We know you’ve just been chomping at the bit for more Lindsay Lohan after that tour de force performance on Lifetime’s Liz & Dick.

The actress opened up her Hollywood Hills home on Bravo’s big budget design show Million Dollar Decorators, which airs Lohan’s episode on New Years Day Tuesday at 10 PM.

“I’ve kind of gone through phases,” the 26-year-old tells designer Kathryn Ireland about moving to the secluded spot in The Hills.

“I think I needed to move to Venice to be kind of out of West Hollywood. I want to be by the beach and the water,” she explains. “And it’s too far, first of all, and it wasn’t safe. My house was on the street. So, this is like a home that I want to make my own.”

Ireland, whose celebrity clients include Steve Martin, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and David Mamet, starts with a $250 million dollar budget to achieve a French cottage-style home for Lohan.

“I think this house is a fresh start for Lindsay,” Ireland, whose sons have a bit of a laugh over Lohan’s legal troubles, says. “I think my designs for her, I really have to bear that in mind: make her feel secure and also really ground her.”

After about a year off the airwaves, Bravo brings back Million Dollar Decorators for its second season premiering Tuesday at 10 PM. And one of its star designers, Martyn Lawrence Bullard stopped by Celebuzz’s Hollywood studio to chat up the new season.

“The great thing about the show is that it shows high design,” he tells us after we asked him to give viewers tuning in for the first time an introduction to the series.

“Really on all the other design shows on other channels everything done a bit more like a home makeover show whereas our show is the real thing,” he continues. “I mean we really literally are spending one, two, three, four, five million dollars of our clients’ money to create these dream homes and the viewer gets to come with us on the journey from the conception to the shopping to the dramas, to meet the clients. You get a really cool sneak peek into the some of the biggest names’ homes, which is always fun.”

While Bullard and his fellow castmembers are well known in design circles, the show has given them a new level of celebrity. Bullard says he’s now frequently recognized in public. And, instead of his celebrity clients’ homes, Bullard’s home is featured in the current issue of Elle Decor.

Of course, one would think that it would be tough to connect with decorators who have so much money at their fingertips. But, Bullard says the show can point you in the right direction on any budget.

“Not only is our show kind of the glitz, the glamour and the dollars, it’s also giving people some real information about how to design,” he points out. “And you’re taking tips. Maybe, you don’t want to spend $20,000 on a sofa, but it’s giving you tips on how to buy a sofa and dress it within your own budget, within your own home, which I think is a wonderful take away from this kind of show.”

For those of you who did watch Season 1, Bullard says there’s much to look forward to. “Last season, I spent a lot of time with [castmate] Kathryn Ireland, who’s a great friend of mine and this season it’s kind of changed up a little bit,” he reveals.

“This season, I’m really doing stuff with [castmate] Mary McDonald. In fact, we go to India together for a wild exotic adventure where we design products for One Kings Lane, which is an online shopping site,” he reveals. “We design a holiday tabletop and great gift items. And all of that goes on sale live during our second or third show broadcast. So, it’s really a cool experience to go to another country, design kind of one-off fabulous things and actually have our viewers get to buy them straight away. It’s a whole new concept and it’s amazing to have the cameras catch it.”
