Mariah Yeater ‘I Still Definitely Want a DNA Test’ from Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber‘s alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater filed very serious allegations against the pop star last month claiming he fathered her now 5 month old baby boy Tristyn. The teen sensation denied these allegations and agreed to a paternity test in which he claimed he took in late November.

Mariah dropped the lawsuit but in an exclusive interview with the Chicago Sun-Times she claims Justin is still in fact the father and she wants proof that Justin took the DNA test.

I am still pursuing the paternity claim through my Chicago attorney Jeffery Leving and my Los Angeles attorney John Carlson but outside of court. I dropped my lawsuit, but never my claim. I still definitely want a DNA test and I want to refile my paternity case.

When Mariah was asked if she still in fact believes Justin is the father. “I do believe he is the father,” she said.

The baby momma drama continues with Mariah Yeater‘s ex-boyfriend claiming that he is in fact the father of her child, not Justin Bieber of which she claimed in a paternity suit.

According to a TMZ source, Robbie Powell is speaking out against the allegations that the 17-year-old “Baby” singer is the biological father of Mariah’s child. Instead, the source says Robbie is the dad, and he’s tired of Mariah using their son for media attention.

TMZ reports that Mariah has admitted to Robbie that Justin is not the father, and that she’s only going through with this for the cash. The website reached out to Mariah’s lawyers about the claims, but have not heard back.

Mariah Yeater Says Baby Will Take DNA Test; Bieber References ‘A Weasel’

Now that Justin Bieber has taken a DNA test to hopefully squash allegations from Mariah Yeater that he fathered her 4-month-old son, Yeater’s camp is saying that her son Tristynn will indeed take a test as well despite nearly a week of silence since Bieber’s submission.

Yeater’s lawyers tell TMZ that the 19-year-old will submit her son for testing, hoping to prove her claims that Bieber is his biological father. The lawyers also say that someone from their team should have been present when DNA samples were taken from Bieber so that they could ensure the accuracy and reliability of the tests.

While making an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman this week, Bieber vented a bit about the Yeater drama, telling Letterman: “I could smell a weasel. People make up false accusations … I am 17, but it is going to happen.”

From the beginning, Bieber has insisted that he is not the father of Yeater’s baby, and has made several public statements stating his case. During an interview on Today, Bieber took a stand, saying to Matt Lauer: “I’d just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true … I know I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim.”

The Today host pushed further, asking if he’d ever met the young woman. Biebs responded:

“Never met the woman… It’s crazy. Every night after the show I’ve gone right from the stage right to the car, so it’s crazy that some people want to make such false allegations.”

After Bieber took the DNA test, he quickly whisked himself west to Los Angeles, where on Sunday night he got all dressed up with girlfriend Selena Gomez and hit the American Music Awards in style.

Justin Bieber Takes DNA Test for Mariah Yeater Lawsuit

Justin Bieber has made good on his promise to take a DNA test to prove that he’s not the father of Mariah Yeater‘s 4-month old son, as she has claimed in a lawsuit against the pop star.

TMZ reports that Bieber took the DNA test on Friday at a laboratory in New Jersey, and that there’s been a tight watch on who’s been handling the test to avoid any possible arguments from Yeater’s team as to the validity of the results. There’s no word as to when the results might be released.

Selena Gomez has had a lot on her mind lately. Aside from the ongoing drama with her boyfriend Justin Bieber and the Mariah Yeater baby claims, she’s also had to tend to her new dog Baylor and his health problems — but thankfully he’s on the mend.

Selena taped an episode of Ellen, which will air Thursday, and she brought her absolutely adorable new pooch on the show following his health scare that almost required surgery. Baylor sat on Selena’s lap looking cute and happy, despite just days earlier having to pass a bunch of rocks that he accidentally ate.

During the taping, Ellen also asks how Selena is doing with the current Bieber situation without exactly naming it, simply asking Gomez if she’s “been all right” lately. Gomez, always the trooper, admits that it’s “not easy” but that she’s been dealing just fine.

This week, Yeater dropped her initial suit claiming that Bieber is the father of her 4-month-old son, but just days later, hired new lawyers who are saying they’re planning on making Bieber take a DNA test and move forward with the lawsuit. On Thursday, TMZ reported there are alleged text messages from Yeater that indicate Bieber is not the father and that it’s all a ploy for money.

