The A-List couple, who have been together for nearly 30 years, have put their gorgeous Malibu home back on the market for just a cool $11.2 million.

So, what can the person who ends buying this humble abode expect?

The home boasts four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms over about 4,195 square feet. Also, the beachfront property has been described as having a “late-1970s contemporary” feel to it, as well as being on the more secluded side, so the actors can have their privacy.

Apparently, the duo began leasing the house in May 2007 for $95,000 a month then dropped the price a year later for only $80,000 a month. However, the selling price of the home has dropped considerably, as they tried to sell the home in 2010 for just about $14.8 million.

The very pregnant Almost Famous star took her beau out to dinner in London with her parents Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn. A love of animal-inspired fashion must run in the family– both Kate and Goldie were spotted wearing animal coats (Goldie wore a leopard coat while Kate wore a feathered gray trench).

The 29-year-old, relationship-hopping Bride Wars actress—whose recent conquests include emotionally fragile actor Owen Wilson and one-testicled bicycling phenomenon Lance Armstrong—tells InStyle that she’s swearing off guys for the foreseeable future.

“I’m actually enjoying being single right now because I really never have been,” Hudson reveals to designer Stella McCartney in the mag’s latest issue. “I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I’m in something solid. But it’s also the first time I’ve ever taken a step back and gotten a new perspective.”

As a result of this fresh viewpoint, Hudson declares, “I’ve made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible.”

This declaration isn’t completely out of the blue. After all, Hudson—who has a four-year-old son, Ryder, with her ex-husband, Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson—boldly advocated for the dissolution of marriage earlier this year.

And of course, there’s the genetic factor: Hudson’s mom, former Laugh-In dancer Goldie Hawn, has yet to tie the knot with her beau of 25 years, actor Kurt Russell (with whom she has a 22-year-old son, Wyatt). 

Maybe the ladies have a point. The single life can be tough, but marriage ain’t always prett either.
