It’s been a while (2008) since we’ve seen Will on the big screen and he certainly looks like he has been training hard to reprise his role as “Agent J.”

Tommy Lee Jones will also be back for the third Men in Black film. According to IMDB, Josh will be playing a younger version of Jones’ character! Wonder if that was thanks to some bonding on set of No Country for Old Men?

Interesting! Can’t wait to see what these boys have in store when they are back in action together next year. The film is slated for a May 2012 release.

Pussycat Dolls beauty Nicole Scherzinger confirms to E! Online that she’ll be appearing in the sci-fi thriller and, perhaps even better, Betty White will be along for the ride too.

While Scherzinger didn’t have any details on the role that the 88-year-old former Golden Girls actress—who seems to be popping up everywhere these days—will play, the singer/dancer revealed that she’ll be playing a baddie in the threequel: 

“My name is Lilly. She’s like a small villain role. I’m so excited because I get to die. I make an appearance. I say a couple of lines and then I die.”

Scherzinger begins rehearsals next week for a December shoot.

Men in Black III is currently scheduled for a May 25, 2012 release date and, in addition to Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones returning as Agents Jay and Kay, respectively, will also star Josh Brolin, Alec Baldwin, Gemma Arterton and Emma Thompson.

The film, based on the graphic novel of the same name, stars the 23-year-old actress as an axe-swinging prostitute who is the love interest to Jonah Hex, played by Josh Brolin. The movie follows Hex as he tries to stop the creation of a zombie army. Mega Fox, action, fights, explosions, and zombies? This movie will have everything.

Jonah Hex will hit theaters on June 18th.

New stills have emerged from the upcoming comic-book adaptation of Jonah Hex, featuring Fox in the role of prostitute Leila, who serves as the love interest of the titular scarred bounty hunter (portrayed by Josh Brolin). We have to say, the look suits her well.

Braving the downpour, Transformers beauty Fox was in downtown Los Angeles on Friday to film additional scenes for her upcoming big-screen comic-book adaptation Jonah Hex with her co-star Josh Brolin.

We’re not sure what scenes they were shooting, or why additional scenes were necessary. We’re just glad it is so. Because is there really such a thing as too much Megan Fox? Check out the photo gallery and judge for yourself.

The Milk actor recently admitted—okay, more like “bragged”—to Conan O’Brien that he viewed his love scenes with Megan Fox in the upcoming comic-book adaptation Jonah Hex as an opportunity to get back at his wife, actress Diane Lane, for her on-screen canoodling with Richard Gere, Viggo Mortensen and Olivier Martinez.

Brolin revealed, with what we can only imagine was a caddish smirk on his face:

“I made out with Megan Fox, which was nice. Everybody says it’s very uncomfortable doing love scenes. My wife has done a few movies with a couple of love scenes, maybe this was maybe a revenge of mine, of some sort. If you look at it from that perspective, it’s kind of like the ultimate revenge. Megan Fox is the ultimate revenge, you hear what I’m saying?”

Yeah, we hear you loud and clear—and a manly Internet High-Five to you, Mr. Brolin.

The star of the upcoming flick Jonah Hex said his sex scene with brunette stunner Megan Fox was quite awkard.

In the movie, Brolin plays gun-slinging Jonah Hex, who has to wear a prosthetic face. Each morning, he spent three hours every day having his mouth pulled back and stuck with gaffer tape for the prosthetics and a mouthpiece to be fitted.

Megan, on the other hand, plays a hot hooker named Leila who falls in love with the masked man. However, Brolin says, “It was tough to figure out how to kiss with that thing on.”

And their love scenes were even more difficult. “To be honest, it was uncomfortable; those scenes are uncomfortable,” he said. “It was especially uncomfortable because I had this thing on my face.”

Quit complaining, Josh! It’s Megan Fox, for crying out loud.

Danny Boyle‘s romance flick—which is set against the backdrop of an all-or-nothing Indian game show—won him Best Director at the DGAs, beating out the auteurs behind Milk, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and The Dark Knight.

Most of whom Boyle will face at the Oscars on February 22 in the Best Director category. Slumdog is nominated in ten categories.

Yahoo! reports that there have only been six times in Oscar history since 1948 when the DGA winner for Best Director hasn’t gone on to Oscar gold. However, three of those instances have occurred since 1995. Keep your fingers crossed, Dan.

Of course, even if Slumdog should fail to win big at the Oscars, Boyle and company have already done pretty well for themselves. The film has won several awards, including four Golden Globes, five Critics’ Circle Awards, and a National Board of Review award.

The Office, The Wire, Recount and America’s Next Top Model took home awards for television direction.

On-camera faces who showed up for the awards ceremony included Slumdog stars Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, Benjamin Button‘s Taraji P. Henson, Amy Adams, Claire Danes, Michelle Monaghan, Josh Brolin, Marisa Tomei, and Doubt‘s Viola Davis.

In the aftermath of this morning’s Academy Award nominations, Celebuzz has hunted and gathered reactions from the biggest stars in the biggest films of the past year.

