Despite being rejected by Bachelorette Ashley Hebert, winemaker Ben Flajnik is back and has 25 potential future wives vying for his attention. As The Bachelor met with each of the gals, we couldn’t help but notice he looked pretty handsome and seemed to bear a striking resemblance to a few other famous men. Namely, tennis hottie pro Rafael Nadal and, yes we’re going there, Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis.

The Internet was buzzing as the 29-year-old Sonoma, Calif., winemaker met the new bachelorettes on The Bachelor‘s Monday night premiere. All the gals tried to pull out all the stops — and tears — but Ben had to send seven girls packing. So who didn’t make the cut?

Spoiler Alert! At the end of the episode, he choose to send home the following women: Amber T., Amber B., Dianna, Lyndsie J., Anna, Shira and Holly.

Although a lot of us were hoping for a David Arquette and Courteney Cox reconciliation, it looks like that may not be happening anytime soon. People reports that David is moving on with Joe Francis‘ ex-wife Christina McLarty. The two were spotted and “danced the night away together” Friday at the Camp Playboy party in San Diego.

Sources also confirm to Celebuzz that David and Christina were definitely the Comic-Con pair.

“David strolled into the Hard Rock Hotel hand in hand Saturday afternoon with Christina,” a hotel source tells us. “They stopped by the front desk, and then headed up into the hotel. They looked very friendly.”

Arquette and McLarty were then later spotted hanging together at the Entertainment Weekly party at The Hard Rock later Saturday night.

No official word yet if these two are together together, or just friends. 

Francis and Christina ended their relationship a month after their civil union ceremony in Mexico. Courteney and David announced their separation October 2010 after 11 years.

Joe Francis has had several legal victories throughout the years, but this time the victory is particularly sweet. Joe represented himself in a multi-million dollar federal lawsuit against his popular Girls Gone Wild franchise — and won!

The trial, which lasted eight days, was held in Panama City, Florida. Four plaintiffs had filed suit against Francis, claiming that since they appeared on GGW their lives had taken a turn for the worse, and they suffered from bouts of depression, drug abuse, suicide attempts, loss of friends, strained relationships with family and were unable to stay in school or hold down a steady job.

In a statement, Joe said:

“I am relieved that I have finally been vindicated from these slanderous, disgusting, and now proven false allegations in a federal court by a jury of eight respectful, conservative women. My legal team did an outstanding job and Girls Gone Wild will continue to take strident measures to avoid facing these false allegations ever again. On behalf of myself and my corporations I would like to thank the jurors and the people of Panama City for their continued support.”

This case’s positive outcome happened to come at the same Panama City, FL courthouse where he was previously sent to jail by a judge for eleven and a half months after refusing to settle a civil lawsuit brought against him.

Joe Francis seems determined to prove he’s a hit with the ladies.

The Girls Gone Wild mogul, who infamously scuffled with Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole in a West Hollywood nightclub last year, has reportedly found two new female targets for his physical rage. Oh, and did we mention that one of them was pregnant?

The multiple assault allegedly went down last Thursday afternoon at the Santa Monica, California, offices of Francis’ Mantra Films. According to a source,

“Joe grabbed the cell phone of a female employee at Mantra Films. The employee was using the phone to send an article to a news media outlet about the ‘bad’ things Joe Francis was doing at his company.”

After perusing the phone’s contents and seeing what she was up to, Francis went ballistic, the source adds:

“Joe came back and physically attacked the female employee and another employee in the accounting department who was visibly pregnant.”

Solid logic, Joe; nothing stops rumors of professional misconduct quicker than walloping a mother-to-be in your corporate headquarters.

Officers from the Santa Monica Police Department arrived at the Mantra offices to investigate the alleged incident and, while no injuries were reported, the matter has ben turned over to the City Attorney’s Office. Ultimately, the Santa Monica District Attorney’s office will decide if charges will be pressed.

Sorry, Joe Francis; you’re going to have to work a lot harder to prove that someone besides yourself has damaged your reputation.

The Girls Gone Wild mogul suffered yet another legal setback on Friday, when a judge tossed out part of Francis’ lawsuit against Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole, following an August altercation between the two at Guys and Dolls nightclub in West Hollywood.

Francis had been seeking slander and libel damages, claiming that Nicole had told a TMZ cameraman shortly after the incident that he had punched and kicked her, but the judge said no dice on Friday, ruling that Francis couldn’t prove that Nicole knowingly made false statements.

