Fast & Furious 6 makes a strong argument for more movies featuring cars that explode out the front of planes.

It’s all-out “vehicular warfare” in the new trailer for the next installment in the Universal Pictures franchise. Fast Five stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson return to Car-Fu the hell out of every moving vehicle imaginable. Including a tank.

The sixth Fast & Furious movie finds master car thief Dom (Diesel) and his crew living on the run from the authorities – desperate to get back to the States. In order to return home, they must team up with lawman Hobbs (Johnson) to take down a murderous band of criminals.

Director Justin Lin returns to helm his fourth Fast & Furious film, which crashes into theaters Memorial Day weekend.

Having made a career out of playing intense roles in such action movies as Battle Los Angeles, Machete, Fast and the Furious and Avatar, keeping in shape is vital for actress Michelle Rodriguez.

But just how does she do it?

Celebuzz caught up with the 34-year-old beauty — who ranked no. 91 on our 101 Hot Bodies countdown — to get the full scoop on how she’s been able to stay in such great shape all this time.

After the jump, read our exclusive interview with Rodriguez, in which she reveals what she eats for breakfast, how she learned to make fajitas and tacos with Robert Rodriguez and what it was like for her to take a master cleanse. (Hint: It sucked!)

Celebuzz: What would be your ideal breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Michelle Rodriguez: I don’t like to eat breakfast too much, but if I do it’ll be, like, boiled eggs and toast with jelly and lots of jam. For lunch, I I like to keep it light — like tuna, salads. For dinner, fish tacos are a favorite. [In Machete] I was working at a taco truck and Robert Rodriguez actually made me learn how to make fajitas and tacos. That’s what my training was for Machete. Isn’t that great?

Celebuzz: Have you ever tried any cleanses?
MR: I tried the master cleans and it sucked.

Celebuzz: Why is that?
MR: I mean, all my friends are eating, and I’m not. Then everybody invites you out, they’re like, “Oh Michelle, are you in town? Let’s have lunch.” It does help clean you out though. I think the best cleanse I’ve ever done is the liver gallbladder cleanse; it’s like olive oil straight up. Three days straight, three times a day with lemon. It will mess you up. Let me tell you something, you will be clean! Your kidneys will be, like, kidney stone-less.

Celebuzz: You said you might want to break out from action roles; what kind of roles are you envisioning when you think about something like that?

MR: If I do branch out of action, I would love for it to be the realm of comedy. I think it would be awesome. It’d be so much fun.

Michelle Rodriguez knows how to vacation! The Fast and Furious star embarked on a boating trip with a few friends in Porto Cervo, Mexico and was snapped wearing nothing but a black bikini and some skin-tight water pants as she explored the paradise!

When the Lost actress wasn’t swimming or taking hikes, she was reportedly taking on the role of Captain and even assisted in heading back to port. 

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Michelle’s fit bikini bod! The 32-year-old actress seems to be doing a bikini world tour!

In early June, Michelle was spotted addle boarding in her white bikini in Formentera, Spain.

Prior to Spain, the Avatar actress stepped out in a black bathing suit when she frolicked with friends at Eden Roc hotel near the Cannes Film Festival in France.

When she’s not defending the Na’vi in Avatar or kicking people’s butts in other roles, Michelle Rodriguez enjoys some good beach time.

The 32-year-old actress — who a few weeks ago was spotted frolicking in the waters of Cannes with some friends — was seen in Formentera, Spain, enjoying some sun and fun. Rodriguez was spotted carrying a massive paddleboard and an oar as she made her way into the water in a frilly white bikini.

With her shades on and a big smile, Michelle looked 100 percent ready to show the ocean who’s boss, and there’s no doubt she did just that.

While Rodriguez fought her way through Battle: Los Angeles this year, she’s got a slew of movies in the works for the future. Next up is Blacktino, which premiered at SXSW a few months ago and will be available for public consumption at some point soon.

Sure, the Cannes Film Festival is all about the bright lights, big stars and award-winning movies that come out of it. However, when they’re not on the red carpet, this year the ladies of Hollywood ditched their fancy dresses for skimpy bikinis.

Stars like Gwen Stefani and Michelle Rodriguez both flaunted a bit of their two-piece flair, with Gwen keeping things on the calm side as she relaxed on her balcony in a cute bikini top. Rodriguez was a bit more active, horsing around on a water rope swing with pals.

But it was Elisabetta Canalis who stole the show.

