Jennifer Aniston flaunted her gigantic $500,000 diamond engagement ring — and her super-hot fiancee Justin Theroux — at a restaurant in West Hollywood, but the former Friends star still wasn’t the center of attention.

The two shared a quiet dinner at star-studded eatery Madeo, but an eyewitness exclusively tells Celebuzz that they were upstaged by none other than Michelle Pfeiffer.

“The funny thing was that everyone was paying attention to Michelle and not Jennifer!” onlooker Maureen Klepfer said — despite the fact that Aniston was wearing the uber-expensive engagement ring that Klepfer says looked “ginormous on her tiny hand.”

As 43-year-old Aniston and her beau sat in a quiet corner booth, Pfeiffer and her producer-husband David E. Kelley celebrated more boisterously with a group of friends.

“Michelle looked stunning,” Klepfer said of the eternally youthful Pfeiffer, 54. “They were sitting close to Jen’s booth. Michelle was with her husband and several friends and they were drinking Opus One.” The wine can cost $200 a bottle.

“People seemed more interested in looking at Michelle, but even my husband was amazed at how big Jen’s engagement ring was – and we couldn’t believe they were there all there on the same night.”

Aniston and 41-year-old Theroux weren’t alone, however. They were joined by the other man in Jen’s life: her hairstylist Chris McMillan.

“They were sitting with Chris at a super-private corner booth which was dimly lit,” Klepfer said. “They were all pretty quiet and mellow. Justin and Jen were both dressed casually — he was wearing all black and Jen was wearing baggy jeans. And Justin is really handsome in person.”

The trio left just as unassuming as they came in. “After they finished their meal they left quietly out a back entrance,” said Klepfer.

Aniston, and Theroux, who became engaged in August, will surely be hoping  their marriage will be as successful as the union between Pfeiffer and 56-year-old Kelley: The pair will be celebrating 19 years of marriage  this month.

Michelle Pfeiffer slipped into the infamous Catwoman suit in 1992’s Batman Returns, but this summer, a new Catwoman, played by Anne Hathaway, 29, will meow her way to the big screen in The Dark Knight Rises, but does Pfeiffer think the actress has what it takes to fill her paws?

“I have a desire to beat her up,” Pfeiffer, 54, joked while on Wednesday’s The View. “Just kidding, Anne! She’s going to be great!”

She spoke further about the role, admitting people still ask if she wears the infamous black catsuit. ”People ask me all the time. I didn’t keep the suit,” she said.

The People Like Us actress has been very vocal about Hathaway as the sexy character.

Celebuzz spoke with Pfeiffer back in May, and she had nothing but kind words for the Dark Knight Rises actress.

“I love Anne Hathaway, I’m a huge fan,” the actress told Celebuzz. “The nature of all of these characters is they’re played by different people all the time. I think she’s great and I think she’s going to be awesome.”

They may be People Like Us, but Elizabeth Banks and Chris Pine know how to gussy up for the red carpet.

The two stars were just the few among many celebs who stepped out for the summer flick’s big Los Angeles premiere this Friday.

Sporting a plunging metallic dress with slashed cutouts at the navel, Banks shimmered in front of photographers as she made her way inside the theater.

Who else was there?

Silver screen icon Michelle Pfeiffer was also in attendance to debut the movie with her fellow co-stars.

The movie centers around a man (Pine) who is tasked with delivering $150,000 of his deceased father’s fortune to a sister (Banks) he has never met.

The first time Michelle Pfeiffer worked with Tim Burton was in 1992’s Batman Returns in which she played Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman. This summer, fans are looking forward to a new Catwoman, played by Anne Hathaway, 29, in The Dark Knight Rises, but is Pfeiffer?

“I love Anne Hathaway, I’m a huge fan,” the 54-year-old actress told Celebuzz. “The nature of all of these characters is they’re played by different people all the time. I think she’s great and I think she’s going to be awesome.”

While there’s a new Batman cast and crew, Pfeiffer and Burton are back working together again in the new film Dark Shadows.

