlight and that “any woman would take a No. 2 seat to my job.”

“I have a wonderful life,” he said. “But it means nothing if it cannot be shared and that’s all I’m missing right now.”

The Bourne Legacy (Universal Studios Home Entertainment)

The One-Liner: Jeremy Renner does his best to inherit the mantle of Jason Bourne with this fourth installment in the franchise, which follows the same timeline as its predecessors but with a different star.

Picture Perfect? As usual, USHE does a wonderful job preserving the theatrical presentation on the small screen, providing a clean, clear and vivid image as Renner and his opponents throttle one another mercielessly.

What Else Is There? An audio commentary, deleted scenes and a collection of featurettes examine the process of resuscitating the film series for another installment.

How Badly Do I Want It? Unfortunately not a great movie, this may be worth buying if you’re a Bourne completist, but otherwise we recommend renting it – at most.

Dick Tracy (Buena Vista Home Entertainment)

The One-Liner: Back when Tim Burton was creating boilerplate for comic book adaptations, Warren Beatty added a splash to the burgeoning subgenre with his colorful big-screen interpretation of the classic comic strip character.

Picture Perfect? A terrific transfer perfectly preserves cinematographer Vittorio Storaro’s vibrant images, keeping Beatty’s primary-color vision of the character in his world in sharp and vivid focus.

What Else Is There? Sadly, nothing at all, which means that none of its amazing technical or artistic accomplishments are explored or explained in greater depth.

How Badly Do I Want It? As a reminder of the days when big-screen comic book characters actually emulated the source material from which they sprang, this is a must-see, but whether or not it’s worth owning is up to your affection for the film itself.

Les Miserables (Sony Pictures Home Entertainment)

The One-Liner: Just in time for Tom Hooper’s big-screen adaptation of the classic musical, SPHE re-releases this 1998 version, which casts Liam Neeson, Geoffrey Rush, Claire Danes and Uma Thurman, and sticks with Victor Hugo’s source material – which means no singing.

Picture Perfect? The transfer offers a solid, consistent picture quality, although nothing that seems destined to become a end-of-year superlative.

What Else Is There? A single featurette offers a few insights into the making of the movie, but is a superficial look at the adaptation at best.

How Badly Do I Want It? As interesting a counterpoint as the film might be to Hooper’s, this is worth a rental at best; there’s a reason this is not a particularly well-known adaptation of the material.

Miami Connection (Drafthouse Releasing)

The One-Liner: The good folks at Drafthouse unearthed this 1987 movie from Tae Kwon Do instructor/ possible cult leader Y.K. Kim, which follows a group of scruffy martial arts students who become the last line of defense between South Florida and a band of evil drug-dealing ninjas.

Picture Perfect? Notwithstanding the age of the film and its obscurity, the Blu-ray does a pretty remarkable job of offering a solid HD image, but the texture of film and the general crudeness of its construction is an important part of its charms, so the presentation fully satisfies.

What Else Is There? A commentary track by Y.K. Kim, a making-of featurette, a live concert from the 2012 Fantastic Fest featuring the reunited movie band Dragon Sound and several other featurettes devote a fairly shocking amount of effort to exploring the origins, and the (hopeful) legacy of this oddball obscurity.

How Badly Do I Want It? While the film is certainly scruffy and charming enough to be enjoyable on its own terms, Miami Connection practically defines the quandary of good vs. so-bad-it’s-good, which means it is definitely worth watching, and watching often.

Ted (Universal Studios Home Entertainment)

The One-Liner: Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane delivers his first feature-length effort with this raunchy comedy about a man named John (Mark Wahlberg) whose relationship with a magical teddy bear – his childhood best friend – comes into conflict when the woman he loves (Mila Kunis) requests that he grow up a little bit.

Picture Perfect? A terrific transfer preserves the theatrical experience, without any frills or exceptions.

What Else Is There? 15 minutes of deleted scenes, a 25-minute making-of featurette, and some scene-specific pieces – including how they shot Ted’s showstopping brawl with John in the hotel – do a really good job of getting inside the making of the movie.

How Badly Do I Want It? This movie is a brisk bit of fun – featherweight as an episode of Family Guy – which means that if you’re a longtime fan of MacFarlane, this might be worth buying, but if nothing else it’s a good evening of entertainment.

Jeremy Renner crooned his way through the opening monologue of Saturday Night Live this week.

The first time host, who showed off his singing chops by singing “theme songs” for movies he’s starred in, told audience members that there’s another side of him fans may not know about.

“For example, you might not know that I play a little piano, and my dream actually is to write and perform theme songs for one of my movies,” the 41-year-old said.

