]]> Yet another male massage therapist is dropping out of the lawsuit filed against John Travolta.

John Doe No. 2 has fired his lawyer and in turn has decided not to take legal action against the actor, 59, after he claimed in a suit filed last week that Travolta sexually harassed and groped him in January, CNN reports. The man’s lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, says he’s uncertain as to why his client, who resides in Atlanta, GA, decided to withdraw.

However, Travolta isn’t out of the woods yet.

John Doe No. 1, also a male massage therapist, may still be going after the Saturday Night Fever star, though he also withdrew from the suit. He claimed Travolta sexually harassed him at the Beverly Hills Hotel though the actor was able to prove that he was not in Los Angeles on the day specified but was rather across the country in New York City. .

Since dropping the suit, the man has hired lawyer Gloria Alred, known for representing clients like Tiger Woods‘ alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel. “We are in the process of conferring with him regarding the next steps, which he may wish to take,” Allred said of her client on Tuesday.

Alred clarified that John Doe No. 1 can file another suit because the dismissal of the first one was “without prejudice, which means that he is still legally entitled to file a lawsuit against John Travolta if he chooses.”

Meanwhile, Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are showing a united front. The actor shared publicly a Mother’s Day video he presented his wife and the mother of his children over the weekend. Check out some photos from the footage below:

UPDATE: Since first reporting that John Doe No. 2 had fired his lawyer, E! is reporting that he too has hired on Alred as his new attorney. “We are now representing John Doe No. 2,” Allred said in a statement. “We believe that the lawsuit should be filed in another court and, therefore, the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice. We will be conferring with our client regarding what will happen next in this case.”

In a post on his website titled “A mother’s day gift for Kelly,” Travolta, 59, detailed how Preston “was so happy with my Mother’s Day video to her, we wanted to share it with you.”

The video — set to the song “That Face” by Barbra Streisand — begins with the Saturday Night Fever star telling his wife of 21 years, “From me, to you.”

It is scattered with private photos from the pair’s family album, including some of the wedding shots and never-bef0re-seen images of their three children, Jett, who died in 2009, Ella Bleu, 12, and Benjamin Hunter Kaleo, 18 months.

It also includes recent images of John kissing Kelly. The four-minute and 35-second video ends with the words: “With all my love, Johnny.”

On her website, 49-year-old Preston wrote about the unique gift, saying: “My husband, Johnny, made his directorial debut creating a special Mother’s Day video for me. I was so moved and love it so much that we wanted to share it with all of you. Happy Mother’s Day to anyone who mothers a child.”

It was posted to both of their sites on May 11, just days after sexual harassment allegations were lobbed against the actor.

As Celebuzz has reported, John Doe No. 1 alleged, in court papers, the Hollywood star groped him during a massage session in Beverly Hills in January, while John Doe No. 2 claimed that Travolta rubbed his leg, touched his genitals and tried to initiate sex at a private appointment at an Atlanta hotel on January 28.

John Doe No. 1 and attorney Okorie Okorocha parted ways Friday and withdrew their suit after Travolta presented contradictory evidence.

In a statement provided to Celebuzz, Travolta’s attorney called both the latest accusations “ridiculous” and suggested the man, Fabian Zanzi, was simply attempting to join the whirlwind of sexual harassment charges.

“This is just another ridiculous claim by someone hopping on the bandwagon to get his 15 minutes of fame with a story about something that supposedly happened over three years ago,” said Travolta’s high-powered attorney Martin Singer, whose Hollywood A-list client list has included Charlie Sheen, Demi Moore and Arnold Schwarzenegger, among others.

“At that time Zanzi’s supervisors did not believe him, confined him to his cabin, and subsequently fired him, according to media reports.”

Chile-born Zanzi, formerly of the Royal Caribbean cruise line, told South American media outlet ABC.es on Thursday, “[Travolta] had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage.”

“Significantly, we never heard of this guy before,” Singer added, in a statement sent exclusively to Celebuzz. “The fact that we are only hearing about him now through tabloid gossip stories three years later speaks volumes.”

Two other masseurs listed only under the name John Doe #1 and #1 have accused the Pulp Fiction star, 58, of improper behavior during massage sessions.

But even before the allegations are heard in court, Travolta’s camp has provided evidence to contradict some of the alleged victim’s claims, including private flight-tracking information and a costume designer vouching for his whereabouts.

The native Aussie was on hand at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA on Thursday night to celebrate her newly minted status as Qantas Airlines’ latest celebrity ambassador. There were plenty of other celebs from down under who were on hand to celebrate, including Thor‘s Chris Hemsworth, True Blood hottie Ryan Kwanten, as well as Olivia Newton-John and (unofficial Aussie) John Travolta.

As per usual, Miranda looked ravishing in red!

Miranda, whose son Flynn Bloom just turned one last week, told reporters that he had his first bite of cake to celebrate, and of course it was gluten free and organic!

