It’s no secret that celebs like Rihanna and Miley Cyrus like to show skin, but what are Hollywood fashion experts saying about their scantily clad styles?

Celebuzz caught up with Jeannie Mai, who has dished out her expertise on show’s such as NBC’s Fashion Star and most recently Style Network’s Fashion Mob, and got her thoughts on their (many) barely-there outfits.

So, does Jeannie think they’re committing fashion crimes by flaunting so much skin?

Not at all!

The 19-year-old “Can’t Be Tamed” singer isn’t shy when it comes to showing off not only cleavage, but side boob as well, and Jeannie told us:

“I say you have to dress for the occasion. It has to be appropriate. I don’t think you need to see more than you have to. [Personally] I want to be respectful.”

When it comes to 24-year-old RiRi’s personal style, Jeannie dished:

“Whether she’s running errands or swimming in Barabados, that’s different. Let her be her. She’s a performer, and she’s an artist, that’s very different from a fashion expert. We have different rules. So I like her to celebrate her style, but I do think your privates should be just that.”

Fans have been dying to know how Miley Cyrus keeps her flawless figure after getting a glimpse of the 19-year-old’s super toned midriff — and now Celebuzz finally has the answer!

Mari Winsor, the star’s very own Pilates instructor, recently gave us the 4-1-1 on the exercises Miley does to keep her figure in shape. The moves, which are featured on Winsor’s Lower Body Pilates DVD available on GaiamTV, consists of exercising the waist, the glutes, the buttocks, and the inner and outer thighs to ensure a maximum full-impact workout. According to trainer, Miley practices these moves six times a week at her studio in Los Angeles.

Read on for her workout tips:

How does Miley get those amazing abs? In Pilates, every exercise that you do is focused on your abs, or as we call it in Pilates, your powerhouse. There are specific exercises where you might feel a little more of a burn in that area but you are constantly using your abs to maintain control of your body’s movement. The one-hundred the double leg stretch and the criss-cross are all crucial to sculpt your abs.

The 100:

Lie flat on your back and bring your knees into your chest making sure that the lower back is pressing into the floor. Palms facing down lift your head and shoulders up off the mat. Take your arms straight down by your side, palms facing down. Straighten your legs to a 45-degree angle rotating your legs open from the hip squeezing your legs and heels together. If you have a bad back, bend your knees a little. Breathe in through your nose for a count of five then out through your nose for a count of five until you reach 100. As you’re breathing, pump your arms up and down 100 times keeping them next to your body and parallel to the floor.

Double Leg Stretch:

Lying flat on your back on the mat bring both knees in to your chest. You should be hugging your knees by holding on to your ankles with both hands. Lift your head and shoulders off the mat keeping your shoulders down. Your head should be relatively close to your knees. Imagine yourself being tucked in to a magicians box. Be as tiny as you can be. Stretch your legs out to a 45 degree angle from the body, legs together and slightly rotated from the hip so you can squeeze your heels together, as you extend your arms fully straight by your head. Keep you upper torso stable, tummy pulled in shoulders down and lower back on the mat. As you move both arms and legs in the opposite direction, inhale. Exhale as you use your tummy to draw the legs and arms with control back to the original position in the magicians box. Repeat this ten times. Each time you extend your arms and legs away from your center, give yourself a challenge and try to reach and extra inch longer to create more length in the body and more work in the core.

Criss Cross:

Lie flat on your back. Your hands go behind your head with one hand on top of the other, elbows open, shoulders down. Lift your head and shoulders up off the mat as your right knee comes into your chest and your left leg is extended out at a 45-degree angle. Twist in your waist taking your left elbow towards your right knee. Remember to twist from the waist rather than just moving your elbow towards the knee. As you twist to one side hold the position for three counts then switch to the other side for three counts. Do 10 reps.

The workout in my new Lower Body Pilates DVD encompasses what I refer to as the “rear view”. Often times when we look at ourselves in the mirror, we look at ourselves from the front, from the side, but very rarely do we look at what is behind us. This is a view that is most commonly seen by everyone else, so my thought was to make a workout encompassing everything my clients have ever requested from the waist down: The waist, the hips, the gluts, the buttocks the inner and the outer thighs. If this workout is done without stopping, it could be deemed as a total body workout and cardio as well. If weight loss is your main goal, don’t forget to go on a diet plan along with the workout. In addition to dropping a few pounds, you will definitely lose inches and notice the toning in your muscles.

Miley Cyrus: ‘Sex is a Beautiful Thing’

Miley Cyrus is shedding the “All American” girl image she developed from age 12. Miley, now 19, isn’t afraid to get candid about issues young women face in 2012, after growing up in front of our eyes as the star of Disney’s Hannah Montana.

On The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet, Miley opened up about sex and how it is “beautiful.” It shouldn’t be a taboo topic, she argued.

“The girls that really base how much they’re worth on the sexual favors they can do for somebody, that makes me really sad,” said Cyrus. ”Because sex is actually really beautiful.”

What else did Miley have to say about sex?

Cyrus continued:

It’s the only way we create, and it’s the only way the world keeps going. So it’s ignorant not to talk to your kids about it or [not] make it seem as magical or cool as it actually is,” she explained. “[Kids] have a TV, so they know what sex is. So educate them and let them know … it’s a beautiful thing, and it is magic, and it’s when you connect with somebody. And it isn’t how much you’re worth. Your worth isn’t based on that, your worth is based on how you feel about yourself.”

Miley is currently in a committed relationship with Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, 22.

When Celebrity Apprentice star Aubrey O’Day isn’t going at it with Arsenio Hall, the 28-year-old ex-Danity Kane singer is in the studio, recording music.

She has just released a new single “Wrecking Ball” and O’Day chatted with Celebuzz all about her new song — and how she would love to work with Miley Cyrus!

What was the inspiration for your new song?
Well Pia Toscana wrote the song and David Hodge produced it, who has worked with Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and Daughtry, he’s a great producer. I really wanted to go in a different direction with the song. I really wanted to have more of a track that depended on my vocals rather than the production of the track.

I loved the idea behind the song– being in a relationship that is so toxic that you have to be the wrecking ball and you have to be the one to end and take it away and destroy it. I think a lot of time when you hear love songs in pop songs they focus on being hurt or someone taking it away from you, and instead this one is kind of empowering and taking it away and wrecking it and destructing something that is destructing you. I loved it and I’m so happy to be able to work with them they were amazing.

Who would you like to work with now that you’re going a different direction musically?
Yeah there are so many amazing producers. Everyone from Doctor Luke to any of the producers that we worked with, with Danity Kane.

You mentioned Doctor Luke, who has collaborated with Miley Cyrus. Would she be someone you would want to work with?
Absolutely, I love Miley. I think she is so amazing and so talented. I’ve met her on and off with being in the industry and she has been really great. She is so sweet. We are all sweet girls until we have been in it for a long time, and then the industry can be really destructive and toxic. You just have to figure out where you can stand and still maintain a strong sense of self.
