Man Charged with Stalking Mila Kunis Again, Facing Four Years In Prison

A man already convicted of stalking actress Mila Kunis will appear in a Los Angeles courtroom Friday after he was arrested again and charged with violating a restraining order.

In a statement to Celebuzz, The Los Angeles County District Attorney said Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27, has been charged with “one count each of stalking in violation of a restraining order and stalking.” He is accused of stalking the 28-year-old Friends with Benefits actress from July 2011 until his arrest in early May.

In one of the more frightening details, it is alleged that he waited for Kunis in the parking lot of her gym on three consecutive days.

The original charge stems from this past January when Dunn reportedly broke into a vacant condo owned by the Ted star and temporarily lived there while she was gone. He also allegedly waited in the parking lot at her gym for three days in a row.

He will be arraigned in court after 8:30 a.m. Friday.

According to the prosecutor, “Bail for Dunn is recommended at $150,000. If convicted as charged, the defendant faces a maximum prison term of four years in state prison.”

Mila was most recently rumored to be dating her former That 70′s Show costar Ashton Kutcher, but friends are saying they’re “just friends.”

After spending quality time with Ashton Kutcher, actress Mila Kunis was spotted hanging out with another male That ’70s Show costar while in New York City.

According to Celebuzz sources, the Black Swan actress, 28, stopped by Lower East Side hotspot Beauty & Essex with Danny Masterson, 36, for a fun night out.

So what happened on their dinner date?

The duo were there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and sat next to each other the entire night. ”Mila and Danny looked like they were having a great time,” an onlooker tells Celebuzz, quickly adding that the two are “just friends.”

But Danny wasn’t the only guy who had Mila’s attention.

The sexy brunette geeked out when she met the chef, Chris Santos. “Mila is a huge fan of Chopped, so she had a few photos taken with him. It was cute!” a restaurant patron said.

After taking photos with Chris and a few fans, Mila and Danny indulged in dessert, ordering Beauty and Essex’s Box of Doughnuts and Butterscotch Pot de Creme.

By the end of the night, the group had racked up a $500 tab — but insiders tell us that Santos comped the entire meal!

The action didn’t go unnoticed by the group. “They left a generous tip,” a source tells Celebuzz.

On Friday, the duo were snapped sharing a kiss on the set of their new movie, Blood Ties, in New York City. While filming an intimate scene together, Mila, 28, was seen in a fit of giggles as the 47-year-old Brit popped the question and presented her with a diamond ring.

Though these two make quite the cute couple onscreen, at least one of them is officially taken in real life!

Clive is happily married to English actress Sarah-Jane Fenton since 1992 and the couple are proud parents to two daughters.

However, Mila’s own love life has been creating a lot of buzz recently.

In April, reports of Mila dating Ashton Kutcher emerged after the former That 70′s Show costars were spotted grabbing a sushi dinner in Carpinteria, Calif. — a quiet oceanside town just south of Santa Barbara.

A rep for Kunis told Celebuzz: “They’ve been friends for years and they had dinner with a bunch of friends. They’re not dating.”

Mila Kunis & Dustin Hoffman: Week In Real Life Celebrity Heroes (PHOTOS)

It pays to have Mila Kunis and Dustin Hoffman in your corner. In a day’s work, these actors saved lives.

The Black Swan star sprung into action on Monday and she wasn’t even on screen. The actress reportedly rushed to a 50-year-old man’s side who works at her home when he started having a severe seizure, “choking, coughing up blood and vomiting,” TMZ reports. He also bit through his tongue.

A source told the website that Mila, 28, helped turn the man’s head to the side while another person at the scene stuck a wallet in his mouth to prevent choking as the actress’ friend dialed 911. Mila offered to ride with the man in the ambulance to the hospital but was assured that it “wasn’t necessary.” Thanks to Mila and her friends, the man is in full recovery.

As for Hoffman…

The Sun is reporting that the Marathon Man actor, 74, attended to jogger Sam Dempster when he collapsed in London’s Hyde Park from a heart attack. “I want to say ‘Thank you’ to Dustin Hoffman. He saved my life,” Sam said in recovery. Once the paramedics got to the scene, Dustin reportedly stayed with the jogger for 15 minutes. They were able to get Sam’s heart to start working again, with the actor praising the paramedics, saying, “Great job, guys.”

Flashback Friday: Mila Kunis Gets First Kiss From Ashton Kutcher! (VIDEO)

After finding out that Ashton Kutcher was Mila Kunis‘ first kiss (on camera, no less), Celebuzz did some digging and found what we believe to be is the first famed lip lock Kunis is referring to — it was in 1998 on the set of That ’70s Show. Mila was only 15 at the time! Take a look back at Kunis’ first kiss for this week’s Flashback Friday!

