Mirror mirror on the wall–who’s the hottest of them all? It’s Miley, y’all!

Miley Cyrus may have prematurely broken the news that she landed the #1 spot on Maxim Magazine‘s annual Hot 100 List, but now it’s official: the girl who ‘can’t be tamed’ is 2013′s choice hottie. Miley says of the title, “It’s every woman’s fantasy to be told she’s No. 1 on Maxim’s Hot 100! So crazy!” So cray indeed. And every woman’s fantasy? Um, we think she meant to say Ryan Gosling there.

Good for Miley and all, but you’re probably asking–who else made the list?

Well, sexy SelGo got the #2 spot, Rihanna nabbed #3, and Mila Kunis is a smokin’ #4. No shockers there. Also on the list? Dancing with the Stars cutie Kellie Pickler is #96, Shakira and her honest hips are at a respectable #56, and babealicious Today Show anchor Hoda Kotb is #79. The mag also threw in Manti Te’o‘s fake girlfriend over at #69. Oh, Maxim, you so silly.

From V to Maxim?

Days after making big headlines with her sizzling spread from V magazine, Miley Cyrus has announced her next magazine appearance.

“Didn’t know this was coming out yet! I’m so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 100! #myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue,” Cyrus wrote on Twitter, along with a never-before-seen photo from the magazine.

The only problem? Maxim has yet to reveal its annual list, which was topped by Bar Refaeli last year.

Cyrus, 20, is also the cover girl for the June 2013 issue of Elle UK.

Also, she’s on Instagram now.

Elisha Cuthbert is the most beautiful woman on television, but the Canadian actress thinks it’s a “crazy” honor.

Maxim made the big announcement this week, along with the release of its stunning cover featuring the 30-year-old star in a purple swimsuit. (Look closely and you can also spot her giant rock from hockey player fiancé Dion Phaneuf).

“To think that one person could be the most beautiful when there’s Kaley Cuoco, Sofia Vergara, Zooey Deschanel? They’re all stunning. I’m not gonna fight anyone about it, though. I’ll accept it with grace,” Cuthbert told the magazine. “But being on a show with two other beautiful women, this is gonna make going to work very uncomfortable. I don’t know, this might be a curse.”

Curses aside, the Happy Endings star does make a good point. With all the gorgeous faces on the small screen these days, Maxim must have had a tough decision when it came to crowning the most beautiful actress of them all.

In the article, Cuthbert also dished on one of her most famous roles ever: Danielle the porn star in The Girl Next Door.

“To be honest, I think one reason guys liked that characters so much is because I didn’t go fully nude. My character really could be the girl of every guy’s dreams,” she said. “I remember I had a lot of real porn stars tell me I was like their Julia Roberts from Pretty Woman. Nice sentiment but, you know, a little awkward.”

The City star Whitney Port will go from girl-next-door to Maxim cover girl today, posing for a shoot in the saucy men’s magazine.

The fashion maven writes on her blog:

This is a pretty big deal for me because  I’ve never done ANYTHING like this before. I’ve done my fair share of photo shoots in my career, but none of them were at the level of sexiness that Maxim is recognized for.  I’ve always been classified as the cutesy, girl next door type, so doing this shoot  will give me the opportunity to step outside my comfort zone and show people an entirely different side of me.

Whit says she’s “definitely nervous” but believes the Maxim spread will be an “incredibly empowering and liberating experience.”

Lindsay Lohan always seems to find a way to make being a bad girl seem sexy.

The 24-year-old troubled starlet–who is currently serving a 90-day sentence in court-ordered rehab–posed for Maxim just a few weeks before she was sentenced to jail and rehab for violating her parole.

The pictures show Lindsay posing seductively in skimpy lingerie while wearing her SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet. The starlet’s SCRAM bracelet had been airbrushed out of other photo shoots she had done with her bracelet, but for some reason Maxim decided to keep the bracelet in the photos. Maybe it adds to that alluring femme fatale image?

Lindsay has been notoriously shy about showing off her SCRAM bracelet this year, hiding it underneath pants and boots. The troubled starlet voluntarily wore a SCRAM bracelet in May  2007 after she was arrested on misdemeanor DUI charges. Lindsay didn’t make much of an effort to hide the bracelet during her first experience.

