The world’s still buzzing about Sunday night’s Grammy Awards where Whitney Houston, who passed away in Los Angeles over the weekend, was honored with a moving tribute. But even before the show began, celebrity guests were already paying their respects on the red carpet.

Aside from gushing about best friend Beyonce‘s newborn Blue Ivy, Kelly Rowland stopped by reporters to talk about Whitney’s impact on the music industry. Likewise, Julianne Hough, Malin Ackerman, David Guetta and more took time out to chat about their favorite Houston memory and track — proving that even though she’s gone, Whitney Houston is still one of music’s greatest icons.

Malin Ackerman was out and about in Los Angeles last night proving that it is possible to be a walking billboard for spandex. She was looking mighty shiny in her tightly wrapped tunic and jodhpur jeans (going halvsies on the black spandex to jean ratio). She would actually look quite delightful if there was a little less stretch going on.
