Another day, another swimsuit — literally.

After announcing that her new single, “We Can’t Stop,” will drop on June 3 at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, Miley Cyrus has started a countdown for the highly-anticipated track’s big release with her bikini body sitting front and center on the counter. (Because that totally makes sense.)

In the racy snap shot by Vijat Mohindra, who was also the first to document the singer’s new pixie cut in a professional photo shoot setting, Cyrus is seen flaunting her flawless figure in a cleavage-baring swimsuit.

On Monday, the 20-year-old also gave it a makeover that will give Justin Bieber‘s swagger a run for its money.

“I have to admit this is hilarious,” Cyrus’ mom, Tish, tweeted.

Cyrus first announced her new single Friday, when “#WeCantStop” quickly became a trending topic on Twitter.

As sure as the stars shine bright, there were red carpet disasters at tonight’s Billboard Music Awards.  Some chick named Z La La (did I just date myself?) looked more like a Christmas tree decoration than a human.  Nicki Minaj could have landed on our best dressed list, had it not been for that crazy-ass look on her face and out-to-there hair.

Get it together, girls!  Just because the location says “Las Vegas” on the invite doesn’t mean you have to dress like….well.

Miley Cyrus.  Oh, Miley.  I liked you so much better with your ombre hair and hint-of-tummy action.  Now you look like an extra from the “What You Waiting For?” music video.

It’s almost time for new music from Miley Cyrus! The 20-year-old singer has finally revealed the name of her new single, which she’s all set to make a big announcement about at the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday, May 19th.

Miley tweeted, “Cats outta the bag! LETS TREND MY 1st SINGLE #wecantstop.” Well, #wecantstop became a trending topic pretty fast. Duh.

Miley also revealed an announcement photo for the single, featuring her screaming her platinum head off in what appears to be a sparkly tube-top.

Ms. Cyrus has been rather busy this week. First she nabbed the #1 spot on Maxim‘s Hot 100 list, then she sent a strongly worded twitter message to her haters, and then she squashed break-up rumors by flashing her engagement bling.

Miley Cyrus is baring her bling for all to see.

As reports of trouble in paradise with fiancé Liam Hemsworth rage on, Cyrus is hoping her ring finger can put rumor to rest. The “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks” singer flashed her 3.5 carat engagement ring as she stepped out on the red carpet at the Maxim Hot 100 Party on Wednesday night in Hollywood.

Cyrus was the star attendee of the soiree, as she snagged the top spot as Maxim’s hottest girl of the year, trumping the other top-five hotties — Rihanna, Mila Kunis and Jennifer Lawrence and her fellow former Disney star, Selena Gomez.

And she completely looked the part. The singer hit all the right notes with her monochromatic, strapless Valentino jumpsuit — featuring a classically-feminine oversize white bow across her back —which she paired with Saint Laurent shoes and simple gold jewelry.

“Hmmm …. What to wear… What to wear….. Hmmmm,” Cyrus mused on Twitter ahead of the event. “Valentino ❤ you’ve never done me wrong!”

Though Hemsworth wasn’t at her side, Cyrus made it a ladies night, feting the evening alongside the likes of Kendra Wilkinson, to Pia Toscano, to Kelly Pickler and Danielle Fishel.

She often hangs out sans bra, but this time Miley Cyrus is dropping trou.

Edgy fashion designer Jeremy Scott snapped an Instagram pic of Ms. Cyrus, who was clad in thigh-high boots and a biker jacket with a fun skull print. Where were her pants? We’re not sure.

Miley was at a photo shoot with Jeremy and fashion stylist Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele. We can’t wait to see more pics (and find out if her pants will be making an appearance.)

Miley Cyrus has taken to her Twitter to address some of her haters out there — in particular, haters who are also Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez fans.

Here’s what Cyrus, 20, had to say in a series of tweets on Sunday:

Mirror mirror on the wall–who’s the hottest of them all? It’s Miley, y’all!

Miley Cyrus may have prematurely broken the news that she landed the #1 spot on Maxim Magazine‘s annual Hot 100 List, but now it’s official: the girl who ‘can’t be tamed’ is 2013′s choice hottie. Miley says of the title, “It’s every woman’s fantasy to be told she’s No. 1 on Maxim’s Hot 100! So crazy!” So cray indeed. And every woman’s fantasy? Um, we think she meant to say Ryan Gosling there.

Good for Miley and all, but you’re probably asking–who else made the list?

Well, sexy SelGo got the #2 spot, Rihanna nabbed #3, and Mila Kunis is a smokin’ #4. No shockers there. Also on the list? Dancing with the Stars cutie Kellie Pickler is #96, Shakira and her honest hips are at a respectable #56, and babealicious Today Show anchor Hoda Kotb is #79. The mag also threw in Manti Te’o‘s fake girlfriend over at #69. Oh, Maxim, you so silly.

