The 38-year-old actress is expecting her first child with actor JJ Feild later this year “They are thrilled,” the rep tells People.

The Scream star was spotted this afternoon and made no attempt to hide her protruding belly from paparazzi while running errands.

Neve, who has been divorced twice, started dating the Captain America star last year.

The latest installment of the horror series, Scream 4, hits theaters Friday, but Celebuzz has tracked down photos of the stars of Scream pre-stardom. We run the gamut from the newest installation all the way through the other three movies, including some of the most famous victims of the Ghost Face killer. And trust us, you’re going to want to see Jenny McCarthy and Heather Graham’s high school hair situations.

First Courteney Cox and David Arquette split up after six years of marriage. And now, People magazine reports that Neve Campbell has filed for divorce from her husband of three years, John Light.

Campbell, 37, quietly filed papers with Los Angeles Superior Court in June, citing the common reason of “irreconcilable differences” for the split.

The former Party of Five actress also noted in the papers that she didn’t want the court to award spousal support to her 36-year-old husband.

The pair wed in May 2007, after meeting on the set of the 2002 independent film Intimate Affairs (originally titled Investigating Sex). This is the second divorce for Campbell, who split from her first husband, actor Jeff Colt, in 1997.

Dimension Films has released a new promo still for Scream 4 featuring the estranged couple—who announced their separation earlier this week—in their roles of Sheriff Dewey Riley and Gale Weathers-Riley. (Oh, and Neve Campbell‘s in the picture too, presumably for moral support.)

The fourth installment of the recently resurrected Scream franchise hits theaters on April 15, 2011. It should be interesting to see if Arquette and Cox have resurrected their marriage as well at that point.

First off: Neve Campbell may regret her decision to re-up for the recently resuscitated series, because Williamson hints that, contrary to prior assertions, Sidney Prescott’s days may be numbered.

Questioned as to whether Sidney would survive the upcoming installment, Williamson hedged,

“The thing about Scream 4 is that there are a lot of twists and turns, so I can’t promise anything. There are a lot of moving pieces, so we’ll see—but if you’re a Scream fan, I think you’re really going to like it.”

Williamson also reveals that, thanks to the changing landscape of the horror genre since Scream 3 came out in 2000, there will be a lot more influences incorporated into the story:

“I’ve [included] manga comics, Asian ghost girl movies, there’s some PG-13 horror movies in there, vampire movies, M. Night Shyamalan movies and torture porn movies, even though they’ve come and gone.”

According to the writer, they’re also taking pains to prevent the movie from being too overtly jokey, as he notes: 

“You have to be careful because Scary Movie spoofed these films, so one of the things I’m excited about with Scream 4 is that, while we do lampoon and send up the genre, [we] make it incredibly scary. That’s first and foremost.”

According to Variety, the actress, best known for her part as Sidney Prescott in the horror films, has just signed on for Scream 4. The movie is set to begin production in April or May, with Wes Craven expected to direct.

As you may recall, on and off-screen couple David Arquette and Courteney Cox signed on for the fourth flick back in July.