The two are still suing each other for assault and battery.

Joe Francis got another lucky break today in court.

After pleading guilty to filing false tax returns in an LA court today, the Girls Gone Wild founder was sentenced to time served (301 days), $250,000 restitution and a $10,000 fine. He could have faced up to 10 years in prison.

U.S. District Judge S. James Otero accepted the deal because a key witness withheld information from prosecutors. Brad Brian, Francis’ head trial attorney, said in a statement,

“It took us seven months, but in the end we demonstrated that the felony tax charges never should have been brought in the first place. As a result, the indictment was dismissed and the charges were reduced to only two misdemeanors with no jail time.”

When will this story end?

TMZ is reporting that the D.A. will not file charges against Joe Francis, Brody Jenner or Jayde Nicole in regards to the alleged fight that went down last month at West Hollywood club Guys and Dolls.

In the report, the D.A. supports Joe’s claims that the surveillance video shows that Jayde “appears to have acted without immediate provocation.”

Additionally, the report states that “the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects.

Although the D.A. has closed the case, Francis announced yesterday that he has launched a lawsuit against Brody and Jayde, in which he claims Jayde threatened to kill him.

Jayde is also suing him for $1 million in punitive damages.

And so it continues…

One way or another, Joe Francis just can’t seem to stop getting entangled in the legal system.

TMZ reports that the Girls Gone Wild mogul has launched a lawsuit against Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole and her Hills hunk boyfriend, Brody Jenner, stemming from a brawl that the three had at West Hollywood watering hole Guys & Dolls back in August.

In the suit, the Sultan of Spring Break maintains that he was just ambling through the club, minding his own business, when Nicole suddenly hit him in the head, threw a drink on him and exclaimed, “‘I’m going to kill you!”

A “startled and shocked” Francis then saw Nicole reach for a bottle, at which point Francis pulled her hair in “self-defense.”

Francis maintains that Jenner later attacked him in a “jealous rage.”

Jealous of what? A full-grown man who’s afraid of girls?

Francis is claiming “battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and false light” in his suit against the pair, further alleging that they lied about the incident while describing it to a TMZ cameraman.

Of course, Francis is on the receiving end of a lawsuit due to the scuffle, too; Nicole is suing him for $1 million in punitive damages.

Among the celebs that walked for gay rights at this weekend’s DC rally were Lady GaGa, Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon, and, um, Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis?!

Francis swears that his presence at this weekend’s march for equality wasn’t to mend his troubled image. As you may recall, a videotape surfaced last week of him physically harassing Hills reality TV star Jayde Nicole.

He told Page Six,

“With the gay movement, it’s personal. The same religious-right [bleep]holes who took away my civil rights and put me in jail for a year because they don’t like what I do for a living have taken away gay rights. I know firsthand how it feels to have your civil rights stripped from you.”

Francis also added, “P.S., lots of lesbians marched, too.” But of course!

RadarOnline has posted a copy of the surveillance footage from the night Joe Francis allegedly attacked Brody Jenner‘s girlfriend Jayde Nicole at Guys and Dolls nightclub back on August 28.

In the video (check out the lower right corner), you can clearly see that after Jayde throws a drink on Joe and turns around, Joe doesn’t just pull Jayde’s hair in self-defense, as he claimed.

“Joe pushed bar patrons aside, reached through the crowd and grabbed Jayde by the hair, viciously yanking her to the floor and dragging her through the crowd.”

Apparently, Playboy model and Hills actress Jayde Nicole is still not over things with Joe Francis.

She’s decided to sue the Girls Gone Wild founder. For $1 million plus punitive damages!

Jayde has just filed a a lawsuit against Joe, alleging assault and battery from their altercation last month at Guys and Dolls Nightclub in Los Angeles.

Brody Jenner‘s girlfriend alleges in the suit,

“In an intoxicated and uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis, who weighs over 200 lbs, physically attacked plaintiff Nicole, approximately 115 lbs, by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her person and then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground of the nightclub like a rag-doll.”

Joe has responded to Jayde’s lawsuit, saying

Jayde Nicole is an absolute and total liar. Her prior statements about the incident are not only slanderous and defamatory, but actionable.

It is so interesting that Jayde Nicole would hire the same attorney (Ron Richards) who represented the double murderer who kidnapped me from my Bel Air mansion at gunpoint in 2004, for which he is now serving 11 years.

The only thing that Jayde Nicole is famous for is having a tattoo of the word “respect” above her vagina … for which we all know she has none of.”