Friends don’t let friends smoke crack. Or marry Miley Cyrus, apparently. US Weekly reports the elder Hemsworth brothers staged an intervention for their youngest brother Liam to get him to break up with Cyrus. Next week on a very special episode of Intervention… cue the bells:

“We’re doing this because we love you,” Chris Hemsworth says, gently grabbing his younger brother’s knee. “We just want you to be healthy,” added Luke. Then they pass around a box of Kleenex and each flips his luxurious hair.

Whether or not the Hunger Games star and Cyrus are still together remains unclear. While Cyrus has recently been spotted wearing her engagement ring with stripper heels and while eating frozen yogurt, recent statements by her father Billy Ray and Hollywood matchmaker Snoop Lion have suggested the two won’t be making it to the altar.

Cyrus, on the other hand, continues to insist the two are together, recently telling V magazine: “Every week it’s, ‘Are they broken up? Because we don’t see a photo of them. I don’t have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don’t.”

Will Hemsworth put down the Miley pipe and get his life back on track? Or will his brothers’ intervention be for naught? If only answering that question were as easy as watching one hour of television.

Miley Cyrus turned heads with her spikey bleached blonde hair, as did Anne Hathaway in her lighter, brighter mane.

Other stars used their eyes to bring out their inner punk to celebrate the Costume Institute of The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s “PUNK: Chaos to Couture” exhibition: Kristen Stewart and Elle Fanning went with bright eye shadow colors; Jessica Pare, Katie Holmes and Karolina Kurkova went with the smokier variety.

Chainmail and fishnets were also popular with the stars — kudos to Gisele Bundchen, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Madonna.

Each year the Met Gala brings us the best and, more entertainingly, the worst in celebrity haute couture. This year’s punk theme promised some major misses and, oh boy, did our favorite famous people ever deliver.

There were quite a few runners-up. Cameron Diaz‘s odd cape and Vera Wang‘s self-censored nightmare nearly made the list. But alas, they were topped by these ten truly terrible ensembles.

Days after making big headlines with her sizzling spread from V magazine, Miley Cyrus has announced her next magazine appearance.

“Didn’t know this was coming out yet! I’m so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 100! #myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue,” Cyrus wrote on Twitter, along with a never-before-seen photo from the magazine.

The only problem? Maxim has yet to reveal its annual list, which was topped by Bar Refaeli last year.

Cyrus, 20, is also the cover girl for the June 2013 issue of Elle UK.

Former Disney starlet Miley Cyrus is used to big productions and in her recent cover shoot with V Magazine the 20-year-old couldn’t be tamed, as the barely-there wares brought out the vixen in the superstar singer.

And if you thought the final shots were sexy (complete with gratuituous underboob angles), V’s behind the scenes is even more revealing.

From the bling to the buzz cut — and plenty of studs and bags to cover up unclothed body parts — Cyrus gets all dolled up to work her newly-toned bod for legendary photographer Mario Testino.

Liam Hemsworth’s on-again fiancee goes platinum (and grey, pink, purple and orange) with her trademark red lips and not much else.

There isn’t enough time in the day for Miley Cyrus.

As the former Disney darling puts the finishing touches on her upcoming album, she’s struggling to balance her professional with her personal life with fiancé Liam Hemsworth.

“I’m not home with my boyfriend all the time,” Cyrus says in the May issue of V magazine, which she covers three times over (see above). “We work! He gets up to work out at six and I come home around five from the studio.”

And Cyrus, 20, is well aware that her time apart from Hemsworth, 23, sets the rumor mill rolling. Over the past few months, the couple — who announced their engagement in June 2012 — has been plagued by speculation of a split.

“Every week it’s, ‘Are they broken up? Because we don’t see a photo of them,’” Cyrus explains. “I don’t have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don’t.”

Instead of coffee dates with her beau, Cyrus has had her nose to the grind in the studio, collaborating with likes of illustrious producers Pharrell and Hit-Boy as well as Odd Future rapper Tyler, The Creator.

“I’ve put this record before everything and I’ve never done that before,” she says. “I’ve put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it.”

Though she’s fielding flak over the years for her sometimes wild ways, Cyrus would always prefer chill time with her hubby-to-be over hitting the club.

“I’m going to change. I’m going to be different. I’m going to do what I want to do,” she says. “[But] I’d rather chill at my house and be there for the time I actually get to spend with him.”

Donning denim, a grey T and a black leather vest, Cyrus was seen indulging her sweet tooth with a pal by grabbing cupfuls of frozen yogurt at Menchie’s in Studio City, Calif.

Though the ring is on for now, speculation continues to swirl that there’s trouble in paradise for Cyrus, 20, and Hemsworth, 23. Back in March, the former Disney darling was spotted sans her engagement bauble at the same time that heartthrob Hemsworth had fled from Hollywood to his homeland Australia, sparking headlines that the wedding was off.

But Hemsworth headed home, the engagement ring reappeared and all seemed right again. But then in early April, reports surfaced that the couple — who got engaged in June 2012 — had postponed their summer nuptials. Then Cyrus’ musical collaborator Snoop Dogg let it slip that her “relationship no longer exists.”
