New fiance, check. Wedding on the way, check.

And after already announcing that he’s planning a simple backyard ceremony for his “I do’s” this July, it looks like Christian Slater found just the right house… and just in time with two months to spare.

The Mind Games star, 43, splashed out $2.2 million on an Italian-style villa in Coconut Grove, Florida, according to Trulia.

And if this is where the former Hollywood bad boy and his wife-to-be Brittany Lopez do plan on tying the knot, they’re union is destined for wedded bliss. The aptly-named Villa Dolce Far Niente (translation: Estate of Blissful Idleness) is a sizeable 3,440 square feet and is a little piece of Italy in the Sunshine State — complete with a grand foyer entry, dark hardwood floors, arched doorways, marble floors and French doors from the formal living room to the dining room.

And to take in the famous Florida sun (and perfect for entertaining), there’s plenty of lush greenery on the outdoor patio, with a sparkling pool and guesthouse.

As any diehard Housewives fan knows, these leading ladies of television bring their own baggage to Bravo, even if it means a nasty divorce.

And the casualties of the so-called curse often lead to dividing assets, and that’s exactly what Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan is up to.

She’s cutting loose some of that designer baggage — to the tune of $9.15 million.

The feisty cougar has put her 8,300 square-foot Telluride, Colo. pad on the market in the last two months to start fresh, she tells Celebuzz:

“I just recently got involved with aggressively selling my house in Colorado as I’m separating my assets from my ex and moving forward with my life,” Morgan said.

And for those of you who aren’t familiar with this socialite’s silver spoon marital history, $9 million is a drop in the bucket for Sonja, considering her ex hubby (as of 2008) is J.P. Morgan scion John Morgan.

So in an effort to cut ties to her past, Sonja is saying goodbye to her 35-acre rustic ranch she’s called her home away from The Big Apple.

Crafted out of a 19th century barn, the impressive digs come complete with modern amenities fit for a millionairess — soaring 35-foot vaulted ceilings, spring fed pond, waterfall, workout room, observatory, library, hot tub, nanny nook, and even a heated garage. Oh, how can we forget, the tennis court and equestrian center on the 900-acre wilderness preserve in Gray Head.

When Taylor Swift wants something, she takes it.

No, we’re not talking about a new boyfriend. (We actually hope this is something a bit more permanent.)

It’s been two weeks since Tay-Tay took a tour of a stunning beachfront mansion in ritzy Westerly, Rhode Island — and she’s already splashed out the multi-millions to buy it, according to TMZ – in cash, no less.

Now Celebuzz can show you exclusive pics (above) of what Swifty will be getting inside her new home for the not-so-bargain price of $17.75 million she reportedly spent on the nearly 12,000 square foot property.

Built in 1930, the traditional manse located on five acres comes with seven bedrooms, breathtaking ocean views — and just look at the Ferrari in the driveway! (Somehow we don’t think that’s included.)

As Celebuzz reported, the country superstar loved the pricey property (listed for over $20 million!) so much that she brought her whole family along for the final walk-though, including mom Andrea, dad Scott and brother Austin.

Remember when Rihanna couldn’t unload her defective Beverly Hills mansion fast enough four years ago?

It was so bad (complete with extensive leaks and structural issues), that the “Umbrella” singer filed a lawsuit and was even willing to take a more than $2 million profit loss when she listed it as a short sale in November 2011 for $4.5 million. (And the new owner bought it for the bargain price of $5 million instead.)

Well, the house saga continues.

Ever since the industrious flipper put it back on the market in September 2012 for a whopping $9.95 million, they still can’t sell it seven months later.

So that’s good news for a potential buyer because now they’ve slashed the price from nearly $10M to $8.395M.

The 8,520 square foot manse with 270-degree views of the Los Angeles skyline has gotten a facelift, but still has rocker RiRi written all over it.

Complete with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the gated home comes with a tiered home theater for private screenings, three fireplaces, bar, library, chef’s kitchen, pool and spa, and a custom closet with suede ceilings.

But the 25-year-old superstar has moved on and in to even fancier digs to the tune of $12 million.

The 11,000 square foot Pacific Palisades, Calif. pad similarly has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, zero-edge swimming pool, and media and game room.

Not too shabby, RiRi.

And if it sounds familiar, it’s the same property where an intruder was arrested by police for just two months ago.

Elin Nordegren didn’t have to look far for love.

Tiger Woods’ ex has reportedly fallen for her next-door neighbor, billionaire businessman Chris Cline. There’s a bit of an age difference between the two — Nordegren is 33 and Cline is 53 — but we’ve discovered they have something in common.

The Swedish beauty is currently building a sprawling $12 million home in Florida, as Celebuzz exclusively reported, and Cline has digs to match — no surprise, considering he’s worth a reported $1.2 billion.

Here’s the 411: Cline’s spectacular 34,000-square-foot North Palm Beach mega-mansion has access to the private Seminole Beach, and almost every room has an ocean view. There’s also a huge lagoon-style outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees and landscaped grounds, plus a movie theater and a wine cellar.

The Old Tuscan-style abode isn’t the only place the coal magnate can call “home.” Cline owns a 150-acre estate in his hometown of Beckley, West Virginia, plus he sails in a massive luxury yacht, Mind Game, which is reported to have five bedrooms, a poolside bar and two dining rooms.

This isn’t Nordegren’s first billionaire beau. Before hooking up with Cline, the mother of two was reportedly dating American investor Jamie Dingham, son of billionaire Michael Dingham.

As for Woods, the 37-year-old recently went public with dating Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, 28.

The “Alejandro” chanteuse has begun renting a $5 million mansion in Los Angeles’ ritzy Bel Air neighborhood for when she finds herself landing in the City of Angels, and, judging from the looks of the place, she should have all the room she needs to store her seemingly endless wardrobe of freakishly fashionable get-ups.

Oh, and the reported rent for her new digs? A mere $25,000 a month.

Housing crisis? What housing crisis?

One more note—lest any of her stalking-inclined Little Monsters get any ideas, the new Chez GaGa is, indeed, gated. Though we’re not sure if that’s for her protection, or the general public’s.

What becomes a diva most? Apparently, in Mariah Carey‘s case, a $125 million mansion.

Luxist reports that the porpoise-voiced warbler has made an offer on palatial Beverly Hills property Fleur de Lys, built by Texas billionaire David Saperstein. Though the amount of Carey’s bid has not been disclosed, the asking price for the five-acre property is $125 million.

But that buys a lot of perks. If Carey—who according to reports is planning to move to the Los Angeles area with her husband Nick Cannon—buys the property, she’ll become the proud owner of a 15-bedroom, 41,000-square-foot French limestone mansion inspired by the Vaux le Vicomte palace near Paris.

The home boasts Italian marble walls, French limestone floors, gold-embossed leather wall coverings, gold-leaf crown moldings, a ballroom, library, two kitchens and a 50-seat screening room. Oh, and staff quarters for 10 people. Can’t forget the help.

“[Carey and Cannon] like the home because there’s so little that needs doing to it,” says a source.

Saperstein’s ex-wife, Suzanne, currently owns the home.

Hopefully the place comes with plenty of closet space. Mariah’s going to need a place to store her gargantuan wardrobe and luggage collection.