Alleged Text Messages From Mariah Yeater Claim Justin Bieber Isn’t the Father

Mariah Yeater‘s paternity claim against Justin Bieber is losing steam after TMZ obtained alleged text messages from Mariah sent to a friend. One of these texts reportedly from Mariah reads:

“Pleeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbie’s son. I’ll kick u when we get paid. I’m trusting you pleeease. (Mariah Laci).”

Laci is Mariah’s middle name. On Wednesday morning, it was announced that the paternity suit was dropped but later in the day reports began to surface that the suit was still on.

After seeing this alleged text message, what do you think? Is Mariah telling the truth that Bieber is her baby’s daddy.

Should Justin Bieber Sue Mariah Yeater Over Paternity Suit? Legal Expert Answers!

With reports that Justin Bieber‘s alleged baby momma Mariah Yeater has dropped her paternity suit, the Celebuzz staff got to thinking — what happens next?

Natch, we turned to a legal expert to answer all those looming questions; should he counter sue? Could she name another celebrity as the father? Is it possible she was paid off for the story to go away?

We turned to “Rising Star” award-winner Matthew P. Krupnick, Esq., from Krupnick and Krupnick (www.greatLAlawyers.com) to get the answers!

20-year-old Mariah Yeater claimed 17-year-old Justin Bieber was the father of her baby; then she dropped the paternity suit. What ramifications could come of this?
If Ms. Yeater was over 18 and Justin was under 18, then there is a potential issue of statutory rape charges. That is a criminal matter, however. With regards to his rights in Civil Court, he has potential claims for defamation of character, slander, libel, intentional infliction of emotional distress, extortion, etc..

Now that she’s dropped the suit, does she have any legal rights to pursue Justin?
Possibly. There was a reason she dropped her suit in the first place, and whatever reason that was, in my opinion, would probably not change enough or in a way that would make it advisable to bring the suit again. However, if a paternity test establishes that Justin IS in fact the father, then regardless of the potential criminal issues, or the fact that she has dropped any other suit, she will likely be able to pursue claims for child support against Justin as well as disputes over custody rights.

Can she now claim another man is the father?
Yes. If Justin is not the father, then clearly someone else is. That person will now have to deal with Ms. Yeater and his obligations as the father.

Is it possible she was paid off to drop the suit?
There could be many reasons for dropping the suit. The fact that he is a minor, the fact that he is apparently so willing to take a paternity test, or the fact that a lawsuit against a celebrity could be very costly and result in counterclaims where she could wind up owing huge sums of money are all possible reasons. At this point, at least based on what I have seen, it is all mere speculation.

If she was paid off, can you give us an idea of the general terms of these types of deals?
CONFIDENTIALITY! That is generally the main concern of the celebrity involved in an accusation or claim like this, and sometimes even the person making the claim as well. Typically, the confidentiality agreement is so strong that if it is broken, the ramifications can be financially devastating.

UPDATE: Although she dropped the lawsuit, Yeater has apparently hired new lawyers who are “negotiating with Bieber’s counsel, to reach a confidentiality agreement and to get private testing and results,” one of her new lawyers, Chicago-based attorney Jeffrey M. Leving, tells People.

With her lawsuit alleging that Justin Bieber was the father of her child, photos have been released of Mariah Yeater and the 4-month-old child that she initially claimed was the pop star’s.

In the photo set, Yeater can be seen with her cute son, posing alongside the child while feeding him in others. On Wednesday, TMZ broke the news that Yeater had dropped her paternity lawsuit against Bieber in almost stealth fashion — and that the lawyers involved with her case had also quit.

From the get-go, Bieber denied Yeater’s claims and has threatened to countersue her in return. Now that the paternity suit has been dropped, all eyes are on Bieber’s legal team to see if they follow through on the threat.

The paternity case that Mariah Yeater alleged against pop superstar Justin Bieber has been quietly dropped — and now it’s Yeater that might be facing a lawsuit.

TMZ reports that Yeater last week secretly dismissed her lawsuit claiming that Bieber fathered a child with her, and that the lawyers she hired to be associated with the case have also fled. Further, Bieber is considering suing her for what they always said were false claims.

During a Today show appearance in early November, Bieber entirely dismissed the allegations made by Yeater.

The Maury show’s infamous paternity test could have one of the most famous names in the world on their next results special — if Justin Bieber accepts their invitation.

The Biebs has been caught up in baby drama ever since Mariah Yeater filed a lawsuit claiming she gave birth to his child.