Benjamin was welcomed to the family this past November, a little over a year after the tragic death of their 16-year-old son Jett. After spending some time in seclusion, the family made their way back into the public eye – and back in front of the cameras.

John is currently connected to the big profile project GOTTI: In The Shadow Of My Father. He will play notorious mob boss John Gotti Sr. – Kelly is part pf the film, playing his wife. The movie is set for release in 2013. 

In the meantime, the family spent their Father’s Day (in part) by visiting the Eiffel Tower. Fun times!

Benjamin Travolta was born on Tuesday in Florida, tipping the scales at 8 lbs., 3 oz. according to a statement released to PEOPLE.

In the statement, the family says: “John, Kelly and their daughter Ella Bleu are ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family. Both mother and baby are healthy and doing beautifully.”

The birth of Benjamin isn’t just a miracle due to the fact that Preston is 48 years old. It also has massive emotional significance, as the family now has a new son in the family following the tragic death of 16-year-old Jett Travolta in early 2009.

Jett died following a fatal seizure while the family was on vacation in the Bahamas.

The 46-year-old socialite listed $19.8 million in debt and $13.5 million in assets on her bankruptcy petition.

Sonja blamed her financial woes on a recent legal battle with Hannibal Pictures, Inc. over a failed movie project with John Travolta. Sonja claims that John demanded too much from her production company, Sonja Productions, and she was unable to meet his requests.

The film, Fast Flash to Bang Time, stopped production in 2006 and Hannibal Pictures filed a lawsuit against Sonja Productions in California and won a $7 million judgment. Sonja claims she was poorly represented during the case and claims she has filed an appeal.

Sonja also blames some of her financial woes on her painful (and unresolved) divorce with her husband, an alleged descendant of J.P. Morgan tycoon John Adams.

Sonja has also had her fair share of legal woes in the past few months – in June, Sonja was arrested for drunk driving in Long Island, NY.

Sonja isn’t the first member of the Housewives franchise to file bankruptcy, New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband famously filed for bankruptcy earlier this year after bragging about their wealth to Bravo cameras.

The New York cast of Housewives is currently filming their fourth season.

Sucker for Twilight:

This celebrity who has stated publicly that she’d like to be in a Twilight film has a hidden obsession with vampires. Although she is a gigantic fan of the series, it is not her first time. She started reading other books in the vampire genre as a girl. She boasts to have read every book written on the subject. She’s part of an online vampire community where the members send each other letters written in their own blood. We know Lindsay Lohan had an obsession with vampires for some time but we don’t know if she could take a night out of clubbing to do a midnight seance.

Chained To Child:

This couple is expecting. No secret there. What is a secret, however, is what was happening behind closed doors before the baby was announced. Things had been rocky in this couple’s marriage for the past few years. The more she pushed her agenda on him, the more unhappy he became. After a particularly rough patch, Husband decided that he was going to do three things: get out of the marriage; tell the truth about what had been going on for the past few years; and come out of the closet.

Wife was desperate to keep any of those three things from happening. She decided to do something quite devious and drastic. The couple had stored up some fertilized eggs earlier in their marriage. (You didn’t think they conceived naturally, did you?) So she went behind his back and had some of the remaining fertilized eggs implanted, hoping that one would take. It did.

To say that the husband was shocked and absolutely furious with her for doing this behind his back would be an understatement. He does not want this baby. His plan right now is that, if she loses the baby, he will wait a couple of months and then bolt so he doesn’t look like the bad guy. However, if the baby is born, he knows that his primary role will be that of playing the proud and happy father. After all, he is an actor. So until the baby issue is resolved… back in the closet he goes.

Star magazine is reporting that the Hollywood couple are expecting twins.

According to a source, Kelly and John just learned that the bun in Kelly’s oven is actually twins. From Star (via Huffington Post):

They were ecstatic when they thought they were having just one baby [...] Now that there will be two, they can barely contain their happiness!

While there were some previous concerns that the 47-year-old Kelly might have complications with the birth at her age (even though there are plenty of Hollywood moms who had kids well into their 40s) the couple doesn’t seem too concerned about it.

The news that Kelly is pregnant came after a string of tragedies for the Travolta family. Their eldest son Jett passed away last year and two of their dogs were recently killed in a freak accident in Maine.

Rumor has it that Lindsay made a good impression on the set of Machete her newest film with Robert Rodriguez that Tarantino is eyeing her for a role that will make her rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that are her career.

Tarantino has a good reputation for giving stars with uninspiring careers a good bump: he made John Travolta a star again in Pulp Fiction and rescued Uma Thurman from a dead-end film career when he cast her in Kill Bill (granted, she may have gone back on that dead-end path, but that wasn’t Tarantino’s doing).

God knows that Lindsay’s career has gone from bad to worse. She hasn’t starred in a film that reached the theaters since 2007 and she has become somewhat infamous for being unemployable. Not only that but her disastrous private life hasn’t helped her career one bit. Lohan is living proof the the old adage “any publicity is good publicity” is simply not true.