“I’ve actually written songs for every movie that I’ve done, however they’ve never used any of them. It’s too bad because I think they’re pretty good,” he said, before sitting down at a piano.

Renner went on to sing songs for The Avengers, Mission: Impossible and The Bourne Legacy.

“I’ve been running around / trying to take down the CIA / they won’t leave me alone / I’m not from Treadstone / need to get away / you know I’m gonna shoot somebody / you know I’m gonna shoot somebody,” Renner belted on stage, to the tune of “Use Somebody” by Kings of Leon.

Adam Levine, who served as musical guest with his band Maroon 5, later appeared alongside Renner, in a sketch that paid tribute to the actor’s action movies.

“The Californians” returned with a new episode, featuring Renner in a floral shirt.

Renner also put on his Hawkeye uniform on Saturday night for a sketch on The Avengers. Appearing on stage with Jason Sudeikis as Iron Man and other heroes, Hawkeye gives up on the fight after he runs out of arrows.

“So I guess I’m done, right? I’ll be in the car,” he tells his team.

“Come on Hunger Games. What are you doing? Just pull arrows out of the aliens you shot, Katniss,” Iron Man fires back.

Maroon 5 treated audiences to their hit “One More Night” and their new single, “Daylight.”

Jamie Foxx will host the Dec. 8 episode of SNL, with music from Ne-yo.

USA has announced the winter return dates for three of its scripted dramas and all will premiere in January. The second half of Season 2 of Suits will kick off on Thursday, Jan. 17 at 10 PM. The Real Housewives of Miami have earned their highest ratings of the season with Sunday night’s special episode. With a total of 1.35 million viewers and 797,000 viewers in the ad coveted 18-49 year olds demographic. These ratings showed a dramatic increase of 57 percent overall and 66 percent in the demo from last Thursday’s episode. The Real Housewives of Miami airs Thursdays at 9 PM on Bravo. [Bravo]

NBC’s The Voice has kept up its ratings in the battle and knockout rounds. Though previous seasons had typically shown a dip in viewers after the blind auditions ended, this season they’ve had good retention. Tuesday night’s episode of the show took the top spot of the night and had 12.1 million viewers. CBS’ Tuesday lineup was up slightly in the ratings and the comedies on both ABC and FOX were all down. Fairly Legal’s Sarah Shahi Is heading to NBC’s Chicago Fire. The actress will play Renee Royce, the love interest of Taylor Kinney’s Lt. Kelly Severide. Currently, she is set to appear on roughly six episodes. [TVLine]

DC comic book character Firefly is headed to The CW’s Arrow. Firefly will be embodied by Andrew Dunbar beginning in Episode 10. Firefly’s alter ego is a firefighter named Garfield Lynn who was burned in the line of work and never recovered physically or mentally. Just as with Green Arrow, the villain will be a more realistic reinterpretation on the show. [EW]

The CW’s Gossip Girl is going out in style with a two-hour series finale. The event will air on Monday, Dec, 17 at 8 PM. The event will also feature a look back at all the OMG moments from the scandalous show as well as interviews with the cast and crew. Viewers will also get a sneak peek into The CW’s new Sex and the City prequel, The Carrie Diaries which premieres in January. [The CW]

Charlie Sheen‘s Anger Management has made a deal for syndication. The show, which was picked up by FX for 90 episodes after showing decent ratings, will begin syndication in September 2014 on FOX stations. [The Wrap]

When Superman Returns was auditioning for the role of Clark Kent, the filmmakers has a tough time locking down a rising young actor as none of them wanted to be tied down to a multi-picture commitment that could last a decade or more — not to mention be typecast as fanboy-bait. No wonder actors were leery of franchise films in general.

However, actors today are so eager to star in franchise movies that several performers are even starring in more than one franchise. Take Chris Pine, for instance: Though he has a solid starring role in the Star Trek movies as the young James Kirk, he also started filming Jack Ryan, a film meant to reboot the Tom Clancy spy franchise with the 32-year-old playing the title CIA agent.

Why do actors suddenly want to be in a franchise, let alone two? For one, the pay is good and sequels mean a guaranteed paycheck for years.

For another, they’re almost surefire hits, which in turn make an actor marketable for other movies. And if an actor is in more than one film, he can avoid being typecast; the impulsive, intuitive James Kirk bears little resemblance to the cool, analytical Jack Ryan.

So who else is juggling multiple franchises?

Pine is just one of many stars handling two or more franchises right now.

There’s also Daniel Craig, who has both the James Bond movies and the Millennium trilogy, which started with 2011′s The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.

Robert Downey Jr. is actually working on three franchises now. Besides starring as Tony Stark in the Iron Man and Avengers films and the titular character in Guy Richie‘s Sherlock Holmes series, he’s also signed a deal last fall to play Perry Mason, in what would presumably be a series of movies about the sleuthing defense attorney.