Canalis, who is George Clooney’s girlfriend and an Italian TV personality, had her rocking body on full display in a duo of skimpy bikinis. One day she opted for a stringy black number, while two days later she flipped it up and went with a white two-piece.

Cannes isn’t all about red carpet fashion statements and A-list premieres, especially for Michelle Rodriguez.

The Avatar butt-kicker showed off her feminine side in a black bikini as she horsed around with friends at the Eden Roc hotel near the film festival on Sunday. Flaunting her toned physique, things got physical for Michelle and a pal, who swung and splashed into the sea thanks to some rope ladders and bars.

Michelle was even seen congratulating a stranger who found a bracelet that she misplaced.

The French film festival has become the place to go for anyone and everyone famous looking to soak up the sun. Earlier this weekend, Gwen Stefani was spotted getting her bikini on with her family.

Robert Rodriguez‘s upcoming film Machete (out on September 3) has generated a lot of buzz, not least of all because of the participation of Hollywood problem child Lindsay Lohan. And this new trailer is bound to get people talking even more—once they pick their jaws up off the floor.

Michelle Rodriguez and Lindsay Lohan have a lot in common—and not just the fact that they both have roles in the upcoming Robert Rodriguez movie Machete.

A veteran of multiple DUI arrests and jail time herself, Rodriguez has special insight into Lohan’s situation. So what’s her advice for LiLo, who’s currently serving time in the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California (where Michelle also did time)?

At San Diego’s Comic-Con this week, Rodriguez says Lohan needs to learn her lessons on her own—and that the rest of the world needs to let her do so:

“Every human being on the planet has their own path in life to walk. And their own lessons in life to learn…We should all as fellow human beings just respect that—and let people ride out their wave.”

Hopefully when that wave breaks, Lohan will land on solid ground.

The Lost beauty was spotted returning to her room at the Holiday Inn with pals in Cannes on Friday, after a seemingly long night at the VIP Room.

Or maybe she was just giddy about the whole Cannes experience. Because with a couple of DUIs already under her belt, it probably wouldn’t be prudent to be getting as wrecked as she appears to be.

The trailer for Robert Rodriguez‘s epic-to-be Machete (in theaters September 3) has washed up on the Internet’s shores, finally answering the age-old question: What would Lindsay Lohan look like as a nun with a gun? Wonder no more, people; wonder no more.

Besides unraveling this mystery, the trailer also features some sweet scenes from Robert DeNiro, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez and (yes!) Cheech Marin as a shotgun-wielding priest, as well as title-role star Danny Trejo going off with about a million knives.

Behold! The trailer for James Cameron‘s upcoming epic-to-be, Avatar, has been released, along with a handful of cool new stills from the production.

Due in theaters on December 18, the film, which stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Michelle Rodriguez, Giovanni Ribisi and Zoe Saldana, follows paraplegic war veteran Jake Sully (Worthington) as he travels to another planet to work with a mining operation and finds himself at odds with the local population.

Well, whaddaya know? It may turn out that Lindsay Lohan may still have a film career after  all! 

Director Robert Rodriguez tells MTV that there’s a part waiting for Linds in his upcoming movie Machete—if she’ll have it. 

After extolling the Mean Girls‘ actresses virtues with a “Lindsay’s cool,” Rodriguez let slip, “There’s actually cool part in the movie for her if she takes it.”

Machete, an expansion of the fake trailers in Grindhouse, Rodriguez’s collaboration with Quentin Tarantino, is due to start shooting “in a couple weeks,” Rodriguez notes, and the studio is “casting right now.”

Better get on that phone, Lindsay!

So far the only official cast members are Danny Trejo and Michelle Rodriguez, though it’s rumored that Robert De Niro might be taking part.

Lohan and De Niro, together on the big screen? Marvelous!

The New York Post reports that the 30-year-old Fast and the Furious actress served as a bridesmaid at her best friend and manager Giancarlo Chersich‘s wedding, and really brought her A-game when it came to making a spectacle of herself.

Rodriquez proved herself to be a force during the very first night of the four-day event, held at the Casa de Campo Resort in the Dominican Republic, shoving fully-clothed guests into the swimming pool.

The next night, at the bachelorette party, Rodriguez brought the fun once again, loudly declaring that the male stripper was “fat and had a small [unit].” 

Mi-Ro took particular exception when the exotic dancer asked for a female volunteer to kneel before him, yelling, “That’s bullsh*t! He should be kneeling for her, this is a bachelorette party.”