• Brad Pitt: For his Best Actor nod for Benjamin Button, he considers it a “great honor for the movie,” and gives a shout out to director David Fincher.
• Angelina Jolie: As Best Actress in Clint Eastwood’s Changeling she says, “To receive a nomination from the Academy on top of [working with Eastwood] is a privilege beyond any expectation.”
• Anne Hathaway: The Rachel Getting Married thesp and Best Actress nominee was “with my parents and my dog when I got the news and we were all overjoyed, although I’m not sure my dog knew what was going on.”
• Kate Winslet: The double Golden Globe winner scored a Best Actress nod for The Reader and imparted her excitement as well as thoughts for two instrumental, deceased producers.”Surely Anthony Minghella and Sydney Pollack are smiling down on us today,” she said.
• Josh Brolin: Barbra Streisand‘s stepson got a phone call from his wife Diane Lane with news of the Best Supporting Actor nomination for Milk, and also serenaded him for his birthday today. “She sung me a happy nomination birthday song.”
• Marisa Tomei: Instead of using her time to wax philosophical on her Best Supporting Actress-worthy performance in The Wrestler, she simply wanted to extend “Congratulations to Mickey [Rourke], for an extraordinary performance.”
• Taraji P. Henson: Also grabbing a Best Supporting bid for playing Pitt’s mother in Button, the actress is all too familiar with what her future credits hold. “Think about it, for the rest of my career, I will be known as ‘Academy Award-nominated Taraji P. Henson.’ That changes everything!”

The December 15 gala benefited the Art of Elysium, a non-profit organization bringing creative projects to children who are battling serious medical conditions.

Joel Madden stepped out with his partner and fellow Harlow-parent Nicole Richie (perhaps he’s scoping for a Christmas present?). Nicole looked sweet and svelte in a D&G gathered skirt and ruffled top.

Joel’s twin brother and Good Charlotte bandmate Benji Madden turned up suited-and-booted, too.  Benji arrived in time to share a few intimate moments with ex Paris Hilton at the bash. Paris sipped Grey Goose cocktails and looked relaxed while talking with her now-defunct beau.

Having a more carefree night was Kevin Connolly, who enjoyed his own male bonding with DJ Danny Masterson, who looked on as Lauren Conrad shopped with female friends.

Also at the fashionable bash: Josh Brolin, sans Diane Lane, perusing sunglasses with a “petite brunette,” a party-goer tells Celebuzz.

The Gus Van Sant-directed movie tells the story of gay activist and San Francisco supervisor Harvey Milk (Penn).  Harvey Milk was slain, along with San Francisco mayor George Moscone (portrayed by Victor Garber), by fellow supervisor Dan White (Brolin).

Franco plays Scott Smith, one of Milk’s boyfriends.  Franco shares an onscreen kiss with Penn in the film, which had its San Francisco premiere on October 28.

So far, Milk has garnered overwhelmingly positive reviews. The Hollywood Reporter calls it “a very human document that touches first and foremost on the need to give people hope.”

Portraying real-life government officials seems to be a trend for Brolin lately (at least when he’s not getting into bar brawls). Earlier this year the actor portrayed President George W. Bush in Oliver Stone‘s biopic W.

Several boldfaced pairs made rounds at the movie’s unveiling, most making up the powerhouse cast that retells the life of activist and city official Harvey Milk.

Star Sean Penn and wife Robin Wright Penn seemed right at home with one another hitting Levi’s official premiere after-party for the film. This year saw the filing of divorce papers for the couple, followed by an Oscar hiccup, then a reconciliation.

Wright, dressed simply in a black military jacket, greeted moviegoers and execs while Penn chatted up castmate Josh Brolin at the bash, held at San Francisco City Hall.

Speaking of Brolin, he put his own divorce speculation to rest (perhaps) by bringing knockout bride Diane Lane.

A source, however, tells Celebuzz that Lane “tired quickly,” of the red carpet, breaking from Brolin to wait inside. Another source says, Brolin and Lane arrived in seperate cars to City Hall after the screening in Milk’s original stomping grounds The Castro.

Looking smitten (again, at an opportune time) was Grey’s Anaotmy star T.R. Knight and his May-December love Mark Cornleson, who was studying hospitality at an SF college before ditching to Hollywood to live with his famous man.

Then came broodster James Franco who kept a sweet mystery blonde, done up in a seafoam halter dress, three paces behind whenever cameras were around. Also Emile Hirsch with a black-clad brunette who walked the carpet with the young actor but wasn’t at his side during the party.

Love all around, folks! That’s how famous photog David LaChapelle felt, overheard by Celebuzz singing the praises of the movie’s “amazing tone and performances.”

Also spotted milling around the party was director Gus Van Sant, toasting his 1970s-set movie which is drenched in Levi’s 501′s and unthinkable haircuts.

“This cast, this movie, represents all the ideals of Levi’s,” the denim co’s President Robert Hanson told Celebuzz, “…courage and youthful, provocative energy.”

Right he is about all the cast—provocative on screen and off.

Page Six quotes the actor admitting to W magazine: “My dad is probably one of the handsomest guys ever. I was making a joke and I said, ‘If I was a chick, I’d [bleep] you.’”

Does that mean if he were any chick he would do his dad, or just if he were his stepmother, songstress and Yentl actress Barbra Streisand? It’s hard to tell; alas, “boundaries” has never been the watchword of show-biz families.

Wonder what Josh’s wife Diane Lane thinks of her hubby’s latest press gaffe? Last time Brolin made headlines it was for getting in a bar fight that landed him the slammer.

Admitting a jonesing for your Dad is way less embarrasing than jail. Maybe the actor’s turn in Oliver Stone‘s upcoming George W. Bush biopic, W, will give him something that he can actually brag about.

Actors Josh Brolin and Jeffrey Wright were busted during a bar fight around 2 a.m. on Saturday, reports the Shreveport Times. The two are in town to film Stone’s George Bush biopic, W.

Reportedly a fracas broke out—and the name of this joint just really adds some charm to the story—at the Stray Cat bar in Shreveport, and Brolin and Wright were cuffed with the official misdemeanor of “interfering with police.”

Brolin was booked and posted the $334 cash bond to spring himself from the clink, though Wright ended up not being listed in the city’s booking computer.

No doubt Josh’s wife Diane Lane will be none too happy with her punch-happy man’s shenanigans—especially since the first time he went to the slammer was for spousal battery four years ago!
