While promoting his new book Most Talkative: Stories From the Front Lines of Pop Culture on Wendy Williams‘ show, he was ask to play “Plead the Fifth,” a segment he created for his Bravo late night talk show, Watch What Happens Live.

First question: What celebrity would people be surprised to hear that you’ve made out with? Not pleading the fifth, Andy, 43, answered after a short pause, “Lance Bass.”

He then had a message to the former N’Sync singer, 33, saying to camera,

“Sorry, Lance Bass.” Don’t trust Andy with a secret when he’s playing “Plead the Fifth.”

Bass, who came out of the closet in 2006, spoke to Celebuzz about the big interview Wednesday night at the premiere of Mansome in Los Angeles, and praised his decision to “finally” come out and say it.

“I mean, he’s always supported gay marriage,” Bass said in our exclusive video interview. “I guess he just finally said it. We’re not all stupid; we all knew he supported it.”

“It’s great that he can finally say it,” he added. “It sucks that politics holds politicians back from saying the right thing and the thing that they truly believe in. But that’s just the world we live in.”

On Wednesday, in an exclusive interview with ABC News, Obama revealed that his opinions on same-sex marriage had evolved over the last several years, to the point where he now fully supports the controversial social issue.

“At a certain point I’ve just concluded that for me personally it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same sex couples should be able to get married,” he said.

Now, with the President’s backing, Bass, 33, hopes that America’s opinion on the issue will evolve, as well.

“It’s nice to finally have his words behind our fight, and hopefully it’ll start changing some people’s minds,” he said.

Lance has been linked to a number of men over the years, including reality TV’s Reichen Lehmkuhl.

Mansome, from Super Size Me director Morgan Spurlock, hits theaters on May 18.

Judge Stephen Reinhardt, one of the court’s more liberal judges, stated: “Proposition 8 serves no purpose, and has no effect, other than to lessen the status and human dignity of gays and lesbians in California.”

Adorable Eclipse co-stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson seemed to be really enjoying each other’s company during the festivities following their big premiere. According to Hollywood Life, the two spent almost the entire night together.

A spy says that after Kristen and Robert left separately from the official post-premiere party at LA Live the two met up a super intimate after-after party for the cast and crew only at a swanky Los Angeles hotel. Apparently the couple held hands the entire night and acted “very social” with their cast mates.

However, poor Taylor Lautner must have felt like the odd man out with no one to canoodle with in darkened corners. But we don’t think he didn’t have a good time: the hunky 18-year-old actor apparently spent the entire night talking with Lance Bass before busting out some serious dance moves to Rihanna‘s “Rude Boy.”

Unfortunately, the one star who may be regretting his all-nighter this morning is RPattz. The 24-year-old star was out partying until 3 a.m. and had a call time for his newest film, Water for Elephants at 5 a.m.. Who knew Rob was such a party animal?

Former N’Sync member Lance Bass showed off his darker side by posting photos of himself donning Adam Lambert-esque makeup and clothes for a special photo shoot with photographer Mike Ruiz.

Ruiz says that the shoot was inspired by “Human League and early ’80s New Wave” but we think he looks like a mix of Lambert, Jared Leto with a dash of Don Draper’s hair.

Who knew a former boy band member would be so willing to embrace his Goth side?

If you’re Britney Spears, by giving former ‘N Sync star Lance Bass a lapdance.

People magazine reports that “Womanizer” songbird Spears finished up the American leg of her Circus tour in Las Vegas on Saturday with quite the spectacle, pulling Bass out of the audience to do a little grinding for him during the song “Breathe on Me.” Spears has used the song as an opportunity to bring an audience member onstage during the tour.

Bass even sang along as Spears smiled at him while performing the carnally charged choreography.

Spears’ 90-minute vegas show was also attended by Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus and former Spice Girl Mel B, who recently finished up her stint in the popular Sin City burlesque revue Peepshow.

The dashing, athletic star took some time out to celebrate his birthday this weekend.

Last night he checked out a performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil. The hottie was accompanied by his down-low girlfriend and 90210 starlet AnnaLynne McCord. The pair and a couple of pals sipped Cadillac margaritas during the show. Then they went to get some grub at Planet Hollywood’s KOI in Las Vegas.

Remaining contenders Lance Bass, 29, and perfect 30 recipient Brooke Burke, 37, seem to have the support of friends and family as they foxtrot it out for the crown. And comfy bathrobes!

Bass’ friend and former Sopranos actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler, 27, seems to have shown up with a cake for the dancing machine, and Bass comes equipped with a cadre of supportive gays!

And the competitors have more spray tan than they know what to do with.

The recently single Bass in particular looks like he’s been indulging in a bit of bronzing.