She admits that the two hadn’t talked in years when she nervously called him and asked for a part.

“I shamelessly called him – ‘gimme a job after,’ twenty years,” she laughed. “At that point, I don’t even know if there was a script. I just said, ‘If there’s anything, I want to throw my hat in the ring.’ So then I hung up and thought, ‘I’ll never hear from him again.’ But I did.”

Burton admits he was surprised to hear from Pfeiffer after so many years. “It was along time ago but it just flooded back how impressed I remember being with Michelle,” he confessed, only to add:

“She learned how to use a whip, jump around on roofs with high-heeled shoes, let live birds fly out of her mouth, let cats eat her. Very impressive stuff.”

Burton and Pfeiffer say their first day on set of Dark Shadows (in theaters May 11) was a dodgy one as the actress had trouble walking down a flight of stairs in ridiculously high heels. “He had me in eight-inch platform shoes walking down that treacherous staircase — I wasn’t allowed to look down,” she growled playfully. “Great laughs at my expense for Mr. Burton.”

Guess when you take on an iconic role like Catwoman, Burton thinks you can handle heels of any kind!

Dark Shadows — also starring Johnny Depp, Burton’s wife Helena Bonham Carter, Chloe Moretz and Eva Green — is about an imprisoned vampire, Barnabas Collins, who is set free and returns to his ancestral home, where his dysfunctional descendants are in need of his protection.

Last week, the trailer for Dark Shadows, Johnny Depp and Tim Burton‘s latest collaboration, was unveiled but now it’s time to get a better look at the cast!

Based on the 1960s soap opera of the same name, Depp plays vampire Barnabus Collins who comes back from the dead (sort of) and vows to help restore his family’s business to it’s former glory. Set in the 1970s, Barnabus hits a bit of a snag after the woman who turned him into a vampire (James Bond star Eva Green) tries to torture him into loving her.

So, who else stars and makes up Barnabus’ twisted family tree?

Michelle Pfeiffer, Helena Bonham Carter (who is hilarious in the trailer, by the way!) as well as Chloe Moretz all star in the film, out May 11.

Michelle Pfeiffer‘s character Ingrid in New Year’s Eve is looking to fulfill her New Year’s resolutions in one day and she seeks the help of hottie Zac Efron‘s much younger character Paul. The actors (who have already appeared together in Hairspray) chatted Wednesday morning with Matt Lauer on the TODAY show, and the anchor just had to ask about the kissing scene. 

Matt inquired as to wether the scene was awkward given the age difference of Zac and Michelle, Zac being 24 and Michelle being 53. “Are you kidding?” Zac quipped back. “It’s the best part of the movie!”

“I think we started out thinking it was going to be a little more of a shock than it ends up being,” Michelle clarified. Zac added, smiling: 

“It turns out to be really fun. … It was kind of our idea.”

Zac and Michelle disclosed that there wasn’t actually a kiss in the original scene, but they suggested it to famed romcom director Garry Marshall (Valentine’s Day, Pretty Woman). “In the original script it was a little softer,” Zac admitted. “New Year’s Eve magic, it’s about love.”

They’re some of the sexiest women in Hollywood and they’ve all put on the latex and leather for the coveted Catwoman role! Madonna‘s miracle surgery visage graces the cover of New York Magazine. The Madge mug is hailed in “The New New Face” as the prototype for the new 40- and 50-something standard of celebrity beauty.

The author claims that the Hard Candy singer, who turns 50 this month, has defied the notion that “past a certain age, to paraphrase Catherine Deneuve, it’s either your fanny or your face.”

“A yoga body plus the New New Face may not be a fountain of youth,” claims the author, “but it’s a fountain of indeterminate age.”

It seems that the magazine’s fact checkers didn’t have a chance to take a gander at this candid look at Madonna.

Included in the list of female celebrities displaying the qualities of a New New Face are Angelina Jolie (who at 33 is the baby of the aging bunch), Demi Moore and Michelle Pfeiffer.

But let’s not forget that for every successful foray into plastic surgery, there a hundred cautionary tales.