Wow. Just wow.

When Joe Francis throws your bachelor party, all bets are off.

Lamar Odom, who is getting hitched to Khloe Kardashian this Sunday in Los Angeles, is being taken out tonight for one of his last nights of freedom. And it’s definitely going to be a wild night, to say the least.

A friend of Lamar’s spilled,

“Lamar’s friend Joe Francis purchased seven cases of Malibu Rocky Oaks wine at Malibu Wines for Lamar’s pre-bachelor party. Joe literally bought out the store’s entire stock of the wine!”

Tonight, Joe will be throwing a pre-bachelor party for Lamar before the crew heads out to Les Deux, where Joe promises there will be “stripper poles, midgets, and tons of candy!”

TMZ has gotten their hands on the invite to Lamar Odom‘s bachelor party at Hollywood club Les Deux and it promises a crazy time.

Hosted by Joe Francis and Rob Kardashian, the event will have all the makings of a wild time: drinks, dj, stripper poles, midgets, and tons of candy.

We wonder if Khloe Kardashians step-bro Brody Jenner will come make his ammends with Joe? Who could resist the idea of stripper poles and midgets!

Wow. Joe Francis has a vindictive side. Who knew?

TMZ reports that Francis lashed out at ex-girlfriend Abbey Wilson for not going along with his side of the story in his dust-up with Jayde Nicole and Brody Jenner at West Hollywood nightclub Guys & Dolls late last month and got back at her by taking back some furniture that he had given her.

According to the site, Wilson called 911 on the same day of the fight, complaining that Francis had sent employees over to her house with a moving truck to confiscate, among other things, a love seat that he had given her. Francis admits he sent his assistant over to take back his love offerings, saying that he was angry that Wilson was “lying” about what went down at the bar fight. (According to Jenner, Francis had been harassing Wilson, and when Nicole stepped in, Francis roughed her up. Francis says that he was the victim in the whole sad incident, allowing only that he might have accidentally pulled Nicole’s hair when she startled him by throwing a drink on him.)

Apparently, several hours after the fracas, Francis texted Wilson detailing his side of the altercation, but Wilson wasn’t buying his version of things. At which point Joe decided to teach her a lesson by taking her furniture.

Sources claim that Francis is especially anxious to get Wilson to agree with his side of the story because getting in a fight might violate the conditions of his early release from prison.

Audrina Patridge has a solution for the whole Brody Jenner/Joe Francis feud that’s been brewing since late last week: Tase them all, and let God sort them out later.

Wonderwall caught up with the soon-to-be-former Hills brunette recently and asked her who she would prefer to shoot with a taser, Brody or Francis (a reference to the fact that Jenner was actually tasered on the night of the fracas).

“Both!” Patridge shot back. “I don’t know, just both of them!”

Despite Joe Francis‘ protestations of innocence, Playboy Playmate and Brody Jenner arm candy Jayde Nicole is still insisting that the Girls Gone Wild mogul was the aggressor in their violent altercation at West Hollywood watering hole Guys and Dolls last Friday.

“Jayde Nicole was the victim of a violent assault when she was attacked from behind, thrown down to the ground by her hair and beaten in the face and body in front of multiple witnesses by a person identified as Joe Francis,” Nicole’s rep, Jerry Shandrew, said in a statement on Monday, according to E! Online.

Shandrew adds that his client will remain mum on the matter while the police sort things out.

“Because of the ongoing criminal investigation of Mr. Francis, it will be inappropriate to comment further at this time out of respect for the law enforcement process,” Shandrew stated.

That investigation might be going on for a while, as Nicole and Francis have presented very different version of the evening’s events. Nicole maintains that Francis was harassing a female friend of hers, so she threw a drink in his face, at which point Francis lashed out at her physically.

Francis, meanwhile, insists that he was “cold-cocked” unprovoked by Jenner.

Jayde’s rep Shandrew claims that videotape evidence from the event and hospital records will prove Francis a liar.  “It is the hope of those who love and care about Jayde that Mr. Francis will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Shandrew says.

Joe Francis has been done all wrong. At least as far as he sees it.

The Girls Gone Wild entrepreneur sat down with E! Online to explain his side of his recent dust-up with Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Jayde Nicole. Surprise—Francis says that he was the wronged party.

“I’m the victim,” Francis claims. “Brody hit me in the face.” He even has a faint mark on his face to prove it. Shocking!