E! reports that Lance got mouthy during the taping of the show’s finale competition, remarking that, “We were the only ones to just do all dancing,” about Burke and the third finalist, NFL great Warren Sapp, 36.

Has someone let the spray tan go to their head? The finale airs tonight.

It certainly seemed that way last night at Hollywood hotspot Bardot, where the decidedly scruffy actor turned up with brother-in-law Casey Affleck and his own personal camera crew.

Despite a strict no-photography policy, Phoenix had footage rolling for the duration of the spot’s Monday night party, where Ryan Gosling jumped on the turntables for clubgoers like DJ AM and Lance Bass.

“It was definitely strange,” an onlooker tells Celebuzz of Phoenix. “It was as if he was in character. Very Andy Kaufman-esque.”

This isn’t the first time Joaquin has been spotted with the crew, either. Phoenix was with them just before Halloween, when he appeared at a Paul Newman charity event, he announced to TV’s Extra that his current film Two Lovers “will be my last performance as an actor…I’m not doing films anymore.”

Except, perhaps, the one he’s shooting all over Hollywood.

“It’s about his transition to music,” one insider tells us of Phoenix’s future goals to rock rather than act.

Perhaps old habits die hard, then, as he seems to be recording a lot of living in the process.

Reps for the actor tell Celebuzz they have no idea what the crew is for, but once they do, we “and the rest of the world will know.”

“Yes, it’s true,” she says. “I’m okay, though.”

Both Schwimmer and Hough are 20 years old. But while Hough underwent an appendectomy and a procedure to remove ovarian cysts related to the disease on Wednesday, Schwimmer noted that she caught the disease early and is taking medication. Surgery isn’t on the table, so to speak, for her at this point.

Instead, Lacey will be busy fending off accusations from her fellow dancers that she’s chunky.

But given her condition, she might want to tell her Dancing partner Lance Bass to push his own dang shopping cart!

Fellow Dancing talent Louis van Amstel and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are getting an earful from Lance Bass‘ partner about accustations she’s too heavy.

“When I first saw these women this season, I said, ‘Guys, you know the camera adds 10 pounds,’” Chmerkovskiy told TV Guide,”you have to do something about this.”

Lacey’s rep Joyce Sevilla released the following statement to Celebuzz:

    As a woman, and a dancer, I am confident and happy with the way I look. While it is             unfortunate that two of my colleagues were compelled to express opinions about my body,     and the bodies of other talented women on Dancing with the Stars, I suppose they are         entitled to them. I, however, will focus on my work and being the best partner possible for     Lance, and hopefully set an example for any girl watching who wants to dance—no matter     what size she is or what she may look like.
 

Graceful dancer? Check. Graceful lady? Double check.

Schwimmer’s alleged partner in weight crime, Cherly Burke, also touched the subject with Ellen DeGeneres today.

“I was like, maybe I should just starve myself for four weeks just so people would shut up,” she told the chat show host, “but at the end of the day … I’m an athlete. I like to eat, I like to work out, and I like to feel healthy, and I feel healthy.”

The Dancing with the Stars contestant got some feedback from onetime ‘N Sync bandmate Chris Kirkpatrick recently at a Las Vegas charity event hosted by fellow alum Justin Timberlake.

“We used to joke with Lance because he was the worst dancer in the group,” Kirkpatrick told People, “but he’s amazing on the show.”

Sure he is, Chris, sure he is.

It turns out that Bass isn’t any easier on himself, either. When asked if he thinks Lance has a shot at winning, Kirkpatrick replied, “I think he does. I don’t know if he thinks he does. He’s really hard on himself.”

We can’t imagine why, with such validations you’re handing out, Chris!

Bass admitted last night during post-interviews for Dancing with the Stars, where he cleaned up in high scores alongside partner Lacey Schwimmer, that he’s split amicably from superfit personal trainer/beau Sebastian Leal.

Bass and Leal began dating in June of this year, and though Sebastian came with his fair share of baggage, Bass definitely improved over his last go-round.

Bass imparted to reporters that the show and his career at large are his priorities at the moment, and unfortunately they leave little time for a boyfriend.

“He is single and dating,” rep Stacey Perry confirms to Celebuzz.

82-year-old film and television actress Cloris Leachman will be among the “celebrities” hoofing it across the nation’s television screens.

Brace that hip, Cloris!

She will be joined by Erica Cane herself, 61-year-old soap opera diva Susan Lucci.

As rumored, N*Sync member and celebrity gay Lance Bass will be among the dancers. However, he will not be dancing with a male partner as previously speculated.

Other notables who will be donning ridiculous costumes and risking fainting spells include big booty wielder Kim Kardashian, Grammy winner Toni Braxton, comedian Jeffrey Ross, Olympian Misty May-Treanor, celeb chef Rocco DiSpirito, and retired NFL player Warren Sapp.