As the beleaguered peeler pushed his groin into the bride-to-be’s face, Rodriguez bellowed, “This is the kind of thing that brings out the bisexual in me” and stormed out of the party.

Wow. Nice to know that Rodriguez can talk trash, and not just pick it up when she’s ordered to do so by a judge.

Here’s repeat offender Michelle Rodriguez carrying out her community service sentence by picking up trash on the side of a Los Angeles freeway. Looking good, Shell’!

The sex toy-wielding Rodriguez, 30, was found guilty of a probation violation on a DUI charge in September of 2007 for not fulfilling community service obligations and failing to attend an alcohol education class.

A signed form claiming that Rodriguez had fulfilled her obligations in September 2006 was found to be false.  It was discovered that the actress was in New York City on the day’s she supposedly worked and not California. Her lawyer blamed a clerical error.

The former Lost actress (who will reportedly reprise her role as violent cop Ana Lucia in this season’s second episode despite her character being deceased) served 18 days in jail at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynnwood, California, in December 2007.  She was released due to “overcrowding.”

The highway trash pickup would be the remainder of her sentence served.

Rodriguez has been arrested repeatedly.

In March 2002, the Girlfight method actress was busted for assault after belting it out with her roommate.  The roommate later declined to press charges.

Two subsequent driving incidents, including a hit and run and a DUI, resulted in The Fast and the Furious method actress facing eight misdemeanor charges.  In June 2004, she pleaded no contest in a Los Angeles court to hit and run, drunken driving and driving on a suspended license. Her punishment included 48 hours in jail, community service at a morgue, three months of apparently unsuccessful alcohol rehabilitation and three years of probation.

More than a year later, on December 1, 2005, the Lost method actress was pulled over in Hawaii and arrested for driving under the influence. At her April 2006 trial, she pleaded guilty and chose to spend five days in jail instead of doing community service.

Judging by her orange and Day-Glo yellow attire, Michelle—who will be starring this year in James Cameron‘s epic Avatar—has reconsidered her stance on public service.

But just one question—working on a trash crew has corporate sponsorship?

The always entertaining Michelle Rodriguez, star of Lost and generic blockbusters with rippled leading men, has found herself in another sexually charged kerfuffle.

A shocked guest at the swanky Mayfair Hotel & Spa in Coconut Grove, Florida, mouthed off to the New York Daily News‘ Rush & Malloy about a rambunctious Rodriguez banging on the door of her hotel suite, demanding to be let back in.

“I woke up Sunday morning to the sounds of two women yelling, and one of them was smashing the door knocker very loudly,” the guest says, identifying Rodriguez as she shouted, “Open up, let me in, bitch!”

After further resistance, Rodriguez pulled out the big guns. Well, pulled out something big, anyway.

“If you don’t open up, you’re not getting your [pleasure toy] back,” Rodriguez offered, according to the guest.

The door opened promptly.

Reps for the Mayfair have yet to return CELEBUZZ’s calls. Perhaps they’re busy power- washing the actress’ suite?

Newly re-hired Lost actress Michelle Rodriguez referred to herself as a “weirdo” to OK! and says that she’s lived many kinds of lives…including that of a drunk driver!

“I’m like a cat,” she says. “I’ve been a law-abiding citizen, I’ve been a non-law abiding citizen, I’ve been a geek, I’ve been a slut, I’ve been conservative, [a] prude. I’ve been around.”

Rodriguez has famously been arrested multiple times for DUI and assault.

She claims to have cleaned up her act…by hanging out with scientists.

“I love information, and I hang out with a bunch of scientists in L.A. that are really cool,” she says. “They put everything in layman’s terms.”

And how did she meet these pocket protectors? She says she’s a “geek” and “like attracts like.”

Better scientists than fellow drunk drivers. At least it’s a more intelligent crowd.

When in Rome—or in this case, Milan—buy a suitcase!

Tough-girl Michelle Rodriguez, who recently celebrated her 30th in style, was snapped shopping on the Italian city’s famed shopping area of via Montenapoleone.

At least she won’t get “lost” with that luggage.

Meanwhile, Michelle will be back in the the fourth Fast And The Furious flick, due out in 2009. And to give you an idea on how the mighty have fallen, Paul Walker and new dad Vin Diesel are also returning to the rolls they originally made famous in the first installment.

But watch for Michelle to leave the big boys in the dust when she carries the female lead, alongside Giovanni Ribisi, in James Cameron‘s Avatar, also out in 2009.