In a 2001 interview with People, Kunis, 28, revealed that she had a huge crush on her co-star at the time. ”I was like, ‘Oh, he’s so cute, it’s the Calvin Klein model!’ Then I was like, ‘I have to kiss him?’ I was so nervous and uncomfortable. I had the biggest crush on him.”

As for Kutcher, his reaction was surprising!

Kutcher, 34, added that he had no clue it was Mila’s first on-cam kiss, but he was actually more nervous than her. “I was so nervous. She acted so cool. She seemed as if she’d done it a thousand times. I was the one with butterflies in my stomach. I mean, here’s this little girl and I have to kiss her. It was nerve-wracking.”

Rumors are amidst Hollywood about former costars Kunis and Kutcher possibly dating each other after they’ve been recently spotted spending a lot of time together. The duo was seen in the seaside town of Carpinteria for a weekend getaway, and on a sushi date in Studio City, Calif.

In a recent interview with Celebuzz, a close friend of the K’s — Kunis and Kutcher says that the relationship has been a “long time coming”. “They have been close friends for years and there has always been a lot of chemistry,” the insider added.

Hollywood is asking: are Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher taking their friendship to the next level?

The That 70′s Show costars spent three night’s together over the weekend in Carpinteria, Calif. — an oceanside town, south of Santa Barbara. PEOPLE reports Kutcher, 34, and Kunis, 28, drove from Los Angeles to their quiet getaway location on April 19 and spent most of their time dining on sushi and shopping for fruit and flowers.

Now, speaking to Celebuzz, a friend of the pair reveals that this fledgling new romance has been “a long time coming.”

“They have been close friends for years and there has always been a lot of chemistry,” the pal, who did not want to be identified, told Celebuzz.

“Whenever they are in between relationships, or aren’t seriously dating anyone, they tend to spend more time together.”

The source cautioned, however, that neither is ready for a serious commitment. ”But at the end of the day, they are great friends and have a lot of fun together,” the insider added.

After photos emerged of the duo on a sushi dinner date in Studio City, Calif., on April 15, a rep for the Friends with Benefits star denied they were a couple, insisting to Celebuzz: “They are not dating.”

Both their reps have so far been silent on this most recent encounter.

The Two and a Half Men star and wife Demi Moore announced they were divorcing in November 2011. Since, he was linked to screenwriter Lorene Scafaria and pop star Rihanna. Kunis dated Macaulay Culkin, 31, for nearly eight years and was also linked to her Friends With Benefits costar Justin Timberlake during his split with Jessica Biel.

On Sunday, April 15, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, who starred together on That ’70s Show for seven seasons, were seen grabbing a sushi dinner together in Studio City, Calif. — which led some to declare a new couple alert.

While they played a cute couple on TV, that’s about it!

Mila’s rep confirmed to Celebuzz that the 28-year-old Friends With Benefits star is nothing more than a close friend of Ashton, 34.

The spokesperson said: “They’ve been friends for years and they had dinner with a bunch of friends. They’re not dating.”

So, there you have it!

Two and a Half Men star Ashton split from Demi Moore, his wife of six years, in November, 2011. Since, Ashton was rumored to be dating screenwriter Lorene Scafaria – and was even linked to pop star Rihanna.

In 2002, Mila started dating Macaulay Culkin but the couple parted ways in 2010.

Mila Kunis might be one of the most gorgeous woman in Hollywood, so it may come as a surprise to most that she’s rarely asked out on dates. The sexy brunette, who graces Harper’s Bazaar’s April cover, opens up about her dating life, revealing:

“I don’t get asked out. This past year, I haven’t been home, so who’s going to ask me?… I don’t go out very often. I prefer to stay home and have a nice little beverage and watch television. My glass of wine and I are besties.”

Inside the issue, Mila goes on to talk about body image, getting older and why she’s not against getting plastic surgery.

When asked about aging in Hollywood, Mila was candid about her thoughts on botox and surgery. “I will not put a needle in my body unless I have a medical reason, but ask me in 10 years. Right now, I’m like, ‘I’m going to embrace it,’ but … I’m probably going to want to have something done. I have no doubt,” she said.

Looking back on her drastic weight loss for Black Swan, Mila notes that her body has never been the same. “My shape is different. When I got down to 95 pounds, I was muscles, like a little brick house, but skin and bones. When I gained it back, it went to completely different areas… I’d be happy if my ass got bigger. All the weight that left my chest went to my side hip, my stomach,” she said.

So is she hesitant to take on another role that would require a body transformation? “I’m not going to say I’d look forward to it, but if an offer came along, I’d do it,” Mila revealed.
