All in good fun, the actress told cameras, “Let’s just say I’ve accrued a lot of tattoos over the years.” Her makeup artist adds that it takes 14 hours to cover up the ink. Two of her tats are of Steve Urkel and his alter ego Stefan that are placed on both her shoulder blades — ink she says represents the “duality of man.”

So how did this tattoo craze begin? Kristen explains: 

“The first tattoo I ever got was in seventh grade. I really loved my headgear.” We’re loving KBell in this comedy role but what do you think?

The cult following is still rampant and when asked by SELF magazine if she would ever return to her roots as the mystery solver, Kristen seems optimistic! While answering fan questions for the publication, the actress revealed: 

“They haven’t stopped pitching it. We’re not going to stop, even if I’m 80 and I’m Veronica Mars in an old folks home, I still think we’ll do it and I’m game.”

Another role Kristen would love to be considered for is from the highly anticipated book-turned-movie The Hunger Games. She told SELF, “In my dreams, I’d play Johanna Mason. Whether that’s going to happen, I can’t tell you. I’m going to throw my hat in the ring, don’t get me wrong.”

So how does this actress stay on-screen and red-carpet ready? She shared with the magazine’s readers that her favorite exercise is called The Bowler. Kristen explains the move “is amazing for the butt cheeks,” is a simple exercise where you “stand with your feet hip-width apart, and bend slightly at the waist, holding a 5-pound weight in your right hand.” Then, you swing your arms as if you are bowling.

In an interview with the Huffington Post, the Forgetting Sarah Marshall star divulged that she loves Suzanne Collins book series so much, it was the theme of her 30th birthday party. (Um, why didn’t we think of that?!)

Also, the actress, who is now starring in the Showtime series House of Lies which premieres Sunday, has expressed interest in playing a character in HG‘s 2013 sequel, Catching Fire. So, who exactly has she thought about playing, you ask?

Kristen has expressed interest in playing Johanna Mason. Without giving too much away for those who have yet to read, Johanna is a feisty (former) victor who butts heads with Katniss in the second book.

In terms of campaigning to get the role, Kristen hasn’t made too much progress (yet).

“I mean from my campaign desk here on my full-size bed in a back bedroom in my family’s house in Oregon, there are no new developments [Laughs] — other than the fact that I am trying to stay on top of it and not age too rapidly so that I can still be cast.”

Kristen also talked about her Hunger Games birthday party, and said:

“I put District numbers up around. I put District 4 for water over the pool. I put District 2 for electronics over the stereo and iPod. I had a blow-up castle bouncy house on the front lawn and I put The Capitol over the bouncy house. And over my front door, I put District 12. All my friends dressed as the characters and I dressed as Katniss. I was head-to-toe in spandex with a fire cape and carried a bow and arrow.”

Simply genius.

Best known for playing Bella Swan in the popular Twilight movie saga, Kristen Stewart both wrapped filming of the the final two installments of the film and premiered the first installment titled The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1 in November. She stars in the indie film On the Road and took on the lead role in Snow White and the Huntsman (due out in 2012) alongside Chris Hemsworth. Perhaps one of her biggest moments of the year came with her confirmation of the ongoing rumor that she was dating co-star Robert Pattinson. It’s about time!

As one of the hottest and funniest Saturday Night Live cast members in recent years, 2011 saw Kristen Wiig rise to the spotlight. She not only gave stellar SNL performances of the public’s favorite characters, but she also premiered her first feature film Bridesmaids — a movie that she helped pen herself! It was arguably the best comedy of the year and it helped put her name up there with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as one of the most successful female comedians in the game. She has also wrapped filming on her next film Imogene which will be released in 2012 and also stars Glee hunk Darren Criss.

Kristen Bell

The always lovely Kristen Bell kicked off 2011 with a role in the much anticipated return of the Scream horror film series. She has spent much of the year filming not one, not two or even three, but four films due out next year: Dance of the Mirlitons, Movie 43, Big Miracle and House of Lies. She also continues to be the voice behind the popular television series Gossip Girl. She does continuous work with PETA and is the face of Neutrogena, and if that wasn’t enough, she’s engaged to funnyman Dax Shepard.

Kristin Cavallari

After her notable appearances in MTV’s popular reality series Laguna Beach and The Hills, Kristin Cavallari continued her acting chops on a 2011 episode of The Middle. She was also a participant on season 13 of the Dancing with the Stars reality competition with partner Mark Ballas. Cavallari continues to support PETA and do charity work for the non-profit organization One Kid, One World. Her biggest headlines of the year, however, came from her on-again-off-again relationship with Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. The two called off their engagement during the summer, but reunited in November.

Kristin Davis

Kristin Davis won us over with her fabulous fashion sense in the role of Charlotte in Sex and the City, and though it’s been a couple of years since the last SATC film, she continues to be in the spotlight. Davis has already filmed Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, a 3D action-adventure film that also stars Josh Hutcherson and Vanessa Hudgens, which is due out next year. Davis won the Humane Society’s 2011 Wyler Award for her work with animals. Her biggest 2011 headlines, however, came with the news of her adoption of daughter Gemma Rose.

Victoria Justice joined in on the conversation topic of the night — the importance of young people giving back — by saying:

“It’s so important that people of all ages know that no matter where you are, no matter how old you are, you can make a difference.”

Both Kristen Bell and Kate Bosworth were spotted over the weekend wearing yellow two pieces, and while Kristen went with a trendy bandeau top in Miami, Kate stuck with a staple string bikini in Mexico.

Yep, Veronica Mars used to hook up with Mr. Schuester! The two good-looking thespians met at NYU. Kristen dished about her old flame to Us magazine:

I actually went to college with Matty Morrison. We actually dated very briefly, so I’ll have to say maybe Matt Morrison is my favorite part of Glee for various reasons.

“Matty” Morrison? It sounds like Kristen knew Matthew pretty well back in college.

The 30-year-old beauty is now engaged to Dax Shepard. Matthew, meanwhile, is still single.

Kristen Bell, who plays dancer Nikki in the film, tells E! Online that the movie will feature a bitter rivalry between her character and newcomer Ali Rose, played by Christina Aguilera in her big-screen debut:

“It gets pretty catty. It gets pretty bad, which is a lot of fun. Those girl rivalries are always so much fun to play, especially when you actually like the other person. She’s lovely so it was always a struggle to keep a straight face, but it’s fun to be the bitch.”

Alas, the plot doesn’t include a full-on cat fight scene in which Bell and Aguilera tear at each other until their clothes are ripped into tiny shreds. In fact, Bell adds, despite the film being set in the world of burlesque dancing, there will be a distinct lack of naughty bits on display:

“There’s lot of sexiness and I show a lot of skin but there is no nudity. The funny thing about this burlesque in the movie is they sort of reinvented it in a way that Europe already knows it. Americans kind of associate burlesque with stripping, which is not what it is at all. Burlesque is actually sort of a funny, wonderful, playful tease…The movie will be PG-13 and there will be sensual things about it but it won’t be just t*ts and *ss.”

Oh well; at least we know that Aguilera’s raw musical talent will be fully exposed.