Unemployable a decade ago because his past drug history had made him uninsurable, Downey seems to be making up for lost time and taking advantage of his current box office popularity while it lasts.

Such multitasking seems to come into vogue about once a decade. Ten years ago, the Lord of the Rings movies featured several actors (Christopher Lee, Ian McKellen, and Hugo Weaving) who were working on other franchise movies at the same time — Lee had the Star Wars prequels, McKellen the X-Men movies, and Weaving the Matrix trilogy.

Before that, the 1980s were a heyday for franchise-jugglers like Harrison Ford (who alternated between Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies) and Sylvester Stallone, who developed the Rocky and Rambo franchises.

Nowadays, actors are worried about being thrown out of work altogether by digitization, as movies like Avatar seem to herald a future when actors are replaceable by pixels. No wonder so many stars are taking the path of Avatar’s Sam Worthington, who’s switching back and forth between his role in James Cameron’s otherworldly franchise and his Perseus in the Titans movies. From ancient Greece to the interstellar future, he’s got his bases covered for the next few years.

Just because you haven’t heard of medieval peasants wielding gatling guns doesn’t mean they didn’t exist – according to Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, anyway.

In the trailer for the upcoming action film, Jeremy Renner and his on-screen sibling Gemma Arterton collect an impressive amount of artillery as they hunt down witches as part of a lifelong vendetta against supernatural creatures.

Which witch is the worst one Hansel and Gretel face?

After a traumatic incident as children, the pair dedicate their lives to dispatching evil, using any- and everything at their disposal, including stakes, swords, and evidently, numerous mechanical devices that fire dozens of bullets in rapid succession.

Meanwhile, a witch named Muriel (Famke Janssen) sets her sights on using the duo for her own designs, even as a series of child kidnappings leads Hansel and Gretel to an adversary bigger (perhaps literally) than any they’ve ever faced.

Jeremy Renner is hitting the big screen with guns blazing (literally) in The Bourne Legacy on Friday.

In franchise’s highly-anticipated fourth film, Renner stars as medically-enhanced spy agent Aaron Cross who is controlled by a clandestine espionage program, taking the lead from Matt Damon‘s butt-kicking Jason Bourne.

After three blockbusters — which have grossed almost $1 billion in the global box office — the series swiftly shifts away from Bourne with a simple tagline: “There was never just one.”

The other, it turns out, is Cross, a role Renner took to help Bourne mastermind Tony Gilroy — who penned all four of the Bourne films, and even took the director’s chair on the latest — bring his screenplay to life on the silver screen.

“There is one simple purpose for this,” Renner told Celebuzz at the world premiere of Legacy, “and that’s to help Tony tell his story.”

But it’s more than that.

Renner helped revived a franchise forsaken by its star, Damon, who decided in April 2010 not to return for a fourth installment, following in the footsteps of director Paul Greengrass.

So Renner, 41 — who shot to fame following his turn in The Hurt Locker – stepped in to take over as the lead in bullet-addled battles, the high-speed chases and stunt-filled fights. And his skills proved worthy on set, with Gilroy telling Celebuzz Renner impressed him “everyday.”

But filming is about more than just the action — it takes cast chemistry and, of course, trust.

“You have to [have] that with every job,” Renner said. “If you don’t, it doesn’t work. You have to trust the director and the director has to trust you and the other actors and actresses. It has to be there, and when it happens, oh is it magic.”

And would he say his red-hot Hollywood career is just as magical?

“Not magic,” Renner said humbly. “But maybe fortunate and lucky and blessed.”

Theaters are about to see a whole lot of action as two highly anticipated films go head to head for box office dominance Friday.

So who can really dethrone the current three-week box office champ, The Dark Knight Rises? Celebuzz is breaking down the week’s newest movie releases.

Starring The Avengers‘ Jeremy Renner, The Bourne Legacy is the fourth movie in the Bourne series made famous by Matt Damon. Though the Oscar winner won’t be appearing in this installment — aside from a few wanted snapshots as evident in the trailer — the movie will still have as much of a punch thanks to screenwriter Tony Gilroy‘s continuing work in the Bourne saga.

“It wasn%u2019t a master plan,” Giltroy tells Celebuzz of his involvement in the fourth film. %u201CIt wasn%u2019t something I ever thought I would ever do. It only came about because the idea really came into focus.%u201D

However, Ferrell and Galifiankis are doing a little bit of “fighting” of their own in The Campaign. Playing dueling politicians Cam Brady and Marty Huggins respectively, the comedians are in a battle of the wits as they try to win votes to represent their North Carolina district in the United States House of Representatives.