SCRAM bracelets aside, Lindsay still looks smokin’ hot in the sexy shoot. Lindsay told the magazine that her current troubles “shall pass” and that she feels strong because her mom, Dina Lohan, has given her “a lot of faith.

The experts over at Maxim Magazine have deemed that the “Hot N Cold” singer leans way more toward the “hot” end of the spectrum, placing her at the top of its annual Hot 100 list of famous lovelies. Perry beat out such notable beauties as Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger, Dancing With the Stars contestant Joanna Krupa, Milla Jovovich, Angelina Jolie and Kim Kardashian for the title, and will presumably receive her sash in the mail in 6 to 8 weeks. Congratulations, Katy!

But that’s not the only good news for the soon-to-be Mrs. Russell Brand. Following the leak of her new song “California Gurls,” another new tune of hers, “E.T. (Futuristic Lover)” has found its way onto the Internet. In the ditty, Perry tries out a bold new musical direction while imploring her alien, time-traveling beau to “fill me with your poison.” Dang, sounds like Russ is a lot kinkier than we thought—and we already figured he was pretty kinky.

A Perfect Getaway star Milla Jovovich appears in the newest issue of Maxim magazine, and they must have laid off their wardrobe department, because Jovovich isn’t wearing much clothing for the shoot.

But flesh isn’t the only thing that Jovovich exposes in her latest appearance of many in the lad mag. She also opens up about a variety of topics, such as:

On posing for the cover of stoner bible High Times in the ’90s: “I was performing music at the time—and smoking pot—and the guys from High Times came to one of  my shows. They were like, ‘Hey, wanna be on the cover?’ It was just one of those stupid things you do when you’re young. I thought it was a big joke, but my poor mom was mortified. But it could have been a lot worse. When you look at the horror stories of young, successful kids, I’m glad I didn’t end up dead.”

On being a sex symbol for geeks: “I love that, man! I think it’s great, because it means that smart men like me. Plus, nerdy guys are always the cool ones in the end. I mean, who wants to date a stupid jock? I think that, eventually, the nerds get the cool girls. Just do what you do really well and everything else will fall into place.”

On her scariest vacation moment: “I had a grueling trip to Peru once. I was in the middle of nowhere with my mom and a couple of friends, and we just weren’t prepared for the intensity of the hikes. At one point my mom was like [in Russian accent], ‘They must send helicopter, or I will have heart attack.’ I was worried that we might not make it out alive!”

Maxim Magazine held its 10th Annual Hot 100 Celebration—in honor of its just-released Hot 100 list for 2009—at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on Wednesday night.

Attendees included Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe, “Goodies” singer Ciara, Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey, Audrina Patridge, newlyweds Spencer and Heidi Pratt, Dancing With the Stars siblings Derek and Julianne Hough, Amanda Bynes, Bai Ling and Gabrielle Union.

Wow; sounds like they needed an airplane hangar to house all of that awesomeness in one place.

With so much going on, it would be difficult to pinpoint a highlight of the event, but Khloe Kardashian had no problem identifying what she enjoyed most about the evening.

“My favorite part was the churros and ferris wheel!!!” she enthuses.

Churros and a ferris wheel—now that sounds like the makings for a magical evening.

If Maxim says so, it must be true: Audrina Patridge is smokin’. She edged in at number 74 on the Maxim Hot 100…behind Lauren Conrad‘s 56 and Heidi Montag‘s 36.

But she’s in, and so were short skirts, spike heels, silky extensions and spray tans, as the babelies descended on Paramount Studios and then West Hollywood’s Crown Bar Wednesday night to fete…themselves.

Audrina’s been clawing at the fame ladder lately, but she only really got a leg up through the release of some naughty shots she had taken long before she climbed The Hills. They were the shots heard round the world, forcing gaggles of gawkers to take another gander.

So, it was quite the shocker when she turned her nose at the opportunity to sign the very peekaboo pics that got her noticed. (Check out the A-list Maxim madness in the clip below.) She could have gained a fan forever.

But Audrina wants to be a serious thespian (no, not lesbian!) now. As evidenced by her no-chance-at-Oscar first film role, Into the Blue 2, in which she gets to show the world what she’s capable of. 

When asked by E! Online if there were any mammary rumors she wanted to quash—as in, did she or did she not enhance?—she piped up, “Leave my boobs alone!”
