Jillian Michaels is flexing her real estate muscle now that she’s listed her Los Angeles, Calif. home.

And she’s brought the heavy weights to the market with an asking price of $2.45 million, according to Trulia, and looking to make a pricey profit.

The Biggest Loser tough-as-nails trainer-to-the-stars is getting rid of the 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom gated Hollywood Hills manse that she bought in 2008 for $1.565M. That could equal a cool $885,000 extra back in her pocket.

Could it be that new mommies Michaels, 39, and her partner Heidi Rhoades are looking to move into bigger digs after adopting daughter Lukensia, 2, and having son Phoenix, 11 months, just last year?

Well, this is what they’ll be giving up to move on up.

The 2,700-square-foot home has an open floor plan and massive master bedroom with a luxe walk-in closet, separate bath tub and steam shower, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the L.A. skyline, chef’s kitchen complete with marble countertops, and palm tree-lined pool.

There will be two memorial services this weekend to honor Dallas star Larry Hagman after he passed away Nov. 23 at the age of 81.

The iconic actor’s longtime manager Gene Yusem confirms to Celebuzz there will be a service in both Texas and Los Angeles to pay tribute to Hagman starting this weekend.

“The first service will take place on Saturday at Southfork Ranch in Texas followed by a second memorial service in Los Angeles,” Yusem said.

“They will both be ‘invitation only’ and the media will not be present at either.”

According to Entertainment Tonight, the small screen legend’s son, Preston, plans to spread his father’s ashes all around the world. However, Yusem couldn’t reveal those details.

“I am not aware of reports about Larry’s ashes being spread around the world by his son Preston,” he said.

“I have been inundated with calls since Larry passed away and we are still finalizing all the arrangements.”

Since his death, tourists and fans have been flocking to Southfork Ranch in Texas to leave flowers and tributes to Hagman, who infamously played oil tycoon J.R.Ewing on the TV show Dallas and most recently on TNT’s remake of the hit 1970s TV show.

Late Friday night, Hagman’s family released a statement, saying: “Larry was back in his beloved Dallas re-enacting the iconic role he loved most. Larry’s family and close friends had joined him in Dallas for the Thanksgiving holiday. When he passed, he was surrounded by loved ones. It was a peaceful passing, just as he had wished for. The family requests privacy at this time.”

Hagman had a liver transplant in 1995 after years of alcoholism. In June 2011, he revealed that he had stage 2 throat cancer.

At the time, the TV legend said: “As J.R. I could get away with anything — bribery, blackmail and adultery. But I got caught by cancer. I do want everyone to know that it is a very common and treatable form of cancer. I will be receiving treatment while working on the new Dallas series. I could not think of a better place to be than working on a show I love, with people I love.”

For two people who supposedly aren’t seeing each other, Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene have been seeing a lot of each other lately.

Following their intimate dinner at London eatery the Ivy last month, the Jonas Brother and the Eclipse beauty were spotted breaking bread again on Monday, this time sharing a table for two at the Alcove Cafe, in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood.

Opting for a privacy-friendly indoor table, the pair sat opposite each other, presumably to make it easier to gaze into each other’s eyes.

The two were also reportedly spotted attending a Kings of Leon concert in London last month.

Lindsay Lohan found a way to promote her clothing line even as she was preparing to temporarily give up her freedom.

According to Hollywood Life, the Mean Girls actress wore a jacket from her 6126 fashion line when she surrendered herself for jail on Tuesday morning. Lindsay wasn’t the only celeb to pull a stunt like this: Paris Hilton also wore clothes from her own line for Kitson when she was freed from jail in 2007.

It is actually a great PR move: Lindsay knew that thousands of photographers would be taking her picture when she went in to get booked on Tuesday morning. Might as well get free promotion for your businesses while you are preparing to spend the next few weeks in jail, right?

On Tuesday, Lindsay wore a 6126 leather jacket, a gray t-shirt, blue jeggings, peep-toe suede boots, and a curious black corset-type accessory around her waist. These are the last photos the world would be able to see of Lindsay for at least two weeks, so Lindsay probably realized that it was important to look good.

A clean-shaven Brad Pitt was spotted taking in the baseball diamond action as he filmed a scene for his new film, Moneyball.

Brad will portray real-life Oakland Athletics manager and owner Billy Beane. The film is based on the famed baseball economics book, Moneyball, by Michael Lewis.

Now that his partner Angelina Jolie has wrapped up filming of The Tourist in Vienna, the Jolie-Pitt crew has set up camp in Los Angeles while Brad films Moneyball. The couple have often said that they only work one at a time so someone can always be there for the kids.

For all of Dina Lohan‘s faults you can’t say that she never stands up for her children.

With her daughter Lindsay Lohan heading for jail, a “flabbergasted” Dina told PopEater that she felt that Lindsay was unfairly targeted:

This is so not fair to do this to my child.

The 24-year-old actress was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab after she was charged with violating her parole stemming from a 2007 DUI case in which she drunkenly raced after a former assistant in a friend’s car. Once Lindsay was caught police allegedly found cocaine in her pocket. Now on parole, Lindsay was charged with continually missing her required alcohol education classes and violating other terms of her probation.

While Dina may find the sentence “unfair,” a lawyer tells Hollywood Life that Lindsay’s punishment wasn’t out of the ordinary or unfair by any means:

I personally have known [Judge Marsha Revel] and she’s a very tough judge. [In Lindsay], she sees somebody who has repeatedly flaunted the orders of the court and has multiple parole violations; I think she thought it was the proper sentence. Lindsay is not getting a better deal than anybody else.

Even though she will be heading for the slammer, Lindsay will probably only serve 25% of her sentence since Los Angeles jails are overcrowded and most inmates serve 25-50% of their sentencing.
