Rihanna was seen leaving a tattoo parlor in New York City with a curious patch over her neck.

The “Rude Boy” singer was seen entering the parlor bandage-free, but emerged from the ink shop with a bandage and a big grin. They type of bandage she wore was typical of bandages given to folks who were recently inked up and need to protect their fresh tats. The 22-year-old superstar already has a number of tattoos, including a cluster of stars on the nape of her neck and small guns on her shoulder and back.

Clemence is set to guest star on the hit teen show as a (spoiler alert!) romantic interest for Chuck Bass (played by Ed Westwick). The cast and Celemence have already shot a slew of scenes in Paris, but it looks like the French beauty–and her cute pup–have made a trip to the States.

The Inception star ran into a cab while filming a scene for Premium Rush, a flick that centers around a bike messenger in New York. Joseph writes on his personal blog that he “busted through the rear window” because he was “going too fast” on his bike.

Joseph also posted a video of the damage, grinning as he shows off a massive bloody gash to director Dave Koepp. The taxi, as JGL mentioned, didn’t get off easy either: Its entire back window was smashed in

While Joseph was able to laugh off the damage in the dreamiest way possible, we hope that he is really OK. He posted on his blog that he was going to the ER to get patched up. Feel better soon, Joseph!

The Law & Order: SVU star was allegedly driving on a suspended license. He was reportedly taking his wife CoCo and their dog Spartacus to the vet to get knee surgery.

Ice was booked at the 10th Precinct in Chelsea and released. It is not clear if he was charged.

The gangsta rapper’s wife tweeted a confirmation of the arrest:

Yes,Ice was arrested this morning but we don’t know what the hell for! He’s been released..We got pulled over for not wearing seatbelts.”

Hm, maybe the cops just wanted to pull Ice over to talk to him about his role as Detective Fin on Law & Order: SVU? Or maybe the cops just wanted to chat with Ice’s bodacious wife, CoCo? Either way, we hope everything got worked out, we don’t know if we could enjoy CoCo’s bikini pictures if we knew that her husband was behind bars.
