Prince Harry‘s ex is hoping the way back into his Royal’s arms is through a couple of pints, according to a British report.

The News of the World has reported that Chelsy Davy is trying to woo back her beverage-loving Prince by inviting him on a student pub crawl with her friends from Leeds University. 

Two months ago, the 23-year-old Davy tearfully ended their five-year relationship, even reportedly going so far as rejecting Harry’s invitation to a Valentine’s Day date. 

Friends of Davy told News of the World, that the comely blonde was playing it cool in an attempt to win back a newly-committed Harry. But things backfired for her as Harry was widely reported to be flirting up a storm, including with newly divorced Aussie pop starlet Natalie Imbruglia.

When the cold-shoulder doesn’t work, plan B is clearly the cold beer. 

Though Harry has yet to accept the invitation, sources said that the Prince, “would love to go.”

And why not? The infamous pub crawl passes through about twenty different bars in the Leeds area, with revelers in fancy dress. And there are only a few simple rules to the evening, the main one being that men drink an entire pint at each pub, while the women must consume a half-pint.

What could possibly go wrong?

A slew of show-biz luminaries are sheikh-ing things up in the United Arab Emirates.

The Atlantis, The Palm resort has imported a cavalcade of celebrities to celebrate its grand opening in the rapidly expanding vacation hot-spot of Dubai.

Mischa Barton, 22, Lindsay Lohan, 22, (who made the trip with her lady-love, Samantha Ronson, 31), Natalie Imbruglia, 33, Virgin Records founder Richard Branson, 58, Mary-Kate Olsen, 22, and basketball legend Michael Jordan, 45, were among the many high-profile guests on hand for the vacation-destination unveiling.

The ocean-themed hotel, which actually opened in September of this year, boasts 1,539 rooms, at rates of up to $26,000 per night.

The 113-acre resort includes one of the largest open-air marine habitats in the world, with 65,000 sea critters housed in lagoons. Another prime attraction is a maze of underwater corridors and passageways meant to approximate a journey through the lost city of Atlantis.

The appropriately lavish grand-opening ceremony featured a $6 million fireworks display (by Grucci’s, the company that lit up the Beijing Olympics) and a catering bill estimated at $3 million, with the menu designed by four Michelin star chefs.

Songbird Kylie Minogue, 40, reportedly raked in $4.4 million to serenade the crowd.

Looks like will.i.am has two reasons to celebrate these days: his favored candidate is going to the White House, and he’s doing A-OK with the ladies.

The Daily Mail reports that the Black Eyed Peas rapper and multi-instrumentalist (born William James Adams Jr.) got hot and heavy with Australian singer, model and actress Natalie Imbruglia this weekend, during an alcohol-soaked evening at Monroes nightclub in London. The pair groped each other and swapped spit in front of an all-star cast of onlookers that included Jesse Metcalfe, Calum Best and Sienna Miller.

“It was a very boozy night in one of the private VIP rooms,” reports a mole for the paper. “Natalie and Will were getting on really well, and there were some surprised looks when they started kissing.”

The public display of affection was apparently too much to bear for a recently single Miller, who left relatively early. The rest of the revelers, including will.i.am and Imbruglia—both 33—stayed “until 7 a.m.,” reports the source.

Imbruglia, best known for her 1997 hit “Torn,” split with her husband, Silverchair singer Daniel Johns, in January, after five years of marriage. Since then, in addition to will.i.am., the former soap star has been linked to a number of musicians, including Kings of Leon‘s Nathan Followill and Razorlight leader Johnny Borrell.