“We are actively pursuing this story,” a spokesperson for the Maury show tells the Huffington Post.

“This would be a huge TV event,” Amy Rosenblum, former executive producer of Maury, added. “When I brought the DNA test to TV for the first time on Maury, I had no idea it would still be as popular today as it was then. Maury is trusted by millions of viewers and if Maury told Justin ‘You are not the father,’ everyone would believe it.”

While Mariah Yeater continues to plead her story about a possible lovechild, Justin Bieber and girlfriend Selena Gomez were spotted together in the City of Love looking quite happy on Wednesday.

Bieber and Gomez were spotted strolling down a Paris street hand-in-hand amid a mob of security and onlookers. Selena was sporting a short skirt with thigh-high Pretty Polly House of Holland tights to keep her warm in the crisp November Paris air. Bieber, meantime, was as casual as ever in a plain white tee, jacket, jeans and hi-top sneakers — his signature outfit it seems.

Baby claims aside, Bieber has reason to celebrate during his time in Paris. His Christmas-themed album Mistletoe debuted as the number one album in the country this week. In a string of tweets regarding the news, Bieber addressed everything going on by saying:

When asked by Kevin Frazier as to why she’s just coming forward seeing as the child is already a few months old, a tearful Mariah, 20, responded:

“I still am.. I’m scared. I was very hesitant. This is a very serious matter [and] it had to be brought to his attention. To everyone’s.”

It was reported last week that Mariah’s ex has come out saying she also filed a paternity suit against him over this child. When asked to respond to this, Mariah first said “no comment,” but then took a long pause seeming to get flustered.

“Okay,” she said simply before putting her head in her hands. To prove that she is telling the truth, Mariah has said she is more than willing to take a polygraph test. “I have nothing to hide.” She later got emotional and had to walk out of the interview. Watch below:

Mariah Yeater isn’t backing down with her paternity suit, claiming that she had sexual relations with 17-year-old Justin Bieber and in turn became pregnant.

The 20-year-old woman told The Insider’s Kevin Frazier that she was introduced to the “Baby” singer backstage at Los Angeles Staples Center, and he later asked him to join him some place private. “When we got to what turned out to be a bathroom, his whole demeanor changed,” said a tearful Mariah. “It went from cute and gushy to, just, more aggressive.”

Mariah says she has proof that Justin is in fact the father reports are surfacing that the teen heartthrob will be taking a DNA test this week and then plans to sue Mariah.

The Biebs recently told People.com:

“It’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

Justin is currently in Europe for the EMA’s but reportedly plans to take the paternity test as soon as he returns.

Report: Justin Bieber Will Take DNA Test for Mariah Yeater’s Paternity Suit

Justin Bieber is putting an end to Mariah Yeater‘s claims that he fathered her newborn child.

TMZ reports that Justin will take a DNA test when he returns to the States to clear his name in the paternity suit. Following the results of the test, Justin and his legal team will sue his accuser for the hurtful allegations.

Justin, who is currently in Ireland for the 2011 Europe Music Awards, will take the DNA in two weeks to prove that he did not father Mariah’s baby.

A source close to Justin told TMZ that once JB has proven that he did not father the child, he and his lawyer, Howard Weitzman, will then sue Mariah for making false claims about the singer.

Report: Justin Bieber’s Alleged Baby Mama Mariah Yeater Made Paternity Claim Against Ex

Mariah Yeater made headlines earlier this week when she claimed that Justin Bieber was the father of her baby, but according to TMZ, this isn’t the first guy she has made a paternity claim against.

TMZ is claiming that Mariah insisted that her ex-boyfriend John Terranova was the father of her child in December 2010, and the two got into an altercation after she showed up at his home to make the claims.

According to John’s grandmother, Frances Lippe:

“The two got into an argument and police were called because Yeater allegedly broke a car window out of rage. Later that day, according to the police report, Yeater returned to the home to work out a payment plan for the window and got into another altercation with Terranova and allegedly slapped John 3 separate times in the face with her open right hand. Yeater was arrested and charged for battery. A court date has been set in Vegas. Lippe tells us after the altercation, they never heard from Yeater again.”

Mariah claims that she and JB hooked up after one of his show’s at the Staples Center in LA last summer, and that Justin is the father of her 3-month-child.

The “Baby” singer tweeted:

The woman, Mariah Yeater, has filed a paternity suit, alleging that the teen heartthrob is the dad of her three-month-old baby after they shared an intimate evening after one of his shows.
